Brage & Dinah

Kneeling on the bed, he rolled the protection on and settled back down between her legs. He hadn't even knocked off the road dust from the ride.

"I'm going to get you dirty." He slipped his cock into her and exhaled loudly at the pressure of her tightness settling around him.

"It won't be the first time," she murmured, closing her eyes and arching her neck. "God, that feels so good."

She purred underneath him. He pushed up onto his hands, stroking her with his hardness.

Her breasts bounced with each plunge. Hypnotized by her body's rhythm, dictated by him, he moved faster, thrusting and withdrawing.

Dinah gasped, opening her eyes. Her arms went above her head, giving herself to him fully. Her pussy spasmed around him and he dug his toes into the comforter, giving her more of him, harder and deeper.

She wrapped her legs around his lower back, lifting her bottom half off the bed. His movements pushed her, and she swung back even harder.

"Fuck," he mumbled as pleasure wrapped around his balls.

In, out. Her pussy banged against him as she swung like a pendulum attached to him.

"Brage." She grunted at the impact. "Oh. God."

"Ja." His precise movements drove her wild. He could feel her.

He was right there with her. On the edge. Feeling good.

Leaning his weight on one hand, he cupped her breast without losing a beat. Her hard nipple warmed the middle of his palm.

She grabbed for him, slapping at his chest, his shoulders, and finding his face. "Yes."

Her body convulsed with her orgasm. Her legs tightened around him. Pleasure ran down his spine, between his legs, and he plunged into her fully and ground against her as he shot his load.

His breath came out in a heated rush. Euphoria settled in him.

Going down on his elbows, he let his head nestle against her neck. Her chest rose and fell rapidly, trying to catch her breath.

  "You amaze me," she whispered.

"Mhm." He kissed the sensitive part of her skin underneath her ear.

He'd planned tonight to be special. Rode hard all the way home on I-5 and couldn't wait to get back to her.

Pushing off her, he stared down into her face. Damn. He'd almost forgot the most important thing.

"What's wrong?" She cupped his cheek.

The moment wasn't right. He needed everything to be perfect.

He kissed her and pushed off the bed. "I need to take a shower."

"I'll wash you." She sat up.

"No. You need to get dressed." He took off the condom and pulled the leather band out of his hair at the back of his neck. "It'll take me five minutes."

He couldn't allow her to shower with him. They'd end up having sex again. He had something more important to do.

"You're acting strange." She stood from the bed and walked to him naked.

Her body flushed pink from his hands, he looked away and reached for the door handle. "Meet me downstairs."

She scoffed in exasperation. He strode out of the room naked and went into the bathroom. Not even waiting for the water to warm, he stepped under the stream and washed. All the way home, he'd planned how tonight would happen.

He'd blown it the moment he found her waiting with the others.

Shutting off the water, he strode back to the bedroom, leaving water puddles in his wake. He dressed, flinging his hair down his back. Skipping a shirt, he shrugged on his Slag vest, tied his boots, and went down the stairs.

He found Dinah and snuck up behind her. Clasping her hips, he whispered in her ear, "Stay right there. Don't move."

Then, he jogged outside to his Harley. Opening the soft bag on the side of the motorcycle, he rummaged through his belongings until he found what he was looking for. Inside, he trembled.

Peer approached him carrying Tyr. "Everything okay?"

"Ja." He reached into his pocket looking for his cigarettes and realized he forgot them upstairs. "Do you have a smoke?"

Peer handed him a pack. He took one and gave the container back. Stepping away from the baby, he lit the end and blew the smoke in the other direction.

"Have you had time to get a drink?" Peer lowered Tyr and held him as if he was clutching a football.

"No time." He looked at his hand, took another drag, and snubbed the cigarette out. "Don't even have time to talk. I need to go inside."

Peer scrutinized him. "Need any help with anything."

"It's a one-man job, brother." He inhaled deeply and opened the clubhouse door. When he made eye contact with Dinah, he strode through the room, arriving short of breath.

"Brage?" She lifted her hands to his chest. "What is going on?"

"I went shopping," he blurted. "In Seattle."

  Her brows lowered. "Okay."

"With my sister Norah." He inhaled deeply.

A smile grew on her face. "That's nice."

He was fucking everything up. "I love you."

"I love you, too," she whispered.

He lowered himself to one knee in front of her. "There's a million feelings inside of me and only a few words to express how I feel about you."

She covered her cheeks with both hands, and her eyes glistened with unshed tears. He swallowed. She was the only woman for him.

"I want to give you all of me." He moistened his lips, sensing the room quieting. "Will you marry me? Will you become Dinah Ann Olden?"

  She nodded. "Absolutely."

He slipped the ring off his pinky and reached for her hand. Sliding the silver band lined with diamonds onto her finger, he caught her as he stood and picked her up.

"I love you so much." She kissed him deeply. "I am going to love being your wife."

He set her on her feet. Before he could respond, cheers went up in the clubhouse. He wrapped Dinah in his arms to the congratulations of the club.

"Sing," shouted one of his MC brothers.

  "Ja. Sing."

  "Sing."

The chant went out. He looked down in Dinah's hopeful eyes and couldn't deny her anything. Stone cold sober, he sang, holding his woman. A song that he felt deeply.

  And, he sang in Norwegian.

It didn't matter that Dinah couldn't understand any of the words. Her smile told him she understood his feelings. And, they made her feel good.

  Epilogue

Dinah pulled the little cap down on Tyr's head. Brage concentrated on the conversation going on between Roar and Elling while mesmerized by Dinah's ass swinging back and forth as she swayed up and down the alley holding Peer's son.

"The agent questioned me about where we were three weeks ago. I told him we were out for a Sunday ride and returned to the club late. He asked what was happening here that night, and I told him it must've been a hell of a party because I don't remember who was here or what anyone was doing." Elling shoved his hands in his vest. "He kept asking questions, but I was done listening and walked to my motorcycle and rode off."

Roar's mouth hardened. "You're the second person who the agent has questioned."

"Next, he'll be following us anytime we ride past the gate." Brage shook his head. "We'll have to break off into more crews, take him on a goose chase."

"Agreed." Roar turned as the back door of the bar opened. "Keep me updated."

"Will do, Prez." Brage nodded at Lizzy as she joined Roar.

Elling walked off toward the group of men by the motorcycles. He strolled over to Dinah, interrupting her talking to the baby.

Tyr, at six months old, lifted his head and looked around at all the activities going on in the alley. He nuzzled Tyr's neck, growling to make him squirm, then kissed Dinah.

Despite her wearing an off-white lace dress that hit her mid-thigh and wearing high heels, she carried the baby as if the chance of getting spit on was no big deal. She'd taken a crash course in babysitting last month when Peer and Coco were both called in different directions and had asked her to watch Tyr.

  "Nervous?" he asked.

  Dinah smiled at him. "Exc
ited. I hope my mom gets here in time."

"We can wait until she arrives."

It was the first time Dinah, and her mom would get together after meeting for the first time the day Aldridge gave her the information about her parents. Since then, they called each other often and spent many hours asking each other questions.

There were times he overheard her explaining how it was growing up under the care of the Reed brothers, and he would've gone and killed them on the spot if they were still alive.

They might not have physically abused her, but they were master manipulators making Dinah believe that she was inadequate in all her attempts at spreading her wings. Just the damage they'd done falsifying her birth certificate and forcing her into school before she was mature enough, set her on a path to struggle academically and with other kids who were two years older than herself. It made her grow up faster than what was natural and made the hardships ten times worse.

"Do you see your daddy?" Dinah turned Tyr. "That's him acting silly over by the motorcycles."

Peer motioned in the air, talking to Viktor, appearing happier than he'd been in a while. He'd gone through hell searching for Kelli with no hint of where she could've gone. It looked like he was finally letting the need to find Tyr's mother go.

Tyr burped. Dinah laughed, rubbing his back.

"Bet he feels better now." Brage leaned against the wall.

"I hope so. Nita's supposed to watch him today, but she can't walk around with him when he's fussy with her knee hurting. I'll take him back inside and let Nita rock him to sleep. It's almost nap time." She stepped over to him. "I'll be right back, and we can get started."

Dinah kissed him. He patted her ass and gawked at the way she swayed in the heels. If it were him, he'd skip their plans today and take her upstairs. She could even keep those heels on.

  "Gate's opening," shouted Dag.

He turned his head. An older blue SUV pulled in slowly. Squinting, he recognized Ann Gardiner in the driver's seat.

Pushing off the wall, he motioned for Dinah's mom to park near the back door of the bar. Following the vehicle, he opened her door when she shut off the engine.

"Dinah will be glad you made it." He stepped back.

"Not as glad as I am." Ann shifted and got out of the car, smoothing the front of her dress. "Thank you for inviting me."

  "It was all Dinah."

She reached inside the vehicle and brought out a present. He shut the car door.

Ann glanced at him and nodded once. "I thank you all the same."

He walked her over to the clubhouse door as Dinah walked out, spotted her mom, and stilled.

The two women soaked each other up without making a move toward each other. With them both wearing dresses and Dinah's mom wearing makeup and wearing her hair down her back, he could see the similarities more clearly.

Dinah reached out first, grabbing her mom's hand. "You made it."

"I wouldn't miss it." Her mom held Dinah's hand and stepped back a foot, looking up and down. "You look beautiful. Just beautiful."

"Thank you." Dinah looked to Brage and guided her mom over to his side. "We should probably get started."

"Mhm." Brage lifted his chin. "Lizzy's been entertaining the officiant."

She turned to her mom. "It'll only be a simple ceremony, but I wanted a real marriage certificate. A legal document. Will you be my witness?"

Tears came to Ann's eyes. "I would love to."

Brage put his hand on her lower back and walked her into the bar. Instantly greeted by Heather, Monica, and Coco, who were also wearing dresses fit for a wedding. They took the present from Ann and quietly talked to her.

Dinah leaned into him, putting her mouth near his ear, and whispered, "I love you."

"Love you, too." He gazed into her eyes. "Ready?"

  "Yes."

Together, they walked across the room. The man Dinah had hired stood in front of the pool table that the Slag ladies had decked out with flowers.

"Oh." She stopped before she reached the officiant and let go of Brage's hand. "I'll be right back."

As Dinah went up to Roar, he stood back wondering what was going on. She'd promised that all he had to do was say "I do."

If she ran away now. He'd hunt her down.

She looked over her shoulder and motioned Brage closer. Then, she grabbed onto his hand and pulled him beside her.

"I have a surprise for you." She turned him around.

He looked across the bar, finding Norah. His sister grinned at him. He strode across the floor and wrapped Norah in a hug, his heart full.

"You finally were able to keep a secret." He chuckled. "I'm glad you're here, sister."

"It's not only me." She held up her phone. "As soon as you go back beside your soon to be wife, I have mom and dad waiting to FaceTime. Dinah thought it would be nice if they see their only son get married."

He looked back at Dinah and found her beaming with her clasped hands below her chin. Her whole face lit up in a smile. He'd never seen her look more beautiful.

"Let's get this rolling then." He joined the others in front of the wedding official.

Norah snuck around behind the officiant and held up a phone. Dinah squeezed his hand. Damn, he loved her. She continually surprised him.

Her life, once full of chaos, now was free to love, and she loved in wild abandon.

The wedding officiant spoke. He gazed into Dinah's eyes, unable to make heads or tails about what was going on. He'd never gone to a wedding before, and he needed no one to tell him how to love, cherish, and protect the woman he loved.

Roar nudged him in the back. He said, "I do."

His president handed him a ring. Brage slid it on Dinah's finger to match the engagement ring he'd given her when he asked her to marry him.

Dinah softly said, "I do." Her eyes lit with amusement as she struggled to get his silver band over his knuckle.

The grin on his face grew. Damn, she was beautiful, and she was his.

No one needed to tell him when to kiss. He brought Dinah forward and captured her mouth. The faint taste of cinnamon teased his tongue.

Those in attendance cheered, clapping. He pulled back, kissed her again, and then held her hand to his lips. He got her. He was going to keep her forever.

Together, they signed the marriage certificate and stepped aside to let Roar and Ann sign their names as the witnesses.

Dinah hugged his middle. "This was perfect."

"We can leave now." He worked his way underneath her hair and rubbed her neck. "Why don't you get changed? Your clothes are in the breakroom."

"Okay, but I'll need to tell everyone goodbye. Oh, and we owe the wedding officiant fifty dollars," she whispered.

"I got it covered." He let her go and watched her collect her mom and take her with her to the breakroom.

He stepped over, pulling the chain that held his wallet in his pocket and noticed his parents on the screen of Norah's phone. Passing the cash to Roar and telling him to get rid of the man, he went to his sister and peered at his parents.

They greeted him in Norwegian and told him how lovely Dinah was for letting them attend the wedding. Proud of her...his wife, he asked about his parents' health, their happiness, and then told them both he was going on his honeymoon.

  "Babyer?" His mom's smile grew.

"Ja." He dipped his chin. There would be babies. Maybe not tonight, but soon. He wanted a family. He wanted to give Dinah the family she should've had her whole life.

Saying goodbye, he thanked everyone in the room and walked to the breakroom. Dinah came out wearing jeans, boots, and a leather jacket. His chest thrummed under the power of his heart. No matter what she was wearing, she brought out a sexiness that grabbed him by the balls, waiting to see what she would do next.

In the alley, he hung back and took congratulations from his MC brothers while Dinah walked her mom to the car and spoke her goodbyes.

Roar called for the crew of three to get re
ady to ride. He and Dinah would have an escort during the hour and a half it would take to get to the motel at the coast. The threat of the other motorcycle clubs in the area coming after them was enough that he wouldn't risk riding alone with Dinah.

Not when she had all his attention.

They planned on spending twenty-four hours away. It wasn't much, but Slag needed him, and Dinah would need to go back to work at the bar when they returned.

Dinah hurried over to him. He lifted his hand in the air at her mom leaving and then led his wife to the Harley. She was filled with excitement, and he kissed her hard, capturing that energy.

Once she had her helmet on, he got on the motorcycle. "Let's ride."

She put the foot peg down and climbed on behind him, hugging his waist. He raised his hand to the others to lead the way and rode out of the gate.

The ball of energy behind him hugged his back. He reached down and rubbed her thigh. They'd ride easy to the coast, and once there, he planned to ride his wife hard.

The Federal agent across the street watched him ride out. Brage lifted his chin as he passed the man. Nothing and nobody would take him away from Dinah.

  Dear readers —

Thank you so much for reading Brage & Dinah's novel. What I love about second books in a series is how characters start popping out for attention. Readers start to recognize personalities and motorcycle clubs start to feel like one big family. I hope you enjoyed the book as much as I loved writing it.

For new readers who have picked up this book, you might be interested to know that the other MCs mentioned in the book have already received their series. You can find links to the Bantorus MC, Moroad MC, Brikken MC series on my website. Or, you can always send me an email or contact me on my Facebook page and ask for a specific character's book.

To dedicated readers who have read my other biker books/series — you'll be excited to know as we work our way through Slag MC series, you will see even more of some of your "old" favorite characters from my other books pop up. You'll get to see them from the outside and how other motorcycle clubs view your book heroes. Remember, there are always two sides to every story.
