Kiss My Boss: Plot Twist I’m Pregnant

Page 11

by Callahan, Kelli

My arms flew back and hit my headboard when my lower belly turned, warning me of my orgasm. It wasn’t like the previous orgasm. This one felt different, bigger, more intense. I was on the cusp of shattering, falling apart, melting, being ruined.

To believe in God, one must believe in the devil.

Maybe Godrick’s name was a warning, a devil in disguise, because the way he played my body, the man was not a saint.

Only the truly wicked could be this good, only a sinner could make pleasure so heavenly.

“Godrick, it’s too much,” I warned him, arching my back until I was completely off the bed.

He tried to lean over me, but his hands were a little busy, annihilating my pussy for any man, if any man came after him. Expertly, he fucked me hard with the dildo, upped the amps on the wand until my body was convulsing. I cried out as I felt tears dripping down my cheeks from the enormity of the pleasure building inside me. I felt like I was about to explode.

“Come on, baby. Give it to me.”

“It’s too much. You have to stop. I feel like… I feel like—” the sentence trailed off. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t have the energy, and I didn’t want to admit that I felt like I was about to pee everywhere. I knew what was coming. It was a G−spot orgasm, and I had never had one before. Of course it would be Godrick giving it to me.

  Making me addicted to him.

Ruining me for all other men.

“I’m not going to stop until you’re screaming my name as you come.”

“Godrick,” I whined, trying to get myself over the edge because the pressure inside me was slowly killing me. “I need—”

He flipped us until he was on his back, toy burying deeper inside me. I was on top of him, and the toy mimicked his cock. It was like I was riding him. The wand vibrated my clit, and with one rock of my hips, I knew it would only be seconds before I soaked him with my come.

  “Godrick.”

  “That’s it, baby.”

“Godrick.” His name fell from my lips in a quick breath.

“Fuck me, come on. Fuck me. Show me how you’d treat my cock.”

I pulled his briefs down, tilting my head down to get a look at his thick member. He was so big. I could feel the long, hot ten-inch steel rod that my pussy lips hugged as I fucked the toy, pretending it was his dick. I dug my hands into my hair and fell forward when my orgasm finally hit me. He tossed the toys aside, the wand still vibrating on the floor.

“Godrick!” His name was a sob in my throat as I came, my come splashing against his bare cock. Once, twice, and three times, soaking the space between us. “Godrick, yes. Oh, god,” I mumbled, slightly out of my mind.

I had never been a squirter. I was shocked, but the pressure in my belly finally eased. I collapsed, shaking with violent tremors as my body tried to come down from my orgasm. I sucked Godrick’s nipple into my mouth, and splashes of warmth hit my stomach as a deep groan vibrated the chest beneath me.

I sat up, shaking, but wanted to see what happened. He came. Holy shit, he came. Thick white ropes adorned his girth, the slit leaking cream, and his seed caught in the bush of his happy trail. I wanted to lick it clean.

I wanted to get him hard again and fuck him, but fear held me back. I fell on top of him again, laid my cheek against his chest, and was glad he couldn’t see the loopy smile on my face. “Wow. That was—”

  “Fucking amazing.”

  Fucking amazing was right.

There was no way it could get better than this, right? Something this good couldn’t get better.

“Sleep,” he said, kissing the top of my head.

Only in that moment, it did get better.

  Chapter Fourteen

  Godrick

Watching her walk around in a bikini was wrecking me. The last few days had been torture. After the amazing night of fucking her with her toys and feeling her hot wet splashes of come against my cock, the tempting little redhead pulled away from me, again. She ignored my phone calls and texts, she never came into my office, and when I’d talk to her about how much I wanted her, she’d turn right around and run back to her desk.

The chase was fun and exhilarating, but at the same time, frustrating. Had I not proved myself over the last few weeks? What had her running from me? I knew this Brian situation was freaking her out, that had to be it, because when her and I were together, the magnetic pull between us was too much to ignore. It made me feel stronger being with her. I thought strength meant standing on my own two feet, but that wasn’t strength at all. Strength was letting yourself be with someone even when it scared you half to death.

I’d let her have her space for now.

But things between us couldn’t be ignored. The more she tried, the more the feelings grew.

Over the last few days, Brian had been silent. No more flowers or weird notes, but she did get a phone call with heavy breathing on the other end before whoever called her hung up. It had to be him. The phone call sent her over the edge, and I knew that was why she did her best to stay away from me.

Now we were at the annual summer party before I let everyone in my department off for two weeks to go on a paid vacation and enjoy the sun. I truly believed happy employees made my life better. I had the means to do this, and the fact that other companies didn’t do it proved to show how greedy they were.

I held onto my beer, watching Lucy from across the pool as I sat under one of the cabanas. We were at a local five−star hotel, only the best for me and my people, and I paid decorators to come in and have the outdoor pool area look like a tropical paradise. There were tiki torches lit, hammocks, beautiful green plants, and exotic flowers floating in the pool. And while it was beautiful, nothing could make me tear my eyes off Lucy in that bikini that was two sizes too small.

She wore that on purpose. A woman trying to hide herself from me wouldn’t tease me like that. It had been four days since I felt her body against mine, tasted her come on my lips, and felt her shatter in my arms from her orgasm. I wasn’t in the mood to play nice anymore, and that itsy bitsy red bikini that did not cover up all that ass. Her thick hips swayed, and her ass bounced with every step. Her breasts, fuck, after knowing what they looked like naked, I couldn’t stop staring at them.

“You know, if you stare at her any harder, she might burst into flames.”

I sipped my beer while Logan laughed at me. It wasn’t funny. How could he have let her out of the apartment knowing she was wearing bits of fabric and not an actual swimsuit? “I know you’re her brother, but you can’t act like you don’t have a beautiful sister. She shouldn’t be allowed out of the house looking like that.” Which reminded me, if she were mine, I’d have her locked to my bed, safe and sated, and then I wouldn’t have to worry about becoming a cold-blooded killer for every man that stared at her.

She sat down at the edge of the pool and placed her feet in the water, drinking from the pineapple drink I bought her. I sent it her way, and she locked eyes with me when she wrapped her hand around it. It had a pink umbrella and a big straw sticking out of it along with strawberries on top of the alcoholic slushie.

“Why do you think I’m so good at fighting? It isn’t because I fought myself. Lucy thinks that fuckwit Brian was the only one I’ve ever beaten up for her. There have been dozens of guys that have nearly crossed the line with her. A few in high school spread rumors about being with her, and in college, my knuckles stayed bruised. Lucy was too trusting. She saw the good in everyone, and now, while I’m glad she isn’t with Brian, I’m afraid she won’t trust anyone again.”

Not true. She’d trust me. It would take some doing, but it would happen. “I’ll have to agree to disagree with you, Logan.” I decided to stop calling him by his last name. I wasn’t a pretentious asshole, and I wanted a good relationship with him since I’d be around for the rest of his life. I hit his shoulder a few times and made my way to Lucy, prowling toward her like a lion waiting in the tall grass about to jump on his prey.

&n
bsp; I sat down next to her, the hard concrete scratched the skin of my thighs, and I dipped my feet in the pool right along with her. She didn’t move, but she did swirl her tongue around the straw, teasing me like she would my cock.

“Are you having fun?” I asked, not knowing what else to say. It seemed the only thing her and I did when we were around each other, was tear off each other’s clothes, and then I’d spend the next however many minutes or hours trying not to slide inside her.

“Yeah, this is great. I can’t believe you do this every year for your employees. That’s really respectable.”

I placed my hand behind me, the porous concrete dense beneath my fingers. “I’m a respectable guy. Does that surprise you?”

“A little bit.” She smiled around the straw, and her teeth nibble the clear plastic. “You seem so demanding otherwise that the fact that you remember your employees are human beings is pretty remarkable.”

“I don’t know if I should say thank you or be offended.”

Her hand landed on my arm, and it was clear she felt bad when she shook her head, giving me those big green puppy dog eyes. “No! Oh gosh, that wasn’t what I meant. I just meant—”

“I know, baby,” I said, letting the endearment slip from my lips on accident. It was getting harder and harder, not claiming her for my own in front of everyone. Before she could say anything else, I hurried to say something else. “Remember, my father is the CEO of the company. He doesn’t like how I run my department. That’s where my father and I are different.”

“If your father is the CEO, why does he allow it?” she questioned as she reached her right foot for one of the beautiful yellow flowers floating in the water. If she wanted flowers, I’d give her all of them. She never had to ask.

I exhaled and placed my beer on the ground and scooted a bit closer to her until our thighs touched. I had to touch her in some way. Had to. Once our skin touched, both of us at the same time exhaled, like our bodies were in pain from not being near one another. How much torture could we take before we broke? “Well, it’s a little difficult to explain. My father is the CEO, but he handed over the architecture department to me. I kind of run it by myself, so he gives me free rein even if he disagrees with me. He wanted me to have some type of control in the company, and when he found out I wasn’t interested in being the CEO over thousands of people, he gave me the department. I’m happy about it. I’m pleased. I didn’t want the responsibility that he has. I’m not sure who will run the company when he decides to retire, but it sure as hell won’t be me.”

“I can understand that. You want to be able to live your life.”

“Exactly.” I brushed my thumb over her thigh for a quick second. All I wanted to do was pick her up, take her to one of the lounge chairs, and hold her against me. “How about you? Do you feel like you can live your life? Tell me about you.”

She sipped her drink again and tilted her head to me, glancing at me with a face free of makeup. A few people were looking at us and whispering, probably coming to the conclusion that there was something between us. I wouldn’t deny it. I also didn’t have a fraternization policy about coworkers dating. I hadn’t cared before, and I’m glad I didn’t because if I had, I’d been breaking my own rule right now.

  I hated rules.

“There isn’t much to say that you don’t already know.”

“I doubt that, Lucy. I want to know everything about you.”

“Don’t do that,” she said in a small voice. “Don’t act like you’re actually interested in me. We both know what this is.”

“Do we?” Just beneath the surface of those two words, fury simmered. She seemed to have drawn her own conclusions about us, and I didn’t like that. It seemed we were on different pages, and two weeks ago, I would have agreed with her. Caring about someone like this only left someone cold on the inside after a while, like my parents, but I had a feeling, Lucy would always keep me warm. I trusted my instincts, and while before they always screamed to never love; now, they were screaming at me to jump in with both feet, or I’d regret it.

“We are clearly attracted to one another, but we both know this isn’t going anywhere. I have too much baggage, and you are a public figure in this city. I’d just bring you down. And I’m not looking to feel worse than I already do.”

“You think I care about that? The public? You think I’m going to let some deranged man stand between us? I know he is what is causing your fear.”

“Godrick,” her voice broken and torn as she spoke through the emotion almost choking her. “It isn’t just him.”

“Then what is it? Tell me, Lucy. Let me show you that you have nothing to worry about.” My hand landed on top of hers, and she jerked her hand away. I didn’t like that. She wasn’t just pulling away from me; she was pulling away from us.

“What are you going to do when you get bored of me, Godrick? You can’t fool yourself into thinking I’m going to be enough for you. I don’t have the strength to be with someone again for a year, five years, another ten years, and get completely crushed because I find you in bed with some supermodel because look at you? You’re fucking Godrick Stoneridge, one of the wealthiest men in the city, top bachelor, a man that has women flocking toward him all the time. I don’t feel like getting destroyed again. I really don’t have the energy for it again. And I need to deal with Brian. As long as he is in my life, I’ll never be able to have a normal love life or sex life, which let’s face it, that’s all that this is.” She removed her feet from the pool, and water splashed on my shins as she stood. “Excuse me.” Lucy grabbed her drink and rushed away from the pool, leaving me confused and angry with all the conclusions she just drew.

  Just sex.

We hadn’t even had sex! Didn’t that prove that there was more to this than just sexual tension? If I only wanted sex, I would have had sex with her already, or I would have had sex with someone else while I waited for Lucy. She wasn’t wrong, I did have women flocking toward me all the time, but I hardly ever took them up on it. Having sex all the time wasn’t something I did like people assumed.

She assumed something about me, and I really didn’t like that. Lucy was running away from me, but I wasn’t going to let her.

  Not this time.

  No more running.

It was time to set things straight.

  Chapter Fifteen

  Lucy

“Come on. Come on. Come on,” I chanted, wishing the elevator would move faster. I had to get away from Godrick. The man was too much to be around. My insides felt like jello, and I felt sick to my stomach ending whatever it was we had together. I think I ended it. It sounded like I did. I knew better than to think it was just sex between us. Even when I dated Brian, I never felt like this.

It was lust, sure, but there was something more in the works between Godrick and I. It felt like destiny, like my soul found its mate and that scared the shit out of me. I took a large swallow of my drink just as the elevator dinged. The doors slide open, offering me a gateway to peace and loneliness. I never preferred to be alone, but right now, my own company sounded nice.

I stepped into the elevator, the floor of it wet because of people coming in and out from the pool, and I pressed the button to the thirteenth floor.

And then I saw Godrick walking toward the elevator with a determined look on his face, and I pressed the button to my floor over and over again. No, no, no. A small space with that man meant trouble.

Who was I kidding? Any space with that man was bad news.

“Come on!” I gritted, and right when the doors started to close, his large hand jutted out, catching the space between the metal.

They slid open again and revealed Godrick waiting there. He didn’t look pleased. He looked furious. That muscle in his jaw ticked. I never knew jaws could be muscular and in shape, but Godrick’s was. Square and cut, like a diamond. I bet nothing could break it, but he’d do damage to whatever or whoever tried.

He had his shirt off since
it was a pool party, and the sun had kissed his skin to a slight golden hue. He had a wide frame, thick muscles, and the swim shorts rode low on his hips showing the V that led to a very big, very thick cock.

His hair was wet, dripping onto his shoulders, and the black fury of his eyes landed on me. He stepped forward, turned around, and pressed the button that said PH. He didn’t say a word to me. He was pissed. The doors closed slower than usual, locking me inside with the man that suffocated me with lust. The moment the elevator started to rise, I pressed my back against the furthest side of the wall to get away from him. A massive amount of energy radiated from Godrick, and it scared me.

  I didn’t think he’d hurt me.

It only scared me because there was so much of the sexual tension that it caused me to have chills and feel feverish all at the same time. His chest rose with a deep breath, and my eyes never moved off of his pecs. The buttons lit up as the elevator climbed, and the higher we got, the more the air became too difficult to breathe.

Sipping my drink was pointless to try and cool myself off. At this point, drinking the damn thing was something to do. My nipples were hard, and my clit was begging me to rub myself against his thick thigh until he had me orgasming like he did the other night. God, I had never had a sexual experience like that before. Brian never fucked me with my toys, he never got to know my body, and he never cared if I orgasmed.

It seemed that was all Godrick cared about.

No, I took that back. He cared about me. Yes, he wanted me to feel good, but he cared about me. It was why he was at my apartment when I got the note from Brian. It was why he messaged me a hundred times a day on my phone, even if I never reached out to him. He didn’t care. He never stopped showing me he was thinking of me.

The elevator groaned and jerked, causing the drink to fall from my hands and spill onto the floor. The pineapple broke in two, and the yummy slushy mixed with the dirty pool water on the ground. Jerking again, the elevator tried to move, but it fell.
