So Hot MC Boxset

“Some places do.” Stroking his long sandy blonde beard, he looked to be deep in thought. “So, you’re thinking more elegant, huh? How about something with the word elite in it or even executive? That’ll make our clientele think of themselves in a prestigious way. And believe me, men who come to places like this will want to be thought of in that way, rather than as sexual deviants.”
Knowing Axel wanted something about snakes in the first place, I used both of his ideas to come up with something great. “How about The Executive Viper, a gentlemen’s club for the elite? Can you see the billboards with that on them?”
The way his face lit up, told me that he could see it. He stepped forward, his hands moving in the air. “A woman in a red dress, one her side, facing us, a black background with white letters. Yeah, I can see it all now. And I love it!” Three fast steps brought him right up to me, then he had me in his arms, lifting me into the air as he smiled up at me. “Thank you for joining me on this, Sarah. With you in my corner, I know we’ll succeed.”
Turning me in a circle, he had me laughing and just as excited as he was. “Thank you for being so accepting of my ideas. This is going to be great.”
“Um, you can put her down now.” The little bother came up, tugging on Axel’s arm. “This isn’t appropriate work conduct. You two have to set an example for your employees. Sexual harassment in the workplace is no joke.”
I hadn’t felt sexually harassed at all. “It’s okay. I’m not feeling bothered in any way by Axel.” But I was feeling bothered by her. So, I looked at Axel with my no-nonsense expression. “And about having extras around when we’re conducting meetings that have to do with this place, please refrain from bringing anyone along. I’ll do the same. Our time is valuable, and we do want to get this place up and running as quickly as possible, don’t we?”
“We do.” He led the way. “So, if we’re done here, we can get going and get back together tomorrow.”
Walking behind him as he grabbed his girl’s hand, then hurried to leave, I felt a little confused. I wasn’t sure if he was in a hurry to get her back home so they could do whatever it was they did. Or maybe he just felt a little uneasy with me. Whatever it was, I didn’t like it.
I stayed quiet until we got out to the parking lot and opened my car door. “Hey, Axel, can you come here a sec – alone?”
“Get on the bike.” He left his girl to come to me. “Yeah?”
“I don’t want things to get weird between us at all, okay?”
Nodding, he agreed, “Yeah, I don’t want things to get weird either. I just want to hurry up and get this chick dropped off at her place so I can go home and stay up all night making plans for my dream to come true.”
“She doesn’t live with you?” I felt a ton of relief for some reason. I knew we couldn’t be an item no matter if he was single or not.
“No. As a matter of fact, I didn’t remember her name until she told you who she was.” He laughed as if that was so funny. “Anyway, thanks for everything. This is gonna be awesome!” Then he took both my hands, pulled me toward him, and left a kiss on my cheek. “It’s great to have you back home, Sarah. See you tomorrow.”
Rubbing my cheek as he walked away from me, I felt a little dizzy as I sat down in my car. “Whoa, he’s a magic man. I’ve gotta have a lot of self-discipline if we’re gonna do this together.”
Closing the door, I watched him walk the bike backward, then they took off into the night.
Man, how awesome would it be to be the girl riding behind that man?
Chapter Five
Axel
Thankfully, Carl got the MC council’s approval for my dream to begin. There were strict guidelines and financial goals that went along with running a business the MC bankrolled, but I was sure we could meet them all.
With the business bank account in place, workers working on the building, and Carl busy with the kitchen remodel, Sarah and I sat in our office only three weeks after making the deal. And I’d found it harder and harder to ignore the chemistry between us. Leaning over her shoulder, I tried hard not to let the light scent of lilacs wafting off her hair affect me. “So that’s how you make a spreadsheet. I get it now.” Stepping back, I thought about my grandmother to ease the hard-on that tried to build in my jeans.
Tapping a pencil on the desk, she hummed to herself for a moment, twirling a lock of her dark hair with the other hand. “How many dancers are we going to need to hire? Five or six?”
“Way more than that.” I had to laugh at her insanely low number. “You know what we should do?”
Turning her swivel chair around, she shook her head, making all that silky dark hair bounce around her shoulders. A white blouse tucked into a black pencil skirt that went a bit past her knees made her look like the perfect businesswoman. The shiny black high heels made her look like a perfectly sexy businesswoman. Pursing ruby red lips made my heart palpitate. “No, what should we do, Axel?”
The six o’clock hour had rolled around, time to quit for the day. Or at least switch over to a different way of working. “I think you and I need to go visit some strip joints since you’ve never even been inside of one.”
Looking up at the ceiling, she seemed to be deep in thought, then her blue eyes came back to mine. “I doubt Dad would like me doing that.”
I knew he’d hate it. But he was the one who’d put her in charge of this endeavor, so he had to let us do what we needed to in order to make the club work. “It’s for research, Sarah. And I’ll be with you, so he should feel like you’re safe.”
“It is for research.” She stood, smoothing out her skirt. “It’s not like I’m going to enjoy watching girls dance anyway.”
Bet you will. “You can focus more on the goings-on of the club, rather than the dancers, I suppose. But watching them, finding out what makes them do what they do and what makes people want to see them doing it, might help you understand the business we’re in.”
Shrugging, she headed toward the door. “I’ll let Dad know what we’re doing. And then I’ll go home and change clothes.” She paused at the door as I came up behind her. Turning toward me, she looked a little worried. “What should I wear? And should we meet at one of the clubs or go together?”
“I’ll have to swear to your father that I’ll always be there to protect you, so I’ll pick you up.” The thought of having her on the back of my bike did things to my insides that nothing ever had. “And wear jeans, leather boots, and maybe a tank top or something like that. You might want to braid your hair too. You don’t want the helmet and wind messing it up.”
She ran one hand through the silky strands. “So what you’re saying is dress casually and wear something that I can stay cool in. Does this mean you’re going to pick me up on your bike?” Her cheeks went a deeper shade of pink than the blush she already wore made them.
“Yeah, I’ll drive my bike. We want to fit in, don’t we?” I loved the look on her face – part surprise, part intrigue, and a whole lotta sexy.
“Yes, we do want to fit in.” Opening the door, she led the way out. “Now to get my father to agree to let me do this.”
“You know that you’re a grown-ass woman, right?” She didn’t have to ask her father’s permission to do anything and she needed to know that. “We can leave your dad out of this if you want to.”
“And have him find out later. No way.” She was still so afraid of her father and his reaction to her doing adult things.
“What could he possibly do that you’re so afraid of?” I put my hand on her shoulder to stop her, turning her to face me. “You don’t live under his roof. You don’t drive one of his cars. You don’t count on him for food. So what could he possibly do to make you think you need to tell him when you do normal adult things, Sarah?”
Her eyes searched mine for a moment. “You know, I actually forgot about you not having a father around for most of your life, Axel. How could you understand? See, the thing is that I don’t want my father to be disappoin
ted in me. The handful of times he looked at me with disappointment in his eyes shook me to my core. He never had to lay a hand on me, my entire childhood. That look tore me up much more than any punishment could. So, I will tell him what I’m doing.”
She’d put her actions into words that hit me right in the heart and I had no idea how she’d done that. Nothing hits me in the heart. “Noble.” All I could do was smile at her. “Come on, let’s go tell him then. I won’t make you do it alone.”
“Thank you. I know he’ll try to tell me a thousand reasons why I don’t need to go to places like that. You might have more ammunition than I can come up with.” I followed behind her, watching the sway of her hips as she walked even though I knew I wasn’t supposed to.
Finding Carl in the kitchen area, he was busy with the people who were putting in a massive stove. “Yeah, I want it put right there.”
“Daddy?” Sarah called out as we walked in. “Can we talk to you for a minute. It won’t take long, I promise.”
His eyes came to mine for some reason as he headed our way. Then his attention turned to Sarah. “What ya got, sweetheart?”
“Axel and I are going to go on a scouting trip where we’ll check out the competition. I’ve never been inside of a gentlemen’s club before. How can I ever know what I need to do, if I have no idea what they’re like?” Her hands went to rest on her hips as she waited to see what her father would say. Then she tilted her head toward me. “And Axel is taking me. I’ll be in good hands. He won’t let anything happen to me.”
Carl looked at me with a grim expression. “You know the kind of shit that can go down in places like that. And you know what I’ll do if my baby girl gets into any trouble.” He turned his attention to Sarah. “No heavy drinking. If you do so much as touch any drugs or mess with any man in any of the places you go to.”
Sarah put her hand on her father’s shoulder to stop him from saying anything else. “Daddy, I don’t do drugs and you know that. And I’m not out on the prowl for a man either, so you don’t need to worry at all about something like that. This is a work-related mission that we’re going on. It just happens to be in houses of ill repute is all. Since we’re opening one and I’ll be spending lots of time in the same type of atmosphere, you should learn to trust me anyway.”
Nodding, he huffed, unhappily. “Yeah. Well, you do what’s right, Sarah.” He turned his eyes to me. “And you do what’s right too, Axel. Don’t let anything happen to her or it’s your neck. Got me?”
“Got ya.” Turning to leave, I couldn’t help the smile that took over my entire face. Sarah Davis is going to be clinging to me as she rides behind me, very soon. I had to admit to myself that I’d never seen this night coming.
Walking out to the parking lot, we headed in the same direction since I’d parked my bike right next to her Subaru. “Give me an hour to get ready. Okay, Axel?”
“You got it. See you then.” I climbed onto my bike then took off, needing to go clean myself up as well.
An hour on the dot later, I showed up at her townhouse, changed into black leather pants, a tight black t-shirt that showed off all my muscles, and my best leather boots. Having groomed my beard a bit, I didn’t hate what I’d seen in the mirror before I left my place. Just before I had walked out the door, I’d grabbed my black leather vest and put it on.
I knew I was treading on thin ice with Sarah. I shouldn’t have been trying to make her look at me in a way other than just a man she worked with. That was all I supposed to be to her anyway. I knew her father was serious about killing me if I ever touched his daughter in ways he would deem inappropriate.
Sauntering up to her door, I rang the bell, then stood back so she could take me all in. I just couldn’t stop myself from wanting to see a sexy gleam in her eyes. Only when she opened the door, it was me who stopped breathing as I took her all in. “Damn.” She had on black leather boots with six-inch heels, a sexy pale pink cropped tank top, and black leather pants that fit her like a second skin.
She ran her hand over the one long braid she pulled over her shoulder. “Is this okay? Will I fit in?”
I could barely speak, but managed to grunt, “Yeah.” Reaching for her hand, I pulled her out the door and began to head right for my bike. I couldn’t get her on it fast enough to suit me.
“Axel?” her voice stopped me.
I looked back at her. “Yeah?”
“I’ve gotta lock the door. Hang on a sec, okay?” She pulled a key out of the pants pocket then locked her door. “K, ready to go now.” She put the key back into the pocket then started going to my bike. “I can’t wait to ride on this badass machine. It’s gorgeous.”
“Glad you like her.” Taking the smaller helmet I always carried along for my female passengers, I put it on her head, strapping it underneath her chin. “Let me grab you a pair of glasses out of the saddlebag.” I slide them over her pretty blue eyes, then put my helmet and glasses on. “Now that I’ve got you all safe and legal, let’s get on the road.” I got on the bike, then took her hand to help her get on behind me. “Hang on tight, Sarah.”
Her hands slid around my waist, tits crushed against my back, and warm breath moved across my neck as she whispered, “Turn her on, Axel. I can’t wait to get out on the open road.”
I hadn’t had a thing to drink but already felt intoxicated with her body up against mine. The feeling of lust was a thing I’d dealt with often in my life. What she made me feel was more than that. I couldn’t pinpoint it at all. All I knew was that I liked the way it felt so much, I never wanted it to stop.
Cruising down the side streets of Baltimore, I spotted pink and green neon lights flashing up ahead and kind of hated the fact. One of our major rival MCs had a strip club called Horney’s Babes. The Irish Reapers weren’t like the people in our club. Not only did they have no problem cutting the throats of their own members, they actually enjoyed doing that to their rivals.
But Sarah had spotted the lights too. Her breath tickled my ear. “Axel, let’s stop there.”
Shaking my head, I wanted her to take my word for things. “Not that one.”
“I know it’s trashy looking, but I want to see them all, Axel. Stop here.”
Since I’d begun working with Sarah, I’d found out the woman who sat behind me wasn’t one to give in. So, I pulled into the parking lot then turned off the engine. “You’re going to hate it here.” In the three weeks, we’d been working closely together, I had gotten to know the woman in ways I’d never known any woman before.
The way her long legs stretched as she got off my bike made my cock ache. “I’m sure you’re right. But I want to see all of our competitors. It’s what business people do.”
Taking her by the hand, I pulled it to put her arm around my waist then I draped my arm around her shoulders. “It needs to look like you’re with me or you’re going to get hit on. Don’t ask any questions to anyone but me, okay. We don’t want any of the bikers in this place to think we’re up to anything at all. The Irish Reapers run this joint.” I knew she knew about the rivalry between our MCs.
“Oh, hell.” Inhaling, then holding her breath for a second, she let it out. “You sure you should be wearing that club jacket then?”
“I don’t hide my colors, Sarah. I’m damn proud of what I belong to. Rivals or not, those assholes know better than to fuck with an Iron Cobra.” If any other person would’ve said what she had, I would’ve gotten royally pissed that they didn’t have confidence in me. But Sarah was different. I wasn’t mad, I just wanted her to understand the man I was.
“Okay then. Let’s do this Axel.” She looked at me with a smile. “I mean, babe.”
“That’s my girl.” I kissed her on the cheek. “Now, don’t take anything I do in here personally. I’ve got my rep to keep up, you know.”
“It’ll be a real peek into your mind to get to see what it feels like to be Axel Rush’s girl of the night.”
You are in for a treat, baby!

“I don’t like the smell in here.” The place looked dirty, nasty, and just plain old disgusting.
“I told you that you’d hate it here. We’ll just get one drink then leave.” Axel took me to a tiny table in the back of the room.
I wasn’t going to drink out of any glass they had at Horney’s Babes. “Get me a beer in a bottle, please. That’s about the only thing I can think of that’ll be safe to put my mouth on.” Even at that, I would def wipe off the rim before I put my lips to it.
Moving the chair on the other side of the table, he put it right next to me, so he could face the stage too. His arm came back around me, pulling me tightly to his side. “You got it, baby.”
A scrawny waitress with electric blue hair and black eyes came up to us. She didn’t say a word, just stared at Axel. He held up two fingers then she turned to walk away.
I rolled my eyes. “Wow, that’s some hospitality right there.”
“This place is rough. You won’t find anyone being nice here.” He looked around slowly. “I see five members of the Irish Reapers in here now. More are probably in the back rooms.”
The music began to blare some rock song, then the lights on stage came on, strobing green and white. I put my hand up to shield my eyes. “Oh, this isn’t cool at all.”
When his lips pressed against my ear, my entire body went white-hot. “Ours won’t be a thing like this dump. Don’t worry.” He kissed my cheek in an effort to make it look like we were together.
We’d been at the club for three weeks, working closely together. The fact that he’d called the club his for the first week didn’t bother me a bit, or so I’d thought. When he began calling it our club, and my heart sped up, then I knew it had mattered to me.
Now I had something to build and could be proud of. It wasn’t as if I would start up the place, then walk away, leaving Axel alone with what we’d both worked so hard on. He’d asked me to stay on, at least as someone he could confer with when he needed help. The fact he didn’t want our partnership to end when he was ready to take over meant more to me than I’d known it would.
