I need to thank the many advanced readers who were willing to be my first victims in reading the first copy of this book and were kind enough to not only tell me what to change but even post reviews on Amazon of what they thought.
During the year that this book was under production I was finishing my final year of grad school and due to a unique circumstance of my education being in one state and my wife’s job forcing her to work in another state, my wife and I lived a part for a year. Not an ideal situation. In this time I stayed with a sweet family who cared for me, gave me a bed to sleep in, even fed me and treated me like a son. This family deserves my eternal gratitude for putting up with me during this year.
About the Author
Mason Dakota's real name is Mason Powell. He was born at Fort Bragg Army base on January 3rd of 1995. Mason started writing fiction in middle school with a buddy writing silly comic stories of their favorite super heroes and video game characters. In his senior year of high school, Mason became serious about writing fiction when he started writing his Dystopian King Series.
After finishing college and graduating from Johnson University, Mason has since gone on to pursue his real passion of being a pastor leading a local church.
Mason is happily married to a beautiful wife who shares his passion of making the world a better place. They have no kids yet but are happily entertained with a rumbustious dog they call Bandit and are always looking for their next travel adventure across the world.
