Beyond Tonight: Hollywood Dreams Alpha Billionaire Romance
Sexy and charming, surely he wasn’t like the other arrogant a-holes I seemed to attract since moving here. When he convinced me to humiliate a famous movie star in front of hundreds, I quickly learned he had a dominate side. And when he touched me for the first time, I forgot everything I promised myself I wouldn’t do.
F**ked. That was me.

Nash
SHE HAD the type of presence that filled the room.
Out of the dozen or so interns who marched their way onto my set today, she was the only one who caught my eye. She was beautiful, young, and had a strong, confident gaze that made my heart skip a beat the moment I laid eyes on her.
This semester’s internship program was going to be just fine, I thought to myself before spinning back around in my director’s chair. My arms bent and I adjusted the headset firmly placed over my ears. We were right in the middle of filming a scene—a very intense moment unfolding before us in a long, thrilling and actio
n-packed story that I was in charge of directing.
The cop held the gun to the temple of the man he’d kidnapped. The man was bound to a chair and beaten by the cop. He’d pissed his pants. There was blood streaming down his nose and leaking from the corner of his mouth.
I sat forward, immersing myself completely into the scene.
“This is the last time I’m going to ask you.” The cop pressed the muzzle of the gun deeper into the flesh of the criminal’s head. “Where are my wife and daughter?”
The criminal’s eyes were fire as he swished the pooling blood inside his mouth before spitting it on the cop’s shoes. “I told you already.” He winced when the cop applied more pressure to the weapon. “I don’t know.”
I stood and whispered inside the camera director’s ear, “Good, good, zoom in on his eyes. I need to see the fear and anger in both their eyes.”
He nodded, and a second later, both their eyes were on the screens.
“Perfect.” I rubbed the palms of my hands together.
The cop pulled his hand back and brought it down like the swing of a hammer, crashing the butt of the handgun into the side of the skull of the criminal, crunching his face.
An intern gasped behind me. Much too loud for me to ignore it.
My hands planted on my hips as I twisted, giving the dozen or so interns a pinched expression.
Several saw me turn around and straightened their stance in response.
Fucking rookies.
The moment I found her, standing casually, still completely immersed in the scene unfolding behind me, I stopped breathing. She was the type of person I needed around. The person who got lost in the story, unable to hear the distractions around her, completely studying it all. And it didn’t hurt that I found her utterly irresistible and all too easy on the eyes.
She was perfect.
My cock twitched as my eyes drifted down her body before rounding her delicious curves. She was a full bodied woman, and I knew exactly what I could do when she offered herself up on a plate. Because after talking to me, that was exactly what she’d do. I’d work with all that—I drank her in.
When I lifted my gaze up off her breasts—something I wouldn’t mind getting lost in—I found her staring at me.
Her face flushed and she quickly looked away. I missed her Caribbean green eyes immediately.
“We’re hunting your brother down,” the cop whispered in the criminal’s ear. “If we find him with my family, my guys will kill him.”
I turned my attention back to the scene, but my mind was on her. I wanted to know her name, what made her want to study film, and if she was available for a drink. Anything to get myself buried deep in all that.
“And he will kill your family.” The cop beat his victim to a bloody pulp. Blood splattered across the floor and flew through the air.
“Yes, yes, this is fucking gold,” I said excitedly to my team working hard beside me.
The door burst open and the cop’s partner dove across the room, wrapping the cop in a tight bear hug to restrain him. “Okay, that’s enough.”
The cop fought his partner and yelled at the criminal, still wanting to continue beating the life out of him.
My lips curled into a smile as I glanced back over my left shoulder, admiring more of everything that she was. Her lips were full and I knew they would be perfect for sucking my cock. She had loose bangs draped just above her brow and her jet black hair was pulled back tight into a flawless ponytail.
I bit my bottom lip and felt the heat move to my lap. So easily I could imagine wrapping my hand up in her long locks as I tugged it back while I punished her with my hardness. And I just damn near lost my mind when her pebbled nipples poked through her shirt as if calling me home.
“Fuck you. It’s not enough!” the cop screamed, shaking his partner off his back.
I turned back to the set.
“Listen.” The cop caught his breath and cooled down as he listened to what his partner had to say. “SWAT is outside the house. It’s been confirmed. Your family is alive.”

Alex
BREATHE, Alex. Breathe.
I didn’t know where to look and fought the urge to glance at the others to see if I was the only one he was looking at.
This was so weird.
We’d just got here and, somehow, I’d managed to get his attention despite standing in the back, well behind him. Like I wasn’t nervous enough already.
This was big.
Today was huge.
I had everything riding on this and I couldn’t screw it up.
He looked over his shoulder and stared directly at me.
I shifted uncomfortably and couldn’t help but feel that I’d done something wrong. No matter how hard I tried to keep focused on what we were all invited to come here and do, it was impossible. Not with how I could feel his heavy gaze constantly falling over me.
The moment he turned back around, I let out a weighted sigh. I tucked my trembling hands inside my pockets so no one could see my nerves on full display.
I knew who he was. Our professor briefed us yesterday. I’d been waiting for this day for a very long time. Today was our first glimpse behind the scenes. Up until now, we’d read, studied, and discussed theory behind the film industry and now it was time for us to get firsthand experience at what it was like to direct and produce a movie.
The director stood and walked over to a cameraman, whispering something in his ear.
My class was part of the elite program designed by my professor. We’d be following this particular film and director over the course of several months. And somehow I’d managed to catch the attention of none other than Nash Brooks on day one.
The next time he glanced at me, I froze.
Apparently he and my professor went way back—like, forever kind of back. This wasn’t new for Nash. He’d done these sorts of intern workshops before, and soon we’d all be divided up and tasked out different roles each week. Or at least that was what was supposed to happen.
I didn’t move until he lifted his eyes off me.
I could breathe again.
It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that I just couldn’t pass up. Not even if I was guaranteed to win the lottery would I have passed this up. This was what I wanted to do more than anything. Getting a job in the industry—and working next to someone as talented and successful as Nash Brooks—would be the same as winning the lottery to me.
Everything he touched turned to Blockbuster gold.
It didn’t matter how much money I could use right about now. I’d still do everything in my power to be here, making the most of this opportunity. And if anyone needed to see just how serious I was about making it in Hollywood, they could look at my bank statements—I was dead broke.
I had nothing, and put everything into making sure I was part of this group of interns.
I’d drained my savings and took out more loans than I knew how to repay over a single lifetime. I was so far into debt pursuing this dream, it wasn’t even funny.
My parents, God rest their souls, tried their entire lives to make this their dream as well. Working hard, doing what it took, anything to make it big in Hollywood—except they didn’t make it. Not before a car crash took both their lives.
This wasn’t just my dream, this was my family’s dream. Even with them gone, I knew they were still supporting me from Heaven. That was just the type of people they were.
The actors shouted and I stared straight ahead but wasn’t paying much attention. I couldn’t. Not with the way Nash scooped me up in his arms with those gorgeous ebony eyes raking over me.
Nash was devilishly handsome and completely out of my league. And the fact that I was even thinking about him in any way outside a working relationship was just stupid.
It would never happen.
I wouldn’t allow it.
Especially if that meant risking everything I’d worked my entire adult life to get to wher
e I was now. Forget about it.
Yet my heart fluttered every time I found him staring, and all I could imagine was wrapping my legs around him while he hovered over me.
Acting wasn’t for me. I’d tried that first. Spent the last four years studying the art. Well, really ten if you considered my middle and high school years when I first gave it a try. And as much as I loved playing different roles, directing and getting behind the camera was where I really wanted to be.
I’d do anything to make my dream come true. Anything.
The next time I caught him staring, he winked.
Well, except maybe that.

“CUT! Let’s wrap it up for today. Good job people.” I stood from my director’s chair. “This is fucking brilliant!”
“Mr. Brooks, good work,” the camera director reached out and fist bumped me.
“You too. Keep it up.” I turned to make sure she hadn’t left yet. Thank God she was still there.
Professor Ted Fields, my longtime friend and master instructor of cinematography, wouldn’t allow everyone to disappear so quickly. Not without first introducing me to them. After all, that was why they were here.
Now that I could completely focus on her, it was apparent just how much taller I was. Not like that wasn’t the case with nearly everyone I crossed paths with, but I liked my women short and easy to maneuver around. And with an ass like hers, I bit my lip and grunted, well, let’s just say that it had so much potential for me to find a variety of ways to get lost in it.
She stood there with her arms casually down at her sides as she laughed and talked with another intern. She had the most sexy smile—warm and inviting—and I could hear her contagious laugh from all the way over here.
I stood and stared, not bothering to act busy or hide the fact that all I could pay attention to was her. I wanted to know more, to be the one to make her laugh, and also to be the one to dangle her over the edge until her face twisted and her lips rounded.
Occasionally, she would glance in my direction as if keeping an eye on the man she knew was thinking dirty thoughts about her. Each time her eyes caught mine, there was a glimmer that made me believe she was the type of woman who might be willing to go home—and to bed—on a first date.
I moved to the corner of the tent, hung my headphones on the hook attached to the post, and let my assistant know that I wanted everything ready to go by the time I arrived at 6AM tomorrow morning. “Not one thing shouldn’t be ready for me when I arrive. Do you understand?”
