Rock Me, Stalk Me

"Wow," she said. Every last shred of energy seemed to flow out of her body, and suddenly she was exhausted. "I know I should be happy - I am happy, I just..." She looked helplessly up at Eddie. "What do I do now?"

He held her gaze for a moment, and then reached behind her to take her luggage off the bed and set it on the floor. Patting the center of the bed, he waited for her to lay her head on the pillow, and then pulled a throw blanket off the foot of the bed and covered her with it, kissing her lightly on the forehead.

"It's the adrenaline crash," he said, stroking her hair back from her face. "Happens to me after every concert. You were primed and ready to defend yourself, and now that the danger's over your body isn't sure what to do. Close your eyes and sleep for awhile. I'll be here when you wake up."

She nodded, trying to keep her eyes open so she could look at him, but her eyelids were so very heavy. Giving up the struggle, she drifted off as warm fingers stroked soothingly through her hair.

When she opened her eyes again, the room was dark, and she stretched her arms and legs out before sitting up on the bed. Groggy, she stumbled to the bathroom and washed her face, wondering if the whole thing had been a dream. How very cliché if it had, she thought, grinning at herself in the mirror. Patting the water off she went back through the bedroom and wandered down the hall to the living room, stopping short in the doorway. The view of her couch was better than she remembered, probably due to the half-naked man stretched out lengthwise on the floral print her mother had picked out as a gift. His bare feet hung over one arm while denim clad legs and a drool-worthy, muscular torso just fit on the main cushions. Two flowery throw pillows protected his head and neck from the other couch arm, and she wondered if she should take a picture, just to prove he was really there.

Eddie Pierce, rock star, napping on her sofa. She wouldn't have believed it herself a few weeks ago.

"If you're gonna keep looking at me like that, you'd better be prepared to do something about it," he said, a hint of amusement and more than a little invitation in his voice. She arched an eyebrow and walked across the room to peer down into his still-sleepy eyes.

"I might have a few ideas..."

He reached up and caressed her hand, tugging her lower. She knelt at his side and his fingers lightly traced abstract patterns over her skin, moving up her wrist to her forearm and then up to her shoulder. She closed her eyes, his warm touch smooth and sure as he slowly drew her head down to press his lips against hers. She opened for him, her tongue welcoming him as he devoured her mouth.

She fell against him, the need to have him inside her suddenly almost too much to bear. She broke the kiss just long enough for him to help her pull her shirt off over her head, and then nibbled her way along his strong, sturdy jaw to lick the spot behind his ear. Tasting her way down his neck she snuggled her face into the warm curve at his shoulder, breathing the very essence of his scent in deep. Then reluctantly, she pushed away from his chest so she could look into his eyes again.

"You know, I have a bed. And I have a feeling it would be much more suitable than this couch at the moment." She stood and held out her hands, helping him to his feet. She turned to lead him down the hall and then shrieked when he scooped her up in his arms. Her laughter was quickly silenced when he bent down for another kiss.

Holly wasn't really sure how they got to the bedroom. When Eddie laid her down on the bed, she held tight to his neck, pulling him down with her and bracketing his hips with her thighs. His length pressed against her core and she arched into it, frustrated by the layers of clothing that still separated them. A whimper escaped her lips, and Eddie laughed with that low, gravely voice she loved so much.

"Patience, sweetheart. I promise we'll get there."

Eddie pushed off the bed and quickly shucked his jeans and briefs, then reached for the button on hers. His deft fingers made short work of removing the remainder of her clothes, and Holly anxiously held out her arms, wanting him back.

He smiled, bending down to lick a long, slow path between her legs, swirling around her clit as he pushed one finger inside her warmth. She raised her hips as his lips came down to suckle and nip at the sensitive bud, crying out for more. It wasn't enough.

Grabbing his head with her hands, she pulled him up her body, her nipples tight as he held back to lave lightly at each one. His thick, hard cock probed at her entrance and she pulled her knees back, opening herself to him.

"Eddie?" she whispered as he kissed his way up her chest to her neck.

  "Yes love?"

Her heart soared at the endearment, and she smiled. "I love you."

He grinned, then placed a tender kiss on the tip of her nose. "I love you too."

Eddie pushed inside her waiting sheath, one slow, smooth stroke as far as he could go. A myriad of emotions assaulted Holly as she stretched around his length. Her heart felt as though it would burst, her life complete in that one moment. She never wanted it to end. And then he started to move, and the most exquisite sparks tingled through her body, just under her skin until she was writhing and moaning in pleasure. All thoughts receded until there was nothing, only sensations and feeling and heat until her body succumbed to the pleasure in a moment that consumed her completely.

She wasn't sure how long it was before she recovered, only that she was tucked securely in Eddie's arms, and he was gently stroking her back and placing occasional kisses on her forehead. Opening her eyes, she looked up at him in wonder.

  "Wow."

He chuckled. "Wow yourself." Pressing a light kiss to her lips, he smiled and gazed into her eyes.

"Does this mean we can see where this goes? I'd like to stay for awhile, if that's okay with you."

Holly grinned. "You keep treating me like that, and I may never let you leave."

Eddie nodded, a serious look on his face as though he were thinking hard on the matter.

"Good to know," he said, pulling her close and rolling her to her back. "I'd better stay on top of things then, eh?"

  She laughed. "Please do..."
