  2 cups chickpeas

  Olive oil

  6 cups water

  2 cups white onion

  8 garlic cloves

  1 tablespoon ground cumin

  ¼ cup lemon juice

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Cover chickpeas with water and leave for 30 minutes.

  Drain chickpeas.

  Blend chopped onion, cilantro, cayenne pepper, cumin, pepper, salt, garlic, garlic cloves, lemon juice and chickpeas.

  Form cakes of chickpeas and add Italian parsley.

  Cover cakes with olive oil and place in the Air Fryer.

  Cook chickpeas cakes for 15 minutes in the Air Fryer.

  Serve with garlic sauce.

  Halve other half of potatoes and remove filling.

  Place mushroom mix in the potato halves.

  Add hot pepper, tomatoes, white wine, olive oil and soy milk to the potatoes.

  Cover potatoes with panko.

  Place potatoes in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.

  Mix olive oil, ketchup, mustard, salt and lemon juice with aquafaba.

  Place sauce on the potatoes.

  Bake potatoes for 5 more minutes.
