“I’d be a fool to say no, but I think you’ll be more than enough for the time being,” I replied, holding in a moan. She winked and started moving her hips furiously, sliding up and down my length as her muscles contracted around me. I had no idea what was happening with her, but they weren’t letting off, instead squeezed me so hard I thought I was about to cum after only a couple of thrusts.

  “W-what are you—?”

“Just enjoy—the fun,” she moaned, barely able to speak as her body arched and her nails dug into my arms. She leaned in and licked it up before the gashes closed.

I was about to ask her what she was doing again, but I decided against it. Everything else could wait for a while longer.

My hands shot up and cupped her breasts as she straightened herself again, using my fingers to play with her nipples. She giggled and tried to pull away, but I wouldn’t let her. The two mounds of joy were something I enjoyed more than anything. Big, beautiful breasts that showed no sign of her age as they hung their playfully, calling for me to dig in again.

Unable to hold myself anymore, I started rocking my hips up and down, slamming them against her ass. Her eyes turned emerald-green and even glowed for a second as she bared her teeth and leaned in, biting my lower lip. She drew blood again as they pierced my skin, then licked it up. The pure joy of finding out what she really was made me go crazy.

“You’re a fucking Blood Elf,” I laughed, pushing Sylvana on her back and pulling her legs up.

“What are you talking—about?” she moaned as I kept thrusting furiously. I didn’t reply and instead grinned at her wolfishly. I could see she wasn’t as comfortable anymore, but I didn’t care. She decided to give it all up so I would oblige her.

A sudden blast of energy and what could only be described as emotions rushed over me as I plunged into her. Her legs tightened around me as I could feel a surge coming up inside me and I released. She stopped me mid-thrust and I couldn’t even move anymore, but everything that gathered in me over the last weeks gushed out and filled her. Cum dripped lazily down the inside of her thighs as she grinned up at me.

Her legs finally released me and she pushed me off her. I didn’t go far and lay back next to her, pulling Sylvana up on to my chest and putting my arm around her.

“I guess you won’t tell me what you just did there at the end?” I asked, slightly out of breath. Usually, I wouldn’t have even felt any fatigue after an hour, but the little Blood Elf did something to me.

“I used your blood to cast a spell on you,” she chuckled. “You basically felt everything I did added on top of what you already felt.”

“It sure is a big world out here,” I whispered, thinking about all the things I had no idea existed. One of those things was magic, especially Elven magic. It was something not even Lefrand had known much about after fifteen-hundred years of existence.

“Tell me about it. But most of the things I know are small and self-taught. I do know some combat spells, but they take a heavy toll on me.”

“I can only imagine. Say, how strong are you and Helena combat wise now that you mention?”

She looked up at the clear sky and hummed something I couldn’t understand before an illusion appeared, showing an image of her fighting, and not just a single battle, but many of them.

“You’re quite the treat, Lady Sylvana,” I said, not quite sure how I should be feeling about her. Most of her attack magic was elemental based, ranging from ice, fire, earth, and air magic, to exceptional skill with her daggers and bow.

“Do you now see why Lefrand was so eager to keep me around, yet wanted to get rid of me?”

“What a fool,” I hissed. “I’ve never seen anyone more lost in idiocy than him. He rewards those loyal to him and of great strength with death, but keeps those weak idiots around him and rewards them. I’ll never let you go or take you for granted.”

“Heh, speaking of keeping around,” she purred, wrapping her hand around my still hard member, “You better keep your promise. Helena and I have been through a lot during our lifetime. I’ve had enough Vampire for ten lifetimes, to be honest, but he made us into addicts, so I rather stay with the one who will know how to treasure us.”

“And you think she’ll want to stay around? Being part of what—I don’t know what we are.”

  She shrugged.

“At least she won’t go anywhere. We’re tied to never stray from each other for more than ten miles. If we do, we’ll lose our magic.”

“I won’t even ask how that’s supposed to work, but I believe you. And speaking of magic and blood, she’s a Blood Elf as well?”

  Sylvana nodded.

“We both are. Our father was a Blood Elf and our mother was a Moon Elf.”

“No wonder you’re so adept at such a wide range of magic.”

I sighed and slightly moved my hand up to cup her breast. It felt like heaven in my hand, even more so in my mouth earlier. Shit, will I ever be able to have enough of her?

  Chapter Seventeen

“So, do you want to try and awaken your Bloodline?” she asked after a long minute of comfortable silence where we just enjoyed each other’s bodies and company. I sure would want her to try, but she had no idea what to do. Or at least I assumed as much.

“No, I’ll ask Dimas later. It’s useless to try and do something without any pointers. We can do as much once we’re at the bandit camp.”

“If you say so. Is it time to go?”

“Unless you want to go another round?” I smirked.

“Hah, not today. I’ve had enough of Vampire cock for a day or two,” she laughed. My, oh my. She sure knew how to run her mouth. I liked it.

“Let’s see if the others have eaten and are ready to move out then.”

A couple of minutes later, we walked up to my remaining officers. I could feel their stares and Calina’s—something boring holes in me. I had no idea if it was anger or disappointment, but it was there.

“Did the last group of riders have anything to report?” I asked, steering the conversation and thoughts where I wanted it to be.

“No, my Lord,” Sentinel replied as he got up from the comfortably looking piece of wood he found somewhere. “Everything is fine for now. They’re eating as we speak.”

“Then let them finish eating. Once they’re ready, set out the fires and cover them with dirt. I don’t want the trackers to find them as easily.”

  “My Lord.”

Sentinel walked off and relayed orders to a group of civilians who sent the message down the line. I turned back to have a look at the bandit leader and nodded. The man got up as he ran both hands through his black beard. It annoyed the shit out of me for some reason, but I wasn’t that hot on long, ugly beards.

“We can finally move out once the caravan is packed up,” I said as he approached.

“Good! The lady will be overwhelmed, I’m sure of it!”

“She better be. I’m going out of my way to help her.”

“And she’ll be more than welcome to accommodate you for as long as you need, my Lord. Please, we’ll prepare to move out as well. Come find me once you’re ready to depart.”

I turned around to search for the one man I could count on in such a situation, or rather Vampire. Dimas. He sat in silence on to the right of our group, not even fifty feet from where I stood. His coven was gathered around him, but they didn’t seem too chatty. Still, I had to approach him with care. One never could trust a Vampire so easily, and I knew so much as I was one of them.

“Dimas?” I called out. “Could we have a minute?”

He got up and walked over to me without as much as a reply. Whatever, if he wasn’t the talkative type, who was I to call him out on it?

“Raziel?” he asked, crossing his arms over his chest.

  “Not so chatty today?”

“Why do you ask?” he frowned. I felt as if I did something wrong by the way he looked at me, but then his face turned to a smile. “You mean because of why we
re sitting in silence?”

  I nodded.

  “Exactly.”

“But we’re not. We communicate telepathically. The maximum range is about a mile for my family members.”

  “A Bloodline ability?”

It was his turn to nod.

“It is. Speaking of which, what’s yours?”

“I don’t have any. Lefrand didn’t trust me with one.”

“Heh, then we’re the same. I accidentally awakened mine years after I left so we might help you with that, but not before we settle in. There are many things we need to gather first for the awakening.”

“And I assume you can help with that as well?”

Dimas nodded. Now that was a turn of events I could get behind. I would need to make sure to repay the man one day for being so willing to help, no matter his reasons.

“I can, but we need to be in a place for more than 10 days so we can get the stuff.”

  I nodded appreciatively.

“More about that another time. Now, the reason why I asked you over was to have your Coven protect the caravan from all sides. You can relay messages easily to cover all of it from what I understood.”

“Alright. I’ll take the flank and have my youngest play messenger if anything comes up.”

“Right. Make sure we don’t get hit without time to react.”

Dimas went silent again and turned his back on me. If it was anyone else, I would have thought it rude, but the man was my Elder by centuries and just doing what I asked him to. Just then I finally noticed the last fire go out and being covered with fresh dirt. We were finally ready to move out it seemed. Good, I didn’t want to stay around here any longer.

“In position!” I yelled, amplifying my voice so I could be heard far down the line. I waited for two minutes until I saw everyone milling about and standing in formation, their faces looking much better now that they’d eaten and had a decent rest. “Move out!”

I turned back to my officers and stayed at the head while they fell back to ride with their subordinates. Helena and Sylvana rode to either side of me, which had by now become standard. Sylvana was always to my right while her sister was on my left and looked mostly angry, anxious, or just cold.

The bandit group marched ahead of us or rather stumbled if I had to give it a real name. They were spread out and in disarray more than not. I didn’t care as long as they brought us where we needed to be. Just thinking about the Viper put a grin on my face, especially its core if the creature really was so old. Absorbing the thing was a great way to increase someone’s power.

“Who will take part in killing it?” Helena asked as if she could read my mind.

“Dimas and me. You two will be on standby in case we get overpowered.”

“Why not use us right away?” Sylvana added. “Wouldn’t it be less dangerous?”

I turned to face her and frowned.

“Do you think I could risk either of you for such a small thing as killing a Three-Horned Viper?”

“Small thing? If it’s as big as they said it was, it isn’t really a small thing, Lord Raziel,” Helena laughed. “Now that we’ve found a new home, we’re not going to risk it over your ego.”

“Helena!” Sylvana snapped. “Be more respectful when you talk to him!”

“It’s alright when we’re alone,” I interrupted before she could say anything. “But keep in mind that I have a certain image to uphold when others are present or in earshot.”

“I’m sorry,” Helena whispered, looking away. “I’m conflicted over the situation, so please forgive me. We’ll need some time to become accustomed to it all. Especially you fucking my sister’s brains out. She can’t stop grinning or talking about you since the two of you went for a walk.”

“Fuck! What’s wrong with you?” Sylvana cried out. Her voice wavered slightly and I could see her face turn red almost immediately.

“Nothing. We’re old enough not to fool around, right?”

I sighed and shook my head. The two really were as opposite as night and day.

“You have my word that I’ll protect both of you with my life. You’re too valuable to me, and not just for sex as you might think, Helena.”

“Just valuable?” Sylvana smirked. “As in very valuable?”

“We’ll see,” I replied, the corners of my lips slightly raised. She chuckled and shook her head slightly.

“Men. They’re too proud to admit what they’re feeling or thinking. Whatever, you’ll come around soon enough. I have faith in you.”

Now it was my turn to chuckle. She really had struck a nerve with that. I could see the unasked question in her eyes; what about Alara? Luckily, it stayed unasked. For now.

Hours turned into a day, then two and three. Finally, I got the long-awaited message.

“There, Lord Raziel,” the bearded bandit yelled from up ahead. “The base is just ahead in the thick of the trees,” he pointed past the small river on our left. I had to admit that they knew how to choose a place. The base itself was slightly elevated to provide better overlook while the widest part of the river was just up ahead at the dead center of the part where the base was located. What’s more, the tree-line was so dense that the ordinary eye couldn’t see anything from afar. They would really need to get in close.

“Understood. Ride ahead and tell her we arrived as requested. I want to see her right away.”

  “Yes, Lord Raziel.”

The man spurred his horse on as the bandits behind him picked up the pace and started running. Luckily for them, the group didn’t wear any heavy armor, only light leather, and mostly wooden weapons. On the other hand, every one of my soldiers, even the archers, were quite encumbered with their gear and the long march behind us.

“What do you think she’ll be like? I doubt she’ll be a lady,” Helena laughed.

“You think you can pass for one, even if wearing a dress?” Sylvana shot back and joined in the laughter. Damn. Their laughter was infectious and like music to my ears. When we got the chance, I would need to make them laugh again so I could enjoy the melody.

“Why not?” Helena shot back. “Just because I don’t spread my legs so easily I can’t be a lady?”

“Oh, that was such a low blow just now. Just wait until you had your fun with him. Oh, and he knows we’re Blood Elves.”

“What! Why did you tell him?” she hissed under her breath.

  “He found out almost immediately.”

“I did, truly,” I added before Helena could say anything stupid. “But no one else knows and needs to know. Even if they see you using Blood Magic, no one but the other Elves and Dimas’ group will know what you are.”

“Thanks, I guess. And yeah, that bastard made sure we need blood that carries his line. Luckily you’re around for us to—give us our fill when we need it. If that’s alright?”

“Helena, you’ve got the wrong impression from me. I’m not Lefrand, so why would you treat me like him? He wanted me dead, don’t you remember, miss assassin?”

She shied away again, obviously embarrassed.

“Right. I’ll try and be more open and less—judging toward you, Lord Raziel.”

“Speaking of judgment, look who’s there,” I grinned, spotting a horse ride out to meet us. On its back sat a tall, black-haired beauty. Behind her rode four heavily armed men on horseback bringing up her rear. Not that it would matter if there were four thousand of them.

“Shit, she actually looks pretty good,” Helena chuckled. “I might have judged her wrong by occupation.”

“Remains to be seen, sister,” Sylvana replied equally condescending. “She sure looks good. I wonder if Lord Raziel’s head will start spinning with so many beauties gathering around him.”

“Maybe Lord Raziel will take her with us or take over her base. What do you ladies think?”

“My Lord!” Sylvana mock yelled. “You’re already over us so quickly?”

“You two? No, but I’ve already had a taste of Sylvana,
so she can take a break for now. Next up is Helena and then maybe Rennes? Or the other way around?”

“What?” they snapped in unison. “You dare!”

“Maybe, maybe not. We’ll see what Rennes has to say.”

I shouldn’t be playing around with them so much, but I couldn’t help it. Sure, we were still in a load of shit, but who said that we couldn’t try to enjoy every moment of rest we had?

“See if you’ll get any from me any time soon,” Sylvana murmured.

“Wasn’t it you who seduced him?” Helena laughed. Sylvana threw a bolt of lightning at her sister, striking her shoulder.

“Fuck! What was that for?” she hissed, rubbing her arm.

  “For teasing me!”

“Enough, we can fool around more later,” I said, interrupting any further fooling around. I didn’t want for Rennes to get a bad first impression. Not that it mattered. She knew who I was and what I was capable of.

“Lord Raziel!” a young, feminine voice yelled from up ahead. It belonged to Rennes, which was quite in contrast to her much more mature body. The leathery chest armor hugged her body tight, but it couldn’t hide her voluptuous chest. Not that she tried to with the overly deep cleavage anyway.

“Rennes I assume?” I called back when she was only twenty feet ahead of us.

“Hah! I knew you’d help us! Please, follow me inside so we can chat.”

Her eyes first studied one sister and then the other. I knew she didn’t like what she was seeing. But I understood one thing then and there; she must have hoped for much more from me than just getting rid of the Viper. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have worn such a revealing leather skirt that didn’t’ leave much to the imagination. Well now, bring it on ladies.

  Chapter Eighteen

The trees themselves were the walls. Sure, quite a large army would be able to pass right through the outer ring and enter the base itself, but there were many things that didn’t play in their favor. Traps, thorn-bushes, stakes that were turned outward, walls of more trees that weren’t visible from the outside. It all depended on who the enemy was. If it were Vampires, well in that case it wouldn’t matter too much. But since we were very close to the No Man’s land, all kinds of races could be right around the corner.
