  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This will cause you to regenerate mana faster in combat. Mana will increase by an additional three per five seconds. This buff levels with the caster.

  Invisibility Versus Undead

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 12 minutes

  Effect: This will render you invisible to any undead in the area. They will be unable to see you, however this buff will fall should you attempt to cast anything else while it’s active.

  Mass Enthrall

  Cast: Enemy Targets

  Type: Offensive/Defensive—area of effect centered around the initial target.

  Duration: 24 seconds

  Effect: This is an area effect version of mesmerize. Any damage will break this spell. It’s a bad idea to use this while targeting allies.

  Haste

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Melee Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: When cast on an ally, this buff will allow their melee speed to increase by 25%.

  Feeble Body

  Cast: Enemy Targets

  Type: Offensive/Defensive

  Duration: 24 seconds

  Effect: When cast on an enemy target, their haste will be reduced by 25%.

  Shield Illusion

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Defensive Buff

  Duration: Until depleted – requires hematite

  Effect: Using the power of your mind you cast a shield around your target, confusing the enemies and negating up to 75hp of damage. That whole mind magic thing seems to be working out well, doesn’t it?

  Level Twenty (20):

  Altruism

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This allows a faction increase to your target. It will lift you one faction level. However, should you be kill on sight, not even altruism can help you. This buff will update again at level 30.

  Shift

  Cast: Area of effect

  Type: AOE Stun

  Duration: 8 seconds

  Effect: This stun effectively locks all mobs around its epicenter in place for 15 yards. They will be unable to move for 8 seconds.

  Fervor

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This is an attack speed buff, but it also increases agility by the caster’s level. Cannot be cast on the same target as Beserker.

  Beserker

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This buff adds strength to the amount equal to the level of the caster, however it also reduces agility by half the caster’s level. Best used for classes or pets who will not need agility stacked. Cannot be cast on the same target as Fervor.

  Charismatic

  Cast: Self or others (but who are we kidding, you’re an enchanter, you’ll never not cast this on yourself).

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This buff increases your target’s charisma equal to the level of the caster. No restrictions. Cast away!

  Magic Resist

  Cast: Group

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: Increases your magic resistance by an amount equivalent to the caster’s level.

  Armored

  Cast: Group

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: Increases your AC by an amount equivalent to the caster’s level.

  Level Twenty-Five (25):

  Speed

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: When cast on an ally, this buff will allow their melee haste or speed to increase by 30%.

  Vigor

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This will increase energy rejuvenation by an equivalent to 20% of the caster’s level. Mostly, this will be used for melee classes, however sometimes it can be good for running away from dangerous mobs.

  Enrage

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff... sort of

  Duration: 15 minutes

  Effect: This buff will cause your target to receive some of the aggression generated by you. The mob will assume it comes from the target of this spell. This spell is intended for tank types or pets to take on. Only cast it on someone else if you really, really don’t like them, or maybe if you’re running for your life. Also — this can only be cast on one target at a time.

  Signet

  Cast: Group

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This buff will increase the intelligence and agility of all group members by an amount equal to the caster’s level. Signet will not stack with Fervor, and can be overridden by casting the latter, should melee need their own boost. Both stats will be boosted to the level of the caster.

  Arcane Cure

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Cure

  Duration: Instant

  Effect: Should an ally receive a magical debuff, you can cure them of this ailment.

  Level Thirty (30):

  Altruism

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This allows a faction increase to your target. It will lift you two faction levels. However, should you be kill on sight, not even Altruism can help you. This buff will update again at level 40. Worked out well last time, didn’t it?

  Shield Illusion

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Defensive Buff

  Duration: Until depleted – requires hematite

  Effect: Using the power of your mind you cast a shield around your target, confusing the enemies and negating up to 150 HP of damage. That whole mind magic thing seems to be working out well.

  Mesmerize

  Cast: Single Target

  Type: Breakable Stun

  Duration: 48 seconds

  Effect: This spell immobilized your opponent for as long as they take no damage, or forty-eight seconds, whichever is shorter. You may cast non-damaging spells on them, and you may renew this casting before the initial one expires. Casting it on your friends probably isn’t a good way to win popularity contests.

  In Perpetuity

  Cast: Self Only

  Type: Buff

  Duration: Until death or departure from Somnia

  Effect: This buff increases the enchanter’s casting speed for all spells, allowing them to fire them off in quick succession. Combined with Concentration, this buff allows the enchanter to access all of their spells without weaving.

  Caution: this requires that the enchanter be fully aware of all of aspects of each spell they cast in this way.

  Concentration

  Cast: Self Only

  Type: Buff

  Duration: Until departure from Somnia or death.

  Effect: This buff increases the enchanter’s ability to focus on and learn their spells. Combined with In Perpetuity, this buff allows the enchanter to cast all of their spells without first weaving them. Caution: If Concentration hasn’t been fully applied to the spells, the consequences can be disastrous.

  Level Thirty-Five (35):

  Mana Tide (Upgrade)

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 60 minutes

  Effect: This will cause you to regenerate mana faster in combat. Mana w
ill increase by an additional seven per five seconds. This buff levels with the caster.

  Root (Upgrade)

  Cast: Others (or self if you really want to)

  Type: Immobilization, with thorns

  Duration: 12 seconds

  Effect: This will root the target in place. Probably not the best idea to cast it on yourself when fleeing in panic. Now with improved thorns which will make your squirming opponent decidedly uncomfortable.

  Fervor (Upgrade)

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 60 minutes

  Effect: This is an attack speed buff, but it also increases agility by the caster’s level plus ten. Cannot be cast on the same target as Beserker.

  Beserker (Upgrade)

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 60 minutes

  Effect: This buff adds strength of the amount equal to the level of the caster plus ten, however it also reduces agility by half the caster’s level. Best used for classes or pets who will not need agility stacked. Cannot be cast on the same target as Fervor.

  Haste (Upgrade)

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Melee Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: When cast on an ally, this buff will allow their melee speed to increase by 35%.

  Concussive Blast

  Cast: Area of Effect

  Type: Stun

  Duration: twelve seconds

  Effect: This is a stun that radiates out from the caster for fifteen feet. It will stun anyone who means the caster harm within that radius. Does not produce sparkles, rainbows, or ponies.

  Level Forty (40)

  Altruism (Upgrade)

  Cast: Self or Others

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This allows a faction increase to your target. It will lift you two faction levels. Depending on how badly they hate you, this version might even make you neutral if you’re kill on sight. This buff will update again at level 50. Tip: You can use this even if you’re already neutral. Nothing wrong with people liking you more. They tend to be more helpful.

  Signet

  Cast: Group

  Type: Buff

  Duration: 45 minutes

  Effect: This buff will increase the intelligence and agility of all group members by an amount equal to the caster’s level. Signet will not stack with Fervor, and can be overridden by casting the latter, should melee need their own boost. Both stats will be boosted to the level of the caster.

  Arcane Cure

  Cast: Self or others

  Type: Cure

  Duration: Instant

  Effect: Should an ally receive a magical debuff, you can cure them of this ailment.

  Manabalize

  Cast: From Self to Others

  Type: Transfer

  Duration: Instant

  Recast: 2 minutes

  Effect: Gives target a portion of Enchanter’s Mana equal to four times the enchanter’s level. Don’t be an idiot. Make sure you don’t drain yourself empty.

  Spell Block

  Cast: Enemies (or friends if you want them to be enemies)

  Type: Debuff

  Duration: Instant

  Recast: 90 seconds

  Effect: Slows the casting time of the next or current spell by 200%. Most people won’t be inclined to like you after you use this on them.

  Druidic Hybrid Abilities

  Earth Shielding

  Cast: Passive

  Type: Reinforcement

  Duration: Always active

  Effect: Due to the psionicist’s unique nature, earth shielding will reinforce any of your psionicist based skills such as thought shielding, thought projection, and thought sensing, making them more robust and upping your mental defenses. Any other skills gained through the psionicist’s branch will also be effected by this, including any kinetic skills.

  Reinforce Self

  Cast: Passive

  Type: Reinforcement

  Duration: Always active

  Effect: Similar to earth shielding which effects your skills, this ability allows your body to take more damage, upping your innate armor class by your level times two — effectively making cloth armor reflect the protection curboiled leather might grant you.

  Reinforce Intelligence

  Cast: Passive

  Type: Nature’s awareness

  Duration: Always active

  Effect: Nature is all seeing and all encompassing. This ability allows you to take on some of that wisdom and intelligence, and apply it to yourself. It increases both of those statistics by the enchanter’s level, giving rise to a larger mana pool, and slightly heightened damage.

  Earth Pull

  Cast: Instant—three-minute recast

  Type: Buff

  Duration: thirty seconds

  Effect: This allows any buff that is chosen to triple in potency for a thirty second duration. It’s activated first, followed by the buff. Make sure you time it properly. Can only be cast on one person at a time, and does not include group buffs. No refunds.

  Binding Shield

  Cast: Instant—five minute recast

  Type: Linked Buff

  Duration: Fifteen seconds

  Effect: You can offer an earth shield to two allies (including yourself if you’re going to be selfish and all). This shield will share the damage between the two allies, metering out damage proportionally. Use wisely. Don’t try this at home.

  Nature’s Gift

  Cast: Passive

  Type: Awareness

  Duration: Permanent

  Effect: You have become acutely aware of your surroundings. Of the life in everything, in the trees, in the forest, in each and every being you encounter. This lends you a connection to nature. Don’t dismiss it lightly.

  Sinuous Abilities

  Sinuous: This is the more offensive avenue to take. From hypnotic suggestion, through to invoked visions, this path veers toward complete mind infestation of the enchanter’s opponents. This is only available to psionicists.

  Hypnotic Suggestion

  Cast: Instant—5 minute recast

  Type: Offensive

  Duration: twenty seconds

  Effect: Your target will perform whatever task you suggest to them, as if it had been suggested by themselves, or their leader. Once this objective has been achieved, or else the spell wears off, the target will spend five seconds in rampant confusion. Should you not be in aggro range, the target will then forget you. Probably not good to use on allies - it’s not been tested on them.

  Feedback Loop

  Cast: Instant—5-minute recast

  Type: Offensive

  Duration: 15 seconds or 50% of caster’s level, whichever is greater.

  Effect: Must be used in conjunction with the psionic MA thought sensing, and thought projection. Pluck any type of memory out of the head of your opponent and create a feedback loop in their mind. They’ll be stuck in this loop and not attack anyone for the duration. Damage ticks at caster’s level x 2 every tic (3 seconds). Best not to use on a friend when they piss you off.

  Basic Visions

  Cast: Instant—3-minute recast

  Type: Offensive

  Duration: 20 seconds, or 75% of the caster’s level, whichever is greater.

  Effect: You may create and insert a vision for the target to experience—its best to have some of these pre-prepared. This will cause them damage (caster’s level x 2 per tick), and distraction for the duration of the spell depending on what type of vision you’ve given them.

  Level Thirty (30)

  Possession I

  Cast: Instant - 5 minute recast

  Duration: 20 seconds

  Effect: Force your way into the mind of your target and assume control for up to twenty seconds. Make sure the target is debuffed for maximum duration. Don’t even contemplate being in the target when it dies. It’s a very bad idea.

  Sudden Drop

  Cast: Instant - 10 minute recast

  Type: Offensive Debuff

  Duration: 20 seconds

  Effect: A forced debuff wave that overrides the enemy’s natural defenses and convinces them that all their stats have dropped by an amount equivalent to the caster’s level. Lasts for 25 seconds. Cannot be resisted.

  Level Thirty-Five (35)

  Cast: Mana Block

  Type: Specific Mana aimed stun

  Duration: 6 seconds, recast 45 seconds

  Effect: This is, effectively, a stun which blocks the use of mana of an opponent. It will also interrupt any current ability being cast when it hits. For its duration the target will be unable to utilize any of their mana based skills for six seconds. Be cautious with timing this spell as it has a forty-five second recast and if you cast it at the wrong time, you might just kill everyone.

  Mana Theft

  Cast: Instant - 5 minute recast

  Type: Offensive

  Duration: Not applicable

  Effect: This ability allows the enchanter to steal mana from their opponent. It will not only steal a large chunk of mana from the opponent, but will also inflict in damage the same amount stolen during the Mana theft. When used in conjunction with mana-drain, this can debilitate the target and keep the group in mana when juggled well.

  Mana-Drain

  Cast: Instant - 5 minute recast

  Type: Offensive

  Duration: lasts twenty seconds

  Effect: This ability allows the enchanter to apply a DoT to the target where it will drain the mana and share it out toward the group. The DoT is one of both physical damage and mana loss. While it ticks slowly, the damage can backlash if it is prematurely cleansed off your target, even if its by the target themselves. Be aware that nothing that drains mana in a violent way is a good thing, but sometimes there are necessary evils.

  Level Forty (40)

  Confusion

  Cast: Enemies

  Type: Debuff

  Duration: 12 seconds (maximum four seconds if cast on a boss)

  Recast: 5 minutes

  Effect: Envelops the opponents brain in a cloud of confusion. This allows their spells to misfire, hitting their allies, and usually avoiding their enemies completely. Effect severely diminished when used on boss mobs.
