“What about Randy’s feelings about all of this, kinky sex is one thing, how do you know emotionally, he’d really want to handle two women in a three-way emotional triangle? He might be rich, and semi famous because of it, but consider what that could mean for his business.” Reesa said. “Don’t you think his investors, and board members might frown on his… out of work activities if the news got wind he’s involved with us?”

“If he was worried about it Reesa, I doubt he’d have been basically living at our house the last few weeks. If he thought a scandal of any sort would hurt his business.” Hailey said and shook her head. “You worry too much. Just have faith.”

“I need to go to work, good luck talking to him at the office today, and behave yourself. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.” Reesa teased her and winked. She still wasn’t entirely sure she believed that nothing would ever go wrong, but she wanted to trust Hailey’s judgment. Randy made her so happy it was hard not to believe it would all work out.

Hailey got all the paperwork in order and slipped it into a folder to take with her to Randy’s office. This included a small legal letter from her lawyer, discussing birthing and parental rights to any children they’d have, for him to sign in return for her shares.

It would give him the option of being their father, if he wanted it, but if he accepted parental duties, he couldn’t change his mind later. At least not legally. He could always abandon his children, but somehow, Hailey didn’t think he’d do that if he chose to be involved from the beginning. Underneath that tough exterior and kinky shell, Randy was an honorable kind of guy who took things very seriously. He was usually extremely responsible, to the point where he at times would take on problems that weren’t even his own to fix them.

It’s what made him so good at the business he ran, and why his employees loved to work for him.

Touching up her lip-gloss, she gave herself one final look over in the mirror by the front door as she grabbed her car keys and went to his office to talk to him. She was hoping they’d both end up getting what they wanted by the end of the day.

For her, it wasn’t even about the money, or the potential future children that didn’t exist yet. She loved Reesa, always had since she met her, but Randy had been the only man she’d ever fantasized about, and having him in her life now, the way she’d desired, she couldn’t walk away from him. She needed him in her life. He’d embedded himself into her heart and brain in a way where it would tear a piece of her out if she lost him.

She didn’t like feeling this way, it’s why she’d kept her distance all these years from him, and finally giving into it, she realized how much was at risk emotionally by putting her heart on the line. Asking him to be in a relationship with Reesa was a lot. He didn’t seem to mind the sex, or the fact that they wanted children by him down the road. But asking him to love them both? To be in a three-way relationship? Most men couldn’t even handle one woman, let alone two at once. Smiling to herself, she wondered if Randy would see it as a challenge. He did always like a challenge, and he hated to lose.

  Chapter 5

The secretary at Randy’s office ushered her in and shut the door behind her. The blinds kept the glass windows of the office covered, giving them some privacy. Hailey didn’t say a word at first, just simply handed him the file.

Randy took it, and looked it over, pulling out the letter from her lawyer. Hailey was holding a pen in her hand; ready to sign the papers he wanted, if he signed hers.

“Is that all you want from me?” Randy asked quietly. He was watching her, carefully; he had a weird look on his face that Hailey couldn’t read. She swallowed hard.

“No, that’s not all I want from you,” she told him and straightened her back. “Reesa and I would like to have, or form rather, a long term relationship with you. Emotionally. Sexually. A romantic relationship between the three of us. Just the three of us.”

“So, you aren’t just asking for babies, or money. You are asking for me.” Randy said, his expression didn’t change, so Hailey wasn’t sure if he was offended, interested, or about to tell her to screw off.

“You want me to sell you these shares. I will in exchange for our original agreement. What Reesa and I want from you is separate from that. Reesa and I both want you, Randy, as our lover, as our friend, as our boyfriend or husband or whatever it is you want to call it.” Hailey said and held her breath. She wanted to keep babbling at him, but she knew that it was his decision and she couldn’t really sway him either way. She needed to just give him a chance to say something. But it was hard to keep her mouth shut. Her instincts to keep talking to him and giving him a list of reasons on why it was a good idea overwhelmed her.

Randy signed the paperwork on the desk and slid the files over to her. “Sign, then we’ll talk.”

Hailey wasn’t sure if that was a good sign, or a bad one, but she did as he requested. He snapped the folder shut after giving her a copy of the letter from her lawyer. She folded it neatly and put it in her purse to take back to her lawyer this afternoon.

Randy got up from behind his desk and walked over to Hailey. He sighed as he stood there, looking down at her for a moment, almost as if he was hesitating about the conversation that was about to take place. Hailey’s gut filled with dread, the look on his face was so serious.

“Hailey….” Randy stated to say and she held up her hand. It didn’t sound like it was going to be good news and she panicked. She stopped him before he could finish, with the intention of running away and licking her emotional wounds.

“Look, if being in a relationship with the two of us isn’t your thing and it’s just sex, fine, we get that. I love you Randy, I always have. Reesa has grown to love you too. We both agreed that we want you together, if you don’t want that, we’ll respect it and move on with our lives. We still want babies, and we know sexually we are more than compatible to do it the old fashioned way, but I’m going to need some time, Reesa will need some time to heal from this if you decide you don’t want us that way.” Hailey started to spew at him, going through her breakup spiel, thinking he was dumping them.

Before she could continue with the next part, Randy’s mouth crushed over hers, shutting her up effectively. His hand came onto the back of her head to hold her in place and his other arm came around her waist and pulled her close against him.

Hailey held her breath as she kissed him back, startled, shocked and unsure what was going on, she just let instinct and animal passion guide her. She closed her eyes and let out the breath she’d been holding. When he started to peel away the layers of her clothes and walk her backwards to his desk, he shoved her over his desk, his pencil holder went flying and flew off his desk. The folder and papers scattered onto the floor. He pinned her down against the desk with one hand on her back.

Pushing her skirt up, he didn’t even bother to remove her panties. He unzipped his pants and pulled his cock out, pushing the panties to the side he shoved himself deep inside of her. Grabbing her hair, he pulled her head up off the desk as he leaned over her body. His hips fucked her hard as he leaned down to whisper in her ear.

“You didn’t even give me a chance to answer Hailey, we are going to have to work on that if you want a relationship between three separate people to work out long term. You have to be patient and listen. Communication will be important, if you think it’s hard enough to make it work between two people, adding in a third will really test those boundaries. So shut up and listen.” Randy whispered, then bit her neck hard as he took her.

Hailey moaned, and nodded, biting her lip. She shut her eyes and could feel her muscles squeezing around his large cock. He brought one hand down hard on her ass, the echo of it bounced off the walls of his office, and it made her squirt around his cock. He groaned, feeling the juicy wetness squish as he took her, her entire body was tensing up as he took her closer to climax.

“I’m willing to give a relationship a chance between the three of us. I already assumed you were heading
that direction, or in one based on the fact I’ve damn near moved in Hailey. All you had to do was ask me where I stood and I’d have told you.” He whispered, then slapped her ass again hard. “Don’t. Make. Assumptions.”

Each word he enunciated came with a slap on her ass. Hailey nodded, quivering, her thighs shaking as her ass grew warm from him spanking her. Randy was the only man she’d ever let hit her like this or boss her around. She had always preferred to be in control, giving up control had been hard for her. Reesa was mostly submissive to her; Hailey knew that with the two of them as her partners, she’d get all her needs met. She’d be happy. She could have the best of both worlds. She didn’t need to pick and choose between them. She could have them both.

Satisfied, her orgasm ripped through her, and Randy covered her mouth to keep his secretary from hearing her loud cries of pleasure.

“Shhh, I don’t want to have her giving me dirty looks all day.” Randy whispered to her. He thrust a few more times and shuddered, nearly collapsing on her body. Breathing hard, his cock jerked inside of her as he spilled his seed. It took him a few minutes of resting against her back before he pushed himself up and straightened out his clothes. He helped Hailey get her shirt back on and pulled down her skirt.

“I’ll be home for dinner, at seven tonight. Let’s plan on a naked meal. I want you both naked at the dinner table tonight.” Randy said. Kissing Hailey on the mouth he touched her cheek tenderly for a moment. “I need to get back to work. If you have anything you or Reesa want to talk about tonight when I get there, we can. Otherwise, make a quick stop at Lover’s Junction and grab a couple rolls of hemp rope. I have plans for tonight that I think will make you both happy.”

Hailey nodded, and got over to the door, she put her hand on the handle then turned to look at him one more time, “If we go through with this, with all of this, I think we need a fresh start. A new house, with the three of us together picking it out with things we each like about it. Just think about it. I know Reesa would agree.”

“Okay, we can discuss that later tonight, we’ll make time for it.” Randy said as he went to sit back behind his desk and watched Hailey leave. Sighing, he closed his eyes after she was gone. He knew that having two women would push him to his limits. He could handle it, he loved each of the women differently, and together, the two of them made up his ideal life. He’d never considered having a relationship like this before, but it’s the first and only time in his life he’d ever felt content in a relationship, and truly satisfied in the bedroom. They were it for him. This was it for him. This was what he had been waiting for, and had needed to be happy in life and to finally settle down.

He grinned to himself as he focused on his work. He was finally for the first time in all his years of working in the office, looked forward to going home at the end of the day. He finally had something worth going home too.

Driving home, Hailey texted Reesa, who was at work. She gave her a recap of what happened in the office. Reesa sent back that she loved her, and would see her after work.

Hailey was content. She was happy. For the first time in her life, she had everything she wanted, and it was a really good feeling. She knew that relationships were hard, and having more than one person in a relationship wouldn’t be easy, but as long as the three of them stayed on the same page, they’d be okay.

  Chapter 1

I dreamt about cowboys since I was little girl. They’d always race down the dirt trail, their horses galloping at an astounding speed. When they weren’t doing that, the cowboys were busy chasing down criminals, herding animals, or enjoying a hot day on the ranch.

Okay, maybe I was looking at cowboys through rose-colored glasses. I’d see a few pass by, and my mamma would always tell me stories about them. Even though my mamma seemed to be the type of woman who hated the white man, even though her eyes lit up as a cowboy stopped to ask for directions.

But that was a long time ago. My mamma is in the ground, and now I’m a mamma myself. I still have my fantasies about a cowboy one day coming to sweep me off my feet, but reality tells me that won’t happen. I’m black in a town of mainly white folks, not skinny, and have a child. It appears that all the odds are stacked against me.

Thankfully, that boy of mine was almost grown, and spent more time with his father than with me. I was practically alone in my cottage, doing nothing with my life. In the frontier, there’s not much to do if you’re not a farmer or own a ton of land, and I’m neither.

For the last two months, I’d cook for myself, eat for myself, and clean the house for myself. At first, the solitude was nice, but something was missing…I was lacking excitement.

Finally, I snapped. After waking up, cooking the same breakfast and eating at the same table, I was about to read the exact same book. My life was on repeat.

It could have been my age, or perhaps just the empty nest syndrome. Whatever the cause, I desperately needed adventure. But being in a one-horse town, the only place that came to mind was the town saloon.

Something my mamma taught me was: never go inside a saloon. According to her, the place was filled with “a bunch of degenerates who will take your love and your money.” I believed that for the longest time, even when I was a rebellious teenager, but now I was wondering if it was as bad as I thought.

Hey, you only live once. And if I didn’t like it, I could get out of there. I gathered as much spare change as I could grab and waited for a traveling carriage. Finally, one showed up, and once I waved my money in front of it, it stopped. I jumped aboard.

“Where to?” the bushy-haired man asked.

  “The nearest saloon.”

He gave me a judgmental glare before the carriage took off. Based on my appearance, of course he’d judge me.

He took me there, and in no time at all. The carriage stopped after 30 minutes or so, and I stepped off after handing the driver a few coins.

As the horse pulling the carriage trotted away, I looked at the saloon. Sure enough, it looked just as I thought. There were scuff marks on the doors where I assumed many fights happened, and the noise from the rowdy crowd could be heard from a mile away. It wasn’t even nighttime yet and this place would be packed.

I walked through the doors, wondering what would happen. My eyes made quick glances at the people. Some were ordinary citizens trying to enjoy their beer, and others were dirty men who were arm wrestling or shouting at each other about who go the fair share from their latest robbery.

Outlaws were common in this town. Thankfully, since I didn’t have too much money, they never bothered with me or my family, but it still gave me goose bumps looking at them. I made my way to the bar, the balding bartender looking at me with raised eyebrows.

“Don’t see your kind in here too often,” he said. I noticed the bags under his eyes. The poor fellow probably feared for his life every day. “What can I get ya?”

I enjoyed a glass of alcohol on occasion, but I was never the type to drink this early. “Just some water will do for now.”

“Goin’ to a saloon for water? You really are a strange one. But in a good way.”

With that, he filled a mug with some water. I gulped it down, impressed with how clean it was compared to the well water my mamma raised me on.

The bartender refilled my glass. “Quite thirsty, eh? Want to hear a few tales while you’re at it?”

“Sure,” I said. I was always out of the loop when it came to the gossip of the town, so it seemed a good time as ever to get caught up.

“You know about Rowdy Rand and Wily Welsh?” he asked me.

I shook my head. “Can’t say I do. With those names, I’m guessing they’re cowboys.”

He nodded. “They’re cowboys tipping on the point of outlaws. They used to be rodeo stars under the same umbrella and they’d put on a hell of a show for everyone. But then,
there was a falling out. I don’t know exactly what happened. Some say it was over a lass, while others say it was because their rivalry went from friendly to a bit dangerous. I dunno. I work so much that I never get to go to those shows.”

“Interesting,” I said. “So why do you bring them up?”

“Well, both are now working for two separate rodeo shows, and both are coming to this town today. I imagine the drama’s going to be good.”

I guess. I didn’t know anything about rodeos to really say, but if the rivalry was that intense, it may be worth it to check it out. The problem was that those shows were for rich people. You know, the same people who used to own us. I couldn’t save enough to buy a ticket, even if I tried. That’s why I drank water instead of booze.

The bartender told me a few more tales about the brawls he’s witnessed, and I listened with keen ears.

After a while, the saloon began to thin out as happy hour ended. I myself began growing bored of the scene, and the temptation to get up was quite strong. Then, the doors opened. The bartender said to me, “Speaking of Rowdy Rand, there he is now.”

With a name like Rowdy Rand, I expected a burly, hairy cowboy, but once Rand walked in, my heart thumped fast, and not out of fear.

Rand’s cowboy hat could not contain his dark, flowing hair. His vest didn’t conceal his chiseled body, either. Rand’s arms looked like they could punch out a wall, and they had enough hair to make him manly, but not enough to look like a gorilla. His jaw was quite defined, and he knew how to dress with style. He had to be fifteen years younger than me, but everything about him, from the way he dressed to his walk, gave off the authority of someone much older.

I looked down. Who am I kidding? Rand probably liked girls who were younger, white, had perfect bodies not soured from childbirth, and who had money.
