“Ask me?” he demanded his voice urgent.

I was panting and just about in euphoria, I peered up at his face, his eyes on me. “Come on me Logan, please?” His mouth went slack the look of pure pleasure on his features as he exhaled roughly through his nose. Such a beautiful sight. A grown man getting so worked up for me, I never would have thought it possible.

He pressed down harder and my body started to climb again.

“I’m so close baby. Come with me, I need to see my cum being sucked in by your greedy little pussy.” He positioned his cock down a little. “Come on Luce,” he all but roared, his thumb pushing me over the ledge.

I may have screamed his name as my orgasm shot out of nowhere.

“Oh, baby,” he groaned out, the warmth of the first few jets landed on my pussy, then he was nudging my opening with the broad tip. I tensed. “Just the tip baby, you got to milk me.” With a small flick of my clit, my pussy started clenching on his tip. Logan pumped his hand faster. “That’s it baby take it all, suck it in. God, I wanna push into the hilt and fill you up.”

“Yes,” I wanted him inside me. I tried to use my legs to pull him in, but he was too strong. He watched where our bodies joined, his arm slowing down as he milked the last of his seed from his body and removed the tip of his cock.

My arms hurt so I let go. “Hold it in baby, I need this.” I opened myself again. “Clench that pussy for me.” I clenched, loving the sensation of his warm seed now inside me. “That’s the best thing.” He used his fingers to wipe the liquid toward my opening, demanding I clench and suck it all in. When he finished, he leaned forward and kissed me.

“That’s just the beginning, you know to ask now don’t you?”

I smiled against his lips. If that was my punishment I would defy Logan every damn day so he would fill me.

  Chapter 6

  Logan

Things had been quiet for the past few days. Lucy has been at my house and her mother and stepfather hadn’t found her. She’s had the use of my truck to get to work and she has been cleaning old-timers. She spends most of her time on her back with her legs spread baring herself to me waiting for me to take her. She wants me to pop her cherry something fierce. I can’t pinpoint what I am waiting for though, but something is stopping me. As much as I love the idea of claiming her and filling her up with my seed, creating a baby to blossom inside her, I haven’t gave in. Not yet.

Today I decided I needed to know the full extent of what we were dealing with so I headed into town to see if McInnes was on his stool at the local bar. He was the last person I wanted to associate with, but I needed information. Mason offered to be at my place pretending to work, mostly so that Lucy wouldn’t leave and no one could come and take her while I was away. I might have been paranoid, but nothing about this situation sat well with me.

Harry Walker, the bar owner, and a good friend had called to say he had been in everyday this week wanting to run a tab, but he had denied him. Walker, like everyone else in town knew he couldn’t pay it.

I pulled up to the front of the bar, to see his bucket of shit parked on the end, that pool of oil under it looked fresh. Maybe he’d blow up on his way home. I could only be so lucky.

Once through the main door, I stopped to let my eyes adjust to the low light. I considered Walkers Arms a nice bar as far as bars went. The vibe was nice, it wasn’t too clubby and you could find someone to chat with. We had a little less respectable venue on the other side of town, I hadn’t stepped foot inside that one for about ten years.

When my eyes adjusted, I glanced around. The place was quiet but considering it was 4pm on a weekday I wasn’t surprised. The knock off crew were yet to arrive. Harry nodded at me as I approached and started pouring me a beer. It would look odd if I didn’t have one. I chose a stool in the middle of the bar a few seats away from a hunched over Robert McInnes. I raised my brows in question, Harry shook his head.

“I’ll buy the man a beer,” I said loud enough for Robert to notice. His head popped up, and he looked over. Red-rimmed eyes narrowing when they landed on me.

“What the fuck for?” Nice, friendly sort of fellow.

“I can just as easily not,” I barked out as Harry stopped pouring the beer.

Robert back peddled a little. “Well, now it’d be a shame to waste it.” I swear his mouth watered a little as he stared at Harry as if he was the most fascinating creature in the world.

Harry slid the beer toward Robert and he all but inhaled it. Slamming down the empty glass on the bar and wiping his mouth on his sleeve. Jerk.

“How ‘bout another? That one didn’t touch the sides.” He sure had a nerve, but I nodded at Harry. Robert moved over a few stools, now only one separated us.

“How’s business?” Did he really fucking ask that? I nearly choked on my beer as I turned to see if he was serious.

“Great when people aren’t coming on to my property and stealing my stock.” I shot him a hard glare, but he just shrugged.

“I’ve got a payday coming, I’ll pay you back, you don’t need to stress.” The nonchalant way he spoke had me raging inside. Did he seriously think what he did was just okay? I would be fine with it as long as he paid me back? This guy, I had no words.

“You expect me to believe that?” No one in their right mind would take anything he said seriously.

“Well, Lucy turns twenty-one in... what’s the date today?” He looked at me genuinely asking. I had no clue why Lucy’s birthday meant anything to him, I’m surprised he even remembered he had a daughter.

  “The tenth.”

“Right of course. Well, she’s twenty-one in five days.” A huge smile overtook his face, like everything suddenly made sense. “I’ll be able to pay, that girl’s worth a pretty penny.” He even fucking laughed.

I pushed up from my stool reaching for him before he could turn. I grabbed him by the collar and pulled him to his feet.

“Wait, what? I didn’t offer her to you, she’s worth more than that filly.” He struggled to find his footing, but rage was tinting my vision and I couldn’t see straight. Was this guy for real?

“You auctioned off your daughter?” I growled.

“Well yeah. Her virginity is worth a quarter mil. The stupid bitch offered it up to save her sister.” I lost it then. Harry called my name in the distance but it faded out as the rage overtook my rational mind. I held Robert back and with my other hand I let my fist fly into his face, the remnants of his last black eye still visible. The sound of my fist on his flesh was satisfying.

“You’re a sick mother fucker,” I roared. My hand came cranking back for another shot. I clipped him under the chin and let him go. He sagged to the floor like a sack of horse shit.

“She took Sophie away from me and keeps paying her way, so the bitch won’t come home, she owes me.” I lifted my boot, knowing I shouldn’t but really not caring. I kicked him hard in the thigh. The man cowered like a kid in the corner. But he didn’t get it.

“They are all whores.” My fists clenched at my sides, and I was about to reach down and haul him to his feet when a hand landed on my shoulder. I stopped.

“C’mon, man, not here,” Harry said in his easy-going tone, always the peacekeeper. Fuck owning a bar.

“I don’t care what happens to the little bitch. Pretty sure she’s gonna get what’s coming to her though. Tyler Mont has plans for her, nothing gentle let me tell you.” He laughed as Harry rounded in front of me shaking his head.

“Go, Logan,” Harry barked as he shoved me toward the door. I kept looking over his shoulder at the sorry excuse for a man laying down on the floor laughing. “I’ll have to call the Sheriff, Logan. I should’ve called him before I called you. Now go home and hold her tight. Do not let her go.” Harry kept pushing me until he pushed me out of the door, letting me go. “It hurts, man.” Harry’s face grew somber, and I nodded before turning and heading to my truck. Harry had experienced loss, I didn’t want to know what losing a love was
like. Selfish maybe but nothing was happening to Lucy while I was alive.

  Lucy

Mason was shit at pretending to work. He needed practice on the whole being inconspicuous thing. He sat on the fence railing near the stables staring at the house.

It could’ve been because a little while ago a woman waltzed into this house like she owned it. All long tanned legs, dark hair, and familiar dark eyes with a twist of denim in them.

“Honey, I’m home,” she hollered as she walked into the kitchen where I was making a sandwich. My stomach dropped and a strange sensation filled my belly. Had Logan really done this to me? It sucked the air right out of my chest and I paled looking at her beauty.

“Oh, dear God, he’s not gay. Jesus how did Logan convince you he’s not fifty.” Her smile was wide and teasing. I relaxed a little.

“He’d pass for forty,” I shrugged, and she roared with laughter, her head falling back as she bellowed.

“Oh fuck. I am going to need to see his face when you tell him that. Penny, Logan’s sister.” She held out her hand, and I reached across the island and shook it.

“Lucy,” I didn’t like having my last name, McInnes was a huge black mark, and I wasn’t sure what label Logan would want to give me so I kept it simple.

“Well, it’s a pleasure to meet you. It’ll be nice to have a female around this house can get too quiet.” I nodded as she walked over to the window and laughed again. “Would you look at that?” The tone in her voice dropped, tender, longing even. I looked out the window to see Mason. Looking back at Penny, her cheeks began to heat. I nudged her shoulder.

  “You like him.”

“What? No way,” she answered way too quick. I smiled.

“Ugh, I hate you already.” She threw a smile at me. I offered to make her some food, and she accepted. So, we settled into the kitchen and made fast friends. I liked having someone to talk to. I didn’t have anyone.

“So, how old are you?” she asked as we finished cleaning up.

“Almost twenty-one,” I replied waiting for the judgment but none came. Penny smiled and headed over to a cupboard pulling out a few bottles.

“Excellent answer. Let’s drink to that shall we.”

I had to clear my throat, God I was awkward. “I’ve never been drunk.” She paused for just a second then looked at what she had in her hands, seemed to weigh something up and put a bottle back.

“That’s cool, we’ll just have a few glasses of tequila. Logan always has juice.” I nodded as she moved around the kitchen and grabbed glasses, ice, and juice before handing me a drink and then clinking her glass with mine.

“To Logan for not being gay.” Penny made me smile.

The drink soured a little on my tongue, not at all as bad as I thought it would be. I could make out the orange juice, so it wasn’t too bad.

We chatted and drank for a while, she kept looking out the window and sighed every time she turned back to me.

“I’m guessing Logan has him here so I don’t leave.”

“What? He’s holding you captive.” She stood then looking alarmed.

“What, no. God, no. We are kind of complicated.” I wasn’t about to leap into the deep depths of our crazy relationship and my addict parents who would be looking for a paycheck needing their next fix soon. I barely knew the girl, and I didn’t think it would be something she wanted to know about her brother.

We ventured outside to the porch swing, Mason moved closer to the house. He was not at all stealthy. The sunset from this location was amazing. The rise of the hills, the purple tones of the sky and the smell of fresh farm air, perfect.

We laughed and drank. A warmth settled inside me.

When the orange juice ran out, I sighed in relief. Things were swimming and my cheeks hurt from smiling. It felt good to relax and not care.

“What do you want?” Penny snapped, and I twisted noticing Mason stepping up onto the porch.

“Nothing you’re offering,” he retorted with a cocky smile that was kind of hot. He frowned over at me. “Don’t tell Logan you think that he’ll have my balls.”

I snorted a little, “you said balls.” I laughed out loud and Penny joined in with me. “Balls are such weird things, don’t ya think?”

  “No!” Mason glared at me.

“C’mon, they’re all wrinkly and hairy and just hanging there.” I tried to use my hands to emphasize what I was saying, but they didn’t work properly.

“Can we not talk about balls? I wanna know what you’re doing here Pen?”

“Don’t call me that,” she shouted getting to her feet, wobbling a little to the side and pointing at him. “I wanna just have one day, Mason. One fucking day.” I noticed the change in her voice and so did he because he rapidly closed the distance between them and wrapped her in his arms before she started to bawl. Well, this was awkward. I kind of felt like an intruder on their special moment.

The sound of a car door lured me away. On unsteady feet I headed around the porch to the front of the house. I smiled as I caught Logan stalking up the steps, head down, shoulders hunched. He didn’t notice me until I called his name. He stopped turning toward me. Exhaustion clear on his features. I was smiling, so he frowned.

“What you doing, Precious?” he asked as he ventured over and pulled me into him. His lips coming down on mine and as soon as I opened my mouth he pulled back. “Have you been drinking, Luce?”

I nodded ready to tell him about Penny when she rounded the corner pulling up short when she spotted us. Her face was red and blotchy, Mason rounding after her, didn’t really help the tension in Logan’s body. I tried to soothe him but he was strung tight.

“I got her drunk.” Penny smiled wide. “Surprise,” she stepped closer pressing a kiss to Logan’s cheek. “I’m heading to bed. Mason is not allowed in the house and you two need to be quiet.” With that Penny waltzed in the front door, we all stood there confused.

“Hey, I know shit,” Mason said behind me. “I watched over her, she didn’t leave. Obviously.”

“Thanks, man. I’ll see you soon,” Logan’s deep timbre had me relaxing into him, my eyes were getting heavy. He smiled down at me.

“I had big plans for you, babe.” The growl in his voice had parts of my body waking up.

“I’m fine. Let’s have sex,” I offered eagerly, but he laughed.

“I want you sober. You are going to remember the day I take your virginity and you are going to feel me for days. I’ve waited long enough to claim what’s mine. You ready for that babe?” I remember nodding trying to perk up, but my eyes were heavy, and Logan was warm and smelled so good.

  The world went black.

  Chapter 7

  Lucy

I woke alone in a huge soft bed that smelled amazing. I, however, felt very much like shit. My head throbbed and my mouth dry and gross. This must be the dreaded hangover people talked about. I wiped at my eyes and managed to sit up. I spent the night in Logan’s room. In his bed, and I don’t remember a damn thing. I blame Penny for this. I wanted to remember sleeping with him, being in his arms all night.

His room, much like the rest of the house consisted of simple, clean, and masculine furnishing. A few cowboy hats hung on hooks by the bedroom door, his chest of drawers and bed matched in dark wood. It was nice, homey even.

Busting for the toilet I got out of bed and padded over the soft carpet to his bathroom. I took care of business, then had the courage to look in the mirror. My green eyes were a little red and tired looking, my skin pale and my dark hair a mess. Over my shoulder, I glimpsed his shower in the mirror. I decided a warm wash would make me feel better.

As I reached for the shampoo I paused, there on the shelf next to some very masculine looking bottles sat my pink shampoo and conditioner bottles, my face wash, and razor. I stared at my stuff in his space, I waited for panic to set in or the urge to run to kick in but nothing did. Logan didn’t cause me to panic.

  I found my toothbrush and make-up b
ag on the counter. Thankful for Logan’s thoughtfulness as I managed to make myself appear half decent even if I was only dressed in a towel.

I pulled open the door and headed back into Logan’s room, I needed clothes and some glorious food.

Silence filled the house as I managed some coffee, the thought of juice made me gag, and dry toast. Once the food settled in my stomach I slipped on some boots and headed for the stables to see if I could find Logan. The bright sunshine outside made me thankful that I did not have to work at Mae’s today. The thought of all that greasy food and the smells nearly had me turning and heading back to the house.

The main stables housed quite a few stalls, a nice draft wafted through the open doors as I entered, cooling my clammy skin. I stuck my head in the office and noticed it was empty, I decided to head toward the rear of the stables and see if I could find someone to point me in Logan’s direction. I didn’t really need him for anything but I wanted to see him.

As I neared the last stall, I could hear some water splashing and someone grumbling. I entered the stall to find Logan, shirtless, bent over the small trough as he splashed himself with water.

I watched the bead of water slip over the tanned tight skin of his back. His muscles bunched as he braced himself on the side of it, letting his head hang down.

“What’s wrong?” I asked his back. Logan spun around. His brows drawn tight, but his eyes were different. Darker somehow, something was bothering him. The hard lines of his face seemed to stand out, to anyone else he might look a little menacing. He stalked forward. As he got closer, I could see the need and sheer desperation on his features. It was a little alarming to witness such a strong man showing any kind of weakness.
