A Baby for Pra'kir (Captives of Pra'kir Book 6)

He’d have to question her in depth when he brought her home. He thought they’d hit a point of trustworthiness in which she would always choose to be with him… and their baby girl.
How? How did she risk being caught by the monitor bugs? Risk being put in jail… or worse, killed? Did he and Tegan mean nothing to her?
These were all things they’d delve into later… while she sat, or stood, with an aching backside.
“I’m sure it does sting, Sir, but let me assure you she loves you and Tegan completely. I’m sure you’ll find that it was the lure of meeting her friends rather than the act of leaving the house… or you. You know how women are. They love nothing more than getting together to laugh and eat. I bet they’re doing exactly that now, aren’t they?”
Billex walked around the desk. They both sat staring silently at the women in his cabin. Blythe had her head back laughing, mouth wide open, tears coursing down her cheeks. Mira was telling a story very animatedly, her hands waving around wildly, and the women were all laughing and clapping their hands at her antics. There was tea, lannes, eegle jam, and snack bars.
He knew Billex was right. She missed her friends, and part of him loved seeing her laughing—so carefree and uninhibited.
Does she not feel this with me?
Of course not, asshole!
Part of him was jealous. He wanted to be the one who made her laugh like that. Would he always have to worry about her leaving and escaping to be with her Earth friends?
Keeping her leashed tightly wouldn’t be the answer, though, but he didn’t know how to loosen the hold he had on her. And then, watching the women, he wondered maybe he wouldn’t have a choice in the matter; maybe they would all finagle a way to make their journey back to Earth.
He’d let them have a bit of time together before calling Rowth and the others, and then the time of their comeuppance would ensue.
“She’s a bit feisty, Xan, but she’s a good girl.”
Xan sighed loudly. “I know you’re right, but I thought we solved this issue months ago. We’ll be discussing it further, that’s for sure.” He tapped an icon on his screen. “Call Commander Rowth Lashat.”
“Hello.” A groggy voice growled into the comm viewer.
“Rowth, this is Dr. Breckett, Xan.”
“Yes, yes. I know who the fuck you are.” Rowth ran his hand through his hair. “What I really want to know is what the name of Na are you’re doing calling me at this ungodly hour of the morning?”
“We have a situation, sir. Do you know where your ward is?”
“In her bed sleeping, as I should be. Why?”
“Can you go check, please? I’ll wait,” Xan said.
Rowth’s eyes narrowed, and with a loud, exasperated sigh, he rose from his chair and left the room.
Xan and Billex smirked at each other, knowing the commander would be shocked at his findings. The surveillance cameras clearly showed his girl, Brinley, shoving lannes and eegle jam into her mouth, talking a mile a minute with the girls. That’s another girl who would be sorry.
“All right, you cocksucker, how about you tell me the full story. Where is my brat?”
Xan turned his surveillance monitor on so Rowth could see it. “As you can see, she’s fine… uhm, more than fine by the looks of it. It seems they have a bottle—a very expensive bottle—of my Luesluno. They appear to be quite inebriated, if you ask me.” Xan stretched the screen and laughed, shaking his head. “Yes, that they are drunk, and the bottle is almost gone, so that will give them time to sober up before we retrieve them.”
“How did this happen, Breckett?”
“It seems that my girl took my vehicle to pick the women up at your house. How they got in touch with each other or the women got to your house is beyond me. I’ll contact the rest of the foster families; we can meet at my cabin. If you’re up to it or interested, we can punish them together since they decided to get into trouble together.”
“Oh yes, I think that’s just what Brinley needs. Let me get ready; I’ll come over to your place and pick you up since you’re without a vehicle.” Lashat abruptly stood. “I’ll leave you to your phone calls. See you soon.”
“Bye.” Xan looked up at Billex. “I have a long evening, or morning, in front of me.”
“I’ll make you a carafe of defas. It appears you’ll need it.” He watched the wizened old man leave the room, thinking for the hundredth time—easily—how difficult his life would be without his trusty friend and employee.
Swiping at his comm screen, he found his contact sheet and started communication with Mira’s family first.
He couldn’t wait to find his girl—for many reasons—but the first of which was to hold her in his arms again and ensure she was safe.
Chapter Thirteen
After talking to all the men about their women, it had been decided that they would all drive to Xan’s cabin to pick up their delinquent girls before returning them home for a discussion. However, Rowth decided that taking Brinley back to Blythe and Xan’s house for punishment would be perfect.
The two men rode in Rowth’s large, very comfortable automated vehicle, gliding silently and effortlessly along the rail to Xan’s retreat. Just as they had planned, the men stopped the vehicles far enough away that the women would have no clue that they were descending upon them.
Once out of their vehicles, they walked together to their destination, each man deep in his own thoughts. Part of Xan felt almost bad for the girls. They’d looked forward to their reunion, and after watching them laughing, crying, hugging, and sharing, he’d seen the sincere and heartfelt love they had for each other.
It didn’t take long for him to find out that Brinley was the one who had called the other women and coordinated them getting to Rowth’s house for Blythe’s pick up. Xan informed Rowth and, seeing the dark-haired man’s jaw clench with a demeanor that Xan had become familiar with, he watched his mood darken and his irritability rise. Although Rowth was someone that people viewed as steadfast, rational, and even tempered, those who knew him better knew the slight changes that indicated an increase in his annoyance and displeasure with a situation. It seemed that little Brinley would be on the receiving end of his vexation.
As they approached the building, the peals of laughter filled the air. Xan could hear his naughty girl’s giggle, the one that made him smile regardless of his mood—except for this early morning. Today, he found it a reminder that others filled a place in her heart that he’d yet to fill. Her laugh mocked him on this day, an expression of her love for more than him and their daughter. Her giggle, the one he coveted, nudged a spot in his heart in such a way that he wanted to beg her to stay and never leave him again.
“Hey, are you even fucking listening to me?” Rowth’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
Xan shook his head. “Oh. No, sorry. I was thinking.”
“Obviously. Is it handprint protected, or do you have a key, or what?”
“Oh, it has both. I’m assuming that’s how Blythe got in; she found the key even though I had hidden it in a different spot since the last time she found it.”
“You better start keeping her on a tighter leash, my friend. She’s a bit of a spitfire, isn’t she?” Gav’n laughed, nudging Jakk. “We have better control over three girls than you do with one woman.
The men chuckled, but each of them shook their heads knowing that their women were just as much work.
“I plan on doing just that. Don’t doubt me for even one second.” As he approached the sensor, he turned to look at each man. They nodded they were all ready. Xan pressed his hand into the depression on the plate, a blue light noting that it was a match, the door disappeared. All five women leaped to their feet.
But it was Blythe that shouted and rushed toward her Master. “Master, I’m so sorry. Please forgive me.” She dropped to her knees, and with her head down, kneeling perfectly, her sobs were heard above the gasps and shouts of the other women, her tears puddling on the floor betwe
en her legs.
Xan tipped her chin up and burrowed his glare into her, not taking his eyes from hers. “You’re in some serious trouble, little girl.”
“I-I know. I’m s-so sorry.”
“We’ll be discussing how sorry later. You’ve disappointed me, pet. Immensely. I’m not even as angry as I am hurt.”
She openly sobbed at that point. She would have dropped her head again but he jerked it back up roughly. “You’ll not drop your gaze from me. You did this boldly and with no remorse. You’ll keep your eyes on me and deal with the guilt and pain you feel from my disappointment. You asked for every bit of this. Dry your tears and own up to your misdeeds.”
She choked back her cries and truly struggled with her grief. It tugged at his heart, but he knew that she needed to deal with the pain she’d inflicted upon him, and deal with the weight of her disobedience and disloyalty to her new family.
“Stand.” He dropped his voice and growled the command.
She visibly swallowed, quickly standing up, locking her arms behind her as she’d been trained.
“Don’t you even think of moving a muscle.” He stalked across the room to throw things into the bags that she’d brought to the cabin, and he turned off the heat and appliances.
Jakk and Gav’n could be heard scolding and swatting Mira’s backside. The very tiny woman danced on her toes doing her best to escape them, but not succeeding.
How could a woman of her stature avoid two eight-foot-tall men?
Binnex had Sarai upended, braced against his hip shouting, “Do you have any idea what could have happened if the monitor bugs had detected you—or any of your friends—on your little excursion? Did you think about the fact that you could have been put in jail? Or worse, the Council of Nine could have decided that you should be put to death! All of you.”
Lilianna stood between her large men, looking more frightened than she did in the jail or hospital. Each of the men had her by an elbow and were marching her out of the cabin. “Thank you, Dr. Breckett. I’m sorry for the incorrigible behavior of our slave. We’ll be in touch with you tomorrow; I’m sure our girl will have something to say to both of you.”
Aman’s voice carried a tone of seriousness that had Xan almost feeling bad for her.
Cain nodded his head. “Good day, Dr. Breckett. Thank you for contacting us. We’re indebted to you.”
Their departure seemed to trigger the other men, and they all began to march their recalcitrant wards out of his cabin and to their vehicles.
Binnex shook Xan’s hand. “I’ll call you tomorrow, Xan. Maybe we can exchange notes on how we’re all doing with these women from Earth.”
“That’s not a bad idea, Binnex. I think we could deal with a Masters’ meeting of sorts. I’m sure we’ve all found some things that work with our particular women that might help others.”
Grabbing her by the upper arm and pulling her up just enough that she had to walk on the balls of her feet, Binnex said, “Say goodbye to Dr. Breckett, Sarai.”
“Goodbye, Dr. Breckett. I’m really sorry. We just wanted to see each other. We’ve been so lonely without our friends.” Her eyes welled with tears as Binnex shoved her forward and out the door with a hard swat to her backside.
Jakk, Gav’n, and Mira came next. The small woman was openly crying by this point, but her defiant chin tilted upward, and if Xan wasn’t mistaken, a spark of anger shown in her eyes. “What do you have to say to the good doctor, Mira?” Gavin shoved her forward.
“I’m sorry, Sir.”
Gav’n shook his head at Mira, then, turning toward Xan, said, “We’ll contact you soon. I agree with Binnex; having us get together might be good for us as well as the girls. We may find that they settle easier seeing each other regularly.”
Shoving sweaters and blankets into the second bag, Xan zipped it shut. “You’re probably right. I’ll be in touch; we have enough issues to deal with tonight.”
Pointing toward the door, Jakk said, “Yes, we do. To the vehicle, Mira.” She ran out the door with Gav’n close on her heels.
Xan shut the lights off in the cabin, leaving them with the overhead light by the door. Flinging the bags over his shoulder, he walked up to his girl, who hadn’t moved a muscle, just like he’d ordered.
A bit of fear is good for her.
“So, you do know how to listen. And I see you’ve dried your tears too.” He ran a finger down her cheek, and she shivered. “There will be more tears later. Trust me.”
Her lip quivered, her green eyes brightening with her tears. He swore she was more beautiful than he could ever remember her looking before.
He lightly kissed her soft, plump lips. “Love you, baby.”
“I love you too, Daddy.”
His heart ached with the love he felt for her, and to hear her call him Daddy almost had him tearing up. Since their baby had come into his planet, Blythe had referred to him as Daddy, pointing out that it would help him get ready for his new title… and he loved hearing it on her lips.
Shaking off the emotions that flooded him, he shouted over his shoulder. “Rowth, you ready to spank your bad girl at my house? I think we have some very naughty girls that are due for a good ass whipping… and maybe even a leash and tail.”
“I’m more than ready to discipline this brat of mine, and I’d love to see her as a pet. Seems like a shock collar and a crate would do her some good. Isn’t that right, Brinley?” The commander raised his eyebrows at his girl.
“Over my dead—”
“Don’t tempt the God of Na, girl. With the luck you’re having tonight, it may not be prudent to challenge worse.” His mouth kicked up into a grin on one side before he grabbed her by the earlobe and dragged her out of the door.
Yep, it seemed that it would be a long morning and a bad start to their day. It would seem that the sun wouldn’t be the only thing glowing bright red at dawn.
Chapter Fourteen
Blythe stood with Brinley in Xan’s den, both women were naked standing side by side, with Rowth resting his ass on the front of the desk, his arms crossed over his chest and Blythe had to admit that the man looked formidable. His dark eyebrows were furrowed, and the scowl on his face and clenching of his jaw didn’t seem to bode well for either of them.
The heavy footfalls of her Master sounded down the long marble hallway, coming closer to the heavy wooden door, the brass handle tilted up and Xan’s dark countenance marched into the den, the two hulking aliens made the room feel uncomfortably small.
Behind him were Ganza and Billex, both of his employees glared at Blythe, and she clenched her asshole in fear.
“Well, here’s your nanny and Billex, this time you at least left him alone. But Ganza has an impressive mark on her neck from your carelessness while injecting her. Show the incorrigible brat what she’s done, Ganza.”
“Gladly, Sir.” The heavy woman trotted over to her, invading her personal space (on purpose she no doubt) and turned her neck for Blythe to survey. Once she felt Blythe had observed it, her nanny snatched a handful of charge’s long red hair and fisted it—harshly. “That makes a second time you’ve done this to me, but trust me, girl, you won’t do it again. I’ve been permitted to punish you after your Master has blistered your backside, and I’ll be creative with what I mete out to you. Turn around and grab your ankles.”
Blythe’s eyes skittered toward Xan. She wasn’t sure if she was looking for permission or pity, but she’d been trained to seek his approval for all things, and even in this she looked to him first.
“I know you aren’t looking for me to intervene. You better mind her, pet.” He spun his finger in a circle for her to turn around.
Glancing toward Brinley, she found the pity in her friend’s eyes that she sought, but was smart enough to quickly move before either one of their charges took action. Bending over, she gasped her ankles tightly closing her eyes and mentally preparing for what she knew would either be humiliating or painful—or both.
T
he woman’s meaty hand slapped against her backside, the force making Blythe rise onto her toes struggling to keep her balance. Then a sticky, lubed finger pushed into her anus. Ganza addressed her friend. “Brinley, this is what happens to bad girls in our house. They get punished on their bottoms, but they also get a punishment to their little holes—either with a tail, my finger, or an enema.”
Ganza twisted her finger in the tight pucker, and Blythe tried desperately not to cry out, but she moaned, the burning pain overwhelming and the embarrassment in front of Brinley more than she could stand.
The woman’s deep voice continued talking to Brinley. “And you see when she’s particularly bad she gets an enema…or two. Have you been punished that way, Brinley?”
Her friend cleared her throat. “No.”
“Address me correctly, girl.”
“No, ma’am.”
Rowth’s deep voice rumbled, “I may need to contemplate adding a nanny to my household…this could be very helpful.”
“I find it takes some of the burdens from me, and it’s good for them to know they’re supervised at all times and under the heavy hand of another as well.” A hint of mirth could be heard in Xan’s voice, and it galled Blythe to no end. He knew she hated the idea of a nanny.
“I bet,” Rowth agreed.
“You’ve pushed me too far, Blythe, you’ll be paying with your bottomhole this week, don’t doubt it for a minute.” The woman smacked her ass several more times, the whole of her rump burning.
“Yes, m-ma’am.” Over the course of several months, Blythe had learned to tolerate the pain of a spanking pretty well, and although her eyes threatened tears, she’d been able to hold them back with this small reminder.
“Stay where you are.” Xan’s voice grumbled near her.
Oh God. What is he doing?
“You see, Rowth, this tail, and collar were purchased at the same time and operate from the same controller. So, when my bad kitty misbehaves, she is zapped simultaneously on her neck and her little bottomhole. There are three settings. The first two have her jumping and shouting in pain, but the third one? Oh, the third one is grimly severe and ends with her losing control of her bladder and wetting herself, which mortifies her as well the humiliation of evacuating publicly against her will.” The large, lubed plug pressed into her little hole. “Push back, pet.”
