  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Fry lamb meat with olive oil on the frying pan for 5 minutes.

  Fry speck and mushrooms for 5 minutes on the frying pan.

  Cook shallot on the frying pan for 4 minutes.

  Mix garlic, flour, stock, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, salt and pepper.

  Cover beef with fried mushrooms, shallots and speck with the sauce mix.

  Bake meat in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes.

  Boil and mash potatoes.

  Mix egg with milk and add to the potatoes.

  Add a little bit flour to the potatoes.

  Cover potatoes with mozzarella and mix with roasted beef. Cook for 15 minutes in the Air Fryer.
