“You’re so fucking tight, Aphrodite.” The tip of his tongue slid along his upper lip, in concentration. “Go easy on me. I’m at your mercy." He began to pant, as if willing control, grabbing both sides of her hips. “Oh, fuck, Aphrodite.” His face furrowed into a pleasured grimace. “Oh, fuck. Don’t move or I’m going to explode. I want to make you come all night.” His strong fingers dug into her skin. “Damn, girl.”

She let herself slide down the length of him until their bodies were locked, skin to skin. The entirety of him throbbed inside her. Stretched tight, completely filled by him, she felt both proud of herself and incredibly aroused. She rocked a little, her entire body stirring into a frenzy. “Oh, shit. Here I come. Oh, God.” A rolling shudder climbed up her spine as the next climax ripped from her in brilliant inner colors and swirls of sensation. She let out a long, long moan, feeling every cell break apart into a glorious explosion.

She fell forward on his chest, his strong arms wrapped around her. Feeling like she floated blissfully on a Kentucky creek, thoughts formed like big, slow-moving clouds. How could I go so deep in such a short amount of time? Her teeth found her lips. She closed her eyes, thinking, how can I let this go? Damn, I’m going to miss you, Adonis. Filled to the brim with his erection, he pulsed inside her, waiting, his hands stroking up and down her back. She rested, breathing, listening to her breath falling in rhythm with his. I owe him, she thought. For everything he’s given me, I owe this man.

Pushing onto her hands, she said, simply, “Your turn.” She slid up and down his shaft in one smooth motion, her orgasm beginning to subside in pulses of bliss.

“Oh, fuck me, goddess,” he said, his eyes practically rolling up into his skull.

She made the same motion, gliding up and down his erection.

“Oh, God, baby. My angel. My goddess.”

She began rocking her hips, milking him, wanting to make him roar with pleasure.

“Jesus Christ,” he muttered. “What are you doing to me?”

“I’m fucking you, Adonis, god of beauty and desire.” Giddy with power, she continued to slide along his hot heat.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck.” His hands reached to cup her breasts, massaging and caressing. “You’re breaking me,” he roared, his voice anguished.

Not caring what his stupid rules had been, she lowered herself to his mouth. It tasted of tobacco, beer, and Adonis, her new favorite taste.

He hummed into her, plunging his tongue inside her as if he knew the exact volume and controls to her body.

His lips felt exquisite. She knew she’d never experienced a real kiss, not like this drenching desire, mind blowing, mouth consuming exchange. She began to moan into his lips, her skin buzzing everywhere they connected.

He rocked his hips, pumping into her relentlessly, driving into her with a fury. Finally, his head wrenched free from her lips and he roared with pleasure as his body yielded to her strokes. “Ah, fuck,” he yelled. “Aphrodite! Tara!” he cried, his body pounding against her. He beat the mattress with his fists. He shuddered, fingers clenching her, before relaxing beneath her, spent.

She melted into him, feeling like a powerful woman, lying with a powerful male. He matched her, and she matched him. Too bad I’ll never see you again, Adonis, she thought as her spirit swirled into the heavens. She rested her cheek against his chest, the hairs tickling her, his hand stroking her hair, as he murmured sweet, unintelligible things into her ear. She sank into the sweetest sleep she’d ever experienced.

In the morning, she awoke, confused, bewildered. She’d slept like the dead. Her head felt groggy and fuzzy. As she came to consciousness, she blinked, startled, last night spinning in her head. She looked at the rumpled sheets next to her. The scent of cheap hotel soap wafted out of the bathroom, along with puffs of steam, through the open door. Adonis is gone. Thank you for a most exquisite night. No way can I continue with Justin, not after that encounter.

She rolled onto her side, languid, sensing her body and its pleasured aches. “Mmm.” Her eyes landed on a dildo, propped on the bed stand— the same sex toy he’d used on her yesterday in the red phone booth—a smiley face inked on its head, with a little hand written note next to it.

For you. Christened by your sweet pussy. Yours wickedly, Adonis.

She smiled. Are you mine, Adonis?

The lock snicked, the hotel room door opened and a gob smacking, handsome, uniformed Navy soldier strode into view bearing coffee and croissants. He beamed at her.

She gasped at his uniformed countenance. “My, God, Adonis, you look amazing.”

“And you look thoroughly fucked, Aphrodite.” He strode to her side, extending the paper cup and pastries. “I didn’t know what you like to eat for breakfast.”

“This is perfect, thanks.” She scooted over in the bed, resting against the headboard, patting the sheet next to her. “Sit. Do you have a minute or do you have to go?”

“Soon.” He stretched his long legs on the bed.

They sat quietly, drinking coffee, nibbling on their croissants.

“I cheated. Since you saved me from using my last remaining cash before payday on booze last night, I had an omelet in the restaurant next door. You looked so beautiful when I got up I didn’t have the heart to wake you.”

“This is perfect,” she said, lifting the pastry. “I’m not a big breakfast eater.” She sipped her coffee. “So,” she said.

  “So,” he repeated.

  “This is it, then.”

“Seems to be.” He rested his palm on her thigh.

  “I’m going to miss you.”

“I’ll miss you, too, little spitfire. I’ll send you thoughts from sea.” He pushed his hand between her legs, resting it at her core.

“No time for more, huh?” she asked, hopefully.

He shook his head sadly. “Unfortunately not. Duty calls. I’ll be at sea for three months. No contact with topside.”

She nodded, unsure of what to say. “You let yourself get intimate with me, Adonis.”

  “That I did, Aphrodite.”

  “Was it worth it?”

“You tell me.” He grinned at her.

“Well, Mr. Brannon, if I were to rate the experience, I’d give it a twenty out of ten.”

  “Same here, Ms. Lynne.”

They resumed drinking their coffee until no more remained.

He let out a deep breath, placed his empty cup on the bed stand, and stood. “Okay. Let’s get this over with.” He strode to her side of the bed, leaned down and kissed her, slow, deep, and long.

When he released her, she asked, “So. Does that make this a thing?” She touched her lips and pointed to his succulent ones, wet with their combined juices.

“I’m not sure. It’s definitely a thing to remember. Let’s see where we’re at in three months’ time. I’ve got your number and your email.” He patted his pocket, the outline of his mobile phone evident. “You don’t think I rooted around in your phone for no good reason, do you?”

She smiled. “I’m glad. I’ve got changes to make and you’ve got shores to protect.” She watched him stride across the room.

He opened the door and crisply saluted her. “Goodbye, Tara Lynne.”

“Goodbye, Zack Brannon…my wicked Adonis.” She smiled at him and lifted her hand in a wave. “If I never see you again, you’ve got to know, you’ve transformed me for the better.”

“Same here.” His blue eyes danced.

“And if I do see you again…” She let a saucy smile play at the edges of her mouth.

He laughed. “Then I’ll be a lucky man.” He turned and strode from the room, closing the door softly behind him.
