Ambassador 1A: The Sahara Conspiracy (Ambassador: Space Opera Thriller)

“Yes.” Nicha started laughing.
And I started laughing, too, because it seemed the best response to the situation. We’d been so goddamn lucky that the military had wanted to keep the strike quiet and nothing worse had come from this situation. I’d like to think that I could tell Thayu’s father never to interfere in Earth matters again, but I knew I’d be speaking to a wall, because that was not how Coldi solved problems. Sovereignty be damned, if there was a problem, they solved it, no questions asked.

I voted in Athens the next day, just before returning to Barresh. Of course, we didn’t vote for candidates directly, but we voted for candidates who would support one or the other for the presidency. I voted in the EXO section, where none of the available candidates supported Danziger. Once the full assembly was voted in, they elected a new president. Of course I was no longer on Earth when that happened.
I was sitting in my office in Barresh when I got a message from Melissa that consisted of just two words: “Margarethe Ollund”.
So the tradition to elect a president of Scandinavian descent continued. More importantly, she was friendly to our cause. Even more importantly, she used to be a regular guest at my family home in Arcadia on Taurus when I was a teenager. If anyone could manoeuvre Earth into joining gamra, she could.
A Word of Thanks
THANK YOU very much for reading The Sahara Conspiracy.
As author of this book, I would appreciate it very much if you could return to the place where you purchased this book and leave a review. Reviews are important to me, because they help readers decide if the book is for them.
If you wish to continue following Cory Wilson’s adventures, the next book in the SF-thriller Ambassador series is Raising Hell.
