My Whole World

“It’s wonderful to meet you. Thank you for inviting us, this is…wow,” Toby said.
“Joker’s Sin is important to Haven Hart. It’s the beat to the heart.” He winked at his own pun. “We need more safe places like it. I admire Atlas a great deal.”
I was rendered speechless at Sam’s words. “Thank you, Sam, that means a lot to me.”
“Well, we need to make rounds, thanks for coming.”
Toby was hysterically laughing after they walked away. “That is so cool! You’re famous. Well, sort of.”
Pulling Toby into another dance I said, “I don’t need fame, I just need you.”
“Totally cheesy.” He laughed.
“I’m fine with that.”
For the rest of the night we danced, in sync in every way. Because of this amazing man in my arms, I didn’t feel like Joker’s sin anymore. Toby made me feel virtuous; he took away my guilt and replaced it with love, forgiveness, and purpose.
“Thank you, Toby,” I whispered to him.
“For what?”
“Everything.”

Acknowledgments
There are so many people to thank I fear I will always forget someone. Of course my family. They have to put up with my crazy brain on a regular basis. I also want to thank my Beta Team: Jenn, Luna, Annabella, Morningstar, Lori, and Steph. They get my books in their rawest forms and lovingly rip it to shreds. I couldn’t do it without them. I want to thank Anita for her special catches. She’s more a magician than anything else. Thank you to Alice for being so great soundboard and idea girl, she’s awesome. Flat Earth Editing, Hope and Jess, made this book sparkle in the end and it has been a pleasure working with them. And of course I have to thank Designs by Morningstar for the cover. She brought Atlas to life on this cover brilliantly.
In the end none of this happens without all of you reading my insane ideas. This is for you, my readers. You amaze me and inspire me every day. Thank you, a million times.
