The Incubus- Mate and Bred Page 2

If only he could first get into her bed.

  Chapter Five

I spent all day wondering about dinner. It wasn’t like me think about a man so much. Even through my work day, and my investigations, all I could really think about was Duncan’s smell. It was Husky, a little spicy and racy just like him. His smile was playful, and his eyes twinkle with mischief. His brown hair was thick and luscious, and I liked the way it curves right over one eye. His shirts were all formfitting and tight, just like his jeans. And tight on his cute little ass.

Normally I didn’t think these things about people. Especially one that was planning on dating. Dating? What was that? I hadn’t dated in years. But as I thought about Duncan, I realized my hand was creeping down my lap while I sat at my desk. I actually stroked my self. My hand firmly against my pussy. Anyone could’ve seen, anyone could’ve walked in.

  What was wrong with me?

By time I work shift ended, I ran out of there. At home, I curled my hair and applied Ruby red lipstick. In a dress that matched, I slipped on a pair of dangerous black glossy shoes. I would build to eat much in my dress, or dance too long in the shoes, but I was beginning to think I didn’t even care about any of that. All I wanted was to fight Duncan into my house.

But I didn’t sleep with men on the first date. I didn’t think about sleeping with them before even had a date. What was going on in my mind? Why couldn’t I stop thinking about Duncan?

When the doorbell rang, I had to stop myself from racing to the door. I didn’t want to appear too eager, but man was I. Nice and slow, I pulled the door open. On the other side, there he was. In a fine press suit, the sexy black tie. His wrists claspsed in front of him, and he still had the 5 o’clock shadow on his chin.

Just smiling at it made me shiver. “You look nice,” could have sounded any dorkier?

Duncan, for his part, was breathless. Wide-eyed, he stared at me. I couldn’t haven been that good looking. Guys didn’t go crazy for me, unless they saw my cuffs. “Your mesmerizing.”

I blushed and awkward little snort came out my nose. We both laughed. Duncan offered me his elbow. “Shall we?”

“We shall.” I took his arm and we walk down the stairs together. He gazed into my eyes and I gazed into his. It was like were the only two people on that street. I didn’t notice anything else and I knew that was a problem.

But it was a problem that I couldn’t even stop myself from having. I wanted the problem. I was helpless against him and God. I think I loved it.

  *****

The Chinese restaurant was amazing. Quiet and romantic, done up in bright red colors with deep brown accents. We sat toward the back of the restaurant in a quiet booth over a simple dancing candle light. Duncan ordered us his favorite dishes. Usually I would hate to have a man order for me, but with Duncan, it was different.

He was soft and sensual as he offered me lo mein off his chop stick. Delicately, I licked it off and something about it made my head spin. Duncan smelled so sexy as I leaned in even closer so he could kiss my cheek.

“A special kiss,” he smiled and his blue eyes rolled over every inch of me, “for a special lady.”

I blushed and played with the hem of my napkin. “You haven’t told me much about you yet.”

“Other than I’m crazy for you, you mean?”

I nodded. It sounded like he was evading the question. I wished I could turn my police detective mind off once in awhile.

Duncan folded his hands in front of him. “I’m afraid there’s not much to tell you. I’ve moved around a lot. My parents died when I was young and it feels like I’ve been on my own for…well, forever.”

“I’m sorry,” I said. “That must’ve been hard for you.”

“I suppose, but night’s like this, with a lovely woman like you, makes it better. Easier. I’m ready for…something serious.”

Something serious. With me? He barely knew me.

I thought to say that as he poured me another glass of wine and then poured his own. He handed it to me. “Why don’t we order some dessert? Before I take you home?”

Before he took me home…I hadn’t even thought of that. I didn’t want the night to end, but maybe…maybe it didn’t have to be.

We clinked our glasses together and Duncan’s eyes glinted as he licked his lips. He leaned forward toward me and I stayed just where I was. Our lips brushed against each other and I breathed a deep, longing breath.

When his skin touched mine, something happened to me. My skin tingled and my nipples hardened. There was something between us that wasn’t normal. Wasn’t right.

I chose to believe it was magic.

  Chapter Seven

She was the one. Duncan knew it as he walked her up the stairs to her home. In the restaurant Duncan felt how his special powers intoxicated her, but she held her own well. And that kiss…simple, but it made his soul sing with desire. He felt himself tugging at her soul, but it didn’t come. Sasha held on firm, she was wrong.

  Strong enough to breed with.

Duncan held her hand as they walked up the steps to her front door. She was nervous as she faced him and he lifted her hand to his lips and gave it a tender kiss. “I’ve had a wonderful night,” he said.

Sasha’s eyes fluttered away. “I wish it didn’t have to end. I mean, I’ve had a great time too.”

Duncan grinned. “It doesn’t have to end, if we don’t want it to. We’re both adults here, aren’t we?”

She nodded, with a slightly drunk look on her face, but she wasn’t drunk on liquor. She was intoxicated by him. “We are, but I generally don’t invite men in, on a first or second date. Actually, I hardly invite them in at all. I don’t date very much, to be truthful.”

“A woman like you doesn’t need to date. A woman like you, should be treated like a queen. Like the fine china you are.”

Duncan swept her hair off her neck and then with a gentle grace he didn’t know he had, kissed her plump red lips. Sasha muttered something Duncan couldn’t understand and her wrists locked around his neck, pulling him closer.

He stumbled. For the first time he could remember, Duncan’s head spun because of her. Sasha was intoxicating as he was. His hands on her hips, he pushed her backwards into the house. Sasha’s hands were on his chest, as he kicked the front door closed.

Her big eyes peered up at him as Sasha helped him take off his suit jacket. “I don’t usually do this.”

“You’re in good hands,” Duncan couldn’t bring himself to lie to her. Didn’t want to lie to her at all as he pushed her against the wall. Then, his hand caressed her sides and waist. He watched as Sasha closed her eyes, her chest rising and falling with a deep breath. Their lips continued to kiss, going at it with a hungry passion.

“Please,” Sasha murmured, her lips fuller and her eyes wide. She quickly undid his belt buckle.

Duncan lifted her leg up against his hip with one hand while his other hand locked with hers. Both their eyes were open and Sasha held onto his shoulder as he slipped inside of her. Sasha’s breath shuttered and was irregular, their eyes locked in the midst of the passion.

But he moaned. Duncan called out with the sweetest pleasure he had ever known. His eyes closed even though he didn’t want them to as he road her, stretching her. Damn, it had been a long time since she had been with a man and Duncan would make it so she never was with another again.

She muttered his name and clung to him, her head on his shoulder. Duncan was taken by her hot touch, slamming her back into the wall, lifting her leg even higher and Sasha called out with pleasure. Her voice was high, squeaky, and he could feel her shuttered all around his cock.

He too finished, rolling his face against her shoulder, throttling into her so fast and hard, Duncan couldn’t see straight. He clung to her, and she clung to him, until their faces searched for each other and they started kissing feverishly again.

“You’re amazing,” Sasha whispered as they kissed, a small part of her becoming part of
him forever.

Duncan lifted her up into his arms and then took the stairs up to her bedroom. He laid her down on the pillows gently and slipped off her shoes. Their eyes locked, Sasha stroked his cheek. “Spend the night. Pleasure me, Duncan.”

He thought she might never ask.

  Chapter Eight

As I woke up from my deep sleep, I moaned. Already my desire was heightened and I remembered the night of passion I had just been through. I remembered the desire and the pleasure, oh heaven, I remembered the pleasure. Duncan was the most romantic, most skilled man I had ever been with.

It wasn’t like me, but it felt so good. So incredible.

When I opened my eyes, I saw we were sleeping on the bedroom floor. A sheet was draped over my naked body and the room looked destroyed. The blankets were off the bed and lamps were tipped over. I was slightly horrified at how animalistic I had behaved, but once we started having sex, I just couldn’t get enough.

Even now, I needed him again.

Love didn’t have to be a bad thing, did it? It could be something nice, couldn’t it?

I’d have to see what my sister said about that. Wait until she met him. Wait until I told her everything.

I realized I was staring at Duncan’s sleeping face when he blinked his eyes open. I blushed furiously as he leaned over and kissed me. I didn’t even care that I must have morning breath. I just exhaled into his open mouth as he slipped over on top of me.

We were going to do it again, I realized and we hadn’t even said hello yet. This was how we were going to say hello.

I moaned and opened my legs and threw my arms overhead. My hard nipples were thrown into the air. Duncan rubbed them with his open palms and I breathed deep, pushing my lower back into the floor. He shoved his hard cock into me and I groaned, my legs going around his waist.

I kissed his cheek, pushing my hands into his lower back to push him inside even deeper. Duncan groaned, his breathing erratic. I too was reaching climax even faster than last night. It was like I was rushing towards a cliff and I loved it. I craved it so bad.

“Faster,” I moaned and clung to him so tight, it was like we were one. The smell of sex hung around us as I felt Duncan’s sperm flying everywhere inside of me.

My legs slowly lowered, I slowly relaxed. I held his face firm as I kissed him, my tongue circling in the warmth of his mouth. Whatever it was between us, I never wanted it to end.

Duncan laughed and it was deep, husky. “Good morning, sunshine.”

“Want some…coffee?” I asked with my own laugh.

Duncan nodded and rested his head against my shoulder like it was the most normal place for it to be. “Coffee.”

  Chapter Nine

Days turn into weeks and weeks into months. Six months into dating Sasha and Duncan can barely remember the names of all the other woman he has been with over the last century. Instead of growing weaker, Sasha only grows stronger. More beautiful.

Her hair is more vibrant. Her lips plumper and a deeper red and her breasts, fuller. Her desire for sex grows with each week they are together and if she notices, Sasha never complains.

Duncan treats her well. He takes her to lunches, dinners, and the movies. They go for walks on the beach, but then when they’re done, they make love on the rocks. In the car. In their home. Being with her is the most miraculous thing that has ever happened.

Six months in and Duncan is in no rush to implant her with his seed that will grow into a succubus, but it happens. Duncan hadn’t even planned on it, but he knew from Sasha’s scent she would ovulate soon. It drove Duncan mad and one day, when making love in the storage room at the police station, where Sasha worked, he did the deed.

Sasha was hotter than ever. The moistness around his cock so hot as he slid in and out of her. Sasha was loud, hanging onto the steel bars of a rack, as their bodies road back and forth. Her head thrown back, Duncan could make out the muscles and lines in her sexy neck. Louder than ever, Sasha screamed. “Ooo! Ooo!” Her lips quivered and when she reached out to kiss him, a part of him left and went straight into her.

She was going to end up pregnant. Duncan was sure of that and when she discovered the truth about who he was? Would it change anything?

Change anything between them at all?

Duncan didn’t know, but he really didn’t want to lose her. Before she found out, Duncan had to make Sasha his wife. He had to.

He helped put back on her shoes and then button up her shirt. Her soft curls were so full, Duncan hardened just to gaze at her face, but she had to get back to work. She had thigns she had to do…Sasha was still looking for him. Thought she didn’t know it.

“I’d like to take you away. There’s this little resort in the mountains. This time of year, it’ll be quiet. Perfect. Romantic.”

Sasha’s eyes danced with happiness. “I’d love to, but work….I’m getting close to cracking this case…” she sighed.

Duncan should’ve been nervous, but he wasn’t. “Just the weekend. Three days. Two.”

Sasha stared at him with a smirk. “Two.”

“Perfect.” Duncan leaned down and slowly kissed her lips.

“What should I pack?” Sasha asked.

Duncan grinned. “I’d prefer you pack nothing but your birthday suit, but how about a few tight little numbers for me? And something elegant.”

  “Are we celebrating?” Sasha asked.

  “You’ll see,” Duncan said.

  Chapter Ten

The mountains are magical and as beautiful as Sasha ever imagined. On the drive up, she’s quiet. Her curly hair rests just past her shoulders and she’s dressed in a summer tank top paired with a tight pair of beige leggings.

She’s quiet because she’s pregnant. Duncan knows it, but he’s not sure how long Sasha has known. He can tell she does, but she’s not sure what to say. Or how to go about saying it, but when she turns a certain way, Duncan can make out a small pooch of a belly forming. Pregnancy shouldn’t move that fast, it makes it not normal—or natural.

Duncan was going to have to act fast to secure his bride at this rate. Soon he’d have everything he had ever wanted. A wife and a daughter. A darling succubus to make everything perfect.

They hold hands as Duncan shows her into the cabin. Insides candles are lit up everywhere and the Jacuzzi is running and filled with rose pedals. Sasha gasps for breath as she lets go of his hand and takes a look around at the wooden room and up at the huge skylights.

“It’s perfect. So perfect,” Sasha whispers.

Duncan took out the box in his pocket and made sure it was open when Sasha turned around. Tears glistened in her eye as her trembling hand touched the ring. “You want me…to marry you?”

“I’m hoping you’ll take me. As I am, Sasha.”

She covered her mouth and muffled a sob. “I’ve been nervous to tell you…I’ve been so nervous you…and you want to marry me? I’m pregnant, Duncan. I don’t know when, exactly, but I’m already starting to show, so I must be further along than I thought.”

“Marry me then. Marry me and I’ll take care of you, our child, and we’ll live a happy life. Together.”

Sasha nodded and Duncan took her into my arms. She was still crying when he slipped the ring on her finger. “I love you, Duncan. I love you. Oh God, I need you so bad.”

Duncan glanced back at the Jacuzzi. “I guess that can be arranged.”

  *****

Duncan groaned and grunted in the Jacuzzi. He was sitting down, his legs spread, as Sasha straddled him. Her body moved up and down almost violently. Her hands perched on his shoulders and her eyes closed. Her head thrown back, every time she called out in pleasure, her fingernails pushed deeper into his skin.

Already it was happening. Already she was changing.

Her breasts were fuller, but pointed. Her nipples a dark brown instead of a pale pink. As she bobbed up and down, they lowered against Duncan’s lips and he couldn’t help licking at them. So delicate and soft, but
so full, Sasha’s lips chattered together with the slightest touch.

His hands slipped against her fleshier hips and helped guide her down his cock even faster. He was getting ready to explode into her. God, he thought he could do this forever.

“Ready?” Sasha’s voice trembled and when Duncan nodded, Sasha didn’t look back. She rocked his world and Duncan couldn’t wait to rock hers.

  ****

Sasha laid in the bed beside me and there’s a bowl of grapes between us. She’s wearing just a wet tight tank top and it reveals her swollen nipples as they force the fabric up off of her growing belly. It’s bigger than it was the day they arrived at the cabin and bigger than it was in the morning.

She rubbed the top of it, feeling the shape of growing mound. The engagement ring sparkles on her finger. “I don’t think I should be this big yet, Duncan. It’s like I’m at least four months pregnant.”

Duncan leaned over and rubbed her belly too. It made Sasha moan with pleasure and she leaned her head over to the side. “All that matters is that you’re happy and healthy. I don’t care how big you get. The bigger the better.”

Sasha’s lips searched for his and in that moment, her phone rang. “Work calls,” Sasha whispered as she rolled up. Leg’s wide, she leaned down to grab her phone.

And then everything between them changed.

  Chapter Eleven

“Can you repeat that?” I sat up on the bed with the phone to my ear. Quickly I tucked my hair back. I couldn’t have heard what I thought I did.

“Finally got a DNA match. The guy who killed those girls that goes by the name of Sebastian? He’s real name is Duncan. Duncan Drake.”

Duncan Drake? My heart skipped a beat. That’s my boyfriend. The man I’m supposed to marry. The one I’m…My God, I’m carrying his baby. I’m already showing!
