The beings that Grandmaster Vredral called Founders were the powerhouses that stood at the top of the power known as the Celestials!

They spent more than one hundred years after breaking into the Celestial Realm as they explored the wonders within it, as well as the numerous dangers it held. In the 99th year of their exploration, they came across a particular area where they almost lost their lives, but with the danger passed, they were rewarded with a set of techniques that made them who they are today.

It was in this 99th year since they began exploring the Celestial Realm that the founders came across the techniques dealing with the Law of Fate that would go on to allow them to rapidly increase in power, going on to dominate an entire region of the vast Novus Galaxy they were from as their exploration of the Celestial Realm only continued at a rapid speed.

With their obtainment of these powerful techniques, they understood that to utilize them to their fullest, the users had to have a tremendous amount of influence on many beings. The more numerous and the more powerful the better!

"Our founders looked upon the boon they received as they put it to use for the betterment of the Novus Galaxy they were in, going on to study the law of fate and use it to establish a reign seeking Order and Balance."

Grandmaster Vredral finished these words with a profoundly respectful tone as his eyes were lost in thought. Noah was absorbing all of this new information as he filtered out the enormous levels of bias and possible lies from the Grandmaster, realizing that the thing that prompted the Celestial's quest for power and domination was simply these techniques and treasures that they obtained from this Celestial Realm.

It wasn't some inborn need to reduce the natural order of chaos that everything was going towards, it was because the techniques they trained in required for them to have an overwhelming amount of influence on numerous beings that they chose to expand their power under the name of Order and Balance!

The power they continued to gain over the years...all of it actually went back to this Celestial Realm as they continued to explore it all this time. The Grandmaster returned to the present as his eyes focused on Noah and Athena, continuing to release huge secrets that very few were privy to.

"In the thousands of years that followed, the Founders created the power that came to be known as Celestials, expanding their influence and recruiting more qualified forces as the years passed."

"In the 1523rd year of exploration of the Celestial Realm, a few newly recruited Celestials came across treasures that you all are familiar with currently- the technology known as the Prime Warsh.i.p.s and even more phenomenal weapons that you all have yet to see. But what I want you two to realize is that all of this was made possible solely because of the Celestial Realm. What is the most shocking thing though, is that in the years that followed until this very day, the percentage of this Realm that we have been able to explore and map out...has not passed 10%!"

  …!

  Chapter 361 - Fantastical!

The last words of the Grandmaster smashed into Noah powerfully as his thoughts rapidly moved, the meaning and possibilities behind these words being so immense that he could not even imagine!

In the last thousands of years as the Celestials expanded their power while exploring this Celestial Realm, they had only explored a measly 10% of the entire Realm!

In this area they had explored though, they were able to come across ridiculously powerful treasures that could destroy stars, as well as obtain techniques that gave them the prodigious positions that they held in the Light Expanse today.

Noah's heart was shaking as his eyes looked forward into the unlimited possibilities of the future.

If...just if he was given access to this realm that even the Celestials had not fully explored...just what would he be able to pull out when the Celestials already received so much from just covering 10% of it?

"There are still numerous secrets to uncover when it comes to the Celestial Realm, but the one thing we have confirmed is that the rewards are abundant. This was also the reason why knowledge of it has been kept very scarce, the privilege of exploring it given only to powerful Celestials or disciples that show overwhelming potential over the years."

The solemn gaze of the Grandmaster fell on the figures of Noah and Athena at this moment.

"This is where you two come in! In the near future, you will be exploring this vast realm as you learn to grow your power even faster. With your status as those who hold a Noble Fate, who knows what you might discover, and if it would come close to the level of things that we have discovered over the years, or something out of our wildest dreams!"

The eyes of the Grandmaster were shining as he looked at them, Noah reading between the lines as he realized that the Celestials did not just permit them entrance into the Celestial Realm for the purpose of rapidly increasing their strength, but also to use their titles as those with Noble Fate to see if they can chance upon anything at the level of the treasures they have come across over the last thousands of years.

The deep thoughts behind the actions of the Celestials made Noah more careful as the Grandmaster continued to speak.

"Although this time it is going to be different. As I oversaw the mission in the Magus World and observed the changes in the workings of fate in real time, an idea struck me that I have passed on. We are now just awaiting confirmation but for the near future, for the first time in history- we should be opening the doors of the Celestial Realm to select individuals that do not hold the identities of Celestials!"

His words carried an unknown meaning as he did not fully delve into what idea he had proposed and passed on, but Noah knew something huge would be occurring in the Light Expanse in the very near future.

At the center of all of it were the Celestials, and now, he had stably instituted himself in their ranks as he would be given access to a fantastical Realm he never knew existed, to the realm where the immense power of the Celestials came from!

He hid his deep smile as he continued to listen closely to the solemn Grandmaster, his eyes set on the future that seemed to be calling out to him brightly.

  ---

As Noah received profoundly secretive information of the 7th Celestial Star, his clone was sitting in the underground layer of the Spiritual Land that was not too far away from the expansive Time Space.

This area in front of him held a uniquely shaped black building that looked to be sculpted from metal, the sleek black color giving it an ancient aesthetic as a single metal door opened itself as Noah neared.

He entered inside to find a simmering Hearth that seemed to be calling out for it to be used as blue flames sn.a.k.e.d within, drawing a mystical contrast as he observed everything else in the Blacksmith's Forge.

The outlines of numerous weapons, armors, and all sorts of other items he wasn't familiar with were all laid out over the walls of the smithy, a simple styled workman's bench placed at the very center.

Noah had a light smile as he brought himself to sit on this workman's bench, a blue panel appearing before his eyes in a simple manner as it laid out beautiful words.

[Blacksmith's Forge]- Unlocked Features: [Forge] [Refine] [Repair]. Locked Features: [Evolve] [Recipe Design]...

The words shone in a blue l.u.s.ter as he focused on them, gaining even more understanding as he read their descriptions.

[Forge] :: Depending on the materials placed into the forge, an exemplary item that stands at the peak of its stage will be created. If a material has a potential of synergy, the Forge will create an Item Set once sufficient materials are placed.

[Refine] :: An already completed item can be enhanced to bring out more of its potential. Requires [Core]s of sufficient level for refinement. Supreme Treasures require Unique Materials for refinement.

[Repair] :: A broken item can be repaired to its prime. Requires [Core]s of sufficient level for repair. Supreme Treasures require Unique Materials for repair.

Noah's eyes shone as he read over all the descr
iptions of the things he could currently do with the Blacksmith's Forge, many more questions appearing on his mind as he wondered first and foremost what materials would be considered unique!

From the information he read, if he used a material that was classified as a Void Rank Material, the item produced would simply be a Void Rank Item. If he got his hands on the materials that were termed Unique, creating Supreme Treasures was not an impossibility!

His mind was already going towards the Trident of the Sea when he looked over the feature of [Refine], as well as the Dagger of Time that was listed as Incomplete at this moment. In the future, it seemed like it was possible to enhance these Supreme Treasures even more, while there were numerous features to be unlocked in the future that made Noah itch with anticipation.

At this moment in time though, he would try an initial use of the Blacksmith's Forge as he gained a better understanding of it. His clone was expressing the marvelous emotions that his real body was feeling but could not express in the 7th Celestial Star as he continued to listen to the secrets of the Celestials, numerous plans about this Celestial Realm he would delve into sometime in the future circling his mind as the clone worked steadily in the Spiritual Land!

Chapter 362 - What do you know about fate?!

In the innermost region of the 7th Celestial Star below the fantastical mountains filled with dense essence and medicinal herbs, there lay a horrendous golden cage that had numerous spears piercing through a single being.

This cage was located in the area in the deeper layers of the Celestial Star in a position that very few disciples had access to. It was placed at the center of this wide underground cavern that had foliage shimmering with blue and purple lights, the foliage being the type of plants that never saw the light of day. It was normally a silent area as years would pass before any being would intrude upon it, but there was a shimmering golden robed figure walking towards the cage that held a disfigured being pierced on all sides.

This individual held an exemplary goatee on his face, being the Celestial Grandmaster that oversaw many of the operations on this Celestial Star- it was Grandmaster Ramiel!

His expression seemed to be one that was lost in thought as he strolled towards the restrictive cage holding a single being, only looking up as he was inches away from it, the figure of the prisoner within being extremely clear. The one chained to the floor of the cage with numerous golden rods piercing through his body turned his head unnaturally as one of his eyes landed on Grandmaster Ramiel.

The Grandmaster that was lost in thought actually pulled back from the cage as he bowed respectfully, reigning in his bubbling aura that stood at a rank above the Domain Expansion Realm and bringing forth a shocking scene that could not be understood by any of those watching!

"This unworthy disciple greets Master. I haven't been down here for quite some time, and I'll have to bother you with some of my ramblings again."

Grandmaster Ramiel began a monologue as he let out shocking words, slightly revealing the identity of the being that was mutilated by numerous spears within the cage!

"The tides of fate continue to ebb and flow forth, where we are now reaching an impasse with the Infernal Lords joining hands with those in the Dark Expanse. The period of war is fast approaching once more, with all forces raising their own champions to steer this coming battle into their favor."

Grandmaster Ramiel began walking around the cage as he talked, seemingly lost in his own musings as the being he had called Master continued to silently listen!

"The position of the Infernal Lord we had killed long ago is about to be filled again as a new Infernal Lord rises. The Warlocks and Witches controlling the Dark Expanse continue to refine their spells as they congregate with the Infernal Lords, while our forces have located a few beings with Noble Fates that we continue to raise."

Grandmaster Ramiel walked around the cage thoughtfully as he continued to ramble on, his expression that of extreme focus as he laid out numerous secrets calmly!

"We have continued to monitor those insane entities in the Dark Expanse, but it seems they won't be moving for this coming war, all indicators pointing to some sort of restriction binding them from acting once more."

He came to a stop once more as his eyes focused on the imprisoned being.

"Our newest action would actually deal with the wondrous place you helped locate long ago, where we are thinking of influencing the fates of those in the Light Expanse even more by letting them explore that Realm, and then using this force in the coming war as well."

  RUMBLE!

The air around them trembled as a plot that would shake the minds of many who heard was laid out simply!

"Their lives would at least serve some meaning as they stand in the front lines, contributing to the establishment of Order and not the chaos that they continue to cause."

Blood continued to leak out of the imprisoned being as his barely freed facial muscles rose up in a smile, numerous thoughts coursing through his mind as the one that called him Master continued to ponder next to his cage!

"Our rule has tightened over the years in the Light Expanse, but this will be the first time that we include its inhabitants on something this grand as we continue to steer fate in the direction that we want. What do you think about this move, Master?"

Grandmaster Ramiel shook his head as no reply came from the being in front of it, his gaze turning towards the golden rods that locked him in place as he shook his head in wonder.

"The treasures of the Celestial Realm amaze me to this very day. I never would have once believed that a being like you could be locked down for this long, your strength continuously drained, your millions of Fate Lines shattered as your power continues to drain every second. Yet...your power still seems as boundless as ever, Master!"

His words were those of reverence and respect as he looked upon the being skewered in the cage, shaking his head wistfully as he turned around and began walking away. Grandmaster Ramiel had the habit of coming down here frequently every tens of years as he reminisced about the past and thought of the grand history of this being caged beneath this star. To him, this was just a repeat of what he usually did as he came down and began leaving soon after, his thoughts already going towards the many things he had to take care of as a few last words left his mouth.

"Why, Master? Why did you do that? Ay…"

His melancholic words faded as his figure went higher and higher, gradually disappearing as he left behind the skewered body that continued to leak blood. The imprisoned being in question looked at the leaving being as a disfigured smile appeared in its skewered face, a small whisper that no one would be able to hear leaving his lips.

"Steering fate huh? What would you children know about fate, or how fickle it can be!"

  THRUM!

The numerous golden rods holding him in place trembled at the immense aura of this being, things gradually calming down as the imprisoned figure raised his head above the cage, his eyes piercing through the layers of earth as they came to rest upon a particular mountain on the 7th Celestial Star.

At the place his eyes were gazing at, the figures of Noah and Athena were respectfully listening to a particular Grandmaster. The imprisoned being looked at this scene as a wide smile covered his disfigured face, a look of anticipation covering his face.

  "Soon!"

  ...

  Chapter 363 - Infernal Set!

In the underground layer of Frozen Plateau Spiritual Land, immense heat was coming off a particular Blacksmith's Forge as Noah looked at the results of trying out this new feature for the first time.

He had first checked the possibilities of the feature called [Refine], pulling out the Supreme Treasure that was the Trident of Sea as it was quickly swallowed up by the Hearth at the center of Blacksmith's Forge!

The numerous blue flames wrapped all around the shining trident before a prompt appeared on Noah's eyes.

[Supreme Treasure Trident of the Sea- requires Unique Mater
ials that would enhance the efficacy of the item by an unknown amount.]

The first test was a dud as he still did not come across something that could be considered a Unique Material, his mind leaning towards the Celestial Realm he was learning more and more about as the place he might be able to get his hands on something like this.

This idea also brought into account another feature of the Spiritual Land that Noah had not had a chance to use too often, and that was [Treasure Hunter]!

The abilities of the Spiritual Land continued to affect his rise in strength more and more, going on to unimaginable degrees at this moment as it seemed to always hold newer and more fantastical surprises. He put the thoughts about how he could possibly move in the Celestial Realm as he gathered more information on it first, checking to see if it would be even possible for him to take the Spiritual Land along on that journey.

When it came to the Locked abilities of the Blacksmith's Forge, there was [Recipe Design] and [Evolve]. The latter was vague and he didn't know how different it would be from the [Refine] feature, but the [Recipe Design] was something that made his heart shake in excitement as he wondered exactly what were the limits to what the Spiritual Land would allow him to personally design in the future.

When his thoughts came to this stage, he almost wanted to look into the problem of obtaining a Small World Core right away while trying to upgrade the strengths of the Beasts of the Spiritual Land into a rank that even he had not stepped into yet.

He shook his head at the numerous thoughts as his attention reverted back to the [Forge] feature of the Blacksmith's Forge as he took back the Trident of the Sea from the dancing blue flames in the Hearth.

When he first initiated the use of [Forge], he didn't have anything that could be considered a material on him, so he tried the only thing holding a possibility of being counted as a material while also being abundant near his location. Being in the First Realm of Hell, he quickly procured the bodies of a few Void Ranked Infernals as he teleported back to the Blacksmith's Forge and threw a few of them into the Hearth!
