Patrice's Passion

“Oh, no.” I fan my face with both hands and bite my lip. I don’t know why that’s what people do. There’s no way waving your hands at your face is going to stop the tears from coming, is there? Angela sees this and gets as serious as a bus full of nuns.
“Don’t you dare.” Her finger is in my face. “Don’t you dare fuck up that makeup before you get out there!”
Somehow, I manage it, but when I see Chase waiting for me at the altar, the battle starts all over again. Even with all the months of planning and the constant care he’s taken of me, something inside me still thought this whole thing might not happen. But it is. Out of all the people in the world, I found the one for me, and everyone I care about his packed in here to see it.
This is the best day of my life.
Once all the celebrating is over, we take the elevator up to the penthouse in silence. Not in any tense way, just full-on bliss.
The doors slide open directly to our suite, and the windows glow with the dark light of Manhattan. Jazz music is playing softly on the system, and there’s a bottle of champagne waiting in an ice bucket on the table.
It’s just going to have to keep waiting.
Tonight, we are in no rush.
Laying back on the bed, Chase’s hands brush over the whole sweep of my body. He’s kneeling at the edge of the bed, almost looking like he did when he got down on his knee at the club. Well, this time he’s naked, but the idea is kind of the same.
“Is this alright?” He’s kissing along the inside of my thigh, growing ever closer to the place we both want him to go.
“Yes.”
I feel his breath hot on the wetness of my need, and just the faintest sliver of his tongue riding up along me. It’s gentle, but sends shivers coursing through me. Spreading my knees wider, he puts his lips against me and eases his tongue between my folds to delve into me, tickling pleasure out of every crevice.
At last, his tongue rides up a long, firm line to find my clit, where it begins lazy circles. My knees lock around his shoulders, and I grip the sheets to avoid pulling out every hair on his head. Those circles become faster and more deliberate, intermingled with fluttering laps on the tip of me.
“Shit,” I purr out as he pushes farther. A slow rumble begins at the base of me and flows up my spine and out over my skin in one, long, sustained wave. My breath is caught in my throat, and before I know it, Chase’s cheek is nestled next to mine.
“Patrice, I promise to love you more with every breath I take.”
My arms are still scoured with goosebumps, but I wrap them around him as he presses the head of his cock slowly into me. Once seated, he draws almost all the way back out with the same agonizingly perfect rhythm. Each time he sinks and pulls, I hold him tighter.
Chase takes my head in his hands and kisses me with such ravishing passion that my whole body seizes up. My legs lock themselves around his waist, and he raises up until my hips are off the mattress. The pace quickens. Each time he plunges into me is harder and more deliriously satisfying than the last. He’s so thick, and so deep, I doubt I’ll ever get used to him.
The fact that he’s made me come already only makes me more sensitive, and I can already feel another orgasm pooling up inside me. His hips are locked to mine now, and he’s rocking them so that his cock swivels inside me, brushing against every facet of my pleasure with maddening strokes.
I grip him as tightly as possible, and he hisses out a long, beautiful breath.
“You are dangerous,” he whispers in my ear.
“So are you.”
My grip stays firm, and he picks up that rocking, growing faster and faster until we both cry out at the same time. I rake my nails across his back, and he presses so hard into me that it feels like he might burst with the effort. If we weren’t both bursting already. It’s like my entire body is made of pure gold, and I’ve lost all sense of time, place, or anything besides this man and the incredible things he makes me feel.
Spent, I turn my head again to look at the city, peering in at our happiness. There’s not a person in all the millions out there tonight who is as lucky as I am, and that’s the truth. I hold my man tighter as our breathing returns to normal.
It’s true. This is the best day of my life. And, I get the feeling they’re only getting better from here.

About the Author
Hey readers! I’m Tasha Hart, author of contemporary romances. Thanks for reading my stories. From a young age, I’ve been inspired to tell stories about the ideas I have all the time. It started with telling wild stories, then some wilding of my own... but now I’m settling down with some good coffee and trying to write great books. It’s a lot like running, which is what I usually do to figure out how my characters are going to misbehave. Totally distracting, consumes me wholly in the moment, and then it feels like magic!
