“Anything for you, my little queen,” he chuckled and dried me off.
I threw on a robe while he got dressed. I watched his lean, muscled body as he bent and pulled his pants up, or when he dragged his shirt down over his torso.
I could barely keep my eyes off him, or my hands. Even though I’d just had him, I already wanted more at the sight of his incredible body.
He was absolute physical perfection and at times it almost felt surreal that somebody like me had snagged somebody like him.
“Hey, wait,” I said and he stopped on his way out of my room.
“What is it, babe?” he asked.
“I like you,” I said. “I really like you.”
“I like you too,” he replied and crossed back to me, tilted my head up and kissed me while he ran his fingers through my damp hair. When he was done, he pulled back and in a husky voice he added, “I really, really, really like you.”
I watched him leave and my heart swelled with love for Whitt. He was really the perfect guy and deserved to hear it again and again, even if he hated the part of himself that was attracted to men.
Even if his father would cut him out of the family if he ever found out.
I loved him, and I loved him just the way he was.
And yet….I shivered because I had the strange sensation that I might not ever see him again.
“Was that douche bag bothering you?” Barrett asked as he strolled in, nodding over his shoulder.
He said it with humor though, not in the usual aggressive, possessive way when he was around Whitt or knew Whitt had been around me.
“Yeah, he bothered me really good in the shower,” I grinned. “I had this spot on my back that I couldn’t quite reach.”
“You need it taken care of now?” he winked. “I’ve got time for a shower.”
“I’m good,” I said. “And you don’t have time…you have a game to win tonight, remember?”
“Ahhh that’s right,” he laughed. “I knew there was something I was forgetting about.” “You can watch me get dressed,” I said and wiggled my hips as I teased my robe off my shoulders. “I mean, if you’re interested.”
He flopped into my big chair, draped one leg over an arm and said, “Okay, I’m here for the show.”
I dropped my robe and stood naked in front of him. “You get more of this if you win tonight,” I said and ran my hand down the front of me. I’d never been this confident in my life, but the three of them had given me such a boost of self worth that I felt almost high from their attention.
“I’ll win, babe,” he said, his green eyes sparking with desire. “If that’s what I get, I’ll fucking mow down every last one of the other team and win the game for you.”
“Good, that’s what I like to hear,” I laughed and slowly pulled on my clothes in front of him. I clipped on a sexy bra and slipped on matching panties, blue silk that matched our school’s blue.
Then I went with new pair of D & G jeans that hugged my ass so perfectly that they made the angels sing…according to Roland who had been there when I bought them.
I pulled on a simple white Guess sweater overtop just to combat the chilly weather, and I was done.
When I looked over at Barrett, I thought he was going to leap from his chair and fuck me hard on the bed right then and there.
The naked lust in his eyes caught my breath in my throat and made me quiver with excitement and anticipation later.
Dad was out of town on yet another business trip and he’d taken Kit with him this time, so the house was ours.
I was going to bring my three boys back to the house after the game and reward each of them for their win.
I was so certain they were going to win, and I wanted to celebrate with them in our own way.
But first, we had to get to the school.
“All right, let’s go,” I announced after running some product through my hair and doing some light makeup.
Barrett groaned and said, “Fuck, Steph…why don’t we just stay home tonight? I want to strip you out of those clothes and get you naked again.”
“I know, me too…but we have an entire school that is waiting for you. If I kept you home the entire student body at Westview would kick my ass.”
“Okay, let’s go win this game then. If that’s the only way to get you back here so I can bury my dick in you, then let’s do it!”
He jumped up and threw his arms around me, nuzzled my neck and didn’t stop until I was laughing and breathless.
We held hands down the stairs and through the house. It was thrilling to be so open with our affection in our own home where we usually had to hide it from everybody.
We drove to school in Barrett’s Audi, the same sleek, beautiful car he’d picked me up with at the airport that first day. The same sleek, beautiful boy who had confused me and upset me from the beginning.
And look where we were now. Still complicated, and my inability to choose one of them over the others wasn’t helping, but we were on solid ground.
We were happy together, and that was more than I’d ever wanted from a boyfriend.
I watched him stroll off to meet the team in the locker room before the game and I headed off through the school to find Sienna and the rest of the girls.
I walked through the breezeway onto the field, found the squad warming up and I took a look around at the stands.
They were packed. My stomach lurched as I realized there were more people there than I’d ever seen in the school’s stadium. I felt almost faint when it occurred to me that if we lost, we’d be losing in front of everybody we knew in Harrisburg. The pressure my guys must be feeling would be insanely intense.
But if we won…the celebrations would be epic as the school was launched into the state finals.
I ran onto the field and looked for Sienna, but she wasn’t there. Agnes and Marie were leading a routine to get them ready for the game, but Sienna was nowhere to be found.
“She hasn’t shown up yet,” Agnes said, scowling as she stopped to answer my question. “If you see her, tell that bitch she’d better get her ass out here because she’s majorly dropping the ball.”
“Yeah, if we lose because of her I’m going to be so pissed,” Marie barked from where she was in formation with the squad. “Come on Agnes, let Steph find Sienna, we have a routine to practice in case we’re the only ones who decided to show up.”
“Oh, she’ll be here,” I said. “I can’t imagine a single thing that would keep her away, especially for an event like this. She knows how serious it is.”
I walked off the field and looked down to text Sienna. “Where are you, biatch? They’re losing their minds without you on the field.”
I saw the message was read immediately and the telltale three dots popped up, letting me know she was replying.
It felt like forever for her to respond. “In locker room. Need you now. Major trouble.”
“I’ll be right there.”
I tried to imagine what it was, but knew she’d been having problems with the strap on her uniform, so I stopped by my locker to grab mine in case she needed a replacement.
As I was walking towards the girl’s locker room, our team poured out of the boy’s side and into the breezeway onto the field.
“Go get ‘em, guys!” I yelled and clapped my hands.
Barrett ran over to me and gave me a kiss on the mouth as he hooked his arm around my waist. He released me and said, “Thanks, babe. I’ll win it for you.”
Whitt caught my waist next, he kissed me too right in front of the team and said, “We’ve got this, babe.”
They kept running with the team, and Rome came up near the end, grabbed me quickly and gave me a deep kiss. “I can’t wait to see you after we win,” he said in my ear. “I’ve got plans for our celebration.”
I watched him run off too, admiring all of their tight asses tucked into their stretchy pants and the way the equipment made them seem like titans going off to war.

p; I smiled to myself and heard the crowd go crazy when the team reached the field. I was so proud of my guys and couldn’t wait to see them play, but I had to help Sienna first.
I pushed through the door of the girl’s locker room and it was all dark inside.
“Sienna?” I asked and heard my own voice echo back at me.
I heard somebody mumble something, but it sounded muffled.
“Are you in here?” I asked and my hand fumbled along the wall seeking the light switch. I found it and pushed it up, but nothing happened. I flicked it on and off a couple more times with no result.
I used the flashlight on my phone and scanned the room with the beam of light. I saw empty benches, lockers, and finally Sienna’s terror filled, tear streaked face.
It took me a moment to understand what I was seeing though.
“What are you doing in here?” I asked and took a step forward.
And then it clicked.
She had her hand pulled tightly behind her back and a strip of duct tape pressed over her mouth.
I gasped, turned to run for help and something hit me square in the face.
My phone dropped to the floor with a clatter, but the light beamed upwards, illuminated Becca’s crazed face.
“Hey, bitch,” she said with such venom I knew I wasn’t getting out of this unscathed. “We have some talking to do.”
Chapter 65
“Becca, hold on,” I said and my mind stumbled over itself looking for ways I could get through to her. “This is between you and me, let Sienna go.”
“Not a chance,” Becca said and moved out of the light beam. My forehead hurt and when I lifted my fingers to it, I felt a large, painful bump forming.
I bent down and reached for my phone, but Becca kicked it out of my grasp. I watched helplessly as it skidded across the floor to the other side of the lockers.
I felt in front of me until I found Sienna in the dim light. I sat next to her and whispered, “It’s okay, we’ll get out of this.”
“No, you won’t,” Becca’s voice came from right next to me. “You’re not going to get out of this alive, bitch.”
I felt her grab my hair and slam my face forward until I connected with the bench. I hit Sienna who rolled off and landed on the floor with an oomph.
“You ruined my fucking life,” Becca snarled in my ear and slammed my face down again. “Before your fucking trashy slutty ass showed up, everything was fine. Barrett was mine, Whitt was mine if I wanted and Rome was mine whenever I snapped my fucking fingers. You took everything from me…”
“I’m sorry,” I said with a desperate need to get her to listen. I twisted in her grasp, but she was relentless and I’d never had to fight anyone in my entire life. I tried to get away but had no idea how to even begin. “If you let me go, I promise I’ll go back to California. If you let Sienna go, we won’t tell anybody a single word!”
“Lies!” she spat. “Lies, lies, lies! You think I’m stupid? I know it was you who set me up with Taylor. Do you know how humiliating that was? My own father won’t even look at me in the eyes anymore. You ruined everything.”
“I’m so sorry, Becca. I can’t believe I let myself get like that. I’m so sorry,” I said and begged her, “Please let us go…please…”
“No,” she said with such a flat, terrible voice that I knew I was done. She wanted to kill me, to destroy me, to remove me from her life no matter what it took.
She grabbed my hands and jerked them together, there was just enough light from my phone that I could see the rage on her face had turned to grim determination. She pulled a roll of duct tape out and I fought her as hard as I could.
I wanted to be able to tell my guys that I’d fought for them. That I’d done everything I could to make it back to them, I was so certain I was about to die. So even if I didn’t make it, if I didn’t survive…I needed to leave evidence that I’d tried. To let them know that I’d fought back.
Becca was freakishly strong though. I hadn’t realized just how strong she was until that moment when she had me in her grasp.
Physically she didn’t have much weight on me, but she was tough and got me in a grip that essentially trapped me. She was skilled at fighting and I wasn’t, as simple as that. Although that didn’t explain it all, I wondered if the craziness had given her an extra boost of adrenaline.
“Becca, please,” I gasped as pain shot through my shoulders and tears streamed down my face, matching Sienna’s. On the floor, Sienna flopped around and moaned, trying to get free.
Becca wrapped duct tape around and around my wrists until I couldn’t move, my shoulders felt as if they were popping out of the sockets, she had my arms jerked back so hard, and the tape cut into my wrists, leaving them slowly going numb.
“You don’t get to go free,” Becca said and in the dim light I saw her pull something out of her pocket. She held it up to her nose and sniffed, then repeated on the other side. “I’m being sent away to rehab, and it’s your fault. They’re locking me up, skank, you’re going to regret turning me in.”
“You need help,” I said, my voice calmer but tears still flowing freely as the gravity of the situation struck home. “Go to rehab, get the help you need, come back and let’s work this out.”
“Fuck you,” she said and tore off one more strip of duct tape, holding the end in her teeth to rip it. “No more talking, trash slut.”
She pressed the duct tape to my mouth, and I was silenced.
I tried to talk, but it all just came out in a muffled jumble of consonants tumbling together.
Becca didn’t say anything else, she walked around us and avoided all eye contact as she opened her locker and reached inside.
She pulled out a small jerry can, the red plastic kind used for fuel, and began to pour liquid all around us. I smelled gasoline and I began to struggle and scream against my bonds. I fell off the bench and rolled towards Sienna, her eyes were rolling with fear, I could see the whites of them.
“Sorry, bitches, I’m outta here,” Becca mumbled at last and I heard the worst sound I’d ever heard up to that point in my life.
A lighter being struck.
It didn’t work the first couple tries, and I felt fear recede out of my body. If she couldn’t light it, we’d be okay.
But the third try I heard it catch and saw the flickering flame in the darkness.
I screamed and screamed until my eyes flooded with tears and my throat was burning, but nothing I did could prevent the flaming lighter from falling to the gasoline-soaked floor.
And it exploded almost instantaneously upon impact.
Becca ran, the door to the locker room opened and shone a block of bright light in on us, illuminating Becca’s insanity for a brief moment.
And then it closed, and she was gone.
Fire slipped along the trails of gasoline Becca had poured and flames began to dance all around us in a horrifying, savage display of promised pain if it made it to us.
And I realized this was it, if we didn’t get ourselves free, we were dead.
And not just dead, but we would die in the most terrifying, painful way possible. Burned to death while my three guys played football just a few hundred feet away.
I rolled closer to Sienna and shook her gently. She was sobbing and seemed incoherent in her fear. I rolled halfway again and got my back against hers to the point that my fingers could wiggle against hers.
I brushed against hers and she jumped, but to her benefit, she quickly caught on to what I was doing. I worked on the duct tape around her wrists, and as I’d suspected, it was loosened from being on her longer than mine.
I found the ragged end and worked it quickly with my nimble fingers. I managed to get it loose and pulled harder, slowly, agonizingly dragging it off Sienna’s wrists.
It took longer than I wanted. The room was already filling with smoke and I could feel the heat of the flames dancing all around us.
It had crept up one nearby cardboard display on nutriti
on they had used during one class on healthy living and was reaching the ceiling tiles by the time I finally pulled the last of the tape off Sienna’s wrist’s.
She wiggled hard, twisted and sat upright. She tore the tape off her mouth and said, “Oh my god! I’m sorry! She caught me in here and took my phone so she could get you down here…”
I moaned against the tape on my mouth and she said, “Oh yeah!”
She reached down and yanked it off as she said, “Sorry, this is gonna hurt!”
And it did, it pulled skin off with it but I didn’t care. I could breathe again.
“It’s okay, I know you didn’t have anything to do with this. She’s nuts!” I blurted out. “Help me get my hands free and we can get out of here and pull the fire alarm.”
“Why didn’t it go off in here?” she asked and looked up.
“Maybe she disabled it when she cut the lights,” I said and Sienna leaned down to unwrap my wrists.
That hurt too, and by the time I was free I had a fresh crop of tears flowing down my cheeks.
We jumped up and ran to the door, leaping over flames to get to it. I grabbed the handle and it burned, but I gave it a hard yank…and found it wouldn’t budge.
“She locked us in here,” I said and began to sob as the flames danced around, waiting to burn us alive.
Chapter 66
“Let me try,” Sienna said and pulled, then pushed, then pulled again. “Oh my god, you’re right. We’re going to die!”
“Where’s my phone? We can call for help,” I said and began to search.
The two of us looked, ironically the fire illuminated the dark corners of the locker room so we could see everything.
“We’re going to die,” Sienna kept muttering over and over again as we scanned the floor. “We’re going to die.”
“There!” I said and pointed to my phone. It had landed with the screen down but I could see the fire dancing on the back of the pink sparkle case. It was in the midst of a particular hot burning section though, and I didn’t know how we could recover it.
Sienna seemed too stunned to do much, she watched in mute terror as I grabbed a field hockey stick from a rack near the lockers and jumped over flames to get closer to my phone.
