How to attract what you want in life: money, relationships, fulfilling career…
There are several “secrets” to successful manifesting that almost never get mentioned in books about the Law of Attraction. This includes:
- How to overcome emotional blocks (not just mental),
- The importance of raising one’s energy level (personal power),
- Taking ‘aligned’ action: what it means and how it works.
The main reason why I wrote this book is to give everyone the critical pieces of information that are often missing, but absolutely necessary for successful manifestation with the Law of Attraction.
Make no mistake about it: The Law of Attraction absolutely works, especially if you have the missing pieces that I give you in this book.
You will learn the three steps of Manifesting, as well as several powerful meditations and techniques to speed up you manifestation process. Additionally, we will discuss the 5 Most Common Mistakes in Manifesting.
In a way, applying the manifesting formula actually improves your “luck”. You will be amazed at the “lucky” coincidences that life will bring you and in what unexpected ways your desire will be fulfilled – such as money coming your way from different directions.

Needless to say, the principles and ways of manifesting are not generally recognized by Western science yet.
However, there are many sources in the world talking about effective manifesting. This includes Eastern religions, the Secret and Law of Attraction movement, Toltec Teachings, and many others…
Some discoveries in quantum mechanics, such as the “collapse of probabilities into physicality” on the fundamental level of particles, are already close to providing an explanation for the manifesting process in scientific terms.
In scientific terms, applying the manifesting formula attracts the more desirable probabilities to “collapse” into the physicality of your life. That means you become, for example, a money magnet for whom it is easy to attract money from all kinds of places.

How to Manifest – An Overview
Let us now look at the main ideas behind manifesting and why it works:
Rule 1: What you attract in the outer world is determined by your inner world.
You manifest all the time – whether you realize this or not. This means that you keep attracting people, situations and outcomes based on the state of your inner world.
The inner world includes:
– your feelings about yourself and the world
– your thinking patterns
– the often very limiting beliefs about what you can or cannot do.
The outer world, on the other hand, is everything outside of yourself – including all your relationships, how much money you make, and so on.
What you manifest or attract in the outer world is determined to a large degree by your inner world. So depending on your thoughts, beliefs and feelings about yourself and the world, you either limit yourself and attract undesirable things (such as lack) or you manifest whatever you truly desire.
And yes, this involves the Law of Attraction bringing opportunities and situations your way, in which the universe conspires to support you in manifesting your desires.
Rule 2: When you change your inner world, it also changes what you attract in the outer world.
There are ways to change your inner world – your convictions and beliefs about what is possible for you and even the way you feel about yourself can be changed.
These changes in your inner world will then reflect in your outer world – what you manifest through the Law of Attraction in your life.
A popular misconception about the Law of Attraction is that you just need to think a lot about what you desire and it will come into your life. While changing your thoughts is an important part of the manifesting process, it is only the first part of it.
The second part are your feelings. If you think about manifesting more money, but you feel that you do not deserve more money, then those feelings (inner world) will reflect in what you manifest in the outer world.
So what you think about a desire (more money) and how you feel about having more money can be in conflict. For a quick and powerful manifestation, your feelings and thoughts regarding what you desire should be in alignment and as free of mental and emotional blocks as possible.
In the following chapters we will look more at the most common emotional and mental blocks and what can be done to remove them.

Furthermore, your general level of energy or personal power plays an important role in determining how much of what you want you will actually attract. This fact is usually omitted in books about the Law of Attraction.
Raising one’s energy level is usually deeply connected to personal growth and conscious spiritual evolution. We will talk more about this in the chapter about raising the level of energy.

As an aside, when deciding what you want to manifest, it is also by far the best option to choose your heartfelt desires – what you deeply long for. Even if you feel or think initially that you cannot get it, or that you do not deserve it.
The truth of the matter is that if you truly, deeply desire something – then it is absolutely meant to manifest in your life.
These heartfelt desires come directly from your soul or ‘Higher Self’, the part of you that works “behind the scenes” in the world of energy to bring everything you desire your way.
You just need to stop blocking and start attracting what you desire with the Manifesting Formula, which we will talk about now.
Step 1: The Manifesting Formula
First, IMAGINE what it will be like to already have what you desire. Allow pictures to come up before your inner eye as you keep your eyes closed. Imagination is an important part of the manifestation process as it gives your desire a structure.
As you imagine having what you desire, allow yourself to FEEL what it will be like to already have what you desire. Focus on how it feels to have a lot of money in the bank, what you will do, what you will see and how you will see the world differently and feel differently.
The critical part is focusing on and then holding the feeling you get while imagining and picturing what you desire. It is this feeling (or more exactly, the energy of the feeling) that activates the Law of Attraction.
Do this exercise repeatedly, at least 2-5 minutes a
day and watch your desire come into manifestation in ways you often could not have anticipated beforehand. It helps to apply the Manifesting Formula several times a day.
In fact, you can hardly “overdo” the Manifesting Formula. The more you do it, the better and faster you will attract what you desire.

After some time, you will begin to feel that your desire is now closer, more real, ‘doable’, and not as far away as it used to be. This is an indication that it will manifest soon.
It can be helpful to be very specific about what you would like to manifest or attract into your life. For example, imagine already having a very specific amount of money AND then focus on what it feels like – again and again.
The Manifesting Formula is sometimes called “dreaming about what you desire” or “magnetizing your wish/dream”. In the world of energy, what you “dream about” in this way actually starts working like a ‘magnet’ to attract what you desire.

The Manifesting Formula is the first of three steps of manifesting.
In the following chapters we will talk about Taking Aligned Action (Step 2) and Removing Mental and Emotional Blocks (Step 3).
Step 2: Taking Aligned Action
This step of manifesting often does not get mentioned at all. Yet it is an absolutely critical step to properly activate the Law of Attraction.
In the first step we already ‘aligned’ the mental (picturing/imagination) and emotional (feelings) towards the outcome that you want to manifest.
Now it is also necessary to take ‘aligned’ action on the physical level. The result of this will be a full alignment of your being on all levels: physical, emotional and mental.
Only full alignment like this ensures that you will indeed manifest your desire with the Law of Attraction.
Taking ‘aligned’ action has two parts to it:
Part 1: Behaving AS IF.
Behaving AS IF is the most effective way of removing habitual self-limitations we all have. These self-limiting habits are completely out-of-alignment and at odds with what you want to manifest. To become aligned, behave AS IF.
Here are some examples:
When attracting success in your career or business – behave AS IF you are already a successful businessman. Constantly ask yourself: “Is that how a successful businessman behaves, thinks or speaks?” If not, adjust your behavior towards acting AS IF that is who you are.
When attracting money – behave AS IF you already have an abundance of money. Do not worry about money, even if it feels unnatural at first. Basically, behave like a millionaire, but keep unnecessary expenses down. Saving money is in fact one of the things that attracts more financial abundance through the Law of Attraction.
When attracting a relationship – acting AS IF involves making space in your life for the partner you want to attract. For example, put out dishes for two people when eating alone, or make your house ready to invite someone into it, keep yourself in a good shape. This works on many levels, including the activation of the Law of Attraction.

It takes about 40 days to change a habit through acting AS IF. So after 40 days you will no longer act AS IF you are a successful businessman – it will be natural for you to feel and see yourself this way. It will be second nature to you.
Then it will also become much easier to attract success, because you will quite naturally act in alignment to success with almost no effort.
The same goes with any other thing you want to attract into your life: financial abundance, a love relationship, a new career, great friends, and so on.
Taking Aligned Action – Part 2:
“Doing whatever brings your wish just a little bit closer.”
The second part of taking ‘aligned’ action is pretty straight-forward:
You simply need to find something you can do that brings you just a little bit closer towards what you are trying to manifest.
For example, when trying to attract a relationship, start being open towards people – maybe talk to more people or start conversations when you usually would not.
Usually, this involves getting a little bit out of your comfort zone.
The important thing is to show to ‘Spirit’ that you are serious about your intent and that you really want to change and become the person who has a relationship, for example.
Again, the same goes with any other thing you want attract: success, money, great friends, and so on.

Let us look at a few examples of actions you can take to bring money and financial abundance closer:
- Make it a habit to be fully aware of your finances: check your account activity regularly, create an excel-sheet of your expenses, etc.
- Make it a habit to always carry money in your pocket.
- Place a dollar bill on your desk where you can always see it.
- Do things that make you feel abundant in some way: go to the mountains, the sea, forests, look at the stars.
These actions may seem quite small, yet it is the cumulative effect over time that is very beneficial for attracting what you want.
Actions which require a lot of effort or getting out of your comfort zone can have a much bigger positive effect.
It is best to take at least some small action every day in addition to acting AS IF. The more regular you do your ‘aligned’ actions, the better.
And as an aside, taking aligned action is also pretty good for raising your energy level and increasing your personal power. More on that later.
Removing Mental and Emotional Blocks
In this chapter we will look at the biggest obstacles in manifesting – the mental and emotional blocks.
1. Mental Blocks – Limiting Beliefs
The biggest mental blocks are limiting beliefs. We all have them. These are the things that we are totally convinced about, no matter whether they are objectively true or not.
Limiting beliefs are a huge problem when it comes to using the Law of Attraction. And the problem is this:
You attract what you believe.
So for example, if you are convinced and believe that people are generally untrustworthy then you will attract many untrustworthy people.
Or if you believe that you cannot have or do not deserve financial abundance, you will attract a lack or shortage of money into your personal life.
The difficult part about this is that your limiting beliefs get seemingly reinforced and confirmed by what you encounter in the outer world. It is important to realize that this too is the Law of Attraction at work, although in a negative way.
The Law of Attraction attracts whatever you place your attention on, and our beliefs are a subconscious way of placing attention on something.
The best thing you can do is find out what your limiting beliefs are and then remove or change these beliefs.
How do you remove limiting beliefs?
A very effective way to remove limiting beliefs is to imagine for at least 5-10 minutes what it would be like for you to have as much money as you want, for example. What would it be like? What would you do? How would it make you feel?
This is one of the most effective ways of breaking limiting convictions and beliefs. You may need to repeat this process a few times to fully remove the limiting conviction or belief.
In this process, it can be very helpful to imagine very specific things, such as HOW or in what ways you get more money or imagine your bank account statement with a specific sum on it.
