I smiled, he was such a dork. – I’m just having breakfast, I missed you this morning! Xo

My phone beeped and dad rolled his eyes as I just smirked then read his reply. – I missed you too, see you soon gorgeous.

“Do you text him while you’re in class?” Dad asked as he slid a plate in front of me.

I shook my head, “No I don’t really talk to him at school, why?”

Dad just gave me a slight smile, “No reason. You know I’m not too thrilled about you dating your teacher. But I promised your mother I wouldn’t stop it. Even though I should have arrested him and locked him up for a long time.”

“I would have visited him behind bars,” I grinned evilly and laughed. “Plus you could have said no and ended up with James like you thought I liked him.”

Dad glared, almost choking on his coffee. “That boy is too wild for you, Noah told me how he spoke to you the other day in class. Next time he calls you names, you clock him in the face and break that smart mouth of his.”

  I laughed, “Alright Dad.”

I sat finishing my breakfast and then getting ready to head to school, I couldn’t wait for tonight, and I had a strange feeling that it was going to be a good night.

  Chapter Twenty Seven

“Noah stop,” I giggled, trying to keep my voice low in case Dad heard us.

Noah groaned, kissing down the base of my neck as his hands held my waist, “Baby, you’re such a tease.”

I rolled my eyes, bumping my ass into his crotch and pushing him back from me. “Good, now stop hassling me. I need to finish cooking otherwise we won’t be eating until midnight.”

He chuckled, giving my cheek a kiss. “Ok beautiful, and it smells very good by the way. I love your cooking.”

“That’s not all you love,” I winked, flirting with him a little.

Noah just shook his head and smirked as Dad walked in, “True, I do enjoy that,” he said as Dad ignored us both and grabbed a can of coke from the fridge.

It didn’t take me long until dinner was ready and served up. I was starving and the chicken smelt amazing. Dad and Noah seemed to be in deep conversation and I wondered if they were talking about what Dad needed to speak to him about earlier. I had no idea, I didn’t really want to go out in case they were in the middle of it.

I set the table and got us all drinks then put the plates of food in their settings and finally called out to them. “Come and eat before it gets cold please.”

The whole time through dinner I wondered what was going on. Dad looked quite pleased and Noah looked nervous but still happy. The conversation flowed from work through to football to my final exams.

“Any ideas on what you want to do after school Mia?” Dad asked after finishing his plate.

I hated that question, or more so dreaded it. “No I don’t know, I think I might just have some time off and think about it.”

He nodded, “If you need to work then you could come work with me and file all my paperwork?”

I scrunched my face up, “No thanks, I’ve seen your desk and it’s not pretty.”

Noah laughed lightly, “You’ll figure something out, and I think taking some time will be good for you.”

I loved that neither of them pressured me into figuring out what I had to do immediately. I stood up and grabbed our plates, “I’ll wash up and then we can head off if you wanted to?”

“Actually I’ll clear the dishes up sweetie, you go and have a fun night,” Dad said standing, he had that weird smile across his face and I was now very confused. He never offered to wash up after a roast.

Noah stood up and nodded, “Well then, let’s head out before it’s past your bedtime.”

I rolled my eyes, “I don’t have a bedtime,” I muttered, heading to the front door to slide my shoes on.

We took Noah’s car and he started driving, thinking we were heading to his house I was really confused when he started to head out of town.

“Babe, where are you headed?” I asked, looking out the window.

Noah just took my hand and held it as he continued driving, “I figured we could head to the beach, it’s a nice night yeah?”

I smiled, “We haven’t been there since I passed my driving test,” I laughed. “Sounds good.”

Noah pulled in the car park and parked the car. We got out and made our way down to the beach, the weather was nice and the tide starting to come in. I reached and took his hand as we walked along the sand, talking about random things.

“Do you think it’s odd that we haven’t been caught yet? By the school I mean?” I asked keeping my eyes ahead.

“I guess so, I mean we’ve almost been caught a couple times. But we’ve been smart about it, I wouldn’t do anything to risk you getting caught or expelled,” he said.

I smiled, “I don’t want to get you fired either.”

We came to a stop and I turned looking back at how far we had been walking, “We should head back before the tides comes right in,” I said and turned around to look at Noah.

He smiled, “Oh I got you something, more of a good luck for your exams next week,” he said reaching into his back pocket and pulling out a book.

“A walk to remember?” I smiled taking it from him. “I lost my last one,” I admitted, this was Mum and my favourite movie to watch together.

“I know, you mentioned a while ago about not having it but had seen the movie dozens of times,” He said, his eyes staring at me nervously again for a slight moment.

I leant forwards and kissed him, “Thank you, I love it.”

I opened the front cover and my smile dropped, my heart started to race so hard as there was a heart shaped cut through the middle of every page making a box like hole. Inside the heart was laying the most beautiful ring I had ever seen.

My eyes flicked back up to Noah but he wasn’t there. He wasn’t standing in front of me anymore, no. He was down on one knee as he reached and took the book from my hand. “Mia,” he started and I wanted to burst into tears.

“Noah,” I said clasping my hand over my mouth. I couldn’t believe this was happening, I kept blinking away my tears that wouldn’t stop trickling out down my cheeks.

He reached in and took out the small but sparkly ring, his other hand then came up and took hold of my shaking hand, “Mia. Let me finish before you burst into tears,” he chuckled, I could see his own eyes glassing over with water as he continued to speak, “Mia, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I know we’ve only been together a few short months, but Mia this feels right. I want to marry you, I want a family with you. I want to go to bed with you every night and wake up with you in the morning. You make me so happy, you fill my days with laughter and happiness. I waited twenty four years and finally you came along, you changed my world around and now I can’t imagine a life where I’m not ever with you,” he gave me the most adorable smile ever as he squeezed my hand tighter, “Mia, will you marry me?”

I nodded, crying and blubbering a wet mess as I spoke through my cries, “Yes, Yes of course I will Noah, god I can’t think of anything better than being your wife.”

He slid my promise ring off, smiling as he placed it on my other hand and then took my left hand again, sliding the 14K white gold diamond ring on my finger until it was a snug fit. Standing up he smiled wider, “You’ve just made me so much happier than I have already been with you Mia.”

I wrapped my arms tightly around him as he picked me up, spinning us around as he kissed me with more passion than I had ever felt from him before. I pulled back and just smiled, crying and smiling was probably more correct, “Wait, did you ask my Dad for permission?”

He nodded, “Of course I did. That’s why I needed to talk to him tonight, he gave me his approval and isn’t expecting you back home tonight.”

“I can’t believe you just proposed, I didn’t expect that at all, and in a book!” I grinned wiping my eyes again as he still held me in his arms.

“Yeah I have the actual b
ook at home for you, we should head back there,” he smiled and kissed me once more.

Both of us could barely keep our hands off each other as we stumbled through his apartment and stripping each other off. Passionately needing each other desperately as we kissed and grabbed each other. Noah’s mouth kept to mine as he pushed me against the wall, thrusting deep and roughly inside me causing me to gasp as he filled me so suddenly. This was a raw lust filled passion, a need for one another and the engagement just made us need each other more.

“I love you,” he growled against my mouth. Fingers digging into my hips as he started moving.

I wrapped my thighs tighter around his waist, moaning as I moved with him. “Oh god Noah, I love you!” I cried out. I love him more than anything, I couldn’t wait to marry this man. The man of my dreams.

He started walking and soon my back hit the bed, his body lay over mine, holding my face as he kissed me while moving faster and harder. I grasped his shoulders hard, unable to hold back on my uncontrollably moaning as he brought me closer to the edge. Three more thrusts and I began shaking underneath him, arching up and pushing myself into him more.

“Noah, I.. oh god don’t stop!” I moaned, feeling another orgasm coming on, loving this side of him.

He grunts and groans became louder, “Fuck.. Mia!” he moaned as he started to cum, blowing deep inside me as I came with him.

Our hard breathing matched each other’s. I let my hands fall as he stayed laying against me. Kissing tenderly as we both calmed our breathing and managed to form actual words.

“That was, wow,” I smiled as he pulled out, laying down beside me and taking my hand in his.

“Indeed, it was more than wow baby,” He smiled and looked over at me as I smiled back with nothing but love. “I want to marry you this weekend Mia.”

I laughed, “Don’t trick me Noah, that’s impossible and only in two days away.”

He dipped his brows down as he looked at me seriously, “Mia, I’m being serious. I brought you a trip away to Thailand. It’s a long weekend, we could leave tomorrow morning and then I want to marry you while we’re away.”

I looked at him utterly confused, “Noah, my Dad would never allow us to go and elope, as perfect as that sounds.”

Noah sat up and leaned over, caressing my cheek. “I have permission to marry you this weekend, on the condition that when we return you won’t live with me until you’ve completed your finals. Also we need to have a wedding back here so he may walk you down the aisle.”

“I can’t believe you have all this planned out, I don’t have any clothes and what if you can’t get any flight tickets?”

He chuckled, “I have those brought already and your bag is in the boot of my car. I packed it when your Dad was annoying you about how to cook a chook.”

“You two had this planned the whole time, I am blown away right now Noah,” I felt more tears coming to my eyes, “I will, I’ll marry you this weekend if you really want to marry me.”

He smiled, moving his body back over mine as he laid down and moved slowly between my thighs, making love to me. Our lips parted and he gave me another smile, “Trust me baby, I do.”

  Chapter Twenty Eight

I grasped Noah’s hand tightly as we walked off the plane, looking around I honestly couldn’t believe we were here and going to be married.

“It’s gorgeous, the water is so pretty,” I smiled as I looked back at my fiancé, it felt so weird to say that now.

Noah had called me that all morning and throughout the plane ride. He thought it was very cute how I got all embarrassed and flushed when the word came up. At first, I couldn’t help but be nervous. We were engaged and to be married within a week. Not even that, it was just days.

“It is, you’ll love the room even more baby,” he smiled, leaning to place a kiss against my cheek.

Noah wasn’t wrong. A beach front pool villa he had surprised booked for us, it was incredible. I was probably standing there with my mouth gaped open as I looked at the large swimming pool and ocean view, the lounging sun hut and the villa with a self-contained kitchen. It was amazing.

I looked over at him as he put our bags into the villa and then took a seat on the large king sized bed. “Well it’s too hot for socks and jeans,” he chuckled.

I smiled walking into the room, “That is true, I can’t believe we’re here.”

He smiled and took my hand, pulling me down onto his lap. “I think you should take your clothing off and get into the pool with me?”

I chuckled, rolling my eyes as I wrapped my arms around his neck. “I will go and change in the bathroom, how about you go and I shall meet you in there?”

Noah shook his head, his brows giving me a wiggle as he pushed my down on the bed and hovered over top of me, “Don’t think so beautiful, I think I’d like to see how comfortable this bed is first.”

“Yeah?” I smiled as he dipped his head low and kissed me, “that may just be a good idea.”

Tying the navy string up on my bikini top I walked outside as Noah followed behind me. We’d spent quite some time fooling around in the sheets, we definitely had a playful and fun love together.

I swam over, leaning against the edge as I stared out into the gorgeous ocean sea. “Noah, how do we get married?” I asked, “I mean, do we need to book that?”

“Already done beauty, tomorrow morning we will get married. Either on the beach or garden, wherever you would like to have our wedding,” he said simply, swimming up beside me.

I had no idea where I wanted to marry, “Hmm well we could go wherever, I don’t mind.”

“Mia, are you going all shy on me again?” he chuckled, moving fluidly through the water and coming up behind me as he wrapped his arms around my body.

I shook my head, “Maybe, a little. I am just nervous about getting married, I am really excited but it’s still a huge thing. So I am going to live with you?”

“Yes, once school is over with, unless you don’t want to just yet. I don’t want to rush you,” I could sense the fear inside his voice.

I spun around in his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist to keep me afloat in the deeper end, his hands placed either side of me. “I want to move in with you, when I graduate I will move in with you that day, in the mean time I could start packing and getting my things ready?”

“Good, and if you don’t like my place then we can move if you wanted?”

I shook my head, “Nope, I like your place.”

We swam around for a little longer, just talking about silly random things and how Noah had his football final soon, he was pretty excited for me to come and watch him play as his wife. I had to wonder how his Mum would take the news of our sudden engagement and marriage. I hoped no one thought we were having a shot gun wedding.

By the time the sun began to set we walked to the nearby resort restaurant and ate dinner. Taking a walk along the beach barefoot and holding hands before heading back to our villa for the night.

Waking to the smouldering morning sun as I opened my eyes and stretched, I snuggled up closer to Noah’s sleeping body and closed my eyes again. His arms wrapped around me, holding me close against him as he kissed my forehead.

“Morning baby,” he said, voice laced with sleep.

“Did I wake you?” I asked softly.

He shook his head, “No baby. You didn’t, I was just laying here thinking about today.”

“Having second thoughts?” I asked, laying on my stomach as my back was exposed to the warm breeze blowing through the windows.

Noah chuckled at me, “No Mia. I was just thinking about how lucky I am to be marrying you.”

“Awe you’re too sweet,” I smiled. “I can’t wait to marry you either, I’m getting very nervous and excited.”

We had a lazy morning, staying in bed for longer than we should have but it was worth it. I didn’t want to get out of bed, I wanted to laze around all day but we had somewhere to be. A wedding to go to and then
Noah promised we could get right back into bed when we returned, I knew exactly what he wanted to do. Start the honeymoon fun, that man was definitely giving me one heck of a work out.

“Babe I don’t have a ring for you,” I said looking at Noah as I had realised that was the something we needed for today.

He laughed, laying back in the bed and yawning. “Baby don’t worry about it. I have a ring that you can give me, it was Dad’s wedding band and Mum gave it to me.”

“Your Mum knows?” I asked crossing my arms over my chest and looking at him curiously.

“Course she does, she told me you was the one for me after we went to visit, she called and we talked. I told her I was going to marry you,” he smiled.

“When did you buy the ring? It’s really pretty, I love it,” I said holding my hand out again and looking at the sparkling diamonds.

He groaned, “Baby what’s with all the questions, I brought it a month ago with Ryan. He came and helped pick it out.”

I just grinned as I walked over, leaning down and kissing him. “You’re everything and more for me Noah, I need to shower and clean up. Don’t come in while I’m getting dressed.”

As I walked away I heard him laugh. “Yes dear.”

I dressed in a simple dress, nothing bridal like. Just a beach style maxi dress, my hair kept simple and pulled back into a lose side braid. I walked out and noticed Noah, he looked absolutely handsome as he wore a pair of low hung charcoal trousers and a fitted white V neck shirt which clung to his toned chest.

“Is this ok?” I asked giving a slight silly twirl and smiling big at him.

Noah groaned, “Mia you look beautiful, I am tempted to just undress you now.”

“Don’t you dare, come on Mr Wade. Don’t want to be late do you?” I winked as I smacked my lips against his hard.

Noah and I met the celebrant in a small garden off the side of a pathway, a secluded area with beautiful exotic and colourful flowers, and the view of the ocean right beside us. I was feeling completely nervous as the celebrant began to speak, Noah went first as we held hands.
