Ryan walked up to his wife and hugged his arms around her.
“I’m glad we found a place to escape the crowds,” Heather teased as she hugged him back.
“I’m glad I found you,” he said.
She smiled. There was so much to be glad of in her life. She was grateful for her family and friends, and a pleasant day on the water. However, she did have to admit that she was also glad that spring break didn’t last forever.
