“So you came here” Jason replied. “Now what is your plan?”
“I don’t know” Grayland replied.
“Bells” Mellony said. “I want you to help me get back in power.”
“And why would I do something like that?” Bells replied. “I am established here and I don’t have any reason to leave.”
“Because she is your Queen” Grayland replied.
“I aint got no queen” Jason replied. “I wasn’t even from Sapin to begin with, that is why I look different from the rest of you. I am not going back there and for what? Mellony you are a good person but when I told you about Baron Dawson you didn’t give two shits. Grayland you didn’t care either, you both were worried about me getting into trouble and not seeing justice done.”
“He was a baron Bells” Grayland replied.
“And do you think I care?” Jason asked. “I had to take matters into my own hands and nearly got killed doing it.”
“I did not try to kill you Bells” Doroteo replied. “But I could not make it seem like I was in on you murdering the baron.”
“The baron turned out to be working with my stepmother anyway” Mellony replied. “I found that out later, it was in exchange for her marrying me to his horrid son.”
“Well then I shouldn’t be a criminal, yet I am” Jason replied. “Another reason why I am not going back.”
“Bells” Mellony replied. “I only need your help in the killing of two people, do this and I will lavish money on you and clear your record.”
“No way” Bells replied. “I have money and in Haven I have no record.”
“You haven't even heard who I need you to kill” Mellony asked.
“It doesn’t matter, but if it makes you feel better go ahead and tell me” Jason replied.
“I need the false queen Danisha killed” Mellony replied. “And her husband who is now masquerading around as king, Patrick Dawson.”
Thank you reader for taking this adventure with me. I am sure if Bells was here he would thank you as well. So much has been happening in my life so I found it a little hard to finish the books I have been writing. What I would like to do is go back through all of my old books and actually proofread them a little bit, I think any new readers of mine might welcome it. I want to make sequels to all of my books that were rated over a hundred times, so far only Mage of Mages have received a sequel. I want to hire voice actors for Audible, some of you have written me and have preference for audio books. I also want to put my books into print for those of you that cannot always have their kindle reader. Finally I want to finish many of the half written books I have floating in cyberspace. It is a long list that hopefully I can finish in the next year or two, so much has been going on with my personal life and things are finally settling down. I am also running a contest of sorts, the pay off really isn’t that great but some of you will think it is neat. To enter, make a video and place it on youtube describing who you are, where you are from and which one of my books is your favorite and why. Bonus points for creativity as I love a good video. Winners will get to be either the main character or one of the supporting characters in my next book as well as a shout out towards the end. Doroteo is a real person for instance, he is a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ and a damn fine soldier who has deployed with me twice.
