“No, they never got me once. The medication I receive fortnightly depo injections of, keep that psychosis away. I still have bouts of paranoia though. I still occasionally see patterns and signs that lead me to believe there are sinister things happening, but I try my best to shut that part out. I don’t hear the voices, I don’t have hallucinations – not while on this Risperdal Consta depot, but occasionally the paranoia creeps back up to poke its head in. but, thank fuck I don’t see those corpses, those God-awful skeletons. Demons, soldiers of the damned and the darkness – rotting, befouling carcasses coming to claim me. Well, they can’t get me – and they never did. But thank fuck I don’t see them anymore. I am at ease.” – Zarkyl.

(The Short story of it all is; a wizened old man, greying, is endlessly tormented by a lot of narrow-minded small-town village folk. His residence is an old rundown keep on the edge of a cliff – where at the base is a river with rocky rapids. The town folk accuse him of devil worship mixed with alchemy and any and all manner of perverse ‘indecent’ acts; defiant of their cultural beliefs.

In a sense this might be true, yet as it happened to be the town was a fishing port and within the oceanic water’s drifting into the bay, there was legend of some mythical beast that roamed the water’s depths. On occasion a mist would creep in land and ships on a voyage arriving were sabotaged – its’ crew mysteriously missing. And legend would have it that once every few hundred years, there would be a man born who might commune with the beast of the sea.

Well, it so happened that the elderly man who resided in the rundown shack was accused of having communed with this oceanic monster. He was often threatened to be hanged by the village folk and his quarters burned to ashes. The elderly man would seek solace by the cliffs edge and almost a few times resigned himself to the thought of leaping to his death.

One day the villagers came, and they did as they’d threatened minus one thing. They’d burnt his shack to ashes but as they went to secure him in their clutches to take him to be hanged; he leapt to his almost certain death from off of the edge of the cliff.

The villagers rushed over to find his mangled body only, it wasn’t there. Confusion swept over the villagers and all of them were soon sceptical that he’d have made a safe landing into the water away from the rocks.

They’d lowered their flaming torches and pitchforks and turned around to head back to the tavern when, they’d doubled back at a call from behind. They saw the greying wizened old man astrode the gigantic head of the biggest sea-serpent any one of them had ever seen. Its’ fins resembling giant dragon wings with spurs.

It had to be at least fifty feet tall from the level of ground the villagers stood but kept winding its way up. The old man summersaulted off gracefully and landed expertly on the tallest point of his shack. The town folk where surrounded and looked to the elderly man as he began to incant…)

  Summoning Leviathan

O’ great beast of the sea,

  I commandeth thee,

Come, rise on up to me,

  And crush my enemies,

  You shall feed,

  The moment they bleed,

  Come, exact my deeds,

  As no other power exceeds,

  Exert my wrath,

  In a deadly thrash,

Rip in a deep gaping gash,

  With a violent slash,

  O’ hearken to my call,

  For a dire time befalls,

  Arise I implore,

  And score the last gnaw,

  Push them into thrall,

  Make their hearts stall,

  And should they back-claw,

  Strike and frenzy maul,

  Exert my wrath,

  In a deadly thrash,

Rip in them a gaping gash,

  With a violent slash,

And rest once more sweet leviathan,

Blessed be till we need meet again..

(The serpent was under full command of the elderly man and was as terrifyingly menacing as the legend had foretold, the town folk were all frozen in fear And not one of them dared to make a sudden move.)

“You’ve all threatened me for the last time, and now it’s your turn!” the wizened old man shouted down at them from the roof of his smouldering shack. And then speaking in an inhuman, unrecognisable language – barbaric and heathen tones and sounds – the elderly man ordered the great sea serpent to violently ravage the villagers.

It tossed them, flailed them, smashed and thrashed them, rolled them around and crushed them hard against the ground and rock and whatever rough and vicious terrain it could pummel them against. It crushed their bones and ripped them open so quick their blood spattered as hard as hail wherever it pounded and pelted.

The night air rippled with their screams as terrifying as thunder ripping through the skies. And the massacre was so violent you couldn’t tell if it were the beasts ferocity or the elderly wizened mans’ rage at the torment he suffered through all his years by the villagers.

One thing was certain – the old man and the beast seemed synchronized – as if they shared the same heart beat – and none of the villagers were going to make it out alive, away from the carnage befallen on them.

These were doomed men. And the night wouldn’t prove to end peacefully either. The beast and the wizened old man raged further on and invaded the small township – smashing and collapsing it completely into a smouldering ruin, and they’d made a horrendous bloodbath of the remaining population. They, together, had wiped it all out.

The beast Leviathan swallowed whole its’ fill of as many villagers it could before finally exhausting itself completely and turned tail back toward the darkened depths of its’ oceanic home to rest once more. The elderly mans’ bloodlust had tired him too and like Leviathan – returned to the still burning ruins of his beloved shack atop the cliff face.

He entered his keep drowsily and went to rest on the floor in the centre of his parlour room, and his sleep had been so deep that he never awoke again – his body being incinerated along with his worldly possessions and the home he loved.

“There’s nothing I hate worse than being disturbed of my slumber. Especially when I don’t sleep as often as everybody else nor as regularly as anybody else. I get cranky when my recovering sleep is cut short. It makes me want to shout – “There had better be a good fucking reason as to why you’d awakened me!”

My annoyance and irritation builds quickly and if you’re not straight to the point quick enough – or if I find it wasn’t worth the trouble – I will explode. My frustration is ruthless and knows no mercy once I get to that level. All I want is the peace to sleep when I finally can relax enough to drift off to that wonderland. Bliss is just ripped from my clutches far too soon. And damn it – I can never return to the same place I was just a few winks ago.

Have some consideration people or else I’m going to snap. Please give me a little peace. Come on, ugh! that’s it! Right, I’ve had enough!” – Rah-liel.

  Sweet Dreams

  Prepare for the ultimate beating,

I wouldn’t normally waste energy on weaklings,

But you’ve disturbed me from my sleeping,

If ‘Fuck You’ is all you can say,

  You’ve severely wasted my day,

You should flinch at the sound of my name,

Now stand tall and receive the pain,

People like you are filthy and disgusting,

Hardly worth the privilege of trusting,

And now my fists are going thrusting,

You can pout and scorn all you like,

People like me win every fight,

This Dog’s bark is lesser than his bite,

Fear me the new God, and run f
rom my sight,

You think you’re good but really you are nothing,

Now take a look at me, aren’t I fucking something..

…And now your body’s ripped to smithereens,

The most beautiful scene I’ve ever seen,

Now nothing will ever come between,

  Me and my sweet dreams,

  Sweet Dreams…

“Now that you’re seeing stars – I can go back to bed and count my sheep. Now bugger off or as God is my witness, I’m going to give you some more! Sweet, sweet sleep, come back… one sheep, two sheep, three sheep…” – Rah-liel.

“This was one of my favourites, I just thought it flowed so well. Along the lines of the occasional fantasies I have – I don’t like violence too much – the rush of the action of it’s cool, the excitement – but no, it can be scary stuff and I have a vivid imagination. A lot of the violence I write about is therapy having suffered from it through childhood – not all the time but just through subjection of poor mistakes by those who were supposed to oversee mine and my brother and sisters’ welfare. I get a thrill out of the way I can make it flow, but still I would rarely ever act on any of it. Not unless it were in a circumstance where it was life or death. I don’t remember much of my childhood, and I’ve often wondered – how bad could it have been for me to blacken most of it out of memory? Well, as bad as it could’ve been I’ll continue to write out my anger and frustrations as a kind of therapy and who knows, maybe I could entertain others as well as myself with my interpretations. I don’t wish violence on anyone, not too many people handle it so well and I might be of an exception to some point but still, I’d promise that in all the power – all the control I have over my emotion – I would never enact any violence against anyone, no matter how much they ask of it of me or deserve it…at least not when I’m in the right state of mind anyway…” – Ukod.

  The Fuck Down

Ears bent for the shattering sound,

  Fissuring craters quake the ground,

Rivers of tears in torrents to drown,

As I put the fuck down,

And I shall smite the fuckers hard,

Best they raise their strongest guard,

They’ll be lucky to leave with scars,

My oath well-spoken to the stars,

Shock and fear shall gradually mound,

Stunned to a still via rolling rounds,

  Anger and hatred rapturing loud,

As I put the fuck down,

And I shall smite the fuckers hard,

Best they raise their strongest guard,

They’ll be lucky to leave with scars,

My oath well-spoken to the stars,

No sanctuary left in smouldering towns,

The peace to remain will never be found,

A new enslavement to stamp you bound,

As I put the fuck down,

And I shall smite the fuckers hard,

Best they raise their strongest guard,

They’ll be lucky to leave with scars,

My oath well-spoken to the stars,

“As sweet as vengeance tastes, it really isn’t worth the release of the energy as it requires. Who’s to say you’ll reach that level of satisfaction you’re searching for? Write about it, jot it down in a journal as I do – or write a poem or song about it, as I attempt to do also. Get that shit outta your system. Leave the fighting to the meatheads – if you’ve got a brain, use it appropriately. Work smarter not harder – unless you love that honest dirty work, work your hands raw. Fuck it, karma sorts it eventually, and we know karma has no deadline. Just steer clear of those you know who have it coming to them. For the love of God stay out of the way of that Karma – and don’t think you can take it into your own hands. Patience is truly a virtue and many people these days don’t truly value it as they should. Myself included.” – Ukod.

“Please God help me not to lose my head and fucking snap, please give me the courage to deal with dickheads, fuckwits, tools and imbeciles, but let me spread peace and with my intelligence shine a light bulb – you know, make these idiots really *click* and they go – oh now I get it, yeah that makes sense… the fuckers. Have mercy on my rotten soul – lead me away from my temptations – I’ve had my fill. Please let me be patient and capable of letting shit go – safely. I don’t want to hurt these dimwits anymore and I don’t want to feel exhausted by trying to beat the message through. God, oh please God have mercy…Amen” – Vedtte.

  The HeadBanger

Why must I lose my head?

  React at what they said,

Man I’ve got some explosive anger,

To cut sick like a headbanger,

  Born to fight,

  Plain black and white,

  Poised to hurt,

  They kiss the dirt,

  Really wound up,

  Couldn’t give a fuck,

  I’m cornered and stuck,

  They’re outta luck,

Why do I feel under attack?

It’s overkill when I give it back,

  Extremes pushed to the max,

  Why can’t I fucking relax?

How is it I forget myself?

  Raise some hell to repel,

  Is anybody ever really safe?

From a figurative fly kick to the face,

I’ve gotta let go of the past,

If I want my good to last,

I need to release all my pain,

  Cause it emotionally drains,

I’m hurting the ones I care about,

Filling them all full of doubt,

I desperately need to find some peace,

  Let my darkness cease,

  Negativity is a pit,

And I am covered in its’ shit,

Smells so foul I cannot breathe,

Will I ever feel any reprieve?

“Well, that felt better – got that out of my system. (deep breath in, then out) yeah. Shit, writing and talking about it does help. And rereading it makes me laugh. Funny shit, priceless. But seriously, when you get to that point in time when you wanna kick and punch – you’re really best just separating yourself – maybe have a ‘smoke’ and really reflect on what the fuck just happened. Did all that just get really blown out of proportion? Why did they go off like that? Or was it me? Why did I go off like that? Was it really that big of a deal? Maybe I could’ve handled that a fuck-load better – I should apologize to them once I get my shit straight in my mind first and cool the fuck down. Yeah, apologize and then speak to them about it. Try lookin’ at it from an outside perspective, remember you don’t have ask their opinion if you know what they’re bound to say, and especially not when you know you’re not going to like what you hear. But they need to know what set you off – none of them are mind readers for fuck’s sake.” – Vedtte.

great actually and you can soon afford all those materialistic things that fill in those tiny empty spaces in life. The best thrill you get is out of torturing your victims, sucking the life from them – being there and doing it. And it’s a very real scenario – but not mine. Something I used to fantasize about from time to time – but never acted on. Oh god no, never enacted on. But I’d decided on writing this piece about one – or rather one I’d envisioned would be like. Here’s; ‘The Headhunter’.” – Schoovau.

  The Headhunter

He’s never seen until it’s too late,

If you’ve been bad you’ll meet your fate,

His bloodlust alone cannot be sated,

If you’re on his list then you’re outdated,

He works alone, eyes cold as stone,

Make sure you atone before he heads a-roam,

Slipping through the shadows with stealth never caught,

No known true hallows deterred, that wealth ever sought,

Premeditated murder awaits and knows no limits,

You’ll soon be on display and shown like exhibits,

He watches ever vigil and makes note of it all,

He goes straight for the kill and has a mad ball,

Don’t go to sleep, you’ll never wake,

A broken beat up body bag is what you’ll make,

Found in the morning with your head taken,

Centred in cult ritual, and your soul forsaken,
