  Seeing Bianca staring at him with a puzzled expression, he gave her a little smile and replied, “Yes ma’am, I’m ready. In fact, I’ve been ready for a long time.”

  Bianca nodded in understanding. “Then give the word, Star Scout Thorne.”

  Dason straightened, looked at his waiting teammates and in a proud, confident voice ordered,

  “Scouts Out!”
