Heaven Sent

“Good,” Zylen said as he got off the bed.
“Where you going?” Heaven asked, confused. Zylen smirked as he took off his wife beater.
Heaven smiled as she admired his ripped body. This nigga has the body of a god, she thought to herself as she licked her lips. Her eyes went down to his rock hard penis. She already knew that he was working with a monster just from seeing the print many times before through his basketball shorts when she would chill at his house with him. Zylen placed his hands on the waistband of his basketball shorts. He bit down on his bottom lip as he stared Heaven directly in the eyes as if he was searching for something.
“Are you sure you wanna do this? I mean once I take these shorts off all that friends shit goes out the door,” Zylen said.
Heaven thought about it. Did she really want to cross that line with Zylen? Like he said, there was no turning back. This was something she wanted over two years ago, but did she want it now? Licking her lips, Heaven hoped she wouldn’t regret her decision later.
“All that friends shit went out the door when you had your head between my legs,” she let him know.
Zylen laughed as he slid his shorts off. Heaven’s eyes bucked seeing his long, thick pole. Being that it had been over two years since she fucked anyone, she became nervous. Zylen grabbed a Magnum XL out of the nightstand drawer and put it on before crawling between Heaven’s legs. He placed his dick at her opening and worked the head in. Heaven gasped.
“You want me to stop?” Zylen asked.
“No,” she replied softly.
Zylen worked himself in and once he was all the way in he just laid there. “You good, li’l mama?” he asked. Heaven just nodded her head as she began moving her hips in a circular motion, and that was all Zylen needed as he begin giving her what she wanted.
Zylen wasn’t just fucking Heaven like she was used to. He was making love to her; something no other nigga had ever done. She knew right then that Zylen was different than the rest. Once they both exploded, they laid there in silence.
“You okay?” Zylen asked her.
“Yeah, just a little embarrassed.”
Zylen laughed. “Why?”
“Because it’s you! I never thought this shit would’ve happened between us. I mean back in the days I would have been ready to shout it to the world, but now I’m embarrassed that it happened. I don’t know why but I am.”
“There’s no need to be, li’l mama. It’s not like I’m gonna go telling everybody.” Zylen already knew that she was more like scared that he was gonna tell everybody than embarrassed. But little did Heaven know he wasn’t the type of nigga to brag about the females he slept with.
“You know you my lady now, right? We’ve already been kicking it but we just made shit official,” Zylen let her know.
“Oh, really?”
“Hell yeah, so you might as well tell them other niggas it’s a new sheriff in town,” Zylen said as he slid on another Magnum XL and pulled Heaven on top of him.
“No, you better tell your hos that, because I’m not up for no bullshit,” Heaven let him know, as she slid down on his long, thick black pole and began riding him nice and slow.
“Fuck, girl…this shit is Heaven Sent!” Zylen said, flipping Heaven over to put in work until they both exploded.
Chapter 5
Things between Zylen and Heaven had been going great for two months now. Zylen took his time with her during sex and always made love to her. He taught her so much about her own body that she didn’t even know. He was so passionate and affectionate. Heaven always let him know he was her ‘Dream Guy’ while Zylen called her his ‘Heaven Sent.’ The one thing that Heaven asked was that Zylen kept their relationship between them. She knew how messy her girls could be and didn’t want any drama coming their way. Zylen wasn’t too pleased with that idea but he agreed, to make Heaven happy.
“Everything’s okay?” Sunshine asked Heaven as she walked back to the waiting room. Heaven had been feeling sick for the past two weeks so she went to her doctor to see what was going on and Sunshine agreed to go with her. Heaven didn’t say anything as she gathered her things and walked out with her mother hot on her heels. Sunshine couldn’t help but notice the sadness that was written on her daughter’s face.
Inside the car, on the way home Sunshine even saw a tear roll down Heaven’s cheek. She reached over and grabbed Heaven’s hand.
“Baby, what’s going on?” she asked.
“I’m…I’m fucking pregnant,” Heaven finally said with a trembling voice.
Sunshine was ecstatic. “Baby, are you serious? Oh my God I’m going to be a grandma! I hope it’s a girl,” she rambled on.
“I don’t want it! I’m not ready for a baby yet,” Heaven said as they were pulling up at their home.
Sunshine just looked at her daughter as she got out the car, slamming the door behind her. She was totally against abortions and hoped Heaven wasn’t serious about what she said. She finally got out the car and went inside.
Heaven laid in bed and decided to call up La-La and tell her about the unpleasant news. Being pregnant was definitely not in Heaven’s plans right now.
“Hello?” La-La answered.
“Hey. You busy?” Heaven asked in a low whisper.
La-La sat up in bed. “No, just laying here with Ali. What’s wrong?” It sounded as if she had been crying.
Heaven took a deep breath and released it. “Do not say shit because I don’t want Ali to hear you. Girl, I’m fucking pregnant,” she said. She didn’t need for Ali to go run his mouth to Zylen.
“WHAT?” La-La said, getting out of bed running to another room. “Bitch, you is lying! Who the fuck have you been fucking?” La-La asked while laughing. She didn’t even know Heaven was seeing anyone, so her becoming pregnant caught her off guard.
“Girl yes, two weeks”
“Oh my God. So is it by someone from school or what? Tell me!”
“Don’t even say shit until I decide if I’m going to keep it or not. Make sure you don’t run your big ass mouth to your man or anyone else,” Heaven said, ignoring La-La’s question.
“Okay, I’m not,” La-La responded.
“I’m gonna call you back, La. My mom just walked in,” Heaven said, hanging up the phone.
Heaven hung up the phone as Sunshine was walking over to her bed. “I just came in to check on you,” she said.
“I’m fine. I mean this wasn’t in my plans right now. I wanted to at least finish school before I have a child,” Heaven said, sitting up in bed Indian style.
“You can still finish school, Heaven. I’m here and I’m pretty sure Zy isn’t going anywhere. I had you when I was only 14 years old and I still finished school. I may not have went to college but that was by choice. But you have—”
“Wait, how do you know I’m pregnant by Zy?” Heaven wanted to know.
“I’m not crazy, Heaven. I been knew about you and Zy, girl. I’m your mother. I know everything. I also knew you were pregnant a couple of weeks ago,” Sunshine smiled.
Heaven rolled her eyes playfully. “I’m scared, Ma. What if Zy doesn’t want the baby or what if he thinks I trapped him or something? I don’t want him to be mad about it. We never even talked about having babies.” Heaven was panicking.
“Girl, Zy is not going to think that. He’s not like them other bums that hang with him and I seriously doubt he’ll be mad about you being pregnant. But if he is then fuck him. I was a single parent and look at you. You’re smart, beautiful, in college to be a lawyer, and shoot, I think I did a great job raising you. I’m pretty sure you will also.” Sunshine always found a way to make things better for Heaven.
“Aw, thanks Ma,” Heaven said and hugged Sunshine.
“I love you. Now call that man and tell him we’re having a baby,” Sunshine said, laughing as she got up to leave the room.
Once Sunshine left, Heaven grabbed her phone to text Zylen.
Heaven: I’m about to come over. We need to tal
k. It’s important!
She laid the phone back on the bed and got up to get ready to head over to Zylen’s house.
*******
Zylen was at one of his stash houses that no one knew about; not even his right hand man Ali. He was counting money when his phone went off, letting him know he had a text message. He smiled when ‘Heaven Sent’ popped up on the screen.
Heaven Sent: I’m about to come over. We need to talk. It’s important!
Zy: Okay, I’m not at the house right now but go ahead over and let yourself in and I’ll be there in a minute.
Heaven Sent: K.
Zylen sat the phone back on the coffee table and finished counting his money. When he finished he looked at the time on his phone and realized he had been counting money for two hours. “Shit,” he said out loud, jumping off the couch.
When he walked inside his home Heaven was asleep on the couch. She looked so beautiful and peaceful that he didn’t want to wake her. He sat on the coffee table in front of her and just stared at her with a smile on his face. Zylen knew right then and there Heaven was the one he wanted to grow old with. He didn’t know what it was about her little ass but he’d fallen deeply in love with her. He knew the love he felt for her was real.
Heaven cracked her eyes open and jumped. “Why are you just sitting there staring at me like a damn maniac?” she asked.
Zylen smiled, leaned over, and kissed her lips. “Because I can! How was your nap?”
“It was okay, I guess,” Heaven said, sitting up on the couch.
“Is everything okay?” Zylen asked.
“I’m pregnant, Zy,” Heaven said as she looked down, playing with nothing in particular.
Zylen ran his hand down his face. “You sure? I mean, when did you find out? How far along are you?” he asked.
“I found out today and I’m five weeks. I don’t want you to think I trapped you or anything like that, Zy. I don’t want you to be mad. I mean, I know how you used to feel about me and all.” She didn’t know how to tell him she was considering having an abortion.
Zylen sat on the couch beside her, pulling her into his arms. “Girl, if you don’t shut up with all that nonsense. What am I gonna be mad for?” He pulled her face closer to his. “Listen, the only difference between the way I felt for you back then and the way I feel for you now is, back then I only liked you and wanted the best for you. But right now, I love you. I’m in love with you and I still want the best for you.” He kissed the tip of her nose then her eyes.
Heaven’s heart skipped a beat when he admitted he was in love with her. She had always been in love with Zylen. Even when she kept telling herself she wasn’t interested in him anymore, she was. Zylen had always been that nigga and always would be that nigga.
“So you not mad that I’m pregnant?”
“No, I’m not mad that you carrying my seed, girl,” he said, pulling her onto his lap. “I’m actually glad you’re pregnant. I need a li’l mini me running around here fucking shit up,” he said, running his hand all over her body, stopping on her flat stomach.
“Look at you showing already,” he teased and Heaven quickly knocked his hand off her. “I’m just playing, baby.”
Heaven leaned over and kissed him passionately and just that quick she had changed her mind about the abortion.
Chapter 6
“Aw, look at you, mama. You starting to show already,” said La-La, rushing over, rubbing Heaven’s stomach. Heaven shook her head as she walked past her and took a seat, remembering Zylen saying the same thing the night before.
“Shut the hell up,” was all she said to La-La.
Gina and Kim exchanged looks. “Wait, did we miss something?” Gina asked.
“I’m pregnant,” Heaven said nonchalantly.
“Bitch who you pregnant by? I didn’t even know you was talking to anyone,” Kim said as Ali was walking out La-La’s house with Jamal right behind him.
“Nobody that y’all know.”
“Who pregnant?” Jamal jumped in. Heaven was still upset with him about the way he disrespected her, so she didn’t say anything.
“Heaven is,” Kim said.
That was all Jamal ass needed to hear. He looked at Heaven and began laughing in her face. “What nigga crazy enough to knock your ho ass up?” he asked.
Heaven looked at him as if he’d lost him mind. “Bitch nigga, you just mad because I didn’t fuck you.”
“Bitch, if I wanted that shit I would have gotten that shit. Everybody else getting it anyways. You probably don’t even know who you pregnant by. Keep running your mouth I’ll beat that li’l bastard up out of you.” He stood over her with his fists in a tight ball like he was about to punch her lights out.
“Nigga, chill the fuck out!” Ali grabbed him.
Heaven jumped out her chair and got in Jamal’s face with La-La right by her side. “Nigga, I’ll beat the fuck out of you. You can disrespect me all you want but if you dare call my unborn child a bastard again you gonna find yourself six feet under,” Heaven warned him.
“Ali, you better get that fuck nigga away from here,” said La-La.
Jamal was still giving Heaven a deadly stare and she was returning the favor. He didn’t take threats too well. Ali was pulling him off the porch but he was still yelling and cursing Heaven out. “This shit ain’t over, bitch!” he yelled as Ali was putting him in the car. Heaven grabbed her phone to call Zylen but thought against it. She didn’t want to start any drama but Jamal was out of line so she was definitely gonna tell Zylen once she got to his house that night.
“That fuck nigga was out of pocket. You okay, boo?” La-La asked.
Heaven was so mad she was trembling. “Yeah, I’m good. That nigga got some nerve calling my baby a bastard.”
“Ali better not bring Jamal lame ass back to my damn house. I know that much!” La-La said as she continued to pace her porch, cursing. She was even more livid than Heaven.
“You and him used to fuck around or something?” Kim asked. Heaven just looked at Kim with a frown. “I’m just asking. I mean Jamal is cool so why would he come at you like that?” Kim continued.
“Bitch, didn’t you hear when I said he was just mad because I didn’t fuck him?”
“I was just asking. I never seen Jamal ready to beat a bitch ass like that,” Kim said laughing. “Then he called your baby a bastard.”
Heaven just rolled her eyes. She was about ready to beat Kim’s ass.
“Man, fuck Jamal lame ass! That was not okay for him to call that girl baby a bastard. If I was you Heaven I’d tell my baby daddy so he can come see about that nigga,” Gina said.
“Kim, you my girl and all, but I’m about two seconds from going upside your head because that shit is nowhere near funny,” said La-La. Kim just stared at her as if she wanted to say something. Their friendship would be coming to an end real soon.
********
Zylen was posted on the hood of his decked out old school Chevy Caprice in front of the corner store with the rest of his niggas, when Ali and Jamal pulled up. Ali already knew that Zylen was feeling Heaven but he didn’t know just how much. He didn’t know that he was gonna cause Jamal to get his ass beat to death for telling Zylen what went down back at the crib he shared with La-La.
Ali and Jamal walked over and dapped everyone up. Zylen noticed the scowl on Jamal’s face. He had the deadly look that only meant he was ready to kill someone. Zylen didn’t know it was his girl that caused that look on his homeboy’s face.
“Fuck wrong with this nigga? He look like he ready to murk a nigga.” Zylen laughed as Jamal dapped him up.
“Man, you know how that nigga is when someone threatens him,” Ali said. Jamal was the hothead of the group and always ready to pull his guns out, no matter what the situation is. He was used to getting what he wanted and Heaven turning him down didn’t sit well with him, no matter how long ago it had been.
“Oh, word? So who we beefing with?” Zylen asked. Whenever someone in the cliqu
e was beefing with a nigga that meant they all were.
“Man, that nigga and Heaven got into a little argument,” Ali said. He noticed how Zylen’s face twitched as he cut his eyes at Jamal, but Ali didn’t pay it any attention and neither did Jamal as he opened his mouth and begin speaking. Big mistake!
“Man, that li’l ho gon’ jump up in my face like she was gonna do something, then the bitch threatened me,” Jamal fussed.
“Nigga, what you expect? You called that girl baby a bastard,” Ali said as he walked inside the store.
Zylen pulled his half Blunt one last time before flicking it, got off the hood of his car, and stood directly in Jamal’s face. “Da fuck wrong with you, nigga?” he asked.
Zylen was trying to play it cool out of respect for Heaven. She asked him not to let anyone know about them but he wasn’t gonna let anyone disrespect her either. Not only was Jamal disrespecting his girl but he called his unborn child a bastard.
Jamal backed up a little, but kept running his mouth, digging a bigger hole for himself. “Man, I was about ready to beat the fuck out—” was all he got out before Zylen gave him one blow that was so powerful it knocked him on the ground.
“Beat the fuck outta who, nigga?” Zylen asked as he began stomping him in the face repeatedly as the crowd cheered him on. “I can’t hear you, nigga,” Zylen said, stomping the life out of his homeboy.
Ali heard all the commotion and ran outside, making his way through the crowd. He saw Zylen stomping Jamal out as he laid on the ground in a puddle of his own blood not moving. Rushing over to Zylen, Ali grabbed him. “Man, chill the fuck out. You gonna kill that nigga!” he screamed at Zylen as he pulled him to the passenger’s side of his car.
“Yo Fred, drive my car to my house and tell La-La that I’m gonna call her in a minute,” Ali demanded to one of their homeboys. There was no need to tell him not to mention what happened to Jamal to La-La because that was gonna be the new topic for a couple of weeks.
