J.R. Jackson is a former U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer. During his career, he has been deployed all over the world working with other branches of the U.S. military and interacting with military units from foreign countries. This is his first venture into fictional writing. He is currently a Military Technical Advisor and an outdoor survival and disaster mitigation educator.
