**for office eyes only: this species is best known for the Great Strife of the Legora when the queen took loyal troops against her mate for the insult of restricting her authority to the harem. This finalized the legal rights of upper class females to enjoy unmated males in service to the household while their mates kept harems. Do not make this information available to human woman per request of the royal family of Caysta.**

Forad--a cat-like species with short red striated fur, and jewel-like eyes from the planet Felisiat. They are very hierarchical. Some desperate males abscond into piracy, assassination or other undesirable vocations to get away from their limited lives on their planet. There are very few females. The best of the few available females are guarded and generally reserved for higher ranking males. Most other males find their mates with offworlders.

Forad remarkably reproduces pretty easily with a number of species, but are largely considered undesirable by females on other worlds. Part of this is because they must locate their mate by biological necessity through facial glands, which makes it very difficult for them to find their mate. The other reason is that they have a hooked ridge on the top of their penis that becomes rigid during arousal. This hooks into the female during mating in order to breed. After sex the flesh relaxes to release the male member.

Indivi- a species native of Indesh, they are no longer possessing any females of their species due to sickness and enslavement. The males have large, heavy scales plating their bodies of a vivid peridot color that can range among them from pale yellowish to dark hues. They also have an elegant pair of horns that have the faceted shine of cut diamonds. Almost all males have white hair. This species is also known for their anterior tentacle which resembles a tail in placement. They use this for self defense, to hold mates in place during breeding, and as an extra limb when necessary. Their phallus has a pleasure barb for mating that triggers their ability to release semen. When they get excited or are experiencing an intense emotional response their bodies also initiate a chemical reaction that produces bio-luminescence and their vocal cords react separately to create multi-tonal sounds. This is particularly used instinctively to woo a mate. As a species on a fringe planet, it is not yet a member of the Intergalactic Union and therefore not able to apply to the Mate Index, they are included here more as a matter of curiosity at this time until their situation changes.

Katazian-a species from the planet Nikat, the Katazian are a purple humanoid being with features very close to human. Notable differences are yellow glowing eyes which give them excellent night vision, long claws on their six-fingered hands, and the six ram-like horns on the heads of males. They grow a mane of hair from their head and along a stripe down their back, terminating at their double tail. Little is known about Katazians.

**for office eyes only: there are some disturbing rumors that they are a cannibalistic species. As we cannot verify this we will treat them like any other paying customer looking for a mate**

Lorgor--a species of planet Lorgoon (neighboring planet of Caysa), they are a teal colored reptilian humanoid species that has prominent flexible viper-like fangs and narrow pointed faces. They have neon-blue eyes, blushes a bright blue when uncomfortable or embarrassed. Their three fingers of their hands are webbed for living in their wet home-world environment. They have a webbed crest that that runs down the middle of their head rather than possessing any kind of hair. Their tails also sport large fin-like webbing. It should be noted that they possess numerous large retractable barbs that make them formidable warriors. Due to their tough body armor scales and quick dexterity, they are often employed as guards and escorts by the Calysii. Some species consider the Lorgor almost in a relationship of serfdom to Caysta.

VaDorok--white horned cat-like species native of Dorok. Loosely tribal they are solitary. Sometimes they live in pairs, sometimes as pleasure partners. Mated males do not tolerate unmated males near their families. They do, however, come together once a month in a lunar gathering. All tribes also come together once a year at the height of summer. Females have studs of tiny horns up their broad nose and along their brows. Males have these as well as a series of eight horns framing their faces: two large brow horns, intersected with a smaller thin pair of horns, curling temple horns are just below another smaller thin pair of horns outside the brow horns. Color is white with black skin under fur, and black sexual organs. Fur is a light fuzz over hands, face, chest and belly. Fur thickens into a pelt along legs, arms, back and flanks. Species possesses a long white tail. Fur on the head grows long enough to arrange into locks adorned with metal and gems. The male phallus extrudes to urinate and copulate. The phallus of a mated male has a crest of filaments around the head which locks inside the female for breeding purposes. VaDoroks reach sexual maturity at 20 years of age. Males are solo scouts until they are 30, after which they enter into their primary adulthood where males seek mates. A male in his second decade of primary adulthood would be in his 40s.

Vrooduk--a large four armed species of planet Vasda, little is known about this species. Many consider them close to being wiped out, but there is speculation that they still exist in small populations on their home-world. The Vrooduk have dangerously few females which often causes courting combat between males. The species has prominant tusks and a natural mohawk of hair. Although brutish in appearance, the Vrooduck are typically even-tempered, although pretty staid. Colors range different pigments of red that allows them to best blend into their homeworld. They are believed in live in nomadic family groups. Please be aware that this species is known to be highly aggressive . Anyone who mates with a Vrooduk, we advise to exercise caution in their relationship with them.

  Authors Note

Hello again, I hope you enjoyed Hearts of Indesh. Honestly, I had totally planned on returning to Dorok for a Valentine’s day tale, but after several pages of writing Nikki and Nazzek hijacked my thoughts and demanded that their story be told instead. I may eventually pick back up the Dorok Valentine’s story, maybe next time around? I really did enjoy writing the love story of this couple though.

Seriously, Nazzek was just so much fun. I kind of had a combination of several romantic figures in mind, the sweet heroic figure from Princess Bride paired with the cockiness of old pirate movies--not that he would ever call himself a pirate ya know. Moreover I wanted him to be a complete sweetheart deep inside, if not horribly misinformed. For me he was really a lovable character that I wanted to be both squeeze, and squeeze to death if you know what I mean. There were many times I looked at his lines and wanted to choke the hell out of him.

For his character I paired him with Nikki. I will be the first to admit that Nikki will probably be a character many will either love or hate. She is loud, a bit over opinionated, and favors the word “fuck” (and is proud of it). I wanted her to be the gritty, but still looking for that bit of love and her own happy ever after, foil to Nazzek. Personally I find them to be a rather cute couple.

I enjoyed the entire cast of characters so much I will be returning to Lady’s Fortune over the Halloween on Christmas holidays for 2019. I am planning on A Mate for Oigr for Halloween, because I can imagine that a big lonely Vrooduk might just be the Halloween thrill for one lucky lady. And then for the Christmas holiday season I will be writing A Gift for Medif. As you can probably tell, Medif is a bit of an outcast loner from his society, and takes his displacement from it rather hard, even though the rose-colored lenses have long ago been stripped away.

Also, I do have an outline to save a place for a full length novel featuring the Lorgor captain and one pink haired disillusioned mate of the Calyssi prince. Look for that this fall.

Up next I will be putting out The Edoka, The Vori, and The Agraak which should stretch me until mid to late spring to complete all three novels, depending on how the inspiration flows.

  As always thanks for reading!
