  1 block tofu

  4 tablespoons pesto

  Directions:

  Cut tofu into cubes.

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Mix sea salt with paprika and olive oil.

  Coat tofu in the olive mix.

  Place tofu in the Air Fryer and bake for 15 minutes.

  Serve tofu with pesto sauce!

  Onion

  ½ teaspoon sugar

  1lb tomatoes

  16.1oz flour

  1 tablespoon pork powder

  1 tablespoon tomato paste

  1.76oz manchego

  2 peppers

  3.5oz chorizo

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Mix flour, salt, butter, water and sugar. Make dough.

  Roll dough and roll up edges.

  Mix chorizo, chopped peppers, manchego, pork powder, thyme, chopped tomatoes, and chopped onion and garlic cloves.

  Place garlic mix in the pie forms.

  Cover pies with tomato sauce.

  Place pies in the Air Fryer and bake for 15 minutes.

  Serve with fresh basil leaves!

  Blend rucola, walnuts and basil.

  Place sandwich buns in the Air Fryer and bake for 5 minutes.

  Cover buns with rucola mix.

  Wash and chop zucchini, portabello, onion and garlic clove.

  Add chopped vegetables to the roasted toasts.

  Cover with Becel.

  Place one more sandwich bun on the first one.

  Bake sandwich in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes.

  Serve with basil!

  9 garlic cloves

  2 tomatoes

  2 cans tomatoes with basil

  12 bread slices

  2 eggplants

  2 pounds spinach

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 370oF.

  Wash and slice tomatoes, eggplants and spinach. Mix vegetables.

  Mix herbs, salt, and tomatoes with basil, garlic and vinegar.

  Mix vegies with the sauce.

  Place bread slices on the bottom of the baking form.

  Cover bread with the veggies with sauce.

  Add olive oil.

  Place lasagna in the Air Fryer and bake for 30 minutes.

  Serve with cheesy sauce!

  2 sheets nori

  Directions:

  Mix soy sauce with tofu, ginger and garlic.

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 370oF.

  Prepare 2 nori pieces.

  Boil sushi rice.

  Place sushi on the nori.

  Cut and mix avocado, mango, onion and cover with pepper.

  Place mix on the sushi rice.

  Roll up nori.

  Cover nori with panko.

  1 onion

  1 courgette

  2 leeks

  1 ginger

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Wash and chop onion with garlic and olive oil.

  Fry garlic with onion on the frying pan.

  Mix cauliflower, ginger, peas, broccoli, carrots and capsicum.

  Fry on the frying pan for 5 minutes.

  Add courgette and leek to the vegetable mix. Fry on the frying pan for 5 minutes.

  Mix coconut milk, ginger, garlic puree, olive oil, coriander, salt, pepper and mixed spice.

  Cover cooked vegetables and form bites.

  Cover bites with flour.

  Place bites in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

  Serve with hot sauce!

  Put cheesecake into the fridge for 11 hours.

  Serve with chocolate cookies.
