  Bake for 55-60 minutes on center rack. Transfer pan to rack to cool. (Some of the tart juices may have leaked over the pan while baking. This is just fine! Once the tart is cooled and you remove it to a serving plate, those ugly bits will be left behind.)

  Top cooled tart with caramel sauce!

  (You can also use this Master Recipe to make Maggie’s mini tarts! Just roll out smaller circles of pie dough (6” circle, with a 1.5” fold over), follow the instructions above, and reduce the bake time to 30-40 min.)
