Fighting For Life

I kissed all around her breasts, making her whimper as my mouth engulfed them eagerly. She writhed in pleasure as I paid special attention to them before moving down even further. I kissed an open mouth trail all the way down her stomach, pausing at the hem of her leggings.
“Tell me if you want this,” I said breathlessly as I waited for her reply before lowering her bottoms.
“Yes, please? I want you,” she replied in a moan.
I wasted no time as I pulled her pants down in one motion. I kissed all over her hips and thighs before attaching my lips to her core. The moan that emitted from her throat was the most beautiful sound that I had ever heard. It edged me on and made me chase her orgasm even faster. I wanted to cause her so much pleasure. I wanted her to enjoy it. I wanted to be the one to cause her the pleasure.
It didn’t take long for her orgasm to crash down around us. Her legs were shaking violently as I lapped up her juices that were flowing. I moaned in pleasure knowing that I caused her the euphoric feeling.
Soon, I was hovering over her, waiting for her to come back down from her climax. When her eyes reopened, she leaned up quickly to kiss me. She pulled at my clothes hastily. I obeyed her unspoken commands and pulled the layers off of my body easily. Soon enough, I was rubbing against her, making her shake and shutter in anticipation.
“Are you ready, love?” I asked carefully.
“Mmm yes,” she moaned wantonly.
I could feel her tightening up in anticipation. I saw her trying to fight her fear, but she was shaking still.
“Relax, Aubry love,” I coached carefully. “It’s me, it’s Aiden. Just relax,” I whispered. I felt her take a deep breath and she nodded. “We can wait, my love.”
“Aiden,” she moaned as she rubbed herself on me. “Please?” she practically begged.
It made the sadistic part of me want to screw her even more. Her voice was so hoarse with want that it made me moan. I wanted her.
I carefully pushed myself into her. I was trying to be as careful and gentle as possible. Still, her muscles tightened up and her eyes flashed with fear before she closed them tightly.
I touched her face gently, trying to get her to look at me, but she did not budge. She began shaking in terror as one of her hands went to her arm trying to instinctively scratch at her barely healing skin. I quickly caught that hand and held it in mine, interlocking our fingers lovingly.
She opened her eyes, but I knew that it was not me that she was seeing. I knew that she was going back in her mind dangerously. So, as she stared up me in terror. I flipped us over with myself still buried in her, and she was on top of me. Her eyes instantly became clear again as she moaned at the sudden movement.
“It’s me, Aub,” I spoke gently as I ran my hand from her cheek to her chest unconsciously grazing her nipple barely. She inhaled sharply as my fingers grazed her. “I’m here,” I whispered. “Do you want to stop? We can stop.”
“No Aiden, please . . . I don’t want to stop,” she answered.
She unconsciously moved her hips making me moan at the slow movement. I grasped her hips carefully pushing her even faster and deeper. She took my urging easily and let me guide her movements. It didn’t take long for us both to be on the edge. When her second climax finally took over, I watched her and felt her ride out her wave. That made me follow with my own intense orgasm instantly.
When we both finally came back down, she climbed off of me slowly. I quickly wrapped her in my arms and laid her down next to me. I kissed her shoulders, head, and neck lovingly.
“I love you so much, Aubry,” I whispered to her.
“I love you too, Aiden,” she said to me sleepily.
I kissed her temple with a small laugh. “Go to sleep, my Aub. You look exhausted,” I commented.
“Do you think that would count as light exercise?” she asked goofily.
I snorted at her question, “Go to sleep, love.”
Together
Aubry
I pulled up to the school and smiled. I had always heard about the college in the next town over, but I had never been there. It was huge compared to our high school. There were a bunch of students loitering in the courtyard and then even more students trying to scurry off to class. It was hectic to say the least.
Aiden held his hand out to me, and I smiled at him. We walked a few feet forward, but I pulled Aiden to a stop when I realized that our straggler stayed behind. He had barely gotten out of his own car by the time we were halfway up the sidewalk.
“Tommy! Come on! Now! Unless you want me to embarrass you!” I yelled at him with a smirk.
He frowned at me as several people looked our way. “Too late,” he muttered bitterly as he stalked in front of Aiden and me. “Remind me again why I let you convince me to go back to college. I hate school, and I’m smarter than most of the professors,” he said in a bored tone.
“Well for one, because you’re too smart, so you need to become a doctor. And B, because with my brain injury, I can retain hardly any information, so I’m living vicariously through you because I actually wanted to go to college, a-and I can’t remember what number I’m on, but also because you need to find a cure for this issue of mine so I can go to college. Oh! And F, because girls looove doctors!” I said and wiggled my eyebrows at him.
“Girls love doctors, huh?” he said as he checked out a girl who walked by.
“Oh, and don’t worry! I talked to the school and told them to give you all the hardest teachers!” I joked with a big smile on my face.
“You What?!” he yelled, horrified.
I giggled softly. “You gotta learn right?” I continued teasing.
“That’s it! I’m not going! You can live vicariously through Aiden! Fuck this shit, I’m going home!” he said, annoyed.
He began to walk away. Before he could, though, I spotted a beautiful girl who was walking in front of us. I grabbed the handle of his backpack and flung him into her. He quickly caught himself and stopped her from falling as well. He was facing us with the girl’s back to us. He flashed an annoyed look to me, but his eyes widened when he looked at her.
I smirked at him. He looked scared as he looked from me to her. I raised my eyebrows and motioned for him to talk.
“U-um I’m, I’m so sorry . . .” he said awkwardly rubbing his neck. “Are you o-okay?” he added.
“Um . . . Yeah I’m, I’m okay. I’m sorry, I wasn’t watching where I was going,” she answered. “Actually, maybe you could help me . . . ? I-I have this class, Organic Chemistry with Professor Wright, and I have no idea where I’m going. Do you happen to have any idea where the science building is?” she asked in a hopeful tone.
Tommy’s smile went wide, and he nodded. “Actually, coincidently that’s my class as well, we can walk together, it’s this way,” he said and gestured her the way to go.
“Thank you!” He mouthed.
I smiled and gave him a thumbs-up. “Well if they get married and have kids, they’re gonna have to name their kid after me!” I joked to Aiden as I dragged him up the path.
“Isn’t one kid enough for you, woman? I mean, Kelsey is already naming her daughter Abby. That’s basically the same name as yours!” Aiden joked and slung his arm around me.
“You’re just mad because it wasn’t a boy to name after you!” I said with a smile.
“You’re not wrong,” Aiden said and stuck his tongue out.
“Okay, this is you.” I sighed and looked to the door.
“Are you sure you’re gonna be okay?” he asked again.
“Aiden, it’s a daycare. Not only that, but it’s the daycare that Cece will go to after school! I literally get to hang out with my favorite person all day! I’m gonna be fine!” I said with a wave.
“Oh, so now she’s your favorite person?” He raised an eyebrow and I nodded with a teasing smile. He rolled his eyes and continued. “I’m not worried about that! You’re going to crush your first day on the job! But are you gonna be okay dri
ving my truck?” he clarified.
“Hey! I’ve had my license for a month now! I’ll be fine . . . hopefully.”
He gave me an exasperated look.
“Kidding! I’ll be fine!” I said with a pat to his cheek.
“You know that’s not what I meant,” he said seriously.
“Aiden, I’m going to be fine. I haven’t had a panic attack in three days. Plus, I took all of my medicine this morning. You’re worrying for absolutely nothing.” I hugged him tightly. “Have fun in algebra! I love you!” I said and pecked his lips.
He grasped my hips and made the kiss last just a bit longer. “Love you too. Have a good first day of work!”

Aiden
I watched her walk down the path and get into my truck. She spared one wistful look at the college and then drove away.
I wished I could give her my spot. I wished I could swap my brain for hers. I wished I could have protected her from everything that happened to her in her life. It was all just wishful thinking, though. What happened, happened, and we all just had to accept it.
Honestly, I was constantly waiting for something or somebody to come lurking out of the shadows to drag her down. After living through so many monsters from her past trying to get her, I was always on edge. She was so fragile yet so strong all at the same time.
She was getting better, slowly but surely. Her panic attacks only lasted a few minutes most times, and they were decreasing in frequency. She still had bad days, her depression sometimes consumed her all up, but she was getting better. She was working on herself and working on loving herself. I wished she could see herself how I saw her. Aubry was the most amazing person that I’ve ever known, I just wished that she could understand that!
I wished I could fix her, but only she could do that. Only she could fix herself and make herself whole. All I could do for her was love her completely and support her wholly.
I love her. It was that simple. I love her, and I would never make the mistake of doubting her ever again. Aubry was my future, our pasts didn’t matter as long as we accepted them to move on.
Move on together.
I walked into the large classroom and looked around. Hardly any people were in the lecture hall yet, so I had time to think. Time to think about Aubry, always thinking of Aubry. My Aubry, my beautiful fighter.
I decided to go to college. Before, I had no idea what I wanted to do after high school. I knew I didn’t want to leave my family, but I wasn’t sure what I could do while I was near them. I never thought that I was a “college person”. I always figured that I’d just go be mechanic or something which is something that I thought I liked a lot, but I figured out that it was only something that I liked doing with my dad. I didn’t want to do it as a job.
Aubry was the one who actually convinced me that college was the right way for me to go. She helped me decide on sports medicine. On that route, I didn’t actually have to become a doctor, and I could use those skills at the gym.
Tommy, and I decided that I’d be the full-time one at the gym while he was becoming a doctor. I liked that, I liked being at the gym. I used to hate being there, I used to never liked to teach or correct anyone’s form because I was too self-absorbed, but Aubry showed me how much I actually like to teach and coach. She showed me that I was pretty good at it too. So, that was what I decided to do.
I was excited for the future, a future with Aubry. A bright future with exciting possibilities. A beautiful future with us together. A future of loving Aubry.
I still felt horribly for her, though. She had always wanted to go to college. However, because of her brain injury, she couldn’t. She couldn’t retain a lot of information, her short-term memory was not in good shape. We had to tell her things several times before she could remember it. She got so frustrated with herself over it. I didn’t mind it though, it wasn’t her fault she couldn’t remember. We all just had to be patient. She needed to learn patience for herself.
She wanted to move on from her old life, and college was supposed to be that time for her. I had to constantly convince her it that it was okay and that no matter what she did, college or not, life was going to be okay and she’d still move on. She was still okay.
I had to constantly remind her that it was okay, and that we were in it together. As long as we were together, nothing could stop us. We would fight together. We could conquer everything as long as we were together. Aiden and Aubry forever.
Family
Aubry
I looked down at her little face, and suddenly the whole world seemed so small. She was tiny and one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen in my eighteen years of life. She had her dad’s big brown eyes and strong chin, but she had my mother’s nose and Kelsey’s lips.
She was perfect. Abby Renee Richards. I was officially an aunt!
I was so excited for the moment I would get to meet my little niece. Luckily, she was born just before Thanksgiving break, so all of us could go to California to see the little baby. She was well worth the trip too.
I almost started crying as I held the small baby in my arms. For so long I didn’t think I’d ever even have my sister in my life again, much less, her beautiful baby, but there I was, holding my sister’s precious child in my arms.
I felt the overwhelming urge to protect the baby, to make sure she didn’t have a horrible childhood like my sister and I had, and to make sure she wouldn’t grow up to have the same mental and physical issues because of all those hardships. She was going to have a good life.
I smiled at Aiden who was next me and grinning widely.
“She’s beautiful! Let me get a picture of you two. Abby and Aubry . . .” He laughed to himself. “I hope Kelsey knows what she just got herself into. She practically branded you BFF’s from the start. This is gonna be a disaster for her! Poor Momma!” He laughed loudly and shook his head. Then he snapped a couple pictures on his phone and kissed my forehead.
“You look so happy with her. It’s breathtaking, love,” he whispered slowly.
I smiled at him and kissed my niece’s forehead. “She’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen! Want to hold her, Uncle A?”
He looked at me with wide eyes. “I-I haven’t held a baby since Cece was born. I think I’m good, thanks,” he said, and I giggled.
“Aiden, just hold her. It’s easy, I had never ever held a baby before starting at the daycare and look at me now, practice makes perfect. Come on, my love, it’s going to be fine. Just support her head and try not to be nervous. She’s going to love her crazy Uncle A!” I reassured him.
He sighed and frowned. “Okay, fine. But if she starts crying, I’m putting her down!” he said with a smirk.
“That’s the beauty of being an aunt or uncle. That’s the parent’s problem not ours!” I said with a laugh.
I slowly placed Abby into Aiden’s waiting arms. At first, he panicked but after a few seconds he settled down and something just seemed to just ‘click’ in him. He was natural.
“Let me get a picture, your mom will love this one,” I said with a smile.
I took my phone out and snapped the beautiful picture. The two most beautiful people I had ever met, that was definitely my new screen saver. Aiden looked so content and natural and happy. We were all so happy.
There was a knock on the nursery door as the door opened. Kelsey, Mark, Tom, Brandon and Bri walked in.
“Kels, why did you knock? It’s your house and your baby’s room,” I said with a smile. “She’s beautiful sis, absolutely perfect!” I said and hugged my sister tightly.
“I didn’t want to walk in on you two making a baby of your own . . . You know what they say, baby fever and all that jazz.” Kelsey laughed.
I rolled my eyes at her childishness and then smiled at Bri. “Want to hold her?”
“Absolutely! Of course, I want to hold the little princess!” she said and took Abby from Aiden.
“She really is perfect Kels, absolutely amazi
ng,” Aiden said after he handed the baby over.
“Sooo . . . When are you two having a baby then?” Tom asked, gesturing to the both of us.
“Hold on, nope! We should be asking you that. Mister I-date-three girls-at-once!’ You realize that when I taught you how to talk to girls and helped you get their attention; you were supposed to go on one date with each of them and then choose. You were definitely not supposed to keep dating all three of them especially Marissa! She has been putting up with your shit for a year! You, jackass!” I countered back.
“Hey! They all know about each other! We’re all just casual right now. We all can see whoever we want. I don’t know who I want to date, not yet at least. Plus, I had to put up with you and Aiden being an almost couple for months, so you shut up!” he said back with a shrug. “Plus, you avoided the question . . . When are you and Aiden gonna have a baby?”
“Keep it up, and I’m gonna have to expose Abby to violence at five days old,” I said with an eyebrow raised. “Slow your roll, T, we are eighteen and not even engaged or anything yet. Technically, we’ve only been back together for less than six months,” I answered truthfully.
“Oh yeah, sometimes I forget about how much little time has passed after everything,” Tom said and looked down. “Well, my bet is on B and Bri having a baby first, anyways.” He shrugged.
Brandon and Briana shared a look and said nothing. She silently passed the baby to Brandon who looked absolutely terrified of the tiny human.
I looked between them and my eyes widened. “Shut up! No way!” I exclaimed, making everyone look at me strangely.
“Shh Aub!” Brandon snapped. Everyone stared at him like he grew a second head for talking to me like that. “The baby is sleeping,” he added awkwardly at the end.
Aiden studied the couple for a second, then his eyes widened after a few seconds. “You’re pregnant!?” Aiden exclaimed in shock and a bit of anger. “You’re still in high school, Bri!”
