“Nigga, you got me fucked up if you thought I was about to let this shit ride,” Leah yelled.

Marcus swiped a hand down his face and instantly grew heated. He stared at her, eyes blazing.

  “You nasty bitch!” He barked.

Leah punched Marcus dead in the nose and kicked him right in the dick. He instantly dropped to his knees from the strong force behind the kick she had just delivered. She was about that life today. He would soon realize that she wasn’t to be fucked with.

“Yeah nigga some of that,” she spat.

Marcus hollered in pain as Leah stood there. She was tired of the bullshit. Leah had just caught him with a bitch the night before and here he was acting like shit was her fault. Marcus tried to get up, but Leah punched him so damn hard she busted his nose and blood instantly started dripping as he landed back on the floor. Leah hurriedly grabbed up her phone and rushed out of the house as she dialed 911. She locked herself in Stacy’s truck as she waited for the police to arrive. She was a wreck and needed her best friend.

Leah: Please come get me Nu

  My Nu: On my way

Leah cried as she heard sirens approaching. She stepped out as the officers approached the house.

“What's the issue, ma’am?” The officer asked as he scanned the scene.

“My child’s father and I had a fight and he put his hands on me, I want him to leave,” Leah cried.

The lady officer started asking questions as the other went into the house. Ten minutes later he walked out with Marcus cuffed and his head hanging down. Once they got close enough, he lifted his head turning to Leah.

“BITCH!” He said as he walked past with blood still seeping from his nose.

Leah shook her head. She didn’t understand how he could be so disrespectful. Even though she should have been accustomed to his outburst of disrespect, his words always hurt the same as if it was the first time. She was his child’s mother. He was supposed to be loving on her and protecting her. Hell protecting their child. But no, he was doing the complete opposite, causing physical harm to them and Leah was tired. She knew that had she not called the police that it probably could have gotten a lot worse. She was certain she had done the right thing by calling the police. The officer speaking with Leah finished taking her statement as Marcus was being put in the back of the patrol car, pulling away with him staring at her while shaking his head.
