  I also wanted to have a look for the covers that was striking, and luckily, I knew of the perfect man to help with this. Mark Cordory. Mark specialises in creating post-apocalyptic costumes and props, and it was through him that the unique look of the books covers was created.

  This was not cheap to do. I had invested a lot in getting the look just right, so when the first book didn’t do well on release, I really was worried.

  But the book did eventually find its audience, and that led to book 2, book 3 and even book 4.

  With the release of book 4, it made sense to me to collect the first 3 books, which contains the first arc of the story, and put them into a collected volume, which is what you have just read.

  Book 4 is out now, and continues where this book leaves off.

  I will return to the world of the Road Knights in the future to continue and perhaps conclude the story, and I look forward to riding the wastes once more.

  Road Knights takes place on planet Urth, many light years from Earth, and is one small part of a wider universe known as the Magi Saga.
