  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Boil potatoes with parsnip in the salted water.

  Mix mustard, crème, sage and salt with pepper. Mash potatoes with parsnip in mustard mix.

  Mix panko with cheese and nuts.

  Mix potatoes with the cheese mix.

  Place potatoes in the Air Fryer and bake for 25 minutes.

  Serve with the cheese.

  Place 2 lasagna noodles on the table. Cover with pumpkin mix.

  Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.

  Cover lasagna noodles with ricotta, mozzarella and olive oil.

  Place lasagna in the Air Fryer and bake for 25 minutes.

  Serve with fresh herbs!

  Prepare vegetable stock with chopped onion and garlic.

  Boil rice in the stock.

  Slice tomatoes, courgettes and cover with olive oil.

  Place courgettes and tomatoes in the Air Fryer and bake for 7 minutes.

  Mix passata, coriander seeds and mascarpone.

  Place rice mix on the frying pan. Add mascarpone mix.

  Fry rice for 5 minutes.

  Add tomatoes with cougettes to the rice and cover with Parmesan.

  Sea salt to taste

  17.6oz pumpkin

  ½ teaspoon mustard

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Cut pumpkin in slices.

  Cover pumpkin with the salt and oil.

  Place it in the Air Fryer and bake for 25 minutes.

  Mix feta cheese, nuts, lemon juice, thyme, vinegar, mustard and rocket leaves. Mix well.

  Add pumpkin to the salad and mix.

  Mix cumin seeds, peas, garam masala and chili powder.

  Add coriander leaves, water and warm up on the frying pan.

  Mash boiled potatoes.

  Cover potatoes with turmeric powder and salt.

  Mix potatoes and peas mix.

  Place peas mix on the pastry.

  Toll pastry and close edges.

  Bake triangles in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes.
