After the quenching comes the synaptic event: a "quasar" is an "Active Galactic Nucleus", beaming a "bipolar" quasar jet - the numinous supercurrent, a diamond knife that slices through the darkness.
The quasar jets escape along the filaments, like escaping circus tigers running down the prepared corridor - magic tigers gathering the grace to run out in other directions to every other node, like dendrites from neurons in a complex mind, or like people reaching out to every other member of the community.
The veins of the leaves anastomosing in various ways so as to form a reticulated plexus of veins of unequal size.
Redshift space, further back in time, in the 13.7 billion year history of the universe, is the more playful, less serious, schizotypal mind; before the angels fell, before the metals formed at the center of the stars; the more pure universe.
The schizotypal mind reinvests the playfulness, reverses the direction of the flow of evolution, running out in playful directions, infinitely inspired; more than just the bipolar, "mature" pattern.
At the center of the galaxy - a black hole. At the center of a neuron - the same thing. The neuron eats , and what it consumes is dopamine, or thrills and excitement. And after the quenching, the synaptic event - the neuron fires, a poem is composed, a song is sung. Most galaxies do NOT fire up as quasars. Only about 10% of galaxies seem to ever alight into quasars.
WAN WU HONEYCOMB
We have detailed observations from many quasars, usually at the center of large galactic clusters or superclusters. The jets that emerge have mysterious "knots" at symmetric distances from the center, on the way out to the final "radio lobe" at the "working surface" of the jet, where it meets the Intergalactic Medium (IGM).
The flow seems to come out in knots, as if there are symmetric concentric obstacles for the jets on parsec- or kiloparsec-scales. This is the knot structure in the M87 quasar jets as seen from Hubble Space Telescope, Chandra Space Telescope, and the Very Large Array in Chile:

The lumps in the flow bothered me for years, then when I was reading a book on bee shamanism, and they were getting pretty mystical about the honeycomb pattern and the hexagon itself, I decided to think of my latest quasar diagram within a superimposed honeycomb of hexagons.
Instead of sitting out in empty space, or surrounded by an invisible torus of "dark matter", the galaxy sits in one cell of a honeycomb, the "wan wu" honeycomb, or the "honeycomb of the myriad things".
In that honeycomb cell, the galaxy radiates outward in all directions:
The centrifugal force hits up against the walls of the honeycomb and is reflected back upon the central host galaxy, causing it to heat up and become a "starburst" galaxy:
In a quieter scenario, here's our Local Group, with the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies, within the honeycomb structure:
Then there's the much more high pressure and congested center of the Virgo cluster, with M87 at the center of a large cluster of galaxies:
The pressure of the surrounding galaxies pushes in on the central object:
And in a central quasar, as opposed to a starburst galaxy, the compact central object lights up in two bipolar jets:
The flow of the quasar, including the symmetrical lumps, could be explained as a flow moving through a honeycomb structure. The collimation of the jets could be explained by the mass in the surrounding honeycomb "cells". The pattern was dictated by the flow finding its way through the interstices of the honeycomb.
And as the jet continues to flow, and pervade farther into the Intergalactic Medium, pressure surrounding the radio lobe develops into the next level of knots on the jets:
The garden sits on the end of the crystal jet, calm in the dark wind. Headlights shine on the train of enlightenment; shielded in 'specific frequency', the pluripotent stem cells of accumulated merit, the numinous supercurrent quantum-tunnels through the dark, miracle quasar jet of kenosis to the heavenly garden, beacon of the heart in the night wind, protecting against any potential instability of the jet's working surface - the "quadralogical working surface" - the "four-part garden" - mindfulness of body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of consciousness, mindfulness of phenomena.
It's like an army sets out from the base camp at the edge of the quasar core, sets out for a while in a linear formation, eventually comes to a spot to camp for the night, forms that "lump", and then sets out again in the morning, and when they find the next "lump", the army BEHIND them finds the lump they used the night before.
So here is the M87 jet, with the proposed honeycomb structure overlaid:
The honeycomb structure is something that would propagate holographically to all distance scales; and it turns out there is a hexagonal structure that will dynamically appear if some atoms are vibrated at various frequencies. Here is what it looks like when UC Riverside researchers watched anthraquinone molecules forming chains of molecules that weave themselves into a sheet of hexagons on a polished copper surface:
And also, the DNA helical structure, said to have originated in space, would be a logical product of a honeycomb structure as it progresses through the mystery flow.
