“I had a moment of jealousy,” I admitted, waiting for him to laugh at me.
“Jealousy?” He paused. “When?”
“When I heard the girl in the background and I’m also jealous of the women that you apparently didn’t date.” I braced myself. It was coming. I knew it was. He would laugh and tell me I wasn’t making sense.
“Baby, she’s a friend’s girlfriend. I only know her because of him. Trust me. It’s not like that with Tenise. Rory would lose his shit if that were the case. And those other women?” He sighed. “I wanted to start the rumor myself. I was sick of hearing about you dating Matt and how happy as a fucking clam you were. It pissed me off, so I wanted to spread a bunch of lies. I shouldn’t have even thought of doing that and I’m sorry. I promise that there are no other women.”
My shoulders slumped in relief. “Okay.”
“You believe me?”
“I do but I told you it was dumb,” I mumbled.
“Listen, I’m about ten minutes from your place and then we can talk. Okay?”
“Okay.” We said our goodbyes and I let out a sigh of relief that he never made fun of me. Placing my phone on the coffee table, I turned on the TV and laid down on the couch.
A warm mouth brushed over mine.
I sighed, a soft moan leaving me.
“Wake up, Queenie.”
“I’m having a good dream.” I rolled onto my stomach, keeping my eyes closed.
“Wake up. I have a present for you.”
I lifted my head then, my gaze landing on a box of donuts. “Are those Meadow’s?”
“They are.” Vince grinned. “I stopped off at the bakery earlier tonight and picked them up. Good thing too, since now you’re mad at me.”
“I’m not mad at you.” I sat up, running a hand through my hair.
“Here.” He handed me one of the donuts that Meadow had called a surprise when she first made them. I was so damn proud of my sister and the fact that her baked goods were now being sold in restaurants.
I took the donut from Vince and bit into it. A sigh left me as I chewed, the random fruity flavors bursting on my tongue.
Vince placed the box on the table and knelt between my legs. “I’m sorry you were jealous. But I guess I deserved that when I reacted the way I did with the twins having a key to your place.”
“You know they’ve never tried anything with me, right?” When Vince didn’t answer, I cupped his cheek. “I mean it. They had a thing with Piper. Ashton slept with my sister and wanted Luna for half a second. But they never hit on me. Never even hinted at it. It’s like they knew.”
“Knew what?” Vince asked, his gaze popping to mine.
“That I was taken,” I whispered.
“No.” He shoved to his feet, towering over me. “You are taken. You always have been. Always will be.”
I looked away. “Matt never counted.”
“Don’t say his fucking name.” Vince pinched my chin, forcing my head around to meet the hard impact of his mouth. “Ever.”
Desire for Vince burned through me, but it still didn’t mean that he could tell me what to do. I bit his bottom lip, smiling when he jumped. “I thought you dated girls too, Vince.”
In a quick move, he wrapped his hand around my throat, forcing me back against the couch. “Am I with them now? Are you with Matt now?”
“Vince.” I tried shoving out of his rough hold.
“The answer you are looking for is, no, Vince, I am not with him.” He looked down, his thumb brushing over my jugular. “You’re fucking beautiful. You know that? You also drive me absolutely insane.”
“You drive me insane too.” I pushed him back, finished my donut, and downed the rest of my wine before I took his hand. “It’s almost your birthday and you’re going to make good on your promise.”
Before I could say anything more about it, Vince had me up and over his shoulder and charged for my bedroom.

Brushing my hand up and down Gigi’s side, I smiled when a small shiver trembled through her. Her back was to my front, her naked ass pressing into my crotch. Her soft snores trembled through me, making my heart lighter and fuller. Knowing she could trust me and sleep peacefully, made me happy. She still had walls up, but I was determined to break them down one by one.
Gigi sighed.
I smiled, placing a soft peck on her shoulder.
My hand brushed over her hip, grazing just beneath the cheek of her ass, then delved deep between her thighs.
Her mouth parted, another sigh leaving her, but her eyes remained closed.
That’s right, baby. Feel me. Dream of me. Love me.
Gently running my fingers over her swollen center, I rubbed the ache out of her body that she was surely feeling. I hadn’t been gentle when I brought her to her bedroom.
“That’s it, baby. Fuck, you take my cock like such a good girl.”
I grinned at the nasty words that had left my mouth.
“Choke me.”
My body stirred at the dark memories. I had heard Gigi being called a prude over the years but if people only knew. I enjoyed that I got a piece of her she never shared with anyone else. She shared her love and desires with me. Her fantasies and kink. It was all mine. It made me stand up taller, knowing I was the only one who knew her delicious and filthy little secret.
When I had wrapped my fingers around her throat, careful not to actually hurt her and to show her that she was the one who was in charge, her pussy had gripped me even tighter.
The orgasm that had slammed into her made me want to explore every fantasy she had even more.
Bruises and bite marks marred her pale skin. My cock twitched, swelling with need for her again but as much as I wanted her, she needed a break. But a little tease wouldn’t hurt. She deserved it. She deserved all of it.
When midnight had hit, I had her begging me to fuck her harder. I was quickly learning that my girl liked it not just dark but rough as well.
“Vince,” she whispered, pulling me from my thoughts.
“Yeah?” I kissed the spot beneath her ear, still running my fingers back and forth over the hot flesh between her thighs.
“Happy birthday, baby.” She grabbed my wrist, pulling my hand closer until my fingers slipped into her.
I smirked, nipping along the length of her throat. “Something you want?”
“God, yes.” Her eyes popped open, her gaze meeting mine.
Fisting her hair, I tugged her head back and began thrusting my fingers in and out of her. Her pussy was still soaked from the many times I had come inside her earlier but the alpha in me, didn’t care. It had been my way of marking her, claiming her, letting her know that I was the only man who made her feel the way I had. She was mine. I was hers. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
“You sore, baby?” I murmured against her ear.
“Not sore enough.” She pushed her ass into my waist, the tip of my cock bumping her center. “I want more.”
“You’re a greedy little thing, aren’t you?” I pulled my hand from between her legs, wrapping it around my cock and brushing the head against her pussy.
“Please, Vince,” she whined, her body shaking.
“No.” As much as I wanted her, I was in the mood to tease her more.
“God.” Her hips moved back and forth, running herself over the tip of my dick. She tried lowering her body down the length of me, but I was having none of it.
In a quick move, I landed a hard swat against her ass. “I said no.”
“Vince.” Her eyes locked with mine, dark and wild. “But you...you’re hard. I know you want me.”
I chuckled, rolling her onto her back and moving to the spot between her legs. “Of course, I want you.” My dick rested against her mound, a hot shiver racing down my spine. It took every ounce of control I was made of not to thrust inside her. But we had only just started sleeping together again after waiting three years. What was a few more hours
?
“Please.”
Resting my elbows on either side of her head, I placed a soft peck on her mouth. “As much as I want to fuck you until you can no longer walk, that has to wait.” My lips slid down the length of her jaw until they reached her ear. “I’ll see you tonight at my party. You’re going to come home with me. And I’m going to spend all night doing things to you, you’ve only ever read about.”
She shivered. “Promise?”
“Yeah, Queenie.” I kissed the tip of her nose. “I promise.”
“Good.” She pushed against me. “Then if you’re not going to fuck me, you need to get off of me.”
I laughed. “Grumpy much?”
She giggled, a flush of red hitting her cheeks. “I need to take a shower. Or we can take one together.” She waggled her eyebrows.
“We can but I’m still not fucking you. Not until tonight. Because you know, anticipation and all.”
She rolled her eyes.
“Careful,” I growled.
“Whatever.” Gigi rose from the bed, walking past me in all her beautiful naked glory. “It’s not like you’re going to do anything about it anyway.”
Before she got very far, I was on her.
Her squeals turned into laughter followed by moans shortly after. When I shoved my face between her milky white thighs, all thoughts of waiting to have sex again left her once I had her coming on my tongue in a matter of minutes.
Vince
It had been a few hours since I left Gigi’s place. I cooked her breakfast and we ate in a comfortable silence. It was now later into the evening and my birthday party she had planned, was in full swing. I never thought her of all people, would plan it at a strip club but I had heard that she taught some of the dancers and became friends with the owners. So it made sense.
I understood why she danced. She was never comfortable with anyone else to show them exactly who she was. So she spoke through the way she moved her body. Even I had issues breaking down her barriers, but I would. If I had to use her body to get her to talk to me, I would. And eventually, I would help her embrace every kinky desire she craved.
I should have told Gigi that I didn’t need a party. I would rather spend the day with her. Maybe have dinner at my parents’ place. Spend some time with my sister, Zach, and my nephew. Then finish the night off wrapped up in Gigi. But I knew that she had been planning the party for months, so I never said anything.
“Vince.”
I lifted the beer to my lips, finding Ashton and Aiden coming toward me. “Hey.” I took a sip, letting the carbonated liquid tickle my taste buds before swallowing. As much as I was thankful that I could finally have a drink legally, I didn’t really care about it at the same time. I wasn’t overly a drinker. My friends were. Hell, they drank enough for all of us.
“This is some party,” Ashton said, looking out at the vast room that held our friends and parents. “I’m surprised Gigi was able to rent this place.”
“She didn’t rent it,” Aiden corrected his brother. “She knows the owners and is helping them out, so they’re helping her out in return.”
“I wish I was friends with strippers,” Ashton mumbled.
“No, you don’t. You’d just fuck them and treat them like shit,” Aiden reminded him.
“I don’t treat any woman like shit.” Ashton shook his head. “It doesn’t matter.” He turned to me. “I just wanted to tell you that I got your stripper. She should be on her way soon.”
My back stiffened. “I can’t have a stripper.”
Ashton frowned. “Yeah, you can. It’s tradition. All of us had a stripper on our twenty-first birthdays.”
“All of you were single on your twenty-first birthday. I’m not having a stripper.” I went to walk away, hoping my words were final and left no room for argument when Ashton’s next words stopped me.
“Are you dating Gigi?”
I stopped, slowly turning toward him. “Why? You want to try and fuck her too, Ashton? I heard you got around but come on. You hit on my sister, caused shit for her and Zach, and then you fuck Meadow. Oh, and you even fucked Piper too. Are you just wanting to go through all the girls we know?”
Ashton’s brows narrowed. “That’s not...it doesn’t...I don’t want Gigi.”
I raised an eyebrow. “No? Why not? Something wrong with her?”
Aiden watched the exchange, a small smirk splaying on his face.
Ashton scowled. “Nothing is wrong with her, but I know that she could never belong to me. Not even for a second.”
“And why is that?” I asked, crossing my arms under my chest and staring him down. It didn’t matter that he was bigger than me. It didn’t matter that it revealed feelings I didn’t want to think about yet. It didn’t matter that I had known the twins my whole life. What did matter was the fact that Gigi belonged to me.
“Because.” Ashton’s jaw clenched. “She belongs to you, fucker.”
“Exactly.” I turned on my heel and walked away. I knew that little conversation wouldn’t stop Ashton and that he would still have the stripper for me, but it didn’t matter. There was no way I was letting another woman touch me. I had heard the stories after the guys had their own twenty-first birthdays and what went on behind closed doors. It wasn’t my thing and the only woman I wanted dancing for me, had suddenly disappeared. I hadn’t seen her most of the night and it didn’t sit well with me.
“Vince.”
I turned at the sound of my sister’s voice. “Hey, Luna.”
“You good?” she asked, coming toward me with her fiancé hot on her heels.
“Yeah, just looking for Gigi,” I told her.
“I haven’t seen her,” Zach confessed. “Have you?” he asked Luna.
“No.” Luna took a sip of her drink. “But I know she gets a little weird during these parties. She’s like Monica from Friends. Everything has to be perfect.”
I scratched my jaw. It made sense but it still didn’t mean I had to like it. “You’re probably right.” I wished I could see her even just for a second. I wanted to thank her for the party. I wanted to hold her, kiss her. I was damn near vibrating out of my skin with need for her. There were several private rooms at this club that I could drag her off to for a little party of our own. But I had a feeling that Gigi wouldn’t overly mind if I just slipped my hand between her legs while she carried on a conversation with someone else. I imagined my fingers lightly touching her hot flesh. Her breath would catch, her words would falter, and I would grin like the lovestruck fool that I was. My girl was a freak and I couldn’t wait to explore that side of her.
“He has it bad.”
I was snapped out of my little fantasy, finding both Luna and Zach staring at me.
She laughed, hooking a hand around Zach’s arm. “He does.”
Zach grinned.
I huffed. “I’m fine. I just need to see Gigi.”
“If I see her, I’ll let her know that you’re looking for her,” Luna told me.
“Thank you,” I muttered. “How are you doing? How’s Benjamin?”
“He’s good. Growing way too quickly.” Luna laughed.
Zach looked down at her. “Yeah, everything’s good.”
The hackles on the back of my neck rose. “Did something happen?”
“It’s nothing.” Luna shook her head, rolling her eyes. “I got some stupid crank phone calls that are bothering Zach a bit more than they should.” She patted his arm. “But it’s fine. Nothing happened.”
“No one crank calls people anymore, Moonbeam. You get spam and shit on Facebook.” Zach shook his head. “It doesn’t matter. It’s just fucking with me.”
“Don’t tell Dad,” I warned. “He’d blow up the interwebs before you could even think about getting another phone.”
“I know.” Luna grabbed Zach’s hand. “I’m fine.”
“Well I’ll leave you two to deal with this.” I chuckled, giving my sister a hug. “I need a beer.” I didn’t but since I couldn’t f
ind Gigi, I went to the bar to grab another drink anyway. Might as well enjoy myself.
Several people came up to me for the next half hour or so. They wished me a happy birthday, said how much fun they were having, and how they had never been to a party like this one. Some even said they had never been to a strip club before.
I thanked them and made the appropriate comment, but there was still no sign of Gigi. Anywhere. Did I scare her off? Had I been too rough the night before? Did I read into things wrong and she didn’t want to explore this further with me?
I slumped my ass on a nearby stool and downed my beer but even that left a sour taste in my mouth.
“Son.”
My head whipped around.
My mom and dad came toward me. The sight of them walking hand in hand made me look away. Their love never used to bother me before but when I had a girl who was closed up tighter than a nun’s—
“Vince.” Mom’s gentle voice pulled me from the stool and right into her arms. “Hey.” She hugged me, giving me that special hug that only moms could give. “What’s wrong, sweet boy?”
Before I could answer her, something caught my eye.
Gigi was talking to Ashton and Aiden. She laughed every so often, the sound hitting me square in the dick, but as hard as it made me, it pissed me off more that she had been ignoring me all night.
“Vince.” Mom leaned back. “You good?”
“I’ll be back.” I kissed her cheek and pushed away from her. My feet took me out of the large room and toward Gigi.
Ashton looked my way first. He raised an eyebrow, a slow grin spreading on his face.
I stomped toward the woman I had spent the night and morning with, wondering why the hell she had been avoiding me for the past couple of hours.
Gigi’s head turned in my direction, her eyes widening.
Yeah, beautiful. I see you. I caught you. And I’m going to make you pay for disappearing on me.
As I was about to catch up to her, my best friends blocked my path.
Rory Jaxon and Mason Houle, guys I had grown up with, were mouthing shit that I couldn’t focus on.
“Move,” I finally heard myself say.
