The Star of the Sun: A large, circular statue in the Holy Room of the Dei Temple. It represents the Sun being the most holy of symbols to the old Dei priests of long ago.
Sterek / ster' – ek /: Sirin general of The Tah who was an ex-slave. He is a technological genius and is Fola's twin brother.
The Tah / tä /: The extremist rebels of Deius who value science more than religion.
Tanwan Academy of Arts and Sciences / tän' – wän /: A school for young nobles as well as the higher class on Deius.
Thali / thä' – lē /: A half-sphinx Goddess of Sirini legend
Thotwa / thät' – wä /: The head servant at Governor Seith's mansion.
Thran / thran /: Krian God of Justice.
Tirlen / tēr' - len /: Small island town on Ohr.
Umara Hessen: Lius Hessen's sister and mother to Emelanthia. She was Dryndi High Priestess before Emelanthia took the title.
Unan / ün' - än /: King Unan, Shiva the Thirteenth. He was an ineffectual king under the control of The Dei. He was father to Amya and Pira, and grandfather to Ayn.
Un-Ahm / ün äm /: The galaxy also known as “The Un.” It consists of five planets: Deius, Sirin, Ohr, Kri, and Xen.
Undaniasis / ün' - də - nī' - ə – sis /: The scientific term for Plasma Sickness.
Undar / ün' – dar/: Ayn's black horse, as well as an old Deiusian term for the male aspect of the cosmos.
Unka fish: A cold water fish that could only be ice-fished by experts.
Urhan / ər' - hän /: According to Sirini myth, he is a warrior who mated with the half Goddess-sphinx, Thali, thereby creating all modern Sirini.
Varvin / var' – vin /: Zin's music teacher when Zin was a child.
Velna / vel' – nə /: The woman who owns a music shop on Xen.
Verlo / ver' – lō /: Mythical Krian Goddess of love and beauty.
Veru / ver' – u /: The name of Hessen and Srah's dini.
Viha / vē' – hä /: The plasma enriched swords used by the advanced soldiers of the Lirhan army.
Virtu-Pod: An Ohrian device that plays all forms of three dimensional media, including virtual clips of visuals and audio.
Vuntu: Kren's uncle (on his father’s side.) Son of Joh and Granjie.
War-Ruse / -rüs /: A very old, mysterious, and often poisonous elixir. The Lirhan use it when on undercover missions. It is taken orally and is used to disguise a person's physical characteristics, though it has very dangerous side effects once it has left the body.
Weema: A Deiusian woman who helps run an abandoned temple on the outskirts of The Holy City.
Whinley tree: An old, long-branched tree on Sirin. It once was in abundance, but now, it is rare to find.
X-314 (Xen) / zen /: An outpost planet originally colonized by the ancient kings of Deius. It is now unofficially run by the Ohrian mafia.
Xen City / zen /: The main city on the planet X-314.
Yol Notama / yōl nō - täm' – ə /: The new leader of the resurrected “Tah” rebellion.
Zeewah: A domesticated horse-like creature that was originally found on Sirin, but then brought to Xen, first as a means of travel, but then became a delicacy among the upper class.
Zin Ra / zin' – rä /: The prince of Ohr and close friend of Ayn.
