Sasha's Dilemma (The Dilemma Series)

“I’ve needed that all day, Sash. God, I’ve missed seeing your pretty face,” he whispers in his sexy voice.
I know he is the logical choice between the two men in my life. He is a man you settle down with and have kids, make the perfect life. Not that I’m looking for something like that right now, and probably never will. At that line of thinking, my mind drifts back to Josh. I don’t understand how he has gotten under my skin so much.
“So, would you be interested in going out on a real date with me?”
“Yeah, when would you like to go?” I answer him in an unsure voice.
“Well, I have tomorrow night off, if you’re free.”
His arms are still wrapped around my waist. He leans down and starts kissing my neck. He is distracting me so much I can’t seem to form an answer. Suddenly, there is knock on the door. I jump and pull away from him. He looks a bit hurt at my actions, but he has to understand that we both work here. I can’t risk my job or reputation in this hospital.
“Sasha, it’s just me. One of the nurses is looking for you.” I hear Rose whisper through the closed door.
“Thanks, Rose. I’ll just be a sec.” I start to straighten out my appearance and look up to see he is watching me.
“So, are you free?” Dylan quietly asks me again.
“Yeah, sure. Would you like to meet me somewhere?”
“No, I’ll come get you. I’ll pick you up at seven. Before I leave today, I’ll get your address from you. ” He leans in and gives me another passionate kiss before opening the door and leaving. I have to take a moment to gather myself together before I can walk out. Rose immediately comes bouncing up to me.
“OMG, are you and Mr Good Looking together?”
“No, Rose, we are just going out on a casual date tomorrow.”
“Oh, make sure you tell me all the juicy details at work on Monday,” she squeals in excitement.
“Will do,” I assure her with a wink.
Chapter 8
I let Lola help me pick an outfit for my date because I have no idea where we’re going. I’m guessing a restaurant, but he never would tell me anything.
“So, you excited for tonight? Dylan seems like a nice guy,” Lola asks hopefully.
I turn and stare at her. I know she is trying to make a point that Josh is not the right man for me. I don’t want to have this conversation with her again.
“Yes, I’m excited,” I answer simply. “He should be here soon, so I’m gonna finish my makeup.”
I turn and walk away. I don’t want to listen to her tell me about how bad Josh is for me. I know that already, but it doesn’t stop my mind from thinking about him when I should be thinking about Dylan. I force myself to consider all of Dylan’s attributes as I finish getting ready.
I hear Lola talking in the lounge room. I guess Dylan has arrived. I check the clock; he is right on time.
I take one more peek in the mirror before I join them. He looks so good. I don’t why I had any doubts about him. He’s all tall, tanned and glorious. He looks like he just jumped out of a model magazine. I see him smile as he takes in my short pink dress and silver heels. “Sasha, you look lovely,” he tells me in his sexy voice as he leans down and kisses me on the mouth. This kiss isn’t passionate like yesterday, but sweet and pleasant just the same. I notice Lola behind him, giving me the thumbs up. She can be such a tool sometimes.
We have a glass of wine with Lola before we go out. As we get up to leave, Lola whispers in my ear, “You so need to hit that and lock it up, ‘cause he is mighty fine, girlfriend.”
I smile because I know she’s right. He is a great catch, so why can’t I stop thinking about someone who isn’t so right for me?
Dylan takes me to a restaurant overlooking the lake. It’s gorgeous. He orders us each a different three-course meal; he says it’s so we can try everything.
We start off with small talk and we chat about Lola. He seems to like her. That’s a good thing because we’re a package deal. It would never work out with someone who didn’t like her. She is my other half. It’s been that way all our lives, and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.
Dinner is lovely. A few times, Dylan places soft touches on my thigh here and there. When his hand became more insistent and higher up on my inner thigh, I begin to feel tingles down below, and know it was time to go. The drive back to my apartment is thick with tension.
Like a gentleman, he walks me to my door. As I turn to invite him inside, his lips slam down on mine and he’s kissing me. I groan in response. By this time, I’m seriously worked up. I just wanna rip his clothes off and have him right here. I break away; we need to get inside.
As soon as he enters, he picks me up and carries me to the bedroom, kissing me the whole way there. We make it to the bed and he kisses a trail down my neck to my breasts. I am throbbing and need to feel him. I grind against him, creating a bit of friction. I need something, anything.
He undoes my dress and frees my boobs, taking one in his mouth while tweaking the other with his fingers. My panties are getting soaked. I need more, so I sit up and rip his shirt off. Wow, he certainly works out. His stomach is well defined with muscles. He is completely stunning. I kiss his chest and make my way down with my hands. He is still playing with my hard nipples and it feels incredible. I push him back and pull his pants and briefs down, freeing him. I want to touch him so badly right now. He is glorious huge and well shaved. It’s standing there, all glorious, waiting for me to touch it. I stand and drop my dress to the ground. He looks up at me with hooded eyes, ready to devour me. He grabs me by the waist, pulls me back down to him, and starts kissing me again.
“I can’t wait any longer, Sasha. I need you now,” his rough voice growls at me.
I nod my head in agreement. He immediately takes control, rolling me so I’m lying on my back. He starts with my nipples, sucking and nipping at them hungrily. His hand snakes down my belly and reaches the spot where I’m throbbing the most. His finger slides in, and he swears under his breath.
“Now, I need you now,” he says again, more urgently in a husky voice. Ever so slowly, he positions himself at my entrance and thrusts in. All I can do is moan in pleasure. He starts kissing me again while firmly thrusting in and out of me. I grab hold of my boobs and start squeezing my nipples. We go at it for a while and it’s freaking fantastic. When he’s done, he collapses on top of me, breathing heavy, but careful not to put his full weight on top of me. We’re both breathing heavily. He takes a minute to catch his breath before breaking the silence. “Was not expecting that,” he says as he starts kissing me again. “God, Sasha, you are so incredible.”
“You’re not so bad yourself,” I add with a wink and get up to go to the bathroom to clean myself up. When I get back in the room, he is asleep on my bed. I throw on an old t-shirt and climb in. Even as he sleeps, he pulls me close and cuddles me. I drift off to sleep feeling content.
I wake in the morning to find an empty bed, but when I roll over, I find a note.
Got called into work. You looked so peaceful sleeping; I didn’t want to wake you. I’ve written down my phone number. Text me when you wake up. I can’t wait to see you again,
Dylan
I smile at the note. How nice of him. He really is one of the good guys. I get out of bed and make myself a coffee. Soon after, Lola and Blake walk through the door.
“Hey, guys,” I cheerfully greet them.
Blake comes over, kisses me on the cheek, and heads to Lola’s room, giving us some privacy.
“So, tell me, how was the date? Did you get lucky? Give me the details, no hold up; actually, don’t tell me. I don’t wanna hear how you get off. TMI. Anyway, was it good?”
I laugh at her. She can’t help herself. She needs to know everything.
“Yes, Lola, he was a true gentleman. He opened car doors for me, pulled my chair out, paid for dinner, and made me come,” I answer with a smirk.
“Wahoo! High five, sister.” She holds her
hand up like a five year old, and I can’t help but laugh. I slap her hand for good measure and she saunters off, yelling back at me, “Now, sissy, it’s my turn to come.” She walks off laughing.
While the kettle is boiling, I realise haven’t checked my phone since yesterday. I grab it and see there are a few messages. I open the first one and it’s from Josh.
Stallion:
You can’t just walk off,
Sash. We were talking.
I’m sorry for being an
ass, but you make me so
frustrated.
Stallion:
Are you ignoring me?
Stallion:
If you don’t reply soon, I’ll
come over there and spank
your ass for good measure.
Stallion:
Come on, beautiful,
I’m sorry!!! Please reply.
Wow, now I feel like an ass. I reply to his text before he actually follows through and comes over here this early in the morning.
Me:
Hey, sorry, didn’t know
where my phone was.
Just saw your texts.
He replies straight away. I head back into the kitchen while reading his text.
Stallion:
Sooo, wanna go out
for dinner with me,
so I can apologise for
being an ass to u?
I won’t promise I’ll be on
my best behaviour though ;-)
What do I say? There is definitely something going on between Dylan and me, but I can’t deny I have feeling for Josh. I mean, who couldn’t? He’s one of those guys that walk into a room and all eyes are on him. I’m sure even the happily married women can’t help drooling over him. I decide to not answer straight away; instead, I text Dylan to thank him. He texts me back within five minutes.
Dylan:
You’re very welcome.
Anything to make you
smile. How’s your morning?
So far, I’m missing you terribly
and can’t wait to see you again.
You have been on my mind since
I woke up and I can’t seem to stop
smiling.
Chapter 9
I really need to work out what I’m going do about Josh and Dylan. I still haven’t replied to Josh’s text message about the date. I just don’t know where Dylan and I stand. We’ve had sex, but he hasn’t mentioned anything about being exclusive, so I’m guessing that is not something he wants. Maybe I should give Josh one last chance.
Me:
Yes. Where would you
like to go?
Stallion:
I have something planned.
Just be ready at 7 tonight.
I’m driving to avoid
any runners tonight.
Me:
Well, don’t be an ass
and I won’t run.
I’m having a difficult time getting ready for my date with Josh tonight. I have no clue what to wear because he won’t tell me where we are going. I settle on a pair of tight jeans and a very nice cleavage happy pink top. I hear the doorbell ring as I’m sliding my boots on. Thank God, my sister isn’t here to give me a lecture about Josh tonight. I know I will have to tell her eventually, but I’m not in the mood for her mothering me about Josh at the moment.
I answer the door and there is Josh. I can’t help raking my eyes over his whole body from head to toe. He is one fine specimen of a man. Tonight, he’s dressed in a pair of black sneakers, dark but faded jeans that hang off his hips, and a tight red shirt that shows off those gorgeous muscles.
“Well, hello there, beautiful. You’re looking mighty fine tonight.” He leans in and gives me a kiss on my cheek. The butterflies in my stomach go crazy.
“Well, thank you, kind gentleman. You don’t look so bad yourself.”
I grab my bag and a jacket and head downstairs. He tells me he is glad I’m wearing jeans tonight. I’m not sure how to reply to that, so I choose to say nothing. When we reach the garage, I don’t see his car anywhere. I give him a questioning look. He points to something I wasn’t expecting, and the comment about my jeans suddenly becomes clear.
He is driving a bloody motorcycle. It’s quite a beautiful bike. Although, I don’t know much about them, I’m guessing this one is quite expensive. It says it’s a Ducati. It’s red and very sexy. He climbs on and hands me a helmet.
“Hop on, Sash. I won’t bite,” he says with a smirk. I jump on the back and straddle it. He grabs my legs and pulls me so my body is flush against his. It’s a major turn-on being flushed so close to his body with nothing separating us. Then he grabs my hands and wraps them around his toned stomach.
“You need to hold on tight. If I’m going too fast, or you get scared, just tap my stomach.”
I nod my head and we’re off. Now, I understand the leather smell that clings to him and causes him to smell so delicious. Having all this power between my legs, while holding on to this breathtaking guy, feels absolutely amazing. What more could a girl ask for?
I’m holding on so tightly, my hands are becoming sore. I try to drop them, but he automatically grabs them and pulls them back up against his body.
We finally come to a stop, and what I see takes my breath away. We’re at a very secluded picnic area. It’s full of wild flowers, and from where I am sitting, I can see the beach just a little further down. It’s gorgeous. Josh slides off the bike and removes his helmet, running his fingers through his hair. He offers me a hand and helps me off the bike. As I remove my helmet, I see him grab some things from the saddlebag on the side of the bike. Then he takes my hand and leads me to the beach. We take a seat on the ground and I’m captivated by the view.
“I love this place,” Josh says, breaking the silence. “My parents used to take me here when I was a kid.” He’s staring off towards the water.
I follow his gaze and reply, “It’s breathtaking.”
I feel his gaze on me when he replies, “Yes, Sasha, it truly is.”
I blush because I’m not sure if he is talking about the view or something else, so I decide to change the subject. I turn to meet his gaze and find him staring at me like he can’t quite figure me out.
“How long since—” I begin, but his lips slam down on mine, taking my breath away.
Josh knows how to kiss; that’s for sure. He makes me go weak in the knees. I feel like my whole body is made for him. I just want to hand it over and say, “Do what you will with me.”
When the kiss ends, we’re both breathless. Neither of us speaks for a good five minutes. We just stare out at the view, each lost in our own thoughts. Josh breaks the moment when he decides to go through his bag and pull out food, a small bottle of wine, and plastic forks.
“I know it’s not a five star restaurant; though, I did cook it all myself, so that has to count for something,” he adds with a smirk. I get a look at what he’s brought, and have to smile. He’s made sandwiches, little quiches, and chocolate truffles. We eat in silence. The food is simple, but it’s delicious. This man sure knows how to cook.
“So, Sash, no chance of running away tonight, so I would like to talk about why you’re always doing that to me,” he says when we get to the dessert. Just watching him eat turns me on and I can’t help but stare at his mouth. I think he catches me because he grabs my chin, redirects my eyes to his, and repeats the question.
“Because I don’t want to get involved with someone who is screwing other women.”
“Who says I can’t stick to one woman?”
Have you met yourself? I silently question.
“Every time I’ve seen you, you’ve had a different woman hanging off your arm,” I say and I give him my ‘don’t bullshit me’ look.
“That might be true; though, I only have eyes for one woman,” he says, granting me his charming smile.
“That’s a load of bullshit and we both know it. I’ve seen you with other women, Josh, and you
have very roaming eyes to be exact.”
“Well, maybe if you would give me the time of day and stop believing what people say, you would know that you are all I see. I have not slept with another woman since I met you. Yes, women flirt with me and I flirt back, but you seem to be doing the same with Dylan, am I correct?”
He has me stunned. He really hasn’t slept with another woman since he has met me? Wow. I don’t know what to do with this information and I really don’t want to talk about my relationship with Dylan. I ask him if we can just forget about everything else and just enjoy the now. I think he’s uneasy with this heavy conversation too, because he quickly agrees. Suddenly, he grabs me, lifts me up over his shoulder, and jogs towards the beach. I scream at him to put me down, but he just slaps my ass and laughs.
*****
We have had a great time tonight. We have talked about so much, and I’ve discovered he really is a great guy. Yes, he has a cocky side to him, but I think that’s what makes him, him. The simple gestures is how I know he has a soft side, with opening a door for me every time we go somewhere, or how he feels he has to constantly be touching me. He asks me if I would like to go back to his house for some coffee. I agree and the ride back is just as beautiful as the ride there, though I feel more at ease now and I’m not gripping the life out of him.
When we arrive at his apartment, he helps me off the bike, grabs my hand, and leads me inside. I continue to the lounge room while he goes to makes us coffee. Out of the corner of my eye, I notice him taking a few pills. I decide not to question him on it because it’s obviously his business, but I’m curious.
