If I had the ability to turn on my inner Cassie, I’d try it within boundaries because I’m built that way. However, for those of you who leave your inner Cassie turned ‘on’ all of the time?

Cooking / Baking in 2021.
This is going to be a short mention. I’ll tell the whole story in another set of author notes but here is the punchline.
When grabbing flour out of the pantry to help with purchased refrigerated pizza dough, realize that both flour and white powdered sugar look similar. If you are not paying attention, you might grab the wrong container (especially if your wife has put them both into clear containers with no labels.)
The main problem is white powdered sugar will make the dough taste a bit sweeter.
It’s not a good thing.
I hope all of you have a fantastic 2021, and I’ll work on letting my inner Cassie out!
