Tangled Hearts

“Oh god… that was good,” Natasha sighed, “Do you smoke cigarettes?” she said, turning towards Sylvia.
“Not really, but right now, that sounds great,” Sylvia purred.
Natasha leaned over and reached for the nightstand where she had a pack of Nat Sherman’s and pulled out two cigarettes. She lit her own cigarette in between her two red manicured fingers as Sylvia watched the flame illuminate her face with a yellow-orange light. She inhaled the smoke and exhaled a cloud of wispy smoke. She offered the other cigarette to Sylvia and held up the lighter. Sylvia leaned close to the flame, inhaling with the crinkle of the tobacco ember.
They laid like that, in each other’s arms with their cigarettes blowing smoke and talking about the amazing sex they just experienced. After finishing their cigarettes, they cuddled and gently felt each other’s breasts, thighs and bottoms. They lay like that until they fell asleep in each other’s arms.
In the morning, they awoke at the same moment. They looked into each others’ eyes, knowing that this had been so much more than just pure sex. Unfortunately, reality started sinking in, this was a mere fantasy night, one that had to end today.
Sylvia was sad to leave but Natasha reminded her of the deal they had made. Sylvia didn’t disagree but deep down inside she was feeling dejected. ‘But I need her…I don’t want this to be over and done.’
Natasha said goodbye with one last kiss before Sylvia exited the apartment and made her way home.
Chapter 6
__________
Monday, they both went back to work. Sylvia had spent the whole weekend thinking about their one-night affair. She was feeling utterly euphoric; she had never connected with someone like this before. She knew what the deal was, but she wanted to see how Natasha would act when they got back to work. She felt there was no way Natasha could go back to the way it was before. She couldn’t possibly ignore the incredible night that they had shared together.
At work, Natasha immediately discussed the situation with staff and confirmed there was “nothing going on” and demanded they “stop spreading rumors.” They needed to show respect to Sylvia and stop the belittling and gossiping. Besides, what they implied was wrong, although it was actually one of the main impetuses for what happened that night.
Things at the office were better in terms of the other employees. Sylvia was feeling more comfortable in her position, but she still was desiring Natasha. She tried flirting with Natasha and getting close to her, but Natasha deflected her advances. Natasha went on acting professionally, always keeping her distance from Sylvia. She knew that was their agreement but wanted to impress Natasha by showing they were meant to be together. She still felt connected to Natasha and was confused as to why she didn’t see they were meant to be together.
As business and time moved on, Natasha continued acting normal while Sylvia became increasingly frustrated. It had come time for the summer fashion show of which Sylvia would be in charge. She decided she would work diligently to make it the best fashion show that the industry had ever seen.
She worked long hours getting ready for the show. Since her subordinates were finally respecting her authority, she was able to get their help and support, but still much of the pressure fell on her to organize and pull everything together.
Finally, the time for the show came up. Sylvia was confident that Natasha would be impressed with her work. She’d wanted to prove herself in the industry, but she had even more reason to do that now. She wanted to prove her skill, dedication, and devotion to her boss.
It turned out to be the most incredible fashion show that the company had ever presented. The setting and decorating were extraordinary, and she received numerous accolades from all her peers. The models were superb and displayed each and every garment with suave perfection.
She painstakingly set up the after-party, which was also splendid. There were sparkling lights liberally throughout the setting and they added a soft ambient glow to the summer night. It was held outdoors since the summer had come and was making the air and the evenings pleasantly warm.
When Sylvia saw Natasha approaching her at the after party, her heart skipped a beat. She had a plan and it was time to put it into action.
“Sylvia, that show was absolutely amazing… and this after party? It’s perfect!” Natasha exclaimed, “I am so proud of the immense progress you’ve made working here.”
She had been hoping Natasha would say that. “Thank you. I couldn’t have done it without you,” Sylvia replied. She knew her work was incredible, and she deserved to be acknowledged.
“It’s just… it’s so good,” Natasha said, looking around at the beautiful setting, spreading her toned arms and gesturing to the set.
“Hey, do you think that we could go somewhere a little more private for a moment?” Sylvia said.
“Sure, is everything alright?” Natasha replied, unsure of why Sylvia wanted to talk privately. She was worried maybe the other employees were giving her a hard time again, but she also had a feeling that Sylvia hadn’t quite let go of the evening that they had spent together.
“Yeah, everything’s fine, I just want to talk,” Sylvia replied cheerfully.
“Sure,” Natasha said. They made their way over to the edge of the party, sitting at an empty table by the trees. The other tables around them were empty as well, so they didn’t need to worry about eavesdroppers.
“I just want to say again that I am very impressed with the show that you put on. It was absolutely professional. I just can’t stop thinking about it,” Natasha said, trying to break the tension.
“Thanks. Well, you know, I did it for you. And I don’t mean because you’re my boss,” Sylvia said simply, “I can’t stop thinking about you.” She lowered her head humbly.
“Sylvia…” Natasha said firmly, “We agreed… not to talk about that again.”
“I know,” Sylvia pleaded, “But I really can’t stop thinking about you. I just feel that night was so incredible. I don’t know how you can just let it go. I just feel like we are so perfect for each other. And that night… it was the most incredible sex I’ve ever had.”
“You need to stop that kind of talk.” Natasha pleaded. “What if someone overheard us?”
"I don’t care. Natasha, I love you. How can you be so cold?" Sylvia said, her voice cracking.
Natasha stayed rooted to her spot, the breeze blowing her hair softly away from her cheekbones. Her features buckled just slightly before she spoke, the only betrayal of her true feelings. “It really was,” she admitted sadly, “But you’re my subordinate. It just can’t ever happen again.” Natasha looked away, in deep contemplation.
“What if I wasn’t your employee? What if I resigned? I would do that for you,” Sylvia admitted, reaching her hand out to Natasha.
Natasha pulled her hand away and looked around for gossipmongers. “Sylvia… don’t do that,” Natasha pleaded.
“But, Natasha, it’s true. I would do that for you.”
“I know,” Natasha laughed, “But I don’t want you to quit. You’re are too valuable to me! If anything, you should get a promotion for your excellent work.”
“You mean that?” Sylvia replied with a mixture of pride and embarrassment.
“Yes,” Natasha said. Suddenly, a notion popped into her head. “Wait a minute,” she said, head cocked, deliberating whether it would be a good idea. “What if… hmmm… what if I gave you a big promotion? What if we were partners! You’re already doing a good portion of my work and you’ve been doing very well with overseeing the other employees.”
“Are you serious?” Sylvia responded, shocked. Her eyes were perfectly round now. She was already prepared to quit this job, submitting several applications elsewhere.
“Yeah…” Natasha said slowly, “I am dead serious!”
“And then we could pursue our relationship again?” Sylvia asked.
“We could try…It would sure make things easier.” Natasha said, staring wide eyed at Sylvia.
Their eyes met and locked together with a renewed attraction to one another.
Sylvia responded by showing her beautiful smile to Natasha. Natasha inched her hand back to Sylvia’s until their fingers were overlapping, sending a sudden spark of electricity between the two of them.
“You wanna go… to the… bathroom with me?” Sylvia said deviously.
“Pushy, aren’t you?” Said Natasha as she smiled and stood up. “Let’s go!”
Looking carefully back and forth, they rushed into the bathroom. Once inside, Natasha pushed Sylvia to the wall, and began pressing and humping against her body in a slow primal rhythm. She began kissing Sylvia passionately.
“I haven’t been able to stop thinking about that night either,” Natasha whispered into Sylvia’s ear between kisses on her neck.
Sylvia began to slide her hand down Natasha’s business skirt, feeling her thighs and hips, then began tugging on her sexy red thong. Natasha moaned with delight, then suddenly paused, making an almost angelic face.
“No! Not here, not now…my place after the party.” Natasha said, gently pushing her hand way. “And tonight, we’re acting out your tied hands fantasy.”

Seeing Natasha kneeling on the floor with her hands tied behind her back was bringing out the aggressor in Sylvia.
“If you like my ass,” Sylvia said, turning around and showing her front, “Just wait till I put this in your face.” She spread her slender legs wide, giving Natasha an unobstructed view of her clean-shaven pussy. Sylvia began masturbating, as she slowly gyrated in front of Natasha.
“Tell me you want some.” Asked Sylvia.
“Oh yes, I want some.” She was sitting there like a dog, waiting.
“Tell me that I’m your master.”
“You’re my master,” she breathed.
“Tell me that I own you.”
“You own me,” she replied.
“Tell me that you love me,” Sylvia commanded.
“I love you!” Natasha said as she pushed herself forward until her nose rested against Sylvia’s clit. “Now please let me lick your pussy!”
Sylvia responded by clamping her thighs around the Natasha’ head. In this position there was barely enough space for Natasha to breathe, her face was pressed tightly into Sylvia’s pussy, and that made her moan eagerly.
Sylvia began to roll her hips in a circular motion, grinding against Natasha’s willing face; sending jolts of pleasure through her pussy.
“I want to hear it again.” Sylvia demanded. “Tell me that you love me!”
“Yes…Yes…Yes…I love…you.”
Those words set Sylvia afire and made humping Natasha’s face even more pleasurable. Natasha’s experienced tongue soon had Sylvia moaning sharply. Sylvia was getting wetter and wetter as she rode her face, so much so that her crotch, and Natasha’s face, were glistening in the soft bathroom light. Her love of being in control, coupled with the feeling of Natasha’s face was driving her closer and closer to orgasm. She finally tipped herself over the edge and cried out in pleasure as she shook violently. Her grip of Natasha’s head tightened, causing her to be shaken also.
Sylvia threw her head back, and, with a guttural moan, released her juices all over Natasha’s face. As she came down from her high, Sylvia released Natasha from her grip, who slumped to the ground, arms numb from being bound behind her.
Sylvia untied Natasha’s arms, then picked her up and held her head in her hands, cradling it. She kissed Natasha’s ear lobe first, softly, with just the right hint of passion, then began nuzzling her neck with delicate kisses before coming right back up for the lips, that she knew would be waiting. Without hesitation, they both slowly moved in. Her plump velvety lips united against her slim warm ones, dancing around and soon bonding together. The kiss was different this time, like this was a new beginning with a promise of much more to come. Sylvia pulled back to stop and gaze at Natasha, thrilled beyond words to be the recipient of her affection.
She was staring intently at Natasha, almost studying her face. “Sweetie, did you really mean it when you said you loved me?”
Natasha just grinned. “I did. To tell the truth, I had never stopped loving you.”

Natasha announced the news to the rest of the company the next week, finally making Sylvia’s promotion official. With each other’s unconditional support for one another, they managed the company impeccably, making the company more popular and wildly successful than ever before. The next season they proved their prowess and were running alongside the top designer trends and names in the industry.
They spent their busy lives together as much as they could. Sylvia moved in with Natasha to a sumptuous new home. They spent long hard days at work and drove home together every night. They slept together in the same wonderful bed and always woke up embraced in each other’s arms. They felt a need to pinch themselves to see if this was just a dream. It was not a dream. This was an everlasting romance that disgruntled employees would never take away again. The odd time when life became difficult, Sylvia would share this common-sense wisdom with Natasha; “Don't go looking for happiness. Stay carefree, make love, enjoy life, and happiness will come looking for you...

Chapter 1
__________
The day wasn’t going well but finally Elaine was starting to see some daylight on her work backlog. That was until her assistant came barreling through her office door.
“Elaine, here are those resumes that you wanted me to filter through. In my opinion, these are the best ones.”
“Thanks Devin,” she replied letting out a deep sigh. “Just dump them on my desk, that is if you can find any room for them.”
Devin let out a giggle. “I guess we’ll both be putting in another long day again. By the way, one of the resumes is a guy from your hometown. Its on the top of the pile. You might want to check it out first.”
“Not today I won’t, but thanks for working down the pile of resumes for me.
“No worries boss, I’m off for a short coffee break. Back soon,” he said as he waved one hand in the air and left the office.
Elaine leaned back in her chair and stretched. Wonderful. That’s how it would feel to have a coffee break, but I have no time. She looked down at the new pile of file folders on her desk and groaned. It seemed like there was an endless amount of paperwork to go through these days. That never changed as she worked her way up through the human resources department, it was simply the nature of the files that changed. The office was bigger, her chair was more comfortable, and she had subordinates to delegate work. But overall it felt like she was doing the same tasks every day.
Normally, Elaine didn't see personnel files for any of the new hires. Devin had previously asked her to look them over and give an opinion on which department each should be assigned. Elaine always had a special knack for fitting people into positions that would make the best use of their talents. As she casually glanced at the top of the pile that Devin had left, the person’s name looked vaguely familiar. She cracked the file and eagerly looked at the resume. Sure enough, the man was from her same home
town. He even had gone to the same prep school and community college.
Elaine rocked back in her chair. Her body and face suddenly felt hot. She hadn't thought much about her childhood lately. She had been living away from home for years and only went back once or twice a year. It seemed bizarre that simply seeing a reference from her childhood home would have such a strange effect on her. Elaine breathed deeply and concentrated on trying to slow her racing heartbeat. It didn't work. She pushed her chair away from the desk, stood up and paced around her office.
Once she felt a little calmer, Elaine sat down again and opened the file. There wasn't much listed on the man's resume about his early years. She poured over his general information as she tried to get a good feel about him. As she did, her mind galloped back through her past.
