The Werewolf's Ball: The Resplendent Alpha

Admit it, you want to fuck her and fuck her hard, the wolf whispered. His wolf wasn’t so much crude as to the point. He was animal lust and he was rarely let out to play. His cock twitched again and he thought perhaps the werewolf was doing this to him on purpose. Screwing with him. He looked at Nat’s eyes again, yes, definitely dark green now. He could detect a delicate scent now, with her cycle waning, there was a kind of floral scent and musk. Twitch. Damnit. Stop doing that, he told his wolf. He needed to be distracted so he listened to Cristian. The man was as close to an airhead as he’d ever known, but he was good with makeup and styling.

“Jeff said we should go and he took me over to the gallery on Harper Street. You know, kind of like a classy date. But low and behold, the art work there is erotica. Well, it has an erotica section,” Cristian said. Sebastian rolled his eyes under his closed lids. He heard Nat grunt and his eyes shifted to her. She suddenly appeared nervous.

“Oh, some nasty paintings?” Tonya said and chuckled.

“Sure, there were lots and imagine my surprise when I see this beautiful painting and I mean stunning. It was done in deep blues and lavenders. I’m not joking. It was beautiful and I’m not really sure why it would be in the erotica section. Anyway, guess what it was?” Cristian said in a sing song voice. Nat shifted behind Sebastian and he looked in the mirror. Her face was nearly glowing crimson. Why?

“Oh, I don’t know, a big dick?” Tonya said.

“Nope. Not even close. It was of a woman, kind of in shadows and her face is turned away. She is naked and has a nice bod. Anyway, she has her arms around a giant wolf and the wolf is done in the blues while she is painted in the lavenders. At first glance, she looks like she’d humping the wolf, but when you really look at it, she’s holding him. His head is laying on her shoulder as though she’s comforting him. And the wolf’s eyes are the most beautiful and saddest eyes I’ve ever seen.”

“Huh. I guess I’ll have to go take a look,” Tonya said. Sebastian heard a noise and opened his eyes and looked at Nat. His heart was thumping heavy in his chest but he wasn’t sure why. Did she know about his wolf? Did the word wolf trigger her?

“Well, the biggest surprise was the name signed at the bottom. Guess whoooo,” Cristian said and grinned, pointing at Natalya.

“Nat? You got a painting in a gallery?” Tonya asked excitedly.

“Uh. Well… um. Yes. It was the only gallery that would show my work, but it wasn’t supposed to go into the erotic section.”

“Who cares! Oh, I’m so proud of you girl. You got your work on display,” Tonya said and Sebastian felt both his cock and his heart compete for blood. Was that a self-portrait? Why did she paint a wolf? His eyes met hers and they were a deep dark unfathomable green. Did she know? Did she suspect? Or was it just coincidence. He had to see that painting. It was all he could do to sit in her chair and keep his face passive. The blood was whooshing in his ears.

How many times over this past week had he found himself becoming hard over her? At night when he was alone, his hand had strayed to his cock. He had imagined her soft mouth on his cock. Twitch. Heat was now building in him. He didn’t need to be thinking about that.

“Thanks. I’ll have to go by and ask them to put the painting elsewhere. It really isn’t erotica.” Her voice was small and trembled.

“Where did you get the idea to paint it?” Cristian asked, going back to work on his model. Sebastian was shifting around like his seat was on fire. He needed to get out of this chair and leave.

“In a dream. Most of my paintings come from dreams. I dreamed about a sad wolf. That’s all.” Her face was fairly glowing now.

“So, I take it from your bright red face that the woman hugging the wolf, is you?” Cristian snickered. Sebastian wanted to punch the man in the face for making Nat uncomfortable. Clearly, she was embarrassed. She didn’t answer and caught his eye. He tried to smile reassuringly but failed. He closed his eyes and went back to neutral territory. He let their chatter wash over him and he thought about the painting. He was heading to that gallery right after the shoot.

Had Natalya picked up on his wolf on some kind of unconscious level? She said she’d dreamed it. Was her subconscious brain sensing his wolf? She painted a wolf, not a werewolf, a voice whispered. Semantics. I want to fuck her now and I want to fuck her hard, the wolf nearly screamed and Sebastian jerked from the force of it. His eyes few open and he looked at Nat. Had she heard his thoughts? But she was looking at him with concern and confusion.

  “Leg cramp,” he lied.

It was late afternoon when Sebastian arrived at the gallery. He walked in and a little bell announced his entrance. An older gentleman dressed in a tweed suit nodded at him and went back to some kind of paperwork. Sebastian walked around the gallery, there were paintings of all kinds, landscapes, portraits, abstracts, watercolors and all other kinds of mediums. There were also sculpture that were placed here and there.

He moved farther back into the gallery until he hit the erotica section and the heat move over his body. Erotica was right. Hell, this was some serious stuff. Some paintings were of couples, others were orgies, while other paintings were suggestive. Large penises or pussies. Some were subtle while other paintings left him almost nauseated. Then he saw it and his heart slammed into his throat, choking him. The painting was nearly three feet tall by three feet wide. It was exquisite. It truly was. He swallowed hard and walked closer.

If the woman in the painting was Nat, she had the most perfect body he’d ever seen. The different shades of lavender highlighted her peaks and valleys. She had a high round rump and an impossibly small waist. Most of her breasts were hidden in the wolf’s fur. She was kneeling in front of the massive blue wolf. Her arms barely fit around the animal. No, she didn’t look like she was humping it. Her body was stretched forward, holding the animal to her breasts and her hair was over her shoulder. Deep lavender. Her face was turned away and the wolf’s head was on her shoulder. Nat had caught the absolute sorrow in the animal’s eyes. It was as though the wolf had lost his mate. Sebastian’s hand came up to his mouth and he had to hold back the emotions that the painting evoked. Deep within, he heard his werewolf whine. It was a mournful sound.

Natalya had managed to capture something so ethereal in the animal. Even the silly Cristian had picked it up. The brush strokes were subtle, picking up the thick pelt of the animal.

Oh, I like this, the werewolf said in his mind. Sebastian liked it too. He turned and looked at the old man in the tweed suit. He pulled out his wallet and walked to the man with determination and purpose.

Nat stood outside her apartment. She let the cool summer breeze play over her heated skin. Someone had bought her painting. She’d gone to the gallery to request they move the painting from the erotica section, since it wasn’t erotica. The woman there had gone back and looked but she had returned with a perplexed expression. Nat made her way to the erotica section and tried not to look at the most graphic paintings. Her painting was nowhere to be found.

“Maybe it was moved, can we look?” she’d asked.

“Before we do, let me check today’s sales. I’m sure if it was sold, the information will be there.” The woman had gone to the counter and opened up a drawer and pulled out an ornate wooden box. She lifted the lid and pulled out papers. Looking up, she smiled.

“Someone bought your painting. The receipt says it was paid for in cash. There’s no name listed. I’m sorry, I don’t know who bought your paining.”

“Can you find out?” Nat asked, chewing on her bottom lip.

“I’ll speak with my manager in the morning. We have your number and I’ll give you a call. I’ll have to warn you, however. Erotic paintings are usually bought anonymously. The cash indicates that this is so and that no name give would indicate an anonymous sale as well.”

Nat wanted to scream that it wasn’t an erotic painting. She turned and left the gallery. There was a part of her that grieved. She loved t
hat painting and hadn’t really believed anyone would buy it. Now it was gone and she felt nearly desolate. Why? Couldn’t she just paint another? But it had been painted with love and passion. The dream had been so vivid when she’d woken, she’d gone to her easel and began to paint. It had been the middle of the night and she’d painted until nearly dawn. Then she’d gone back to bed and slept. When she’d gotten up later that morning, she’d been surprised at the incredible depth of feeling she’d managed to evoke with paint on the canvas.

Over the course of several days, she’d gone in and added and touched up, but she’d essentially painted it during those first critical hours. Even now, she couldn’t recall the dream, it had only translated itself onto the canvas. Nat was sure that if she’d have waited to paint the picture at a decent hour, it would not have been the same. Trying to recapture that feeling while she’d painted it was long gone. It would only be a sad replica if she attempted to repaint it.

She looked out into the sky, there was a gibbous moon out. Clouds scuttled past it, teasing and trying to obscure the moonlight. Heat rose in her chest when she thought about Sebastian hearing about her painting. She really hadn’t wanted him to know about it. First, because the gallery had placed it in the wrong section. She didn’t want Sebastian thinking she was some kind of freak. Second, she just didn’t want him knowing anything about her. Why would she? He was nearly oblivious about her existence. Don’t pout, it isn’t becoming, her brain admonished. No, it wasn’t Sebastian’s problem it was hers. She just didn’t want to open herself up to him anymore. It was a dead end and there was no future in that direction.

She dug her phone out and turned it on. There was a ding and she looked at the app. She had a new inquiry. She swiped and whistled low. The photograph was of a torso, a very nice torso. The screen name was Animal Lover.

  Okay…

So, did he like animals or did he LIKE animals? She snorted and giggled. She tapped.

Saw your pic. Want to get to know you before we meet. If okay, send a hit back my way.

Huh. He wants to take it slow. There was no way for him to hunt her down or locate her. What was the harm. But she had to know. She typed back. Nice abs. Who’d you steal those from? She was about to turn her phone off when it chimed. Shit, he’d just texted back.

Good gene pool. They’re mine. Like your screen name. Her screen name was Painted Dancer. She smiled.

So, what kind of animals do you like? She typed.

Mostly horses, big dogs, not those yappy kinds, and cats. Don’t worry, no sheep. How about you? Dogs, cats? Sheep?

She laughed and shook her head. Goof. So, he did know how his screen name sounded. She liked that he had a sense of humor. It came through clearly.

I like dogs, cats are okay and I’ve never been around horses. I think they’re beautiful, but never thought much about it, she wrote.

Good to know, guess I won’t ride in on a white horse or anything. You are a dancer? Ballet? Hip Hop? he wrote.

Belly dancing. Mostly for exercise. Do okay. Her fingers moved quickly.

  Oh ho! Now I’m intrigued.

They spent twenty minutes flirting and said their goodbyes. Neither mentioned a meeting and Nat felt just a tiny twinge. He’d said he wanted to take it slow. He was right. She had been surprised that she’d liked him and he wasn’t even real. What did that say about her?

“Ground yourself in reality, woman. Don’t get emotionally involved until you meet this guy.” She went back into her apartment and locked the door. She’d not seen the man across the street watching her.

  ↔

Sebastian watched as Nat shut the door. He was well hidden in the shadows. This had been the first time he’d seen her without the lab coat and he was sure that it was her in the painting. He had always known that she was small but seeing her, she was tiny. He thought that he could easily encircle her waist with his hands.

I want to fuck her now. I want her now, the wolf nearly shouted in his brain. His body reacted or rather the wolf reacted and his cock began to grow and harden. He cursed softly and turned to go home. Was he turning into some kind of perv? What was with his wolf. It was like something broke loose with his animal and he couldn’t get his wolf under control. Fifteen minutes later he slammed the door to his apartment. He’d not had sex in nearly two weeks and his body was screaming for release. Yet, the thought of going out and having sex with some stranger didn’t seem appealing anymore. Natalya’s soft pink mouth suddenly filled his brain and he grew hard again. He hissed softly and went to the bathroom. It was time to take matters into his own hands.

Reaching in, he turned the shower on and steam began to fill the bathroom. Thoughts of Nat, her painted wolf, and her full mouth filled his mind. He stripped down and caught his reflection in the mirror. His body was hard, the muscles on his abdomen were cut and deep. He hadn’t shaved his chest in weeks and it was growing back thick and black. His nipples were hard, like two small nubs on his pecks. His manhood stood hard, like aged mahogany and he touched himself. He heard the wolf growl in pleasure or was that himself? Or both? When it came to fucking, sometimes the lines were blurred. He watched his reflection as his strong hand moved up and down his cock. He turned and looked at the painting that was leaning against the end of his bed. His eyes curved over Nat’s naked form. He moved backwards and into the walk-in shower. He stroked himself gently at first, his eyes burning into the painting.

He closed his eyes and thought about himself as the wolf in the painting. His heart rate tripled in beat. His hand moved faster on his shaft as he imagined himself rubbing on Natalya, his snout niffing her pussy. He imagined her on her back now, with her legs spread wide open. His animal licked her and he licked her, the two merging. He was neither wolf nor man and he tasted her, she was sweet, salty and wet. His head fell back and his mouth opened in a silent cry of joy. His hand moved faster on his cock. He saw her now, facing away from him on her knees. Was he the wolf? Werewolf or man? He grasped her hips, her rump round and it jiggled in that fascinating way and the animal inside howled as he rammed his hard thick cock inside her. Plunging deep. He heard her whimpering, but it was for more, she wanted more of him and he looked down at his hands that gripped her around her waist. The claws were long and curved. Deadly and he thrust harder into her and his hands changed to human hands. He grasped harder, digging his fingers into her soft flesh tender flesh. Her rump rippled with each hit as his cock went deeper.

He could hear the slapping of flesh and could smell her. He remembered the scent of her but had never paid attention. Her scent filled him now and he screamed his release as his seed jetted into the hot water. The muscles in his neck stood out and he could feel his wolf taking up the same space and he knew if he looked down, he’d be holding his werewolf’s cock. It was longer and thicker than his own, but it looked human. He groaned as the orgasm didn’t seem to stop. He heard the satisfied growl and then the howl. He felt his body grow and the werewolf took over. He realized he’d grown to his seven-foot height and filled the shower. The hot water washed over his thick fur and he glanced out into the bedroom, to look at the painting. That is me she painted. Those are my sad eyes, because I love her and I want her as my mate. I am a sad wolf, the werewolf screamed inside Sebastian’s head

The werewolf got out of the shower. He was going over there and he was going to fuck her. He was going to fuck her hard and long. He was going to lick her pussy until she screamed and she was going to be his, his mate. Shit. I’ve got to get control, Sebastian thought. This was deadly. He couldn’t let his wolf out; he couldn’t let him near Natalya. She’d lose her mind and she’d be traumatized for life. It took every ounce of control to subdue his animal. Why was his animal so powerful? How had this gotten out of control? His animal’s psyche was his own. Was he ignoring his own wants and desires? Had he been drawn to Nat on a subconscious level before he knew about her desires? Had his wolf picked up on those subtle clues long before him?

  When he had the
wolf pushed back down, he went and turned off the shower. He grabbed a towel and then his phone and sat on the end of the bed. He glanced at the painting. His wolf was correct, those were his eyes. That was him in the painting and Sebastian shivered. He called his grand-pere. He heard the old man’s voice and smiled; his lips trembled. His body shook with strong emotions that he didn’t understand.

“I’m sorry to wake you grandfather.”

“Oh, I was not asleep. The old don’t sleep much, too close to being dead.” His grandfather’s laugh sounded liked dry rustling leaves and Sebastian smiled once more.

“I need to talk to you about my wolf. It seems he is becoming unruly and he’s trying to break free.”

“Oh? That is curious. Does it involve a female?”

  “Yes, how’d you know?”

“Our wolves are our spiritual and lustful sides of us. When we experience great emotions, it is our wolves that drive us and our desires. Without them, we’d be husks. We’d be human. Have you found a mate?”

“No, grandfather. But my wolf likes a woman. Now, she has come to my attention.”

“How long have you known this woman? A few weeks or months?”

“No, a little over three years,” Sebastian said and hung his head. His hand went through his long-wet hair. There was silence on the other end and he was about to say something when his grandfather answered. Had the revelation of time shocked his grandfather?

“So, you’ve actually known her for three years and so has your wolf. But you only really started paying attention to her recently?”
