Bohdi: King's Descendants MC #6

She groans and then her eyes flutter open.

  Fuck.

“Sorry, babe, I didn’t mean to wake you.”

“It’s okay,” she whispers, shifting and sitting up, “I wasn’t sleeping anyway.”

She glances over to where Lennon is sleeping, and her eyes grow sad. “Is she okay?”

“She’s sleepin’, which is better than nothing. Come on, you should go to bed and get some proper rest. I’ll stay out here and keep an eye on her.”

“Can you come with me?” she whispers. “I don’t want to be alone, Bohdi.”

I nod and help her up. We walk to her room and she climbs into bed. I tell her I’m going to double-check everything is locked, and then I’ll be back. I do just that and then check on both the boys. They’re sound asleep and Lennon is still on the sofa. I go back to join Merleigh.

I undress and climb into bed beside her, pulling her soft body towards mine. She whimpers and rolls towards me, pressing her face into my chest. “Will you make love to me, Bohdi?”

“Tonight?” I ask, pulling back to stare at her.

“Yes. Please. I need to feel you.”

I lean forward and kiss her. She has the softest, fullest fucking lips I’ve ever experienced in my life. Warm and plump. My dick twitches, especially when the kiss deepens and my hand roams up her nightie finding her supple naked skin beneath. I slide my hands over her breasts, gently flicking her nipple, before moving down and finding her already wet pussy.

She whimpers when my fingers glide through, finding her clit. I gently stroke, while kissing her in a way I’ve never kissed a woman in my life. It’s with love and intensity, the kind of kiss that could nearly bring a man to his knees. Merleigh deepens it as her body begins to tremble. She takes my hair in her hands and tugs as a moan escapes her lips and my fingers become coated in her arousal. My dick is aching, but I keep it together until her trembles become shakes and her moans become whimpers of utter pleasure as an orgasm takes her body.

Only when I’m certain she has enjoyed every fucking second of it, do I remove my hands and slide my body on top of hers. My cock pushes against her entrance, more than ready to go, but I take it slow. I find her mouth again, her neck, her shoulders. I kiss her flesh until she is thrusting towards me, begging me to fuck her. Only then, do I sink inside of her.

She’s warm, tight, and fucking perfect.

I growl with pleasure as I start slow, moving in and out of her, relishing in her cries of passion. Her fingernails dig into my back, her legs tighten around my hips, and it takes everything for me not to cum. I keep going slow, even though it’s pure fucking torture. I want her to know just how much she means to me. I want her to know that I’ll forever make love to her if it means she understands her worth in my life.

Her cries as she finds another orgasm is music to my ears.

I follow along right behind her, growling as I release into her beautiful body.

When we’re done, I lean down pressing my forehead against hers.

“I’m going to be okay, right?” she whispers.

“Baby, I’ll never let you be anythin’ but.”

She wraps her arms around me.

  And finally, I’m home.

  NOW – MERLEIGH

I stare at the note and bundle of money, so much of it that I don’t know what to do except stare with horror. The note is from Lennon, who was meant to come by this morning and see me. It has been three days since the incident, and nobody is any wiser. The café ran as usual, my boss telling me I’m a clean freak because I used so many chemicals, but the place has never looked better.

  That’s the only backlash.

Lennon quit, without explaining, and I promised my boss I’d talk to her. I told her she has been going through a hard time and just needs support. So, I invited Lennon over but instead woke up this morning to a letter on my front porch and an envelope full of cash. Hundreds bundled into big piles, there has to be thousands and thousands of dollars here. So much money. Money I’ve never seen in my short existence.

I read the note again, with tears blurring my vision.

  Merleigh,

Firstly, I want to explain why I couldn’t come and say this to your face. It’s because I didn’t want to see how much it would hurt you. You’ve done so much for me, I couldn’t bare to bring you any more pain.

  I have to leave.

Mostly, because I can’t be here anymore, but also because this is the first time in my life I’ve been able to go somewhere and not be afraid. I owe that to you. You saved my life, Merleigh. I don’t think you’ll ever fully understand what you’ve done for me.

I have lived under his shadow for so long. Most of my life. I was just a teen when we got together. The things he has done to me, no person should endure. I’ve been running and hiding and I’ve forgotten what it’s like to live. You gave me that back.

Don’t you ever feel like you should have made another choice.

The choice you made was exactly the right one.

You’re probably wondering why there is money involved.

I have a lot of it.

I’ve had it for so long, sitting in a safe. I’ve never known what I wanted to use it for, after all, I couldn’t go anywhere. Then, I saw you. I know you’ve lived some kind of hell. I don’t know what, but I can see it in your eyes. I see it because the same kind of broken looks back at me every day in the mirror.

You deserve freedom, the kind of freedom you’ve given me.

I don’t need all this money, hell, I don’t even want it.

Do something great with it. Make yourself shine. And every time you do, think of me.

  You deserve it.

Promise me you’ll not let what happened drown you, Merleigh. Promise me, that no matter what, you’ll always hold your head high because what you did... saved my life.

  You set me free.

  Thank you.

  Forever,

  Lennon x

I press the letter to my chest and cry again. Bohdi walks outside, shirtless, hair a mess from sleep. He takes one look at me and his eyes narrow. He walks over and carefully takes the note from my hands and reads it. His eyes widen and he glances at the large envelope full of cash on the table beside me.

  “Lennon left this?”

“Yeah,” I say, my voice shaky. “I understand why, but...why would she leave that kind of money?”

Bohdi shrugs, still looking a little shocked. “Sometimes, when you’ve been trapped for so long, you feel like nothin’ in the world could free you, even having that kind of cash. She has a chance to start again and she wants to do it her way.”

“But I don’t want her money,” I say, a little frustrated. “I don’t want it. I don’t even know where it came from.”

Bohdi steps forward, placing his hands on my shoulders. “She gave you something that she felt means somethin’. It might not be how you’d do it, but it’s how she has done it. She is grateful, Merleigh. You gave her freedom and that was all she had to give you in return. Accept it. Because to her, it meant the world.”

  Goddammit.

  He’s right.

Maybe it’s not how I’d do something, but to Lennon, it was all she could offer me and that offer was given with love, appreciation, and respect.

It wouldn’t be right for me to throw it aside.

  She’s gone, I can’t give it back.

  I can’t even say goodbye.

“I hope she’s going to be okay,” I say softly.

“She’s strong, she has been through so fuckin’ much. This is her chance to be free of that. You, out of everyone, should know how good that feels. You gave her freedom back. Might not have been in the way anyone would have wanted, but you did it. It’ll take time, baby, but eventually you’ll feel good about it.”

“I don’t know if I can ever feel good about it,” I say. “But I am glad she has what she deserves.”

Bohdi steps forward and pulls me into hi
s arms. “It’s going to be okay. You got me. You got the boys. You got every single thing you need. We’ll never let you fall.”

I wrap my arms around him. “I do have everything I need. Finally.”

  Maybe Lennon is free now.

  But so am I.

  We’re both free.

And it feels pretty damned good.

  SIX MONTHS LATER

  MERLEIGH

“I can’t believe you’re leaving us,” I say to Samson, giving him another hug. “It won’t be the same without you here, or you.”

I smile at Lilian, and she returns the smile. She’s radiant and doing so well. Samson has pulled her broken pieces back together and been a great father to her. The kind of father that will change her entire world. Now, he’s leaving the club. After long talks with Alarick, he agreed to let him go.

Samson is leaving the King’s Descendants and going on the road with his daughter to travel the world.

  He deserves it.

  So does she.

  We’ll miss him.

“It won’t be the same without all of you, but you’ll see me again. Promise you that,” Samson tells me, squeezing my shoulder with a smile.

“You ready, brother?” Alarick asks, walking towards us.

  Samson nods. “I’m ready.”

We all gather around the fire at the cookout we’re having at the club, and I take Bohdi’s hand. I look around to where the boys are running around playing, and I smile. They’re happy and settling in well. I’m happy and everyone is just...at peace.

  Finally.

It took me a while to get over what happened with Lennon, but finally, I decided to use her money to get us a bigger place. I put down the deposit and Bohdi purchased the rest. We got a four-bedroom cottage, right on the beach this time. I can walk out every morning into the sand. We hear the waves every time we go to sleep at night.

  It’s perfect.

I have even managed to learn to stand on the surfboard...in the water.

The boys are far better than me, of course, but that’s to be expected. They are natural-born surfers, I’m far too clumsy. Still, I enjoy every second of it. It brings me the same kind of peace and freedom it brings Bohdi, and that is a great feeling.

Briella steps up next to me, hand on her swelling bump. She found out she was pregnant five months ago, and my god, we are so happy for her. She found out they’re having a little girl and she is overjoyed. After losing so much of her family, this brings life back into her world. She is going to make a great mother. I am so excited for her.

Cova went off on her own, but after about three months, she came back and checked in with Briella. Slowly, the two of them are forming a relationship. Cova needed time and being on her own gave her that. I’m happy that they’re finally mending bridges, they deserve that. Both of them.

The rest of the gang are doing well, they’re happy and going strong. Aviana and Cohen moved out to the beach, too. Aviana said she loved it so much out there, that she just wanted to live that life. I’m happy because I have someone to walk with every day. She even got a job at the same café as me and she’s becoming a great friend.

Waverly and Mykel are expecting a baby, too, but she’s only very early in her pregnancy so nobody knows yet. She told me because I’m her best friend. I’m so excited for her and keeping everything crossed it goes well. Two babies in the club will be utterly incredible.

Zariah and Kendric are off on a worldwide holiday. They will be gone for months, but they check in often and sound like they’re having an incredible time. When Zariah gets back, she has been offered a job as a police officer at a new station that’s opened up. It sounds like a great place, and they wanted her, so she decided to go back in.

  I’m super happy for her.

  Everyone is just perfect.

But now, we have to say goodbye to Samson.

He’s one of our own, but after what happened he has never felt the same with the club. He betrayed them and that was weighing heavily on his mind. He broke that trust, and it takes a while to get back, so this was the best road for him to go down. Usually, clubs wouldn’t agree to something like this, but Alarick was far more understanding and decided it was the right choice, too.

  So, we’re letting him go.

“Samson,” Alarick says when we all gather around. “You’ve been my brother in this club for a long time, more than that, you’ve been my friend. Things haven’t always been good, and some bad things went down between us, but you proved your loyalty and because of that, I’m releasing you from your vow to always stand with us. Your daughter needs you. Want to thank you for your service, you’ll always be our brother.”

  Samson nods, his jaw tight.

“We’re releasing you from the King’s Descendants Motorcycle Club, effective immediately. You will no longer be involved in our business, but you’ll always be involved in our lives,” Mykel goes on. “Goin’ to miss you, brother. More than you could ever know.”

Cohen steps forward and Samson shrugs off his jacket, holding it in his arms for a moment and staring at it, before handing it over to Cohen. Just like that, Samson is no longer a member.

  Just like that, he’s free.

We all hug him and the members shake his hand and wish him all the best.

I put my arm around Lilian, and she steps in closer.

“Best of luck to you and your daughter,” Alarick nods to him when he finally makes it back. “We’ll always have our doors open to you, brother.”

Samson hugs him again and then steps back with a nod.

He turns to Lilian. “You ready, baby girl?”

  She nods. “I’m ready.”

She walks over, he throws an arm around her shoulder, and the two of them leave. Samson puts his hand in the air, giving us a final wave, before disappearing into the night.

I look to Briella, who has tears running down her cheeks. I step over and hug her.

“It’s the hormones, I swear,” she whispers.

I laugh. “I’m sure it is.”

Alarick watches the darkness for a while, and then he turns back to the ground. “Bohdi, come here, brother.”

Bohdi looks confused, but stands and walks over to Alarick, who reaches his hand out. Bohdi shakes it, still looking a little lost as to what’s happening. Alarick asks for his leather jacket and Bohdi shrugs it off, handing it over. Alarick presents him with a patch, and Bohdi’s eyes widen.

“You’ve proven your worth, your loyalty, and your friendship. I’m officially patchin’ you in, welcome to the brotherhood. You are goin’ to take over Samson’s position in the club. You’re one of us and you’ll forever remain one of us.”

Bohdi gives Alarick a look of such gratitude, it makes my heart ache. The two of them shake hands again and then give each other a big old manly hug. Bohdi pulls back, holds his jacket up, and everyone cheers. I smile, huge, because I’m so damned proud of him.

“I’d also like to welcome our newest prospect, Carson,” Alarick says, and out of the darkness walks Carson, a huge grin on his face.

  What?

I laugh, shocked. I had no idea Carson was thinking of joining the club. What great news.

“I’m lookin’ forward to being your little bitch,” Carson says, shaking Alarick’s hand.

Alarick laughs. “I’m lookin’ forward to makin’ you my little bitch.”

  Carson grins.

Bohdi steps in beside me, putting his arm around me.

“I didn’t know Carson was joining,” I say softly.

  “Surprise,” Bohdi chuckles.

“This is so great. We’re all together.”

  “Fuckin’ yeah we are.”

I lean in closer, unable to wipe the grin from my face. We’re all finally happy, free of drama and pain, but mostly we’re together.

A family, a brotherhood, a place to call home.

I never thought I’d find such love in my life, but here I am, with everything I could ever ask for.

Biker Schmiker is coming to you Feb 2021 and because I love you all, here is a little peek....

  BIKER SCHMIKER – FEBURARY 2021

I stare up at the sun blaring down into my eyes.

I’m lying on the sidewalk after attempting to jog, tripping over the curb, and falling flat on my back. In the main street. In front of everyone. So far, nobody has offered to help me up.

  People really are rude.

I could get up, I should get up, but the shame that’ll befall me when I do is going to be something I’m not quite ready for yet.

I turn my head to the side with a groan and see an older lady, and my full-time enemy, walking past with her fluffy little dog. She walks past every single day, and every single day, she gives me the same look. Horror. Disgust. I’m not entirely sure what I’ve ever done to her, but she really doesn’t like me.

  She has never liked me.

  Not even for a second.

  Old cow.

“What are you looking at, Karen!” I call. “Move along.”
