Petrov made the first move. Sabra could tell everyone in the room listened to his words as he said, “Ah, so there you are. Not what I expected but lovelier. You are a rare beauty indeed.” He looked down at the tall woman as she remained this shy of being completely stunned.
Colson maneuvered to stand behind Sabra as they watched a possible new mating unfold.
Chloe visibly swallowed, looked up at the incredibly tall and well-built man and proceeded to say, “Nope, never going to happen, fuck off, you fucker.”

The little girl, Ava, came to me a few years ago. She wanted a mommy who could comb her hair and love her Papa. At first, this story started off as a little vignette in my notes. That is how it stayed for a few years. When Doctor Colson Kelnar showed up in Dragon’s Curvy Concierge, I knew this was Ava’s Papa!
Sabra evolved to become more than a hair stylist as she began to reveal her story. I loved that she was complex to the point of having significant mysteries to unravel about who she was. Sabra came through so strong, that I could swear I smelled the most delectable scents. To mimic that phenomenon, I got scented candles and burned them while writing her story.
There’s something about our senses that still holds great mystery. My curiosity to explore them led me to a refresher on the Chakras and the idea that there are many senses we have yet to rediscover. Keeping Sabra’s family background shrouded forced me to stay with her to take the journey as she did.
I will reveal here that her mother died of a magic-related death that looked like an aneurysm to the unsuspecting world. Her father’s death wasn’t a tidy work-related death in the standard meaning. He was killed while in shifted form protecting his territory. The friend who was like an aunt to him never knew and thus never knew how to help Sabra develop either side of her genetic gifts.
As for Ava, she’s an old soul and helped me work my way through a lot of this story. She reminded me that she’s the oldest and is here to remember her lifetimes through this incarnation. I love that baby girl Dragonling!
