Her pussy was soaking wet just thinking about it.

She kissed him goodbye and watched as he walked away. She knew he was a bad boy deep down, but that’s what she loved about him. He had the perfect balance. She had heard a lot about the Iron Riders and she knew going over to his home was no more dangerous than turning up for work every night. The tensions had been running high for over a year, and the Iron Riders were constantly thinking of new ways to bring fear to The Forsaken. But they were never going to win. They didn’t have the same absolute power or loyal members that The Forsaken had. And now Stag was back, the fact that they had threatened him, clearly meant that they knew they were fucked.

She made her way home with her mind swimming with possibilities. She had a hot date with Stag to prepare for and a wild night ahead. Whatever was to come, she knew one thing for sure. She wanted him and she was going to have him. And she couldn’t wait to see what he was hiding underneath his leathers.

  CHAPTER NINE

The drive across town was unbearable. Stag had text her his address earlier that afternoon and now that she was on her way she was full of anticipation. She didn’t know why, but she had always assumed that with him just leaving jail that he would be living in the club house for the foreseeable future, and she wondered how he had managed to get set up so soon. She weaved around the roads and looked for the road name. She had a vague idea of where she must be going, but thought that maybe she was mistaken, as she was sure the houses in that area were large and expensive.

She turned another corner and saw a set of big, old Victorians looming up out of the darkness and she crawled along looking for number 5. The street was short and there were only six houses. Sure enough, standing in the doorway with the light behind him illuminating his silhouette, she could see Stag standing there, waiting.

She stopped the car at the edge of the curb and he jogged down the steps to meet her.

“What is this place?” she asked impressed as she climbed out of the car and met him. He kissed her and took hold of her hand.

“My new pad,” he said matter-of-factly.

Becca was so confused. How on earth could he afford somewhere like this? She had never known bikers to live anywhere extravagant, and whilst this wasn’t a mansion or a plush residence by any means, it was still a lovely home. A nice, big place of his own. Somewhere he could close the door and shut the world out.

  “It’s lovely,” she said.

“I had the feeling you would like it,” he smiled down at her.

They entered the house and Becca looked around. The ceilings were high and the décor was old, but he had mixed in modern pieces of furniture. An eclectic mix, but it worked. She couldn’t believe how spacious it felt. It was a gorgeous house.

He led her through into the front room and she sat down on one of the couches. He had lit candles around the room and the air smelled musky with his cologne. He sat down next to her and wrapped his arm around her.

“I really am sorry about the past week,” he said. “I just knew I couldn’t risk it, with all of the tension.”

“Is everything alright now?” she asked.

“For now,” he said. “I don’t know if we will ever be fully out of the woods, but they’ve been scared senseless for a while. I can’t imagine they’re going to come looking for me any time soon, or be turning up at The Bleeding Bullet or Tanners.”

Becca nodded. She hadn’t been to Tanners, but she had heard plenty about it from Sasha and the other guys of The Forsaken.

“So,” she asked him bravely, “What’s the deal with this place? I just assumed you would be living in the club house?”

He looked at her warily but with a little smile, as if he was trying to weigh up whether he was going to tell her or not.

“Okay,” he began, “I do trust you Becca, and I want to be open with you, as long as you’re always open with me?”

She nodded her head. She always had been and she had no intention of ever deceiving him.

“What I did, for the club, they hold me in very high regard now,” he paused for a moment as if he were trying to figure out how to word it. “I lost seven years of my life, I took the fall for everyone… Any one of us could have ended up in jail, but it was me who stepped up and took it. I went down for the crimes of many. And now, well, I am being repaid.”

  “In what way?”

“When I went to jail, my shares of everything, my cuts of all of the deals, all of the money I would have been earning… it was all stored away as a sort of nest egg for when I got out. So I wasn’t returning to nothing. And it just so happens, the club has done very well while I’ve been gone. The others, well they’ve invested theirs in other ways across the years, or they’ve blown it on booze and bikes and women… But I came out to a huge lump sum and now I’m getting my life on track.” He stopped and breathed in deeply, as if he had just offloaded the weight of the world.

“I’m pleased they’ve looked after you,” she whispered. “Especially after you gave up so much.”

“I did,” he said as he ran his fingers through her hair. “But I am bound by duty. My club are my brothers.”

Becca nodded. This was the side of him that she loved the most. He was so loyal and open, it was endearing. If he was willing to give up seven years of his life for a club… She could only imagine what he would do for the woman he loved.

He leaned in closer and kissed her again.

“Why this big old house?” she whispered as their lips grazed one and other. “Why not a bachelor pad in the center of town? Or a modern place in the middle of the desert?”

“That’s not me,” he said. “I want a family; I want a real home… I’ve been on my own and without anything or anyone for so long. It’s all I want.”

Becca looked into his ice blue eyes and she felt her heart click. He wanted everything that she did, and he was right there with her, practically telling her that he wanted to be with her. To make a family.

He kissed her again and she pressed herself tight up against him. As he lowered her back on the couch, her pussy ached to be touched and her nipples were hard and throbbing. She couldn’t even remember the last time she had felt the touch of a man, and now that she was with one, it was almost too overwhelming.

Stag ran his hands up the full length of her body and cupped her breasts. He was so heavy on top of her, but it was an incredible feeling. One she had missed beyond belief.

He pulled at her clothes and she let him undress her. As he revealed her naked body, he gasped with arousal and kissed her throat and then down to her breasts. She remembered that he, too, hadn’t been with a woman for such a long time. It was if they had both saved themselves for one and other and his touch was so erotic she was already worked up into a frenzy.

Stag pulled off his shirt over his head and revealed his huge, hulking muscles. As he came back towards her and kissed her again, she ran her hands all over them, feeling them bulge and swell underneath her fingers.

Her pussy was soaking wet, and she was desperate to have him inside of her. But she had to wait, she wanted to draw out the feeling of anticipation as long as possible.

Stag moved backwards and reached down for his belt. He looked up at her with a wicked smile and she could see the huge, impressive bulge beneath the zipper on his flies. She bit her lip and waited with baited breath as he undid it slowly and with an agonizing throb his huge, rock hard member sprang free.

“Oh my god…” Becca panted as she looked up at him.

Stag knew the power he had there, and he knew he was most certainly going to be getting her into trouble with it. Becca bit her lip and moaned. Just looking at how fat and veiny his shaft was almost sending her over the edge. He pulled her to the edge of the couch and stood in front of her. She had to taste him. She took hold of his cock with one hand and with the other she held onto his waist. He dug his hands into her hair and pulled her face towards him. She opened her mouth wide as he slid his full length into her mouth, so deep it hit t
he back of her throat and she groaned to open it and allow him further inside. She could taste the saltiness of his precum and she reached down and touched herself as she sucked him and he bucked his hips towards her face.

He groaned. He was in ecstasy. She could feel his body tensing, but she was determined not to let him cum yet. She sat back and looked at him hungrily and Stag lunged towards her, opened her legs wide and nestled his face right down in her pussy. As he licked her and sucked on her clit, she moaned with pleasure. His touch was exquisite and he was so talented and adept at using his tongue.

When he sat back, he opened her legs even wider, climbed up high over her, and positioned the tip of his cock at the opening to her pussy. She knew that she was about to get the pounding of her life. But she wanted it. She wanted it badly.

As he slid himself inside of her, she groaned and gasped. He was so powerful, his cock was so huge, it felt as if he was splitting her right open and devouring her from the inside out. Each of his thrusts opened up new parts of her that she hadn’t known existed and as they became more fevered and rapid and she felt his thighs tense and his balls draw up, she knew that he was going to explode inside of her, and this only turned her on more.

They came at exactly the same time, Becca unraveling underneath him. Her whole body was hot and raw with pleasure and she twitched and writhed beneath his massive frame as he pinned her down into the couch and shot his load right up inside of her. His seed was hot and thick and she could feel it hitting her inside walls. Her muscles gripped him tightly and milked him dry. When he collapsed down on top of her, neither of them could speak. They were so completely spent and fucked out, they were ruined.

Stag pulled her close to him and nestled his face into her hair. He held her tightly and kissed her tenderly on the top of the head.

“I’ve been waiting so long for that,” he whispered. “And I’ve done nothing but think about it since the moment I first saw you.”

“Me too,” she admitted, still catching her breath. “I wanted you so badly… It’s been torture trying to resist.”

Stag laughed and kissed her deeply again. “The wait made it even better,” he said. “It made it feel all the more perfect.”

And he was right. Just like he had been right about everything.

She looked around the room and at how he was clearly trying to make himself a home, and for the first time she really realized that he was at the same stage of his life as she was. He may have been a bad ass biker, but he wanted somewhere to call a real home and he wanted someone to share it with. And he had chosen her. She could feel it. she knew that whatever happened from this moment on, it was only going to advance them as a couple. They were together now, and she felt his life intertwining with hers. He wanted her, and he wanted a family.

She barely dared hope for all she saw ahead, but she had the feeling that whatever was going to happen, everything was going to turn out just fine.

They cuddled together on the couch until Stag’s manhood started to stir once more, and then he lifted her up into his arms and carried her towards the stairs.

  CHAPTER TEN

Oscar ran across the park in the sunshine. It was a boiling hot day and his shorts flapped out around his little legs as he went. Becca laughed as she watched him. His little, skinny legs got her every time. He darted in and out of the swings and hurled himself at the climbing frame. As he was growing, his energy was exploding and it was a joy to watch him running free and exploring everything and everything around him.

Becca stretched her arms up high over her head. She was tired, but for very different reasons than she used to be. She no longer worked late nights at The Bleeding Bullet. Even though she had enjoyed it more than any other job she had ever had, it wasn’t really the place for her now considering her current condition. She had left there several months ago and now enjoyed a much quieter life. One she had craved to go back to and one she was now more settled in than ever.

She heard the roar of a familiar engine behind her and she turned and smiled as she saw the big, black truck pulling into the parking lot across the street. The door opened wide and Stag stepped out into the sunlight. His jet black hair caught the shine from the sun and he shielded his eyes with his arm. He held up his hand, waved, and then strode across to them. His strides were deep and wide and made him look like even more of a giant. He towered over everyone around him.

When he reached the park Oscar caught sight of him and started to shout, “Stag! Come and play!”

He laughed and waved back as he made his way over to the little boy. He bent down and smiled at him. Oscar was one in a million. His perfect little buddy. He ruffled his hair and told him he’d be over soon and then he turned back to smile at his mother. This women, she was incredible. He had never met anyone before that in any way compared to her. She was what he had always been missing.

He walked slowly across the grass to her and sat down next to her on the bench and kissed her longingly on the lips. “How are my girls?” he asked as he reached down and stroked the large swell of Becca’s belly.

She smiled back and reached down and put her hand on his. They’d had the scan the previous week, and both been overjoyed. Now they would have a boy and a girl, and together in their big Victorian on the outskirts of Slate Springs, they would be the perfect family.

“We’re better now that you’re here,” she whispered as she grazed her lips against his.

In this crazy world they had found each other at exactly the right time and now they were building the life they had both always dreamed of. It may not have been typically conventional, but it worked, and neither of them had ever been happier.

Oscar ran across to them and jumped up on Stag’s knees. He hugged the kid and counted his blessings. For a man who had suffered such bad luck in the past, he now considered himself the luckiest man alive.

And he knew that this was only just the beginning. With his family alongside him, things could only get better…

  Prologue

Earth is not what it once was, or so the story goes. It had been over twenty years since the third World War began. America was pulled into a conflict between China and Japan over a small set of islands that bordered the two nations. Russia and Iran jumped on one side and most of Europe and Australia jumped on the other. What started as a little dispute over a little island in the sea ended up killing billions of people in the end.

War is not like it was before in the beginning of the 20th century. There were no more boots on the ground. Future war was fought with drones and weapons of mass destruction, namely nuclear weapons. Once the first one flew, many more followed. No one even knows who started it, though truth be told there are not many left to wonder. Less than one percent of the population survived the combination of bombs, radiation, EMPs, hunger, civil wars, weaponized flu strains and a full breakdown of society. Many people could not deal with the world the way things w
ere and so many ended it, taking their families with them.

Large cities were turned to rubble and most people did not even dare get near them. Hundreds of thousands of house pets had taken over the urban areas and had changed from comfort providing companions, into radioactively-charged beasts. A small few still lived there in the midst, though they lived in the underground, only coming out in the mornings while the beasts slept. Humans were no longer the top of the food chain in most instances. They had to learn humility in their new role in the world.

Humans now carved out small communities that were usually no more than a few hundred people, and they quickly learned to stay close together for safety. There were no governments, though there were leaders and followers as there had always been. Man’s evils still found their way into this new world, as they always had in the past.

Jessa sighed. It was going to be another hot day. She looked up at the sky and didn’t see a cloud in sight. There hadn’t been rain in weeks and the plants needed it. She resigned herself to fetching pails to water the garden instead. After she was done in her own yard, she still had to tend to the community garden in town. It was going to be another long day. They were always long days. She couldn’t remember it any other way. If only we still had those huge irrigation booms that I remember passing in my childhood, she thought. She had been in a car then, with the wind blowing her hair back from her face as a little girl. Jessa smiled from the memory.

After a few hours of watering, Jessa was finally finished, with that part of her day anyways. Her son was wandering around the flowers, looking for bugs. She had to smile at his antics. He was always happy, no matter what. She had feared that the death of his father would make him change for good, but after only a few years he was getting back to himself. Kids were resilient. Jessa sometimes wished that he could remember like she did, the way things were, but maybe this way was actually how it was supposed to be. Maybe it was easier for those that did not have the “before” memories to make the days now seem so much darker by comparison. Or maybe it was better to think of those memories of happier days as bright patches that lit up her life, however fleetingly, before the sun was blotted out again.
