“Yes. You’ll just be a little blurry.” She gasped as he took her nipples between his thumbs and forefingers and tugged.

  “Feel good?”

  “Mm.”

“See, you’re telling me you want a bad boy, but I think you like a softer touch.” He winked at her reflection and then bit at her shoulder. “Should we start slow?”

“I just don’t want your drawing to wear off.”

“It’s a sharpie. You’re stuck with this for about a week.”

  “Really?”

He chuckled. “I’m starting to get jealous of this tattoo.”

Casey laughed with him. “It’s beautiful. I can’t stop staring at it.”

“I can make it permanent, baby. Just say the words.”

The way he kept calling her baby made her knees weak. “I think I want you to, um, make it permanent.”

“Tsk, tsk, Case. We’re going to have to work on that. I need a definite yes before I take the needle to your virgin skin.”

“Did you have to say needle?”

He smiled against her cheek, sucked on her earlobe, and made her yelp when he twisted her sensitive nipples. “I’d like to run a needle through these too. Nipple piercings. Goddamn, you have a perfect little body, Casey. I could play with you all damned day.”

  “So, you’re a sadist?”

  “How is that?”

“You want to stick needles in me.”

“I told you I wouldn’t hurt you. Ever.” He slid his left hand down her belly and slipped it over the front of her panties. “In fact, I think the hum of the tattoo gun would turn you on.” Jason used his knee to spread her thighs apart and pushed his thumb harder against her slit. The lace was adding a little something extra to the pressure of his hand and she could barely keep her eyes open. “You would soak right through these panties.”

Casey reached her arms up and looped them around his neck. “I think I need to sit down.”

“Mm. No. I want you to watch yourself come first.”

She watched blood color her face, her chest.

“Tell me to stop at anytime, okay?”

  She nodded.

  “Stop?”

  “Don’t you dare.”

She felt the vibration of his growl against her back. “That’s my girl.” And then he proceeded to rub his thumb over her clit, hard, fast, the lace rasping against her hot, swollen flesh. It was an incredible sensation, one she couldn’t get enough of but knew would drag her over the edge.

She came before she was ready, her scream surprised her, but Jason just kept up the motion, a little slower, but enough to keep the feeling sparking.

  “You are so damn sensitive.”

  “Jason.”

“Mm. Let’s get you in bed.”

And she was floating. Jason lifted her like she didn’t weigh a thing and set her on the bed. He reached over her and slid her glasses off her face, set them gently on the bedside table.

“You look like an angel lying there.” He pulled his shirt off and then shed his jeans.

She wanted to say something equally romantic or complementary but couldn’t help the fit of giggles that slipped out when she saw him. He was completely naked in front of her. Half hard and already far larger than her long-forgotten sex toy.

Jason winked at her. “Not the usual response I get, but I can take it.”

Casey covered her face but kept laughing. “I thought you would have underwear on. That’s all. I didn’t mean to laugh.”

“You’re nervous.” He slid his hands over her body and cradled her face in his palms. “I can knock off the bad boy routine.”

“I just want the real you.”

He kissed her once more, tasted her lips, sucked at her bottom lip, then slipped his tongue into her mouth, teased her. “I want you too, Casey. I have for weeks.”

  “Really?”

“Really. Since the first day I saw you in the hallway. I swear it’s those damn glasses.”

She laughed. “It’s cute you like nerds when you’re so cool.”

He quirked an eyebrow. “You’re not a nerd. You’re a damn goddess.”

  She smiled at that. “Okay.”

Jason frowned at her and then sat up, moved between her legs, and yanked them apart.

  “What are you…”

“Give me a few minutes here, and then tell me if you feel like an accountant or a damn queen.”

She pushed at his head and tried to close her legs. “You don’t have to do that. I’m Aphrodite. Just come back here.”

Jason shook his head. “No damned way. I want to taste you.”

  “No one’s, you know…”

“Oh, no. That’s just damn wrong.” Jason yanked her panties down to her knees and slipped them off one foot, left them around the other like a kinky ankle bracelet. He turned his head and kissed her ankle. Her calf, the inside of her knee. “Are you okay?”

  “I think so.”

  “You’re shaking again.”

  “I can’t help it.”

“Quick check. Have you done this before? Had sex?”

  She nodded. “Yes. Twice.”

  “Did you like it?”

  “My hand is better.”

“Fuck. I’m going to show you how this is supposed to feel, okay?”

Without waiting for an answer, he kissed a wet trail up the inside of her thigh. She was so self-conscious, but his tongue was magical. And then he closed his lips over her clit and she nearly flew off the bed.

“God, Casey, you taste like honey.” He held her tight, arms locked around her hips, and licked her, again and again, a rhythm of pleasure. Then the bad boy emerged, and his tongue drove deep inside her.

  “Jason.”

“That’s my girl.” He was back to work on her clit, sucking, teasing, and she yelped as he closed his teeth ever so softly over her throbbing bud.

She came apart once more, certain she had never felt this good in her entire life.

“My god, Casey, I could do that all night.”

She covered her face and tried to even her breathing. Her skin was hot, but she was shivering out of sheer pleasure. Jason was kissing a path up her body, became distracted at her nipples. He ran his hand up and down her side, his thumb under her breast.

“Yeah. Look at this, Casey.” He sucked good and hard on her nipple, left it lengthened. “You have perfect breasts to pierce.”

She peeked out from between her fingers. “Keep away from my boobs with your torture devices.”

Jason smiled and kissed her pounding heart. “I’ll work on you.” He grabbed her wrists and pulled her hands away from her face, held them over her head, and kissed her lips. “How are you doing up here? I missed you.”

Casey couldn’t help but smile at him. “I feel like a queen.”

“There it is. Do you need a daily reminder? I’ll be happy to swing over here every morning before you go in to work.”

  “Really?”

  “God, yes.”

She laughed. “Why did I waste thirty dollars on that vibrator?”

Jason reached for his jeans, pulled a strip of condoms from the pocket. “You just hadn’t met me yet.”

His philosophy had always been sex was sex. Every girl was like the one before. Blonde, brunette. No difference. If they were willing to spread their legs for him, let him ride away his pain, it didn’t really matter who they were.

But Casey, she woke him up and made him work for it. She made him care when he hadn’t cared about a damn soul since he lost his entire family.

Just watching her sleep, her body curled next to his, he felt something different. He wanted more time with her.

And he wanted to make that tattoo permanent. The idea she would carry a piece of his art with her forever meant she would never forget him. Even if she did realize one day she was far too good for a man like him.

He brushed her hair back from her fac
e, traced his finger around the shell of her ear. Moved down to the long line of her throat, took a moment to feel her pulse against his fingertip.

  “That tickles.”

Her scratchy voice brought a lazy smile to his face. “You’re awake? Why aren’t you talking to me?”

“You smell really good. I’m basking in it.”

  Jason laughed. “Oh, really?”

  “I feel boneless.”

  “I’m not.”

Casey looked up at his face, her mascara smudged, her lips a little swollen, and smiled. “Really?”

“Just looking at you makes me hard.”

“That should be on a greeting card. It’s a real compliment.”

Jason laughed again, pulled her into his arms, and kissed those pretty lips.

“Could you really hear my crappy free online porn through this wall?” she asked.

He traced his finger across the seam of her lips and smirked when she bit the tip. “Yeah.”

She groaned and buried her face into his shoulder. “I’m so embarrassed.”

“Why? You have a sexual side I happen to like.”

  “Still.”

“Can I tell you my favorite part of listening to your online porn?”

Casey laughed against his chest, and he rubbed her back. “No.”

He chuckled. “The sound of you coming.”

  “What time is it?”

“Seven,” Jason said, after a glance at his phone.

“In the morning?” Casey sat up, so frantic she didn’t bother to cover her beautiful breasts. “I have to get to work.”

  “When do you start?”

“Eight.” She jumped out of bed, and Jason watched with a lazy smile as she dressed. A blue satin bra this time, white cotton panties. Black dress pants and a pretty green blouse that brought out the gorgeous color of her eyes.

“I was hoping we could shower together.”

  “Jason.”

She ran a brush through her hair and managed to tuck it into a pretty twist without even looking in the mirror. Next, she grabbed a bottle of perfume and sprayed it over her hair, on her neck, and on her wrists.

Casey ran into the bathroom, and he could hear her brushing her teeth.

Jason got out of bed with a groan. Not the morning he had hoped for, but he had to admit, he really enjoyed the show. He pulled on his jeans and sauntered out to the living room.

“I can’t find my black heels.”

  “You’re wearing one.”

She hobbled over to the closet by the door, started throwing boots and shoes over her shoulder. “The other one.”

Her ass in those pants was blowing his mind. “It’s on the couch.”

“Oh.” She smiled at him. “Thanks.”

She tried to shuffle by, but he caught her hand. Kissed her lips. “Calm down. You managed to get ready in ten minutes. Let me make you some eggs.”

“I have to catch a cab.”

  “I can drive you.”

  “On your bike?”

  “Damn right.”

She bit her delicious lip, and he reached behind her to squeeze her ass.

“We would also have time for a quickie.”

  “Maybe the eggs?”

Jason laughed. “I’m trying not to be offended.”

  Casey

She had never moved this fast with anyone, but with Jason, a member of The Rolling Devils, she already felt safer, more at ease, than she had around any other man she had ever met.

Casey tightened her arms around Jason’s waist. Her breasts were pressed against his back, her inner thighs glued to his hips. She was sitting on the back of a sexy black motorcycle with the man she had a crush on, who seemed to be crushing on her just as hard.

  “Ready?”

She nodded, but she wasn’t ready at all. He caressed her hand with his before revving the engine. The bike roared to life and vibrated between her legs. It felt entirely too erotic for a public street. “Better than the toy, huh?”

As they rode, the bike loud, the air flowing around them, Jason reached down and rubbed her outer thigh with the palm of his hand. He had the ability of calming her when she was afraid and at the same time thrilling her with adrenaline from his touch.

They arrived at her office far too soon, but Casey didn’t let go until Jason shut off the bike. He turned to look at her over his shoulder and unclipped her helmet.

Jason lifted it off and smoothed his hand over her hair.

  “Messy?”

  “Sexy.”

  She laughed. “Thanks.”

  “How was it? The ride.”

  “Amazing.”

“Oh yeah. We’re going to have to do that again soon, huh?”

  “Okay.”

He chuckled and stood up, helped her off the bike, and then pulled her into his arms. She knew her co-workers might see them, but she didn’t care and let Jason kiss her with all the passion he had last night in her bed.

  “Have a good day, baby.”

She was unable to hide her big, goofy smile. “Thank you. For the ride. The kiss.”

“Mm. Anytime. Will I see you tonight?”

“You know where I’ll be.” Casey smiled at him over her shoulder as she walked inside with the rest of the mob. He stood by his bike and watched her, completely out of place amongst all the suits, but so much more handsome because of it.

  Jason

Jason revved his bike and tore away from Casey’s office out to the I-80 so he could bypass city traffic and just drive. The wind whipping against his body, the sound of the Harley, the vibrations through his body made him feel alive. Until he slept with Casey in his arms, straddling a bike was the only place he ever felt calm.

He heard the rumble of two more bikes pulling up behind him. There was something to be said for being a member of a motorcycle club; someone always had your back.

There had only been one Greg Jefferies in town when he searched his name and the address was easy to find.

When he parked in front of Greg’s house, the place Casey used to live a few short weeks ago, he nodded at Dixon and Shaw. They stayed on their bikes, but their presence would help him prove his point.

Jason walked up to the solid oak door and banged on it.

A big guy answered the door, not quite as tall as Jason, but the man was fairly built. Rage simmered in his veins. This was the piece of shit who hit a woman as small as Casey.

  “Are you Greg?”

  “Who wants to know?”

  “The Rolling Devils.”

And then Greg was on the floor, jaw clutched in his hands.

“Keep the hell away from Casey.”

  “She owes me rent.”

Jason bit back a laugh at the audacity of this asshole. “If I catch you anywhere near her, you’re done. If I find out you’ve been bothering her at work, you’re done.”

  “Fuck you.”

Jason just laughed as he headed back to his bike, flexing his hand. If Casey found out, she would be pissed, but he felt a hell of a lot better having dealt with this loser. He couldn’t stand guys who messed with women.

“Everything all right?” Shaw asked. The guy was always itching for a fight.

  “We’re good here. Thanks, brothers.”

  Chapter

  Nineteen

  Casey

The cabbie pulled up to Illustrated Ink. After paying her fare, Casey stepped out onto the bike-lined street. It looked more like a clubhouse than a tattoo parlor.

A bell chimed when she stepped inside. There were a few guys playing cards who glanced up at her, but her attention was caught by a burly man, complete with black beard and bald head, who stepped out from the back to greet her. He had the same demon tattoo as Jason on his shoulder.

“Welcome to Illustrated Ink,” he said. “I’m Aaron.

“Hi. I’m looking for Mr. Campbell.”

  Aaron chuckled. “Jason?”

  “Yes.”

  “Do you have an appointment?”

“No, I…” A huge part of her wanted to run out the door. She was way out of her element here. Aaron probably thought she was just another groupie.

  “Quick fucking with her, Aaron.”

Jason walked out from the back, pulled off a pair of black latex gloves, and pulled her into his arms. He leaned down to kiss her lips and smiled at her. “Hi, baby. You decided on the piece, huh?”

“I just wanted to say hi.”

Jason laughed. “Well, hi. I have about ten minutes left of a backpiece I’m working on. Do you want to come back? Rocky won’t mind.”

  “Rocky?”

Jason grinned. “You’re so damned sweet. Come on.”

Casey followed Jason down the hall to a smaller room where a large man was lying on his stomach, arms crossed under his chin.

“Mind if my girl hangs out, Rock?”

“Of course not.” Rocky turned to smile at her. “Since when did you have a girl, Campbell?”

Jason winked at her as he pulled on a fresh pair of gloves. “We’re new.”

Casey flushed. “I’m thinking about getting a tattoo.”

Jason pulled up a chair and started back to work, adding white ink to Rocky’s shoulder blade. “This back piece took about fifteen hours and I survived. What are you thinking about getting done?”

“Flowers on my thigh and hip.”

“Sexy. You’ll feel it, but it’s worth it.”

Casey bit her lip as she thought about Jason’s hands on her body, his art on her skin. She walked over to look at Rocky’s back. It was a complex battle scene. Knights or crusaders. “Yours is beautiful. What does it mean?”

“I’ve been ten years sober. The battle represents my struggle.”

  “It’s incredible.”

“Campbell is the best. No doubt about it.”

“And you’re finished, man. Go check it out.” Jason watched Rocky walk over to the full-length mirror and study the piece over his shoulder. “What do you think?”
