  “Thank you.”

  “You’re welcome.” I take a sip of water when Erika looks at me and tilts her head.

  “What’s going on Tessa? Is something wrong?”

  “No I just have a lot on my mind is all.”

  “Want to talk about it?” She asks, I look at Marco and he raises an eyebrow I really do want to talk about it.

  “What I’m not allowed in the girl talk now?” He says with a sassy tone.

  “No that’s not it I’m debating if I should or not.”

  “You know we are here for you.”

  “Okay what do you guys think about Storm and Logan’s relationship?” I ask nervously.

  “Interesting.” Marco says with a smirk on his gorgeous face.

  “So you see it as well?”

  “Of course we have.” Devin says as he sits next to me.

  “Does it bother you?” Erika asks.

  “No it doesn’t, I actually like it.”

  “Okay then what’s going on then?” Devin asks and I’m surprised he’s still in the conversation.

  “Since when do you join girl talks?” I ask Devin.

  “Recently you guys always talk about interesting stuff.” That’s very true.

  “Well I laid my cards out for Storm I brought up polyamory relationship to him the other day.” I look at them. Erika mouth has dropped open, Devin has a smirk on his face and Marco has a mischievous grin on his. This is going to be interesting no doubt about that.

  “I approve of this.” Marco says loudly.

  “You do?” If the shock tone in my voice didn’t tell them how surprised I am my face sure as hell does.

  “Of course we approve of it as long as you’re all happy. It doesn’t matter how many people are in the relationship as long as you all love each other and we all know you all do love each other.” Devin says with a smile.

  “I agree but getting Storm on board is going to be a little tricky.” Rain says from behind me.

  “How long have you been behind me?”

  “Long enough to know that this is not going to be easy.” Rain says with a small smile.

  “That I do know, but I won’t give up though.”

  “Of course not.” They said in unison.

  “You do know that you have to give Logan that pitch as well?”

  “Yes Devin I know, I’m going to do it soon. I just need the right moment that is all.” Marco walks around the bar and hugs me.

  “I will help after you tell Logan about this.” I nod my head. The door slams open we all turn around and see Emily crying and out of breath. My heart sinks. What the fuck happened? Where is Storm? Marco runs to Emily and picks her up, She can’t stop crying and my heart is breaking.

  “What happened Emily? Where’s Uncle Storm?”

  “A bad man shot him and took him somewhere.Uncle Storm told me to run, he was protecting me. Daddy you have to find him you just have to.” She says with tears running down her face. Marco hands me Emily and I rock her in my arms.

  “It’s okay sweetie, daddy will find him don’t you worry.” I look up at Marco and I haven’t seen him this mad before it’s a little scary.Erika is on her laptop no doubt looking for Storm. I know Rob took him, he couldn’t get to me so he took Storm. That bastard will pay for this and knowing the brothers he will die for this. I keep on rocking Emily until she falls asleep. I put Emily in the car and take her to the compound and told Felix what happen after I put Emily into her dad’s room. This is all my fault Storm been protecting me for a few months and look what happened. Felix grabbed my face and kiss my forehead.

  “This is not your fault Tessa. Don’t blame yourself for this, we knew what we were getting ourselves into. You are family and we protect our own no matter what.” I couldn't hold back the tears that are flowing, Felix wipes them away and gave me a reassuring smile. The door opens and Erika walk towards me with her laptop.

  “I have been tracking him through the security cameras. He’s been driving for a while at least three hours; do you know where Rob is taking him?” Erika shows me the screen, the place looks familiar it takes me a minute to figure out where Rob was taking Storm.

  “He’s taking him home. We have to go get him.” I’m so worried and my hands are shaking. Marco grabs my hands and kisses them both.

  “I need you to stay here Tessa. The only reason he took Storm is because he couldn’t get to you and I need you to watch Emily for me.” I wanted to argue but I knew Marco was right. It would be smart and safer if I just stay out of their way.

  “I will bring him home don’t worry.”

  “I know you will make sure that son of a bitch pays for this.” I say strongly. My blood is boiling at this point.Marco kisses my forehead and I start to calm down a bit.

  “That’s a promise sis.” After they leave I walk into Marco’s room and sit in a chair watching over Emily.Thank god he didn’t hurt her, I don’t know what I would have done if he did. I place my hand on my stomach and take a deep breath than let it out.

  “Don’t worry sweetie, daddy will come home to us he just has to.” I rest my eyes as I move back and forth in the rocking chair.

  Storm

  The door opens and Rob walks in. I’m so tired of seeing his fucking face why can’t he just drop dead already.

  “Miss me?”

  “Hardly.” He takes a step forward, the fact that he thinks I’m scared of him is funny. I’m scared of one man and one man only and that’s my father. Felix can be a scary man when he wants to that’s the only person me and my brothers are scared of nobody else.

  “How about we continue where we left off?” This guy is starting to piss me off.

  “For the last time prick I’m not telling you jack dealing shit.”

  “You are starting to bore me.”

  “Don’t worry your boredom will end soon. My brothers are coming for me and when they do you are a dead man. “ He comes closer to me. They need to hurry the hell up already.

  “Maybe you will already be dead when they get here.” He whispers in my ear as he stabs me in the gut deeply.

  “You are a dead man walking.” I tell him. I’m losing a lot of blood, I know they like to make a dramatic entrance but they need to get here quickly. A door slams open and bullets start flying everywhere and I smile. It took them long enough. Rob turns around to face me, then a gun went off and a bullet went right between his eyes. I turn my head just a little and see Marco.

  “I told you I will always protect you.” Marco says as he unties my hands a small smile appears on my face. He said that to me on the first day I met him and he always kept his word.

  “What the fuck did he do to you?” I have never seen Marco this worried before but I get it. I’m bleeding a lot and that’s not good.

  “I’m okay. Please tell me Emily is okay.”

  “Emily is fine. She’s very worried about her uncle though. She cried herself to sleep in Tessa arms.”

  “My poor baby, I did everything I could to protect her Marco.”

  “I have no doubt about that.” Marco applies pressure on my injury after I place my arms around his waist he helps me out the house. When I looked up Devin and Rain become pale when they see me.

  “Guys you need to stop worrying so much I’m going to be just fine.” My voice was very soft because they needed reassurance of that. Marco lays me down in the back of the van while Devin and Rain go to the front.

  “Sweet Jesus you lost a lot of blood.” Erika turns around and grabs something, when she turns back to me she has a blood bag in her hand. I raise an eyebrow.

  “How the hell do you have a blood bag?” I ask.

  “You don’t want to know.” She puts a needle in my arm and I see the blood going down the tube and into my arm. I turn my head to Marco so I don’t look at what Erikais doing. He looks pale so I reach for his face and he leans into my touch. He’s trying to stay strong, but I can see how scared he is and I hate it.

  “I’m not dying today Ma
rco. I will be just fine.” He slowly nods his head.

  “Don’t talk. You need to save your energy little brother.”

  “Marco Do you remember the first time you protected me, well more like saved me?” I ask softly.

  “Of course. How could I forget the day you finally called me brother for the first time?” A smile appears on his face that made me smile back at him.

  “What did we say that day?” A bright smile appears on his face. Seeing that smile makes me feel better.

  “You said thanks brother after I kicked those three kid’s asses for jumping you. I was so shocked I made you say it again in case I heard you wrong.” I nod my head with a smile on my face. That was one of my favorite moments I shared with Marco.

  “Then what?” I ask.

  “We made a pact that no matter what we will protect each other at all cost. If you die I die…”

  “And I don’t plan on dying anytime soon.” I finish his sentence for him, we smile at each other I look at Erika and he nods his head to her.

  “Get some rest okay? I’m keeping you to the pact we made all those years ago so rest up.” I nod my head and drift into the darkness.

  When I open my eyes I see Tessa’s beautiful face. I always love waking up to her.

  “He’s awake.” That’s when everyone comes into view.

  “Hey guys.” Marco grabs my hand and I look up at him and there’s relieff in his eyes.

  “I told you I would be fine brother.” Marco smiles at me and nods his head.

  “I think we all deserve some good news don’t you guys think?” Tessa asks.

  “Yes.” They all said in unison. I look at Tessa and she smiles at me.

  “I’m pregnant.” My eyes widen.

  “Please tell me you’re not joking Tessa.” She laughs.

  “No I found out earlier today.” Everyone starts yelling with excitement and Marco and Rain high five each other. This is great news. I slowly get up and wrap her in my arms and kiss her senseless. Erika walks over with a big smile on her face.

  “This is great, I’m pregnant too.” Holy shit the girls grab each other hands and jumps up and down. Devin comes up to me and hugs me

  “Congrats brother.” Devin says with a big goofy smile on his face.

  “The same to you. Are you hoping for a boy this time?” I ask.

  “Yes I am.” After about twenty minutes of celebrating Rain takes me and Tessa home. When we get to our room Tessa lays down then the door opens. I turn around to see Logan.

  “What are you doing here this late?” I ask.

  “Seriesly you couldn’t message me saying you are okay.” He yells angrily. Shit.

  “Logan I’m sorry. I didn’t message you just know I’m okay.” He glares at me as he walks over to me.

  “I was worried you asshole.” He punches me in my good arm.

  “Your not supposed to hit a injured person.”

  “I don’t care right now you jackass.” Okay I do deserve this.

  “Logan I swear I’m fine.” I said as I wince.

  “You are a horrible liar, Erika told me you lost a lot of blood, and that she had to use two blood bags on you.” His eyes start to water I grab him and wrap my arms around him.

  “It’s okay Logan I’m here and I’m not going anywhere.” He wraps his arms around me and pulls me close. My poor thing this was a very close call the fact that he’s here means the world to me. I put my forehead on his.

  “I’m sorry I made you worry so much, but I am good, I’m right here.” I grab his hand and put it on my chest.I feel him relax and I kiss his lips softly.

  “Can you help me to bed?” I know I caught him off guard with that kiss but it felt good. He helps me to bed when he turn to leave I grab his hand and pull him onto the bed with me and Tessa. I place my head on his chest and grab Tessa’s hand. This right here is the best feeling. My eyes start getting heavy and I close them.

  “Logan, can I ask you something?” Tessa whispers. I guess they think I fell asleep and honestly I want to but I want to know what she’s going to talk to him about.

  “Of course you can.” He says softly.

  “What do you think of me being pregnant?”

  “That’s amazing congratulations Tessa. I’m happy for you the both of you.”

  “Thank you. I have another question.”

  “Okay shoot.”

  “How do you feel about polyamory relationships?”

  “It’s doesn’t bother me as long as the three people in the relationship love each other and are happy that’s all that matters.”

  “Would you be in that type of relationship?” I try not to move. I’m anxious with wanting to know his answer.

  “With who?” He laughs softly.

  “I’m serious Logan.”

  “Okay okay calm down. It depends on who I’m with.”

  “How about Storm and me?” I feel like I’m going to be sick. I don’t want to know his answer then again I do.

  “Now you're joking… You’re not joking.”

  “No I’m not.”

  “I don’t think that’s a good idea especially now that you’re having a baby.”

  “Why not? It would work plus the baby will have two dads and a mom, so I don’t see the problem.”

  “Have you talked to Storm about this?”

  “I have. I’m going to tell you the same thing I told him just think about it. I really think this would work. We all love each other you and Storm are practically dating already just think about it please.”

  “Okay I will think about it I promise.”

  “That’s all I’m asking.” I don’t know what my future will look like, but I do know this I want them both in it for the long run.
