I glance up at him as he pushes the door open and pulls me inside. “What the hell are you doing?”
It’s a small room with shelves filled with supplies for the stands. There are prizes, balls, balloons, and even some cleaning supplies.
He pushes me against the door and slams his mouth to mine. I moan at the contact as he pulls my leg up, holding it at his hip. He moves his hips, and his hard cock hits my aching pussy. I push his hat and sunglasses off, needing to see him.
He breaks the kiss and grins as he unbuttons my shorts. “I can’t wait until we get back, I need you now,” he says.
I hear the crowds outside the door and my eyes widen. I’m so turned on, but nervous. “What if someone opens the door?”
He pulls his jeans down, freeing his heavy dick and lifts me off the ground. I wrap my legs around him and he rubs his cock against my dripping pussy.
“They’ll get a show,” he says, slamming into me.
I yell out in shock and pleasure, digging my nails into his shoulders. He sucks on my neck as he pounds into me, bringing my body to life. I knew he’d be good, but I wasn’t ready for any of it. My body responds to each touch, begging for more. He’s every bit as rough as he is gentle. He’s every bit the rock star in bed, too.
My body is hitting against the door and I know we are attracting attention. At any minute, someone could open this door and see Kegan Donovan fucking me. It should scare me, make me want to force him to stop, but it doesn’t. It turns me on even more.
“I’ll never get enough, baby. You feel so fucking good wrapped around me,” he groans.
I’ve never been with anyone who talks during sex and it makes it so much hotter. He’s not embarrassed to say what or how he’s feeling.
“Oh god,” I moan, as he fucks me harder.
He bites on my neck and digs his fingers into my ass. It has me moving my hips right along with him. My body is burning with the need for release as he continues to fuck me closer to it.
“Look at me, baby,” he demands. I do and when his dark eyes connect with mine, so does his soul. It’s an intense moment that has tears swimming in my eyes. “You feel it, too?”
I nod as a tear escapes and he kisses my cheek. “Yeah, I feel it.”
“Rub your clit,” he groans.
I reach between us and when my fingers touch my sensitive bundle I scream out. He groans as he slams into me, bringing me close to the edge.
“I’m so close,” I breathe out, keeping my eyes locked on his.
He growls as my body hits the door harder. Someone is going to come; I just hope I do first.
I rub my clit faster and my body begins to shake. His fingers dig in harder as he somehow moves faster. I can’t hold back. My orgasm tears through me causing me to scream in pleasure and relief.
He slams into me a few more times before he groans as his release rips through him. He buries his face in my neck as we both breathe heavily. “What the fuck are you doing to me, Lorelei?” he whispers.
I’m wondering the same thing, big guy.
Chapter Fifteen
Lorelei
The guys have been working at this local studio all day, while I’ve been busy with organizing, scheduling, and making sure all the headlines do not include their private lives. We originally came here so they could record a song for Catherine, but now they’ve decided to do more. They’ve been trying out new beats and lyrics they’ve been working on. It’s been really amazing watching it. They are like a well-oiled machine. Each one knows exactly what to do without any words spoken. Everett knows when to start the beat, Remi and Lane know when to come in, and Kegan knows exactly when to begin. Even when it’s not working, they stop, laugh, and start over in a different way. Still knowing what needs to be done.
“Hey, boss lady,” Lane calls.
I press the button on the huge soundboard that Kegan showed me so they can hear me. “What?” I ask, smiling as I shake my head.
“Wanna sing a song?” he asks, wiggling his eyebrows.
I toss my head back laughing. “Not if I had a gun pointed at me.”
“What if Kegan asked you?” he replies.
“I’d still stay safely on this side of the glass.”
I hit the button again, still laughing at his ridiculous request. He doesn’t really want me to go in there and sing. He wants to make sure I’m not feeling left out while they are doing their thing. Lane is sweet and thoughtful that way. I’m not entirely sure if it’s because Kegan is his brother or if he would do it for all of the guys. Either way, I’m lucky to have a special place with all of them.
“Hey angel,” Kegan calls.
I once again press the button. “What?”
He gives me that sexy smirk of his and I can’t help but smile. “How’s it sound?”
“Amazing as always,” I reply.
“Come in here,” he says.
“I’m not singing.”
They all laugh, and he shakes his head. “Get your ass in here.”
I’m a little excited if I’m honest to see what it’s like on the other side of the glass, so I don’t argue. Once the door closes behind me, I walk over to Kegan. He presses a soft kiss on my cheek and moves me in front of me.
I turn my head, lifting an eyebrow. “I’m seriously not singing.”
He moves his lips against my ear and a chill runs through me. “I’m not asking you to. I’ve been watching you on the other side of the glass and I don’t like feeling like we’re being forced apart. I want you here with me so when I sing you feel it in your body like I do.”
I squeeze his hand that is around my waist and nod. “Okay,” I whisper.
I should say so much more, but I don’t have the words, but Kegan does. They begin to play their newest song and when he begins to sing it vibrates through my body. His voice is hypnotic. It’s deep, sexy, and demanding, just like him. I close my eyes and let the sound of music and Kegan’s voice wash over me. It doesn’t seem real that I’m here with these rock gods, but I am.
When Kegan hits a note, he moves his fingers, brushing against my stomach and I bite my lip. I open my eyes and I’m so overwhelmed standing here feeling his touch, hearing his voice, and seeing his reflection in the glass. I know I’ll never leave. I belong here.
The song ends and I spin around pressing my lips to his. “That was one of the best moments of my life.”
He smiles, tucking a piece of my hair behind my ear. “I’ll give you so much more.”
“As much as I love watching you two looking at each other like you’re gonna fuck right here, don’t we need to get to dinner?” Everett asks, laughing.
I laugh but Kegan keeps his eyes locked on mine. His eyes are dark and heated, telling me Everett isn’t wrong.
I clear my throat and look at the rest of the guys. “Yeah, we better get to the restaurant.”
Kegan gives me a wink, a promise of what will come later, and they begin to pack up. I leave the glass bubble because my body is getting heated and I need some space to cool down. I collect my laptop and papers, waiting for them to finished up.
Once they are ready, we pile into the large black limo. Kegan presses right up against me and I grin up at him.
“I like being up against, angel, what can I say?” he asks, giving me that smirk.
“It’s pretty cool of Jackson to do this for his girl,” Lane comments.
I turn my attention to him and nod. “It really is. She’s a lucky girl.
“Hey,” Kegan protests.
I laugh, kissing his large bicep. “I’m even luckier.”
He tosses his arm around me, pulling closer. “Damn right.”
“Have you guys ever done this before?” I ask.
“No, we’ve been asked a time or two, but no one has been as convincing as Jackson was,” Kegan replies.
“What did he say?”
Kegan smiles down at me, kissing the top of my head. “He said that Catherine is the love of his life. That he wouldn’t
survive without her. That she changed him for the better. He told us that she’s the one that got him into listening to us and he wanted to do something special for her birthday.”
My heart is pounding in my chest listening to him as his eyes bounce between mine. Is he silently telling me he feels the same?
“That guy is fucking cool, plus I’m pretty sure he would’ve kicked our asses if we said no,” Everett says, laughing.
We pull up to the restaurant and Kegan takes my hand to get out of the limo. He doesn’t let go as we walk inside, and I can’t help but look around to make sure no one notices. The last thing we need is for someone to take a picture.
The hostess tries to act professional, but she’s blushing as she tells us to follow her. Lane wiggles his eyebrows before tossing his arm over her shoulders. I laugh, shaking my head as we walk into the private room.
“Thanks doll,” Lane says, giving her a wink.
“You’re such a damn flirt,” I say, sitting down when Kegan pulls my chair out for me.
Lane sits across from me and grins. “Jealous?”
“Shut the hell up,” Kegan growls.
I laugh as the others sit down. We are here before Catherine and Jackson, which I’m surprised since I thought we would be late. We order our drinks while we wait and it’s not long before they walk in.
“My favorite band,” Jackson says, smiling.
We all get up and greet them both. I give Catherine a hug as she approaches. “Hope you’re ready for their crazy asses,” I say.
She laughs, shaking her head. “Oh definitely.”
After they order their drinks and we all place our orders, we all talk like we’ve been friends forever. They don’t treat the guys like they are Rockstars. They talk about music and the tour, but most of the conversation is about Jackson being a Navy Seal. We are all intrigued by it and extremely grateful for his service.
Lane and Everett tease Catherine, telling her that she should come back to the bus with us. Jackson laughs, but you can see the hardness in his eyes. He knows they are joking, but even just the thought of it has him a little pissed off.
“You mentioned the other day about your friends. Are they around here?” Catherine asks.
“No, they are back in Chicago. I miss them,” I say, sipping my wine.
She looks around and grins. “Gonna hook them up with one of these guys?”
I laugh, shaking my head. “Not sure that would be the best idea.”
“Why not? My friends are with Jackson’s and it works out perfectly,” she comments.
It would be great to have us all together all the time, but Haven and Blair have different dreams. Traveling the country isn’t something they would be willing to do. I can definitely see us all hanging out as friends, but nothing more than that.
“These guys couldn’t handle them,” I say, joking.
That catches Lane’s attention, and he lifts his eyebrow. “Couldn’t handle who? You know damn well it’s the other way around, boss lady.”
We all laugh, and I can’t help the smile on my face. Hanging out with Catherine and Jackson is so relaxed and fun. It hasn’t been more than just the five of us and it’s really great to have another girl. It’s always fun, but sometimes it’s just nice to have someone to go to the bathroom with.
Which is what is happening now. Catherine and I are fixing our makeup in the bathroom and I laugh, glancing at her through the mirror. “You have no idea how nice it is to have another girl around.”
She laughs as she applies her lipstick. “After being with them for a few hours, I can totally understand.” We both laugh, but she shakes her head. “Seriously though, they are all really nice. I’ve listened to them and it’s surreal to be around them like this. I honestly would never have expected them to be so down to earth and normal.”
“Believe me, it took a long time until I saw this side of them. They weren’t happy with me at first, but now it’s like we’re one big family. I sometimes forget they are these huge Rockstars because they don’t act that why,” I say.
“I can totally see that. This has been such a fun night. I kinda hate that you guys are all leaving,” she says.
I nod as I put my lipstick back in my purse. “This is the longest we’ve stayed in one place, so I kinda hate leaving too. That bus has one tiny bathroom,” I say, laughing.
“Once you guys are done with touring and have some down time, we should plan to get together. Next time with your friends and mine. It’ll be great,” she comments, smiling.
I agree and we leave the bathroom. I know when we get back that Jackson is going to give her the CD the guys made for her and I’m excited to see her reaction.
When we walk back in, the guys are standing drinking their beers. Kegan finds my eyes and grins. My body is automatically drawn to him as we walk toward them. He wraps his arm around my shoulder, and I press against him. I can feel his muscular body and warmth through his shirt. It relaxes me as much as turns me on.
“Catherine, we heard your birthday is coming up,” Kegan says.
“Yes, it is,” she says, shaking her head at Jackson.
We all laugh as Jackson holds his hands up. “Hey, I like talking about my fiancé,” he says, giving her a wink.
“Yeah, he almost makes me wanna look for a girl,” Everett says. We all look at him and he laughs. “I said almost.”
Remi shakes his head and raises his beer. “Happy Birthday, Catherine.”
Jackson pulls the CD from behind his back and hands it to her. She looks around as her eyebrows dip. “What’s this?”
“Jackson got in touch with us and asked if we’d record a song for you. He put most of the lyrics together, I just sang them,” Kegan says.
Tears spring to her eyes as her eyes bounce around to each of the guys, finally landing on Jackson. “You wrote me a song?”
“I wrote down some words, these guys turned them into a song,” he corrects.
A tear rolls down her cheek as she wraps her arms around him. He hold her tightly to him, whispering in her ear. I glance up at Kegan and notice he’s watching me.
“That’s incredibly sweet, isn’t it?” I ask.
He presses his lips to mine. “You want a song, angel?”
I laugh, shaking my head. “No.”
I don’t know why I say no, because who the hell wouldn’t want a song written for them. I’m not sure if its embarrassment telling him I’d love that or if it’s fear that people will realize we’re together. He doesn’t say anything, just tightens his hold on me. I smile thinking, he’ll do what he wants anyway.
Jackson and Catherine finally pull apart. She has a huge smile on her face as she thanks them all. She looks up at Jackson and without saying a word they seem to have a silent conversation. I’m not sure if it’s her thanking him or making a promise for what’s to come later. Either way, it’s intriguing watching it happen.
“I’m not normally speechless, but right now I am. Having a song that no one else has is the most incredible thing I could ever imagine. Thank you, guys, so much. I’m blown away you’d take time out of your business schedule to do this for me,” she says.
“It was our pleasure,” Kegan says.
“You have any friends that could thank me properly?” Everett asks.
I continue to watch them all. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by all these amazing people. Catherine has truly become someone I consider a friend. Jackson has too for that matter. They fit in perfectly and I know this will not be the last we see of them. Maybe it won’t be for a while because Kegan and the guys don’t stay in one place long, but I know in my heart it will happen and I can’t wait until the next time.
Chapter Sixteen
Kegan
“You guys have been fucking amazing!” I yell. I laugh as a bra lands on stage and sign a few more autographs on my way off stage.
Lorelei jumps into my arms and I slam my mouth to hers. She laughs when I smack her ass and she slides down my body.
/>
“Enjoy the show?” I ask, walking toward the door.
We have no meet and greet, so we are all heading straight for the bus. We decided to hit the local club tonight. It’s been a while since we’ve been out. The tour has taken up most of our time and when I’m not busy with that, I’m busy with Lorelei.
These last few weeks have been the best of my life. I didn’t realize before Lorelei that my heart wasn’t whole. It was missing something, a huge piece and she’s that piece. She makes me a better man. She makes me feel complete.
“I loved it. You still manage to take my breath away,” she says, bringing me back to the present.
I kiss the top of her head as we cross the parking lot.
“Kegan, you fucking killed it, brother,” Lane says, slapping my back.
I smile as we climb onto the bus. “We all killed it.”
“I’m showering first,” Lorelei says, running for the bathroom.
We all laugh as we grab a beer and sit down. I let the cold liquid run down my throat and lean back on the couch.
“I got a text last night,” Remi says, grinning.
We all look at him and I sit forward. “From who?”
“Lorelei’s friend, Blair,” he says, laughing.
“Why?” I ask, as my brows dip.
He lifts his shoulders as he tips back his beer. I raise my eyebrows and he laughs. “She was drunk and horny.”
“You son of a bitch,” Everett says, shaking his head. “You had phone sex, didn’t you?”
“Fuck yeah,” he says, holding his beer up.
We all laugh, and I look toward the bathroom where Lorelei is. She’s been letting her friends get to know us better through FaceTime and phone calls. She told me one night that they are going to need to get along because once we get back, we’ll all be together at some point. I love that she wants us all to have a relationship.
