His dark eyes get intense. His voice is low, deep. "Come with me, baby."

  "Rub me."

He brings his other hand to my clit and rubs me.

Damn. A few stokes and I'm at the edge. The tension inside me is tight enough I can barely breathe. Still, I inhale deeply.

I hold his gaze. His eyes are heavy with lust. His lips are parting with a sigh.

  He's almost there.

I fall over the edge first. The next flick of his fingers sends me tumbling into an orgasm.

"Fuck, Pete." I rock my hips against his, reveling in the pleasure spreading to my limbs. I can feel my sex pulsing around him, pulling him deeper.

  Then he's there too.

  "Jess," he groans.

He tugs at my hair, pulling most of my updo undone. His eyes stay glued to mine. The intimacy of it is dizzying. I can see everything in his soul. He can see everything in mine.

When I'm spent, I collapse on top of him.

I hold him close until my breath steadies. I can hear his heartbeat, his inhales and exhales.

He brings his lips to my ear. "My vows were going to end with, I promise to make you come every day, but I didn't want to embarrass you in front of your dad."

"You should have kept it in there." I take his hand and trace his wedding band. We're really married. I'm really part of the family.

  "Yeah?"

  I nod. "Your mom-"

  "She's your mom too now."

I smile. "Ophelia would have loved it. And God knows, Miles would have loved it. Drew too. I think he'd appreciate the, uh-"

  "The determination?" he offers.

  "Yeah."

  "What about Tom?"

  "I think he's jealous."

Pete raises a brow. "Tom's never been jealous of anyone."

"He is. But I'm sure he feels the same, ahem, drive to satisfy Willow." I lean into his chest. "When I first met your friends, I thought they were only being nice because I was your girlfriend. But it's not like that. They were welcoming me into the family. All of you, all eight of us, we're a family. The love and support I feel from everyone is overwhelming."

He presses his lips to mine. "Whatever happens with Sinful Serenade, the eight of us will always be a family."

I nod. "I know you'll move on to other things one day. But right now, I'm glad the band is going strong. I'm glad you get to spend so much time with your family. Even if it means you're away half the year."

His dark eyes fill with affection. "Plus, you want more phone sex."

I laugh. "It's not Sinful Serenade unless someone is having loud sex."

  Notes on Sinful Serenade

Thank you so much for joining me and the Sinful Family on this amazing, five-book journey. It's been a hell of a ride. When I started writing Sing Your Heart Out, I had no idea that I'd end up writing five books about Sinful Serenade.

This series is very personal to me--it's filled with loving jabs at Orange County (my hometown), Los Angeles, and KROQ, it's very much inspired by my love of music and lyrics and the way they convince us we're human, and it's full of the kinds of characters and stories I've always wanted to write. I'm thrilled the series has connected with so many readers. I hope to supply you with captivating tales of tattooed rock stars and the strong women who capture their hearts for many years to come :)

Please do stay in touch by signing up for the Crystal Kaswell mailing list. You'll get exclusive alternate POV scenes from all four Sinful Serenade novels! You'll also get exclusive teasers and news on new releases and sales.

You can also find me on Facebook or Twitter. You can find more of my books here.

Sinful Ever After is the last book planned in the Sinful Serenade series. Don't dismay! The Sinful Serenade guys will also be appearing in the spin off series, Dangerous Noise. The first book, featuring guitarist Ethan and his heroine Violet, tentatively titled Dangerous Kiss, will be out later this year.

  Acknowledgments

Athena Wright, yes, you are the first person I am naming in my acknowledgements! Not only are you the best critique partner of all time, you’re also the best chat buddy ever. I can’t believe my luck that I have a good friend who laughs at my jokes, appreciates my song-title puns, and takes debates about whether or not she’d sleep with famous musicians seriously. Thank you so much for your notes on Sinful Ever After (and on Play Your Heart Out). Now get back to writing! I need Moriss’s book already!

Kevin, thank you not only for your love and support, but also for picking up my slack when I get lost in book-land. You will always be the Hawkeye to my Mustang.

Thanks to: Skyla at Indigo Chick Designs, for her fantastic cover designs, my editor Tonya, Giselle at Xpresso for organizing many Sinful Serenade blog tours, my beta reading team for their amazing insights and encouragements, my ARC team for their many timely and glowing reviews, and to all the writer friends who encourage me, laugh with me, cry with me, especially Kathryn and Eitan.

A special thanks to Jesse Lacey and Pete Wentz, for convincing my 17 year old self that someone out there understood, and for stoking the fires of my fixation on broken boys with tattoos and guitars, bass or otherwise.

Of course, my biggest thanks goes to the readers! Thank you for joining me on this five-book Sinful Serenade journey. I hope you’ll stick with me for the spin-off series, Dangerous Noise.
