“Are you complaining?” He set her on the ground and opened the passenger door for her.
“Not even a little bit,” she promised. She went onto her toes and kissed him. “Love you to the full moon and back to Cider Falls, alpha mine.”
“I love you too.”
He’d never felt so strong and sure of himself as alpha, but with her by his side he knew they could tackle anything that came their way. They were stronger together and he’d never been happier.
